Recently i purchased product from myntra. The product has reached a week before and i haven't received any of them till now. One of the product is also showing status as delivered. The delivery boy first called and said to collect it from there but when i insisted on home delivery he said yes but then there is no address of him. He is not even picking my call. He also gave wrong information that i have requested for future delivery. I haven't received any of my product yet. Very unhappy

This is very highly frustrated situation, i really really want to use foul language to the netmeds as well as xpressbees, that despite of minimum 30 times of complaints in past year, each time when you send the order through xpressbees, they never deliver, not late or delayed, but they do not deliver at all, they only deliver when many complaints are made against them!

And the most atrocious thing is they say customer requested late delivery! What type of shameless creatures are these, and every time when they show their fraudulent faces they say that sir we had called you and you didn't pick up, inspite of this that they know the address, but they freaking lie on the face, when gets more annoying to the core, how can people be such disgusting and as*hol*s indeed.! I complained many many many many freaking times to xpressbees as well as netmeds that please don't ever send the medicines with this # ever again, but they keep sending again and again.!!! I'm not sorry for using foul language at all.!!!

I bought 4 items in the past 30 days from paytmmall and all are shipped through xpressbees with the following tracking numbers

All have reached the destination city in time and all have been assigned to the same deliver person.

Every time i got a out for deliver message with the delivery person's name and phone number.
He never called me on the first day and marked the status as "future delivery : requested by consignee".
Next day i called him and he said, "i will deliver it by this evening" and din't deliver. Moreover he marked it as "future delivery : requested by consignee" again.

The third day i called him again and he said the same thing and didn't deliver and marked as the same.
Next day, the item is returned back to the origin.

The same thing happened for all 4 items and all have been returned to the origin.

The delivery guy not even called me once and i only called him every day for all products.

For the last item when i called him, he changed his tune and said that my mobile number is missing on the package and he couldn't call me. I told him to save my number. He didn't call me. I called him again and same thing happened and the item is returned.

If what he said was true, do you accept packages without recepients mobile number?

This has been a pathetic experience and time consuming.
I want to file a case on xpressbees logistics for wasting my money and time. Please help me in filing the case.

Your one delivery person didn't delivered the product on time and he always disturb me to come to his place.
I already told him my address and my home is on main road. But he didn't delivered me at home. This is the second time i am suffered by it. Please didn't send this person to deliver my product.

I have placed a order in paytm on 9th dec. And it reached my destinations on 14th dec. And courier boy called me in evening and asking me to come to office to collect order. But i told him to come to my delivery address. But he gave reason to paytm as customer was not contactable and the order was got cancelled. Please take action on him.

I have ordered t shirt from paytm mall on 4th dec and it was suppose to get deliverer on 13th dec. Delivery guy from xpressbees gave me a cal and informed it would be delivered on 14th dec, however he requested for change of delivery status to "delivered". 14th he gave a call and informed he wil get it delivered on 15th dec. On 15th dec delivery guy informed he is unwell and disconnected the call. Trying to reach him post that but not picking up the cal. Below is that delivery guy details

Hi, i placed an order with club factory and i was supposed to receive it by 13th. But it'sa 15th today and i still have not received my product. I needed it for an event on 14th. As per tracking, it has reached xpress bees a week back and i don't know why it is not delivered yet. I want it asap. 2nd issue is, they automatically cancelled, 1 of the order without any prior intimation..

I order online of rupess approx 5800/-. This is my 2nd experience with xpressbees logistic. I that the only accept cash not cards.
In such digital world this courier service is too far from developing.
They have to keep such things like card machines etc, which is most important for now a days.
I'm very disappointed with the service which they provide to thr customers.

They did no provide any contact no.in msg so i can contact the dlvry boy...

Hi one of my courier is suppose to come through xpressbees of bright life and yesterday 12th is showed online that the consignment is out for delivery but i haven't received and than again today morning it is showing that consignment is out for delivery but now in online remark it is showing that the consignee have asked to deliver it in future which is lie.
No one contacted me for the delivery as i was in my home whole day waiting for the shipment but all in vain as no one shown up for delivery and neither anybody contacted me.
Please check as i need the shipment on urgent basis.

1. Delivery boy is not reaching upto sheduled address and giving comment that address was close or not available.
2. I am calling your customer care for solution but they are giving wrong informations and commitment.
3. Several time i requested your customer care that delivery boy should give me a call before reaching my address and they have committed to do so but did not do and ignored my request several time. (As in everyday busy shedule, nobody can wait for your delivery boy).
4. Not receive any communication from your end, not a single time.

Really i am surprised how your team can be so casual and unprofessional that they are not able to reach the address for last 15 days.

I am seller from elanic and i have there packets to be pickedup by xpressbess but no one contact me regarding pickup and my products is not yet pickedup. I am not facing this issue for the first time before this also many products failed to be pickedup and i lost many opportunites. Please improve your services. Hope my products will be pickedup soon.

I ordered one product fron club factory and i got the message fron your side people that i am refused to take my product whereas i didnot get any call from delivery boy... So i can justify that was my office address so i am unabke to recieve that courier on saturday or sunday... How you can write this that i refused to take the parcell... Please clarify this

I am order denim jeans shirt in 7 days ago i saw a advertisement and i order that product today i have got the product that product is not i suggested one it is other one how can i change that product and give your office number how is that possible to the change of product

वो प्रोडक्ट ये नही है। मुझे जाकेट चाहिए. ...

My one of card was about to be delivered on 3rd december and till now i have not received it and excuses being provided is entry was not allowed in society which i confirmed from guards no one had come,. The second excuses pin code wrong hence not delivered and pin code is correct. And while calling and asking the reason representatives are not even assisting properly

I have order clothes from shein online order.. My order was suppose to deliver to me on 6 dt s thursday bt instead of delivering to me da delivery boy has given to som1 else whom i dnt knw bt he s saying dt he gve it to my fren bt none of my fren has receive any parcel of mine... How he can be so irresponsible my no was der n dt he shud hav call me also he dnt even call me also n he gve it to unknown person wen i call him up he dnt wan to answer da call n he act so rude... Its very bad experience wit dis courier service

Produt from club factory and first cry was deliver by a delivery boy from xpressbees and he forced me to pay extra for the delivery. When i told it was not mentioned he started using badlanguage. Then i had to pay him the money. And he left without giving my balance of 200rs.
I called customer care and reported the complaint twice but no action was taken. And they informed me that it was my mistake that he went. Shame on your management. Worst delivery experience. I wish i had option to avoid my parcels being sent through xpressbees from now.

My product was not recieved yet hence the courier person name and mobile number was recieved mine. And also my last product delivered by same courier facility and same courier person but in tracking details was see that there was saying that the our courier parter was unable to locate the delivery address. I called him many times but he was not recieved my phone and he was not called me by himself. And currently blocked my number by himself. That was person and courier facility also lying with me. Soo plzz recieved my complaint humblefully. Thank u
