I today visited Thane Maharashtra service center for earphone relating issue. My phone is under 6 months and my earphones have stopped working. Its 4 th time my power key had stopped working. I had already repaired it thrice on xolo service center. My phone is under warranty. I am fed up of this problem. I have purchased a XOLO Q1000 Opus mobile but from day 1 facing the issue of speaker on calling no voice is heard every time I need to restart the phone also there is issue of overheating. complaint to customer care but very careless approach of customer care executives.

Firstly my phone has no clear voice in loudspeaker so I suggest to replace my loudspeaker
I go in the service centre Rohtak Haryana
I said that I want to change my loudspeaker what will be the price (phone of out of warranty) to change the loudspeaker.
They said we will check what is the price

After some time they said 250/- rupees charged to change loudspeaker

I am not able to set my custom ringtone on my phone. If i set custom ringtone the phone doesn't rings. please help me i can only set ringtones which are available with phone preinstalled. I tried everything but it is not working. I havent rooted my phone so please help me with this as early as possible. If set to custom ringtone the phone just vibrate. I have given xolo era HD mobile to service center for service in tiruvanmiyur, Chennai on feb 13, 2016. After finished service, they called me. I have seen that the sim slot was missing in that mobile. I asked them to provide the mobile with sim slot properly. But they are cheating me to provide the sim slot. I purchase xolo black hive in september 2015, last month I faced the hang problem with my mobile, i gave my mobile to the customer care for the same issue and now again I am facing the same problem in a single month.

I am frustrated about the quality of the phone.

Please look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

kal muje do numbers se call aai ..phla number hai[protected] and dosra number hai[protected] in dono nubers se muje call aai thi ..or kaha k aap mere phon k pore paise vapis kar denge .. lekin kal aapne mere accouct se dokhe se 30000 rupee apni tarf kheech liye hai. mera total accout khali hogea hainill hogea hai.. iss bat ki complaint maine police ko kardi hai . jaldi hi yeah...

this is sarvesh kumar user of xolo omega 5.0 I have purchased phone on 12/06/2015 . Sir i have replaced my earphone within the date of warranty as it was not working properly.but after 7-10 days it again had the same problem of right side voice not coming problem.and now your Varanasi service center are not replacing the earphone and charger same.
