I purchased a neptune suit smart watch with cash on delivery option from the following site on 30th nov, 2018: -

On, 5th of dec, 2018 i received a parcel from a courier person and handed him over rs.2124. Following are the parcel details: -

Order awb:[protected], 1 item (S) of rs 2124.00 delivered via xpressbees for a neptune suite smart watch.
After paying rs. 2124.00 to the courier person, when i opened the parcel i found a cheap men's wallet worth rs.50.
It is a clear case of internet fraud.

Please do the needful to recover my money and take stringent action against this fraud site before they start cheating more people.
As i called your customer care executive "yogita" to share the details of the parcel sender, she refused and told me to collect from google. I told her that the company is fraud and have no details on the website but still she refused to divulge the details.

    I had placed an order on 21st November, 2018 from the club factory mobile application. Order : SO68084798 and tracking no. : [protected]. It was shown in the tracking details that the product has been deliverd to the location but neither me nor any of the neighbour nor guards received the same. Even the courier boy do not calll me for the same to recieve the product.
    And for the same I registered complaint more than a week ago and not get response from either of the sides (Neither from Club factory nor from the courier company).
    Kindly resolve this problem by contacting with Club Factory as well as with your team as soon as possible.
    Because as a customer it is too hard for me to tolerate this type of behaviour from the other side.

      I received one kurti from xpressbees but The quality is very poor.. I want to return the item but customer care is not connect my call. Please provide me return link ASAP my order no[protected].. And the company is not responding to my request.. I will complain about this issue. The customer care number is also not connected they are very irresponsible. I never ever seen this type of company.

        Highly disappointed with xpressbees. Have ordered an item from firstcry and the item is still with xpressbees, hyd for almost 6 days and they have not delivered it yet and me being a hyd resident. Not sure what the management is doing when there are so many complaints and they are not even bothered about the customer reviews. Firstcry has also raised a complaint (Complaint no:[protected] against xpressbees. Getting fake messages that i have ordered for a future delivery which is complete nonsense. Xpressbees should be blacklisted.

          I ordered many things on purple.com.
          One parcel is prepaid, the shipment id for prepaid order is[protected] and the other one is[protected] which is cod of ₹246.
          The delivery boy calls for the parcel and ask me to receive that
          I asked him is any money is liable on that
          He said you know the amount.
          I thought my cod parcel is there.
          When i opened, it was the order for which i paid before nd delivery boy taking cash of 250 from me.
          This is very inconvenient.
          He has to refuse to take money.
          I called him many times but he say that aapko pta hona chahiye mujhe kya pta.
          Phone no of that delivery boy is [protected].
          Please don't do this to your customers.

            I ordered on 14th november and the expected date of delivery is 21th nov.
            I didn't get it till now and they dispatched back by saying i am not able to receive that parcel.
            They call me to confirm delivery on next day but without any call or message they cancelled my order.
            Very much disappointed by this kind of response from you guys.

            Please deliver my parcel as soon as possible.

            Sir I was order a product from snapdeal and their courier partner Xpressbees delay my order day by day about 1 month and they mention that the customer reject or refuse the order I want to say that this mentioned statement is incorrect. I was not refuse the order. Please do something.

              @xpressbees_in pathetic service.. Chor delivry guys.. Day before shipment was with the delivery guy and suddenly its been a month shipment is lost and non tracable

                This is my reverse pickup no[protected] which i received through message on 12 Nov, 2018 . On 20th Nov your guy came for pickup without giving me message, unfortunately i was not present at my receiving address which is my office address. Your guy told me that sir 'send me your residence address i would pick from there ' then i did the same but no one came for the pickup then last day i called him again then he told me that you have to register new request for the pickup because pickup address couldn't be changed then i asked him why did you not told me that on the same day. then he promised me that he will pickup up today from same pickup address but he didn't come today.Is this your company services? i am unhappy with your services. At last i want my unit pickup as soon as possible and a strict action against your guy. His contact no is [protected]

                My First Cry order was first delayed and later when it arrived Mr. Vishal Kumar ([protected]) delivery boy of xpressbees Logistics refused to deliver on the day when the message regarding delivery was received. This in turn forced me to cancel the order for which i had been waiting patiently for 10 days.

And i also got the notification update that it is in transit on 27.11.2018 from guwahati hub. Further i have received no other updates. Delivery get delayed. Please give me a reply soon.                     My shipment was supposed to deliver on nov-14-2018 but they did not and said that consignee refused to accept, it was a prepaid order.
                    On raising multiple complaints, they keep saying that we will deliver your order on priority but not delivered.

                      There was a shipment no.[protected] from paytm in name of surender singh i. E. My name. The status was shown delivered 0n 16/11/2018 by mr. Narbeer singh (Mob. No.-[protected]) while actually i didn't get any delivery. I repeatedly called him telling about wrong delivery. But he continuously prevaricated me by saying that delivery would be done in 1-2 hours. I trust him and didn't report to paytm. He take advantage of paytm policy of reporting within 3 days. Then either he didn't pick up my phone or ignore my request. The signature of receiver clearly shows malafide intention in it because ever first letter is not recognizable. Moreover name of receiver is not disclosed. This clearly shows treacherous intentions. I have repeatedly attract attention in this issue on customer care no [protected]. I was assured of taking action against the culprit within 24 hrs from 18/11/2018 till today. But result didn't comes out. The apathy to issue actually put me in a severe mental trauma as my dignity is deeply dented. I officially lodge complaint no. 10252081 on there customer care helpline no. But still no result.

                        Please not that i have ordered 2 items from firstcry.com on 16.11.2018, and the estimated date of delivery was 22.11.2018.

                        The order details are as follows :
                        Shipment awb number:[protected]
                        Estimated delivery date:[protected]

                        My city is cochin and from tracking it was known that the items have reached cochin 22.11.2018 and that it has reached tripunithura (Where i live) on 24.11.2018. But somehow i have not received the items as on date 27.11.2018.

                        Hope to get the delivery soon, or i may have to give formal complaint to

                          My awb is [protected] on thursday i got a message that the order was to be delivered but i didn't receive the delivery. The expressbee website says that the order has been delivered and received by me but i was there the whole time and i didn't receive it.

                          Can you tell me how can you deliver the package without asking whether it is the same person. Morevover, i didn't receive any call from your agent asking whether i am at home or anything related to the delivery. I would wish for a solution and nothing else.

                              Order some item from Home shop18 and sent the consignment through Xpressbees logistic vide no: AWB[protected]. Nobody attempt for delivery but we are receiving massage that address is incorrect and another massage that consignee don't want to receive the consignment. Both the statements are not true. No calls received by us from courrier office.

                                Fake updates in courier track saying that im not avilable.

                                Chandrashekar pittala courier person again updated fake report and i called plenty of times for my courier and he denied to deliver.

                                I hate xpressbees couriers and its not the first time.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  I have placed an order for muscleblaze whey protein through healthkart via order number hkm[protected] for rs. 4, 799/- and the same was shipped to me on 13th november under awb number[protected] via xpressbees courier company.

                                  The product reached chennai branch on 17th november and till now the same has not been delivered to me. When i contacted xpressbees customer care, they provided me the contact number of mr. Mandal ([protected]), who is taking care of chennai region. I have been calling mr. Mandal since 17th november and he has been giving reasons for not delivering the product like "no manpower, heavy rain (Even though it was not raining), will be delivered tomorrow for sure". Mr. Mandal is not even bothered to get in touch with me if there is any delay and ultimately i have to call him on a daily basis to get these updates.

                                  The courier company have been updating on their registry that i have requested for a future delivery. On 22nd i was promised by mr. Mandal that the product will be delivered for sure by 3pm but so far the same has not been delivered and when i try to reach mr. Mandal on phone, he is not answering the call and disconnecting it.

                                  The issue was highlighted to healthkart customer care on 21st november and got update that the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs.

                                  I would like to bring this issue to the concerned authorities and would like to ensure that this is not repeated for any other customers. Also i would like the courier company to be held responsible for the delay caused.

                                    They everyday send msgs dat today we will come plz b home plz available!

                                    Now today at thursday november 22 date noon i was in meeting so fone was silent this guy called me twice only delivery boy frm xpress bees courier and as i was in meeting so forgot to see fone for 2 hrs only! I saw a msg frm courier boy apne fone nai uthaya ab apko parcel shop jaake le lena padega! Wattt???

                                    4 days se ye log bhijwa nai rahe the complain kia roz mene ki plz send d courier now aisa bol raha hai wo courier boy (Bharat rathod [protected]) wid a msg not. Even picking my calls!
                                    Then i tried wid another num dat time usne uthaya aur address dia! Huh wat d hell!!!

                                        I got text yesterday saying order is out for delivery but it didn't come. I waited whole day for delivery boy's call but he didn't contact me. And to my surprise today i saw xpressbees showing me that order is delivered where i haven't received it yet. I was eagerly waiting for my parcel.
