      Don't buy any lava mobiles...once they sold we are begger..they never respond to our service...I bought xolo era HD flop mobile and after three months its dead. And handed to authorized service center, they lost the Sim tray. 3 months crossed no response about the spare. Why lava/xolo not care about customer. The mobile is 3 months old and now you are keep my mobile another 3 months without any solution. Whenever I contact customer care they telling we don't have spares. Then why are selling mobiles in India. Go away. So please don't buy these dummy mobiles.

        I today visited Thane Maharashtra service center for earphone relating issue. My phone is under 6 months and my earphones have stopped working. I was told to leave the earphones with the phone for two days he claims which is the standard procedure. Why do I need to surrender my phone to service center for two days for a problem that is in relation to earphones. He can verify imei number of my phone in front of me and then he can go ahead and replace my earphones. I am really thinking there is something fishy as I have heard they take out good working parts from the phone. I demand my earphones to be replaced without surrendering my phone even for a hour with them. Or if they wish to see my phone that should only happen in front of me that is in my presence.

                      I have xolo black 1x bought 3 months ago, which started giving problems with in a month. The batter drains at a very fast rate. Even I may not be using phone it drains continuously. And the other big issue in the phone, the phone's display automatically gets blank when I m using the phone. This happens all time when attending the call and it becomes black for 5 sec and den becomes normal. It happens repeatedly. While the screen is blank the touch of the phone works.                         I am not able to set my custom ringtone on my phone. If i set custom ringtone the phone doesn't rings. please help me i can only set ringtones which are available with phone preinstalled. I tried everything but it is not working.                             The solution which you provide to me and I did the same as directed by you. Now I am on my official tour and facing a very very big problem. Touch is not working properly and digits 7 8 9 is not working. I cant dial any number having 7 8 9 and even cant save any number also.

                            I am surprising that I bought a new mobile and facing a bad quality product. This is my first mobile of Xolo and feel that I am in trouble. now suppose you will tell to me to go to the service center and they will keep my mobile for 2-3 days and I will live without the phone. I cant to any of my work during the period.

                            I paid Rs. 12000/- for a good quality mobile. At the time of purchasing I was not aware of bad quality deliver by Xolo.

                            Already i gave this mobile earlier to your service center and again i am facing the another problem. your warranty is only 1 year and i know if already there is problem in the mobile, I will face the problem after your guarantee warranty.

                            I would like to inform you that I received call from customer care on 29.04.16 that my mobile is now repaired and I can collect it any time. i went to the service center and came to know that he has not resolved my other issues like hanging and notwork problem. he asked to me for one more day which I agreed.

                            next day when i went to collect mobile then i came to know that my back cover was cracked and he forced to me say that it was cracked before submitting to the service center. i showed him that physical condition of my phone was ok which was print on the job sheet. then he become agree to change the back cover.

                            Finally to day I collect my phone after 21 days. now i just want to know that is that back cover is original or duplicate? if it is duplicate then why it is done by them?

                            I don't know why it is happening with me. I paid full amount for a good quality phone but now I feel that I have been cheated with XOLO. I personally feel that there is some problem in this particular handset.

                            I called to your customer care and told them, again I am facing lots of problem in my phone like,

                            1. Message is showing 1 message but there is no unread messages. i deleted all the messages.
                            2. Wifi and Bluetooth hangs. I have to reboot my phone and get satisfy. How many times I have to do this. Already this phone was in your customer service center for 2 times and i am facing this problem with in 8-10 days after getting the phone.
                            3. sensors during the calls is not working... So many applications opened automatically during the call.

                            Please let me know that how many times I have to go to the service center for the same issue and always for the new issues.

                            I am in a private company and mostly i am on tour for 15-20 days and I always saves my contacts on my mail id, every time i face the problems during on tour with the normal phone (after submitting the phone on customer service center). without the contacts.

                            You assure to me that now i will not face any problem but again the same problem is in my phone. Today When I call to your customer care and he again they are giving assurance that after resolving the issue you will not face any problem.

                            My simple question is how many times you will give me the assurance and how many times i have to go to the customer service center for the same issue.

                            I am looking that soon you will change my phone on priority basis.

                            Your Service center has no information about the replacement and still they are saying that they will repair my phone.

                            After posting the complaint on dt. 01.08.16 on this site (Mention above), I got a call from [protected] and he said that he is calling from XOLO customer care and he is asking for my SBI bank account number. he said that he will refund the amount into my account and he cant replace my phone. I replied that i dont have any SBI Account number and if you want my account number then write a mail to me then i will give it to you other wise I will not provide you any details.

                            Then he asked to me about the paytm account which I replied the same thing. then he sent some OTP on my mobile and asking for the OTP which I dont give him and I said that same thing that If you want any details then mail to me. I will reply all of the query.

                            Please confirm that is he belongs to your company and will you refund the amount of replace the phone.

                                  It had been only 10-12 days o[censored]sing this handset, sudden it power off like dead.

                                  I also call to sanpdeal to exchange the phone, but they were keeping on saying, we are 7 Days easy return policy. And now it’s more than 7 days so we can’t assist you. You can call to manufacture of this phone.

                                  I also call to XOLO customer care[protected], they suggest me to visit the service center. I visited too & submit my phone at (Rohan Tele Services C-26/1 gali no 1, neat Sunrise Public school bhajanpura, Delhi:- 110053). As per XOLO Work-order Number:[protected].

                                  Currently form your end Guys saying, your phone will back in your hand on[protected].

                                  It’s too long time, and right now I am going irritate.
