Xolo local service center - A.B.Communications, RC Dutt road Vadodara, Gujarat. I handed over my damaged mobile to Xolo service center 1 month before, also paid INR 4200/-. I received SMS from Xolo service that will get my handset on 16th July 2014. i visit local service center and did not get any proper answer only one sentence "not ready yet" I called Xolo toll free and come to know company centralized service center did not received payment confirmation yet from local service center i.e. INR 3100/-. I have 2 concerns ---- 1. Even after 1 month no update about repairing charges to centralized service center. 2. Why local service center charged me INR 4200/- when actual cost is 3100/-

visit kalkaji xolo care which is show on website, i visit there again
and again, but before office closing 06:00 pm care shop is closed, then
fianlly one time on 28/10/2014 care is open, agent prefer me lajpat
nagar 2nd, and then i visit ther on 29/10/2014, after 05:00 pm, and my
takone num is:135, they submit my handset for 210 days and i informe,
there is no screacts on whole body, remaine powerswith button is not
working accutally button is feel press but there is no sence in working,
and the femail agent told me, the complain already open from kalkaji,
and complan num is:[protected], so take my handset, in mannualy
closed, and divert for next upcoming 20days TAT, there is only problem
in power key, and there is no screacth on whole body & with orignal
screen gaurd, and agent take my handset after cheak,
so kindly cheak my complain will resolve with in a TAT, |

      Problem - no network, pcb issue

      I had purchased xolo mobile on 24th april, 2014. It developed network problem with in one month i.E. In first week of may, 2014. On contacting the service center they reset factory setting of mobile and given me, again same problem cropped in first week of june, 2014. I.E. Within two months of purchased which i regret very much and wonder what sort of quality control is being followed by xolo.

      I again contacted xolo service center on 11.06.2014 and they have taken the mobile and sent to noida for repairs as informed by them, as per workorder mentioned above.

      I am still to receive the mobile back after repairs though more than a months has elapsed.

      I am very much inconvenienced by lack of mobile since i am entirely dependent on the above mentioned mobile for my day-to-day work, as i am not provided with a substitute also inspite of repeated reminders over telephone as well as email.

      You are requested to kindly use your good offices for immediate return of my mobile set, duly repaired.

      I hope you will do the needful to protect my interest as a cosnumer.

        respected sir, I gave my mobile phone (xolo q800) in rajkot service center at 3/6/2014. nayanbhai check my phone and said ur key's are not working and touch screen defective and also not working. nayanbhai said when parts are come then i call you and called your phone. now 45 days are ovr but no phones and when i go their so nayanbhai said now part are not available so now what we do plss check ur store n also distributors n also branch.. i also lot of suffering without my phone n also i have my own business so lot of problems are created in my life so pls check n also give me positive reply. i[censored]r ans are not come so i will go at court and case upon you... i am waitng your positive reply.

              I have handed over Xolo Q2000 Mobile on 14th of june 2014 . still the company today has not returned it back .


              i have purchased the mobile for Exams purpose as it was having big display . we were using it for online BOOKs to prepare for the exams . but already my exams have been started from 4th of july and was going to end on 19th . as per shecdule .


              the purpose for which i have taken the mobile, it has been not fullfilled and xolo failed to commit to a date of dispatch,


              there is no proper reply from there online center .

                                      We have received a complaint against you from our consumer member Mr umesh bhai B Paliwal residing at G-201, shreenath residence, Nr. Aakruti township, Narol-lambha highway, Narol Ahmedabad regarding above subject hence this letter.
                                      That you no (!) are manufacturer of electronics item and you no (2) are the authorised service center of you no (1) company and you no (3) are the Authorised. Dealer of you no (1) company. 
                                     That our consumer member has purchased mobile of you no (1) company xolo.Model no-Q 800 IMEI No - [protected]-80 from you no (3) on dated 17/12/2013 and paid total Rs.10, 500=00 rupees ten thousand five hundred only and you no (3) have issued invoice no - 1908 from book no-20. That you no (3) have also gave one year warranty for that mobile 
                                       That after purchase of that mobile within six month i.e within a warranty period there was a problem regarding touch started so our consumer member had contacted to you no (3) and informed you regarding that problem and instead of giving after sale service you had simply reply that contact to authorised service center of in service
                                     That after our consumer member had contacted to you no (2) on dated 17/6/2014 and informed you regarding that problem so you had collected that mobile repairing and issued receipt no - 515 for the same and informed our consumer member that inquired after one week. That after one week when our consumer member had came to your service center to collect their mobile at that time you had told our consumer member that till that mobile is under repairing so come after two days that after two days when our consumer member came to your service center you had roughly behavior to our consumer member i.e.prove your unfair trade practice and deficiency in service that one month is going to pass but till today you have Na returned that mobile duly repaired i.e. also prove your unfair trade practice and deficiency in service hence this letter.
                                        That all of you here by jointly and severally called upon to either replace xolo mobile phone model no Q-800, IMEI [protected]-80 with a new warranty or refund collected amount Rs.10, 500 rupees ten thousand five hundred only along with 12% interest from 7/12/14 to till realisation and Rs.10, 000=00 rupees ten thousand as a compensation for the mental torched accrued to our consumer member due to your unfair trade practice and deficiency in service within seven days from the receipt of this letter failing which our consumer member will constrained to take legal action against all of you in the appropriate court of law and you will be responsible for cost and consequence for the same

                Dear Sir, My self is Anand i have a xolo a500s mobile set there is some issue in handset i was accumulated the handset on 25/06/2014 xolo service center K12 A Kalka ji new delhi. But 08/07/2014 as per discussed on phone[protected] Mr. Panday Ji, in Kalka Ji Service Center Delhi he told that your hand set is ready you can collect it. & when i reached at Service Center he told me that it will take 5 to 6 days more. when was said i have no to much time for came hear again & again than he was said this is your handset you have to come. now i m trying to call him from last 5 days but no any one responding of my call.                 Xolo — network problem in xolo q1010i

                i brought xolo q1010i of 13 march 2015. from yesterday it has not coming network.

                handset is not giving by technocare solution pvt ltd.( xolo service centre lajpat nagar)

                I have submit my handset (modal xoloq1000opus) on 01.11.2014 for repairing and he is not giving my handset. I have already repair this handset from that service centre two time and every time he take 40-45 days in repairing.

I was informed that it will be sorted out in less than month but its now more than month and I do not get response from XOLO care centre Pune. The person says "Company does not respond so its not our responsibility. If you want lauch a complaint or call company.

                    Respected sir,
                    I am aditya vashishath one of the resident of d-3 rana pratap bagh delhi-110007 .That i bought a mobile phone for rs 9900 xolo company model number q700 on 10-10-13 from rohtak of which i got warranty of 1 year. On[protected] i got a screen problem and on[protected] i go to service centre where they said that screen problem and company will repair it in 10 days after 10 days i go to the service centre and they said that it will take 1 month after 1 month i go again to service centre then they said that your mobile still not repaired and said there is no limit of time and they also give me the number of two executive of xolo company whom when i call listen my comlaint and disconnect my phone and never pick it again nor service centre giving me any information about my phone.I have to face very huge problem as i have to go service centre travelling 2 hours on there false statement where they deny again and again for giving the phone and i don, t got my phone for more than 50 days and till now i don, t get any information about my phone.My compaint number given by company is[protected].On phone they give me false statement that your phone is replaced and you come on friday to take it and when i go to the service centre travelling one side of 2 hours they said your phone is not yet repaired and didn, t come from the company.I am very mentally disturbed due to this

                      I purchased my xolo q1000s handset on 15th Nov'2013. Until last week (6th July'2014) the mobile was functioning properly, all of a sudden, the charger connector did not support my xolo charger and I could not charge my mobile. I tried with other USB chargers as well, however, result was same. I went to Xolo service center (authorised) in pimpri, pune, showed them the handset. They agreed to the issue and commented that we would need to replace the charging connector of handset. Next day, I got a call from the service center, saying that my handset could not be repaired under warranty as they concluded that it has been re-opened by someone else in the market (non -authorised personnel might have opened it at one point of time), which was not the actual case. I told them that my mobile has been functioning quiet well and I had never faced any issues with it. Also, I am the only person who handles that mobile, hence, there has never been a scenario where I would have required to open up the mobile outside authorised service center. It took 5 office hours to explain them and make them agree to what I was telling is correct. They advised that we would change the connector and then you can collect your mobile at 4 pm (7th July). Due to office meetings, neither me nor my husband could make out to collect the mobile by 4 pm. We did leave office at 6pm thinking that we might collect it the same day as the customer care office shuts down at 7pm. However, the weather on the same day was not in our favor. it rained heavily and we could not collect the handset same day. Next day, me and my husband, both went to customer care at around 4 or 5 pm and what we hear is totally ridiculous. We got to know that the connector has been changed, however, the charging is still not supported by the handset, and now it has to be sent to NOIDA which would take next 25 days to repair and get back to me. I asked the customer care executive that why this concern was not informed to me yesterday as you had promised to get it repaired, I was blamed saying that you did not come at 4 pm as per your commitment, thats the reason, we had to wait for another 1 day to get your permission for sending your handset to NOIDA. Should they had called me on the same day, they would have saved my one day duration in getting me back my handset. Now when I agreed to send my mobile to NOIDA, I had to ask them for job sheet, which ideally is expected when you give your handset for repair/maintenance. Are there customer care exceutives really caring for customer or they just feel that once the products are sold they no more are required to be repaired under maintenance. POOR Quality of service, just for connector issue, I have to stay far from my handset for a MONTH!!!

                        My Phone Xolo Q1000 was submitted to repair on 08 MAY 2014 at Jain Telecom Solapur Xolo Service Centre Maharashtra to Mr.Pravin Jain ([protected]). My Xolo Q1000 Problem is Lines On Display. The phone was send to xolo repair factory. The service center persons are not helping by any means. 23 - 25 times I have gone to their shop but no support. I contact xolo care 10 - 15 times but always replies "UNDER REPAIR and WILL BE DISPATCH SOON" but Still not received my handset. the time given to me 20 day for repair but after 65 days handset not DISPATCHED form XOLO Repair Factory Noida. Please provide the replacement of the phone or get it repaired. Please Help Me RAHUL SHETE [protected] SOLAPUR MAHARASHTRA.

                          “..I had purchased a Xolo Q2000 phone
                          in December 2013.Suddenly on a day in May 2014 the phone stopped working.Touch screen
                          stopped working completely.Since the phone was in warranty period i gave to Xolo service centre near V3S Mall, East
                          Delhi hoping i would get it back repaired.Date was 31 May and i was told i
                          would get it back in maximum 25 days...but its more than ONE and Half month now
                          and i have not got it back...every time I ask them they say it will take time
                          how much that even they don’t know they say…I have already lodged an official
                          complaint on Xolo website but no response from them…Hence I am writing this
                          mail to you hoping that you may definitely help may like you have always stood
                          for so may people…..The phone had cost me 14000 Rs when I purchased which is my
                          hard earned money and I was told it has SIX MONTHS WARRANTY ..But despite of
                          the same being in warranty have not got it till date

                            Sir I gave my phone for repairing from last 45 days and they make many excuse when i go there for taking my phone back . sometime they said we need two days more sometime they said 5 days more . i m not able now for waiting more . so please help me in this case i want to my phone back with in 5 days other wise i will go consumer court for complaining

                            my B700 mobile has minor key problem then also they submitted my mobile and take 10days as delivery period but after completion of 40 days they are not deliver my mobile. the serice center n custemer care both not provide satisfactory reply. Xolo mobile's are very third class i request to every one dont purchase it.

                              Hi, I have purchased XOLO Q1000 Opus with build no. S027_20140318 on 18th of June and reported the complaint regarding the ear piece speaker to be intolerable, and pain in the ear because of very loud noise like an loud speaker. But the vendor asked me he will get back to me within in one day. Then the phone was send to the repair center and after that also there is nil improvement, it seams that they have not even checked the issue and also returned after several days. Its noise is intolerable, even at lowest volume levels, but these guys are not replacing the model since it got a manufacturing defect and was noticed within 24 hours.                                 It is very dissapointing to make this complaint about the service provided by your assistants. Its more than a month i have submitted my phone in d service centre for repair and till now there is no response and its really humilating . take a note and respond to me in the next 72hours or i will be forced to file a complaint on your brand in the consumer court for my aticle and humilation.

                                    My Phone Xolo Q800 was submitted to repair on 13/6/2014 at Xolo Udaipur Service Centre Rajasthan to Mr. Ashok joshi ([protected]). My Xolo Q800 was completely down and not turning on. The phone was send back to Xolo Company. The service center persons are not helping by any means. 6-7 times I have gone to their shop but no support.                                       I bought a xolo q1000 from chandigarh in December 2013 (IMEI: [protected]) In the month of March it started showing charging issues and stopped working, the phone didn't switch on and wasn't being charged. So i gave it to the xolo service center. They said I will get back the phone in 14 days, but when i asked after 14 days they said the phone has been sent to Delhi for repair and will be back in a week. I again inquired about the phone after a week, but no response. i called to the customer care in Delhi and they said its under process and you'll get it back in 2-3 days. 1 week again passed. I again went to the service center to ask about my phone. They said motherboard for the phone wasn't available at that moment so its taking time (PS: 90% of xolo phones have same motherboard) 1 week again passed. they sent the phone back and said its repaired. when i checked the phone it had the same issue and was still not switching on. so i didn't receive the phone and asked them to repair my phone and then give me. Then after 2 months 10-12 days later i get a call to receive my phone. i went there and they gave me my phone without the battery and back cover, they said take it from the service center in another sector. so i took the phone and went to the service center. they gave me the battery and phone cover. i tried to switch it on but still it won't work. i asked them about the same. and they said its not repaired, the company has sent the phone as it is. and if you want to repair it, it will cost you Rs 5000. I asked why and then they said the phone has some sort of hole in it. Now what should i say about this. the phone had a hole. I didn't do it. the phone was in warranty. never even opened or repaired. so who did the hole.. the company couldn't repair my phone and was not even ready to replace it, hence they are harassing me.                                         I bought New XOLO Q900 MOBILE on 19/03/2014.after three months my screen damaged . i have submit my mobile on 16/06/2014 at J-40 Sec-18 Noida Service center for repairing . when i contact at service center every time they says that part is not coming from company please contact customer care .when i contact customer care they says that they forwar my complaint to senior .i also write mail on reach us option of xolo site but there is no response .every time customer care /service center says that please be patient your phone in process but till now i have spend 25 to 30 days without mobile. and there is no proper detail provide by xolo company where customer can contact to direct headoffice or company . I have met many xolo mobile customer they always says tha xolo service is very poor . there is no proper response from customer care or service center .I think xolo company is fraud.
