Hello I bought Xolo Q900 on[protected], thinking of it as a good brand and assuming that the company would provide me good after sales support. The handset i purchased started malfunctioning within a couple of days. It started heating furiously and restarting by itself within minutes. I took the handset to the authorized Xolo Service Center in Meerut, on[protected]. The received the handset, providing the Worksheet no[protected], stating that once dispatched to company, i will receive it back repaired or replaced within 10-15 days. So i just contacted them after the given date only. Then they told me that the complaint is still pending and my handset is at the company's end. It will take another 5-7 days. I waited for that period as well, and wen contacted again after that period, the result was the same. Every time i call them i am told that my complaint is pending with the company and my handset is still in the company. Today its more than a month and the result is ZERO. I never thought of such a pathetic after sales service from xolo. Now i can never recommend Xolo to anyone. I also tried contacting the Area Manager, Mr. Piyush at [protected], but he simply rejects the call and never bothered to respond. The first month of the warranty of my product has been over and the handset was never used by me *:| straight face. I am literally shocked by the service provided by the company, and think that i have wasted my money going with xolo, and made a mistake preferring xolo over other brands. Sir i request you to please look into it and help me get back my handset ASAP. I will be highly grateful to you.

    I tried to call you so many times but you did not answer my single call in last 10 days. My self Dharmesh Poshtiwala, submitted third time my Xolo Q900 handset for servicing in Abhishek Technologies but still i did not receive back my handset.As this is the third time i got the problem & in 7 month from purchasing date, 3 month my mobile is in service center so I'm not satisfied with your service/ handset. And in February you ommitted that if again problem occur you will replace the handset. So i demand for replacement/ money back of my handset. Please find the attached Application & Jobsheet.Please answer me in Three days from the date of mail send or i will go for legal action as i already submitted same application to Abhishek Technology also.

      I purchased Xolo Q700i on January 1st and in month of April due to accident the touch screen broke and I gave phone to the service center in Ahmedabad to get it repaired. They gave me an estimate of Rs 5500 and it will be repaired in approx 20 days. Now it is more than 2 months that I have not received my phone in a working condition. On calling them multiple times, they just give fake time limits that it will be done in a week, etc. On telling service center ppl in Ahmedabad that if the phone is not repairable, please let me know and give it back to me and I will purchase another phone, they say that once the phone has been sent to the company and estimate has been passed by the company, they can't get the device back and company will definitely repair it and return me back in a working condition, but no clues of my phone. Right now, I am without a phone and facing problems as I can't even buy a new phone nor I am getting my device repaired and also not getting proper reply. Please do the needful.

        I have submitted by handset for repair under warranty on 19th May under work order #[protected]. yet every time i try to call the service center or Xolo care, noone knows when will I receive back my phone. This is the most pathetic service I have experienced from any company so far. Promoting new products isnt enough, if you guys dont look at the service Excellency, every soon you will perish from the marked. This is pathetic customer service. Please look into the same and do the needful.

          I submitted my phone 'under warranty' set Q800 @ Xolo's Vashi Navi Mumbai service Centre after its screen went blank suddenly. Its been a month already since I have given the phone to them, and have not received it. No status is being told when I am calling continously. workorder number [protected]. submitted on 9th of June 2014; and no status update till date.

            I am not able to use the mobile for one day complete use after charging the mobile for 100%. I am not able to use it effiiciently for my purposes as I have to keep charging my mobile very often as it is a new set and I have brought it recently only before 6 months. I am having the warranty card also for my mobile.

                We had purchased a Xolo A500S from Flipkart as per bill dated 13 Dec 2013. (bill is attached) It developed malfunctioning in May 2014 - the vibrate mode would not stop, the phone was constantly vibrating. We submitted the phone to Xolo customer care at Ahmedabad on 26th May 2014 (the job sheet is attached). After 2 weeks on enquiry we were told by the customer care representatives that we will have to pay for the repair. This apparently was conveyed to them by Xolo. We said nothing doing we will not pay for this since it was a technical fault. They said they will return the phone within 10 days in that case. Now it is almost 6 weeks there is no positive response from them. I had emailed on [protected]@xolo.in and they replied that they will get back to us soon. Xolo has not given us any definite information about the status. I demand that we be paid back the cost of the phone. We look forward to your support in getting this resolved at teh earliest. We are extremely inconvenienced by the non availability of this phone which we had bought based on a lot of trust.

                This is an addendum to the already painful after-sales service of Xolo:

                They have written a one-liner email which I am reproducing verbatim:

                "Inconvenience regretted, your handset is still under repair and we have also forwarded your concern to our concerned team, will get back to you ASAP."

                This just goes to show the lackadaisical manner in which Xolo's customer support function works. Their is no sense of commitment.
                They have conveniently kept the intimation abstract without committing any time frame.

                It is time I took this on a public platform to educate people about how callous their services are.

                    I had purchased Xolo A500s six months back[protected] and its display has gone. I showed this to F1 centre in gurgaon on 28th June 14 and they said it cannot be repaired here as we do not have parts and xolo do not allow us to repair set. I am really surprised . Its already 10 days gone and there is no update on set . Now service center F1 in gurgaon say it will take 15 days .what is this ? You service in charge amit wasan also do not pick the call and now his phone is switched off .I am really pissed off with such attitude of xolo and have no Option but to go legal...will wait till end of day for your response .my complaint no is[protected] Pankaj jagga |

                      sir, i had bought xolo q1000 on 02.09.2013, due to some unknown reason the phone starting restarting on its own, i brought the same to xolo service centre located in kalkaji (JMV Technosol Pvt.Ltd, K-12A, Kalkaji, New Delhi-19.[protected] on 28.05.2014 (its still under warranty). the service center people told me to contact them after two weeks, i called up the toll free number and they informed me that my phone was fixed and it was pending signature by the engineer in noida. after a week, when i did not receive any information regarding the status of my phone, i went to the service center again and they told me that it will take time and i will get a text msg when the phone has arrived. since then i have mailed many emails to the customer service (xolo care, [protected]@xolo.in)no response, then i found out that Mr. Gaurav Kapoor is the service head of the entire North zone, his Phone no. [protected], i tried calling him (he did not respond, texted me instead to text him the problem), i had even texted him regarding the problems i have been having, no response and no help has been provided as off now.i have even tried to contact Vishal Sehgal (CEO), Sunil Raina (Business Head)on Facebook and i have sent them messages regarding the problems i have been having with after sales services, all fell on deaf ears.i had even sent sms on the customer care phone number, but nothing seems to be working. i think the company (xolo) knows that middle class people like us dont have time to chase them around in consumer court, thats why they are not responding and ignoring me, and others like me. till date, i have not got my phone back, kindly help.these are my details: name : Aashish george imei no. : [protected] work order no.[protected]work order dated : 28/05/2014

                      its been almost 40 days now and i have not got any reply. they say that phone is my property and yet somehow i am not getting it back. neither am i getting a positive feedback from the company. we as consumer are suffering and nobody seems to care. the consumer redressal forum takes years to solve out the problem of the consumer, should we earn or keep on attending court cases? no wonder most o[censored]s never say anything.

                      The Department of Consumer Affairs under Ministry of Consumer Affairs are also useless, they have a complaint section but it does not work, no emails or numbers have been provided to help the consumers. god knows what will happen to the consumer of this country.

                      on 21/07/2014, mr. gaurav kapoor sent me a msg on my number (i received it at 6:11 pm) stating that the handset has been dispatched through DTDC courier vide docket no. V17812342, then on 23 july 2014, i received another sms from xolo customer care [protected] stating that my handset has been repaired and has been dispatched from RF and will reach within 72 hours, i went to the kalkaji service centre 25th july 2014 and they said it has not come. i went today again, they gave me a replacement form, it was very crowded so, i filled up the replacement form rather quickly, thinking i will get the same model phone in replacement, when i went out for a second i noticed that the phone is heavier and looks different, i immediately realised that they must have given me the wrong phone, i opened the back cover and removed the battery to see that its was xolo A1000 and not Q1000.

                      i went back in a hurry and told the customer care people, the explanation i got was baffling, he said "jo phone company bhejegi wahi toh dunga", i asked him again, what do you mean? he said look this is a better phone than your earlier phone, so be happy with it. if you have a problem, i will send it back to the company and they will do whatever is right.

                      these people are cheats, they say both are the same but they are not!

                      differences between a1000 and q1000

                      one of the main factors in a smart phone is that the processor it has, has to be fast, A1000 has DUAL CORE PROCESSOR, whereas the XOLO Q1000 has a quad core processor. why would i take a slower phone? and these people are cheating consumers like this? its shocking!

                      On August 3rd at 10:52 am, i get a msg from Mr. Gaurav Kapoor (+91-[protected]) on my personal number and he writes and i quote "hi aashish, i need to investigate the matter. le us speak tomorrow and this is my promise to you to get your issue resolved by tomorrow (4th august) itself"

                      Its been two days, i am messaging him and he is not responding, he is not picking up my calls. He is always in a meeting. They can cheat consumers but cant solve there problems, how convenient is that. The preparation for my consumer case was complete when gaurav made such fake promises, what is going on? How come these people are not being held accountable?

                      i guess there is no other way than to go to consumer court. i hope i get compensated properly for all the trouble these people have caused me. what a waste!

                      Continuing my torment, on 8th August i have texted both Mr.RituRaj [protected] and Mr. Gaurav Kapoor (+91-[protected]), begging them to give my phone back, and the same mechanical answer was given to me, when i called Mr.RituRaj [protected] he says that my phone is stuck in transit and he will resolve the case within in day and will get back to me and he never does, again, i called him and texted him on the 12th august and the same response, "sir, i will call you back in the evening and let you know the status" and still nothing. then shamelessly i called them up on the 21st august and still the same response, "sir, your phone is stuck in transit, these xolo people keep chaning the rules and i am unable to provide you the support you need, gaurav had gone out of town and now he is back, i shall discuss the matter with him and resolve the issue, i shall call you in the evening" he never calls, now i have called him on saturday 30the august and this time he admitted that he cant do anything for me. so, no other choice left but to get justice from the consumer court.

                      i cannot believe how stupid these people are, the relief that i will get from the consumer court is gonna be far more bothersome than giving me my phone back, it will be waste of their time and reputation will be ruined, whats more important here? a 13000/- rs. phone? or a million dollar reputation? how dumb can one get?

                      continuing the harrassment, on 5th of August i tried contacting Mr. Gaurav Kapoor (+91-[protected]), he stated that he is in a meeting, then i sent him a text, followed up in the evening with a call, he put me on conference with one Mr.Rituraj from KalKaji service centre, he promise me my phone back within a week, then i texted him on 12th, called him, he said phone wahain se ana hai, give me some time, every now and then he will make some or the other excuse.                       want to file a consumer complaint against this company and these
                      employees, give the certified copy of the complain to the local
                      newspaper and should spread awarness to other consumers regarding there after sales service. the very reason i am not doing so is because i am a working man and i hardly get time to follow this through.if my condition is like this, i can only imagine, people who have no idea about what to do, how much will they be suffering? and now the battery has swollen and i dont know if i will get a replacement on that too? this is by far my worst experience with a company.MY PHONE IS GONE SINCE 28/05/2014 AND TILL DATE, NOTHING!

                      Xolo Mobile — mobile not repair on time

                      i submitt my mobile for repair on 19th march. they give me 15 days time for waiting but after 20days company can't repaiar my mobile and not give back to me.

                      Vibrator is not working

                      Battery Charging Problem

                        Respected Staff, This is regarding a Xolo mobile - Q1010i (dual sim) which my son bought on Apr 15, 2014 from mobile zone shop - Fountain Plaza, Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai. IMEI 1 no - [protected] and IMEI 2 - [protected] Around a week back, his mobile fell down in water in a small bike accident. The bike person hit his bike and then my son fell down. The mobile phone which was there in his pocket eventually fell down into a stagnant water(due to rain) near by. Then the phone`s display did not work at all. He dried the phone in the sun and then tried to restart the mobile and still the display was not working. After giving the phone to the mobile zone shop, they gave it to the service centre for getting the estimate on the issue, the service centre said that the display is gone because of water and that the display has to be replaced. They said that the stock needs to be ordered from head office which would take more than 20 days, after which they will get the stock and change the display and give the phone in 1 month or 45 day`s time. We also called them to check and they responded the same. Till then my son doesnt have any other standby mobile. He is working and needs a phone. Taking such a long time is affecting our daily needs. This is a new mobile in the market. Please help us in speeding up the process of getting my son`s phone`s display replaced with a new one as soon as possible. Thank you very much! Jai Hind!

                        Dear Team,

                        After the service station kept the phone with them for around 10 days, they have now sent it to Delhi (head office) for replacement and services. Even after telling them that we need the phone as soon as possible, they said it will atleast take around 20 more days to get the repair done. The complaint number which has been newly given to us now is :- Work Order no[protected]

                        Even after asking them the reason for the delay and that we would escalate the matter, they responded saying there are already thousands of complaints in the consumer forum and you can be the 1001th customer for writing complaints there. They were not even serious about this issue or posting the complaint in the consumer forum. Please get this resolved soon, as its already been more than 2 weeks without phone. Also convey them the seriousness of consumer complaint which they do not seem to have at all. Its as if that these guys do not at all fear the seriousness of Indian Government

                          Hi, This is Amit Ranjan, I am from Ranchi, Jharkhand but due to my job I put up in Delhi. I am writing up this mail, after getting extremely unsatisfied responses and irresponsible behavior of one of yours Service Center named Max care, situated in Ranchi, Jharkhand. My case is, I bought a phone Xolo Q900 from Snapdeal.com with 1 year manufacturers (XOLO’s) warranty and 15 days Snapdeal return policy on 6th of March 2014 as a gift to my younger brother who lives in Ranchi. After 20-25 days o[censored]sage, Its camera went blank. Only a green screen was displayed whenever camera was switched on. He then reported to your authorized service center (Max Care) at Ranchi. Your executive told him it will take ~15-20 days. It will be not be serviced here instead they will send it to some Higher Authorities in Bangalore or Delhi. After 20 days when contacted, again they requested for few more days and finally after a month or more, I think, it came back in my brothers hand in working condition but with some new problems. That was the phone gets heated up extremely when put in charging/after 10-15 minutes o[censored]sage. The data cable wasn’t working when connected to PC and even sometimes while charging. He then again contacted the service center in first week of May 2014( I was there for my marriage ) and they found it a genuine problem and again they kept the phone with them. Now the status of the phone is that it’s still with them from past two months and overall of ~3 months, and they are saying that we cannot repair this handset, this becomes a non-repairable handset and advised my brother to contact the seller and ask for refund/replacement. I then contacted the Snapdeal and got feedback that, they had a 15 day return policy, and after that they are not liable to refund/replacement. So they can’t consider this case. Contact Xolo. I again contacted the Max care and one of their executive told that, we cannot do replacements, instead we can give you a letter that this handset is in warranty and became non repairable and that’s all. I am tracking this past couple of weeks. Now I am feeling cheated by all of you guys, Xolo and your service centers and the created situation is dragging me towards the loss of mental and financial crisis. I already wasted a lot of money and the most important, my time on this case. I have heard that Xolo has unique doorstep care service, and that was purely missing here. So you are requested to kindly look into the case and take appropriate actions. Regards Amit Ranjan

                            I bought handset of xolo brand on 17april, 2014. After few days handset started trouble. I approach to xolo care center at chandigarh(Durga Communication, SCO 371-373, first floor, Cabin-5, Sector 34-A) regarding this issue on 27, May 2014. My job sheet numbers are[protected] and [protected] Today is 5th july and still service center unable to trace and rectify problem even handset sent to delhi for 15days. They do not replace my handset. and still after one and half month the situation is i have only work to follow-up status of my phone. Now i am totally fad up from service from xolo care. i don’t want to get back xolo mobile. Please help to refund my money. This is only customer harassment process. Please take strict action against xolo mobiles company. I humbly request to consumer right department please do needful.

                                I have given my handset xolo q3000 to the service centre whose address is c/o ambe electronics j 40 1st floor Noida (uttar pradesh) pin code -201301 on 30/07/2014, and got msg from xolo that expected delivery date is 03/07/2014. but today when i called to the service team, they said that the h/s is is gone to the company and it will take 25 to 30 days, when i informed that i had got msg from the xolo that today is the expected delivery of the product, he replied to contact to the customer care care, Now when i called to the customer care, the executive Mr. Tejpal informed that we are not able to track the h/s details, there is no records that i had submitted the h/s to the service team and you need to co- ordinate with the service team, i informed him that service team ask to contact to the customer care he just said he cant to any thing in that also he was not ready to transfer the call to the senior and talk in the rude manner and disconnected the call/ Please help me out in this, as i am wasting my valuable time and money due to this, the work order number in the job sheet is[protected].                                     REPEATING SAME COMPLAINT Do you have any plan or something to provide battery as i can read complaints about battery availability since last quarter of 2013. I have asked for battery before 4 months and still no answer, on 31 may they provide me work order number but no guaranteed date for battery. (Work order number[protected] The worst service center from Vadodara, Gujarat as they told like "we can't tell you when will battery available and from last 4 months we have not received battery from company" I have called more than 50 times to service manager but he never picked up a call. Stop launching new phones .. Just provide service to sold one. I have purchased xolo Q700i and it worked fine and i have done marketing among my friends. But now i will make sure .. No one from my friends group buy it.

I hardly used it for a month and then faced problem of hanging phone when any application running in few minutes, also faced audio fault when I attached handset with my mobile, I can be able to hear sound from only onside (left or right). Also when I charged the battery the charger captured very high temperature. For all this above problem, I called xolo care call centre on[protected], Then I submitted my mobile in nearest service centre – Code – 1300170, Name – Shreeji Communication, Contact no. [protected]. Service centre executive replied, he has to send mobile to the company for repairing purpose. Then I have to wait for 1 month to get my mobile – in perfect fixed condition. After a month I again contacted with xolo service centre (Shreeji Communication), again executive replied your mobile still not repaired. If you want to resolve your mobile phone’s problems, you have to wait for another one month due to company’s heavy work load. I already sent complaint about my cell phone earlier (on xolo care/ support) and not got any response from your side. On dated 30th June 2014, I collected my cell phone from xolo - service centre in not repaired condition, I also found the cell phone in very bad condition like my phone exchanged with someone else cell phone. I just want to tell, even I submitted my cell phone for a month for repairing and then I got it back in very worse condition than before. What all this non-sense. Now I had to take some legal steps on your company for asking compensation for all this inconvenience caused (under consumer right act).I just asking a replacement my cell phone with brand new one. If you still want to response on this matter, please contact me as soon as possible before I applying for the compensation.
