Courier person kumar pittala is very rude and challenged that he will not come to deliver courier.

Fake updates in courier track saying that im not avilable.

Chandrashekar pittala courier person again updated fake report and i called plenty of times for my courier and he denied to deliver.

I hate xpressbees couriers and its not the first time.

    Dear sir/ madam,

    I have placed an order for muscleblaze whey protein through healthkart via order number hkm[protected] for rs. 4, 799/- and the same was shipped to me on 13th november under awb number[protected] via xpressbees courier company.

    The product reached chennai branch on 17th november and till now the same has not been delivered to me. When i contacted xpressbees customer care, they provided me the contact number of mr. Mandal ([protected]), who is taking care of chennai region. I have been calling mr. Mandal since 17th november and he has been giving reasons for not delivering the product like "no manpower, heavy rain (Even though it was not raining), will be delivered tomorrow for sure". Mr. Mandal is not even bothered to get in touch with me if there is any delay and ultimately i have to call him on a daily basis to get these updates.

    The courier company have been updating on their registry that i have requested for a future delivery. On 22nd i was promised by mr. Mandal that the product will be delivered for sure by 3pm but so far the same has not been delivered and when i try to reach mr. Mandal on phone, he is not answering the call and disconnecting it.

    The issue was highlighted to healthkart customer care on 21st november and got update that the issue will be resolved in 24-48 hrs.

    I would like to bring this issue to the concerned authorities and would like to ensure that this is not repeated for any other customers. Also i would like the courier company to be held responsible for the delay caused.

    I received a message that my item is out for delivery on 20th Nov 2018, received a call from agent that it will be delivered today. but it was not deliver. again i received a message my item is out for delivery, still it was not received till today i.e. 21st Nov 2018.

      Waited for my courier week!
      They everyday send msgs dat today we will come plz b home plz available!
      4 days dey disturbed my schedule!
      Now today at thursday november 22 date noon i was in meeting so fone was silent this guy called me twice only delivery boy frm xpress bees courier and as i was in meeting so forgot to see fone for 2 hrs only! I saw a msg frm courier boy apne fone nai uthaya ab apko parcel shop jaake le lena padega! Wattt???

      4 days se ye log bhijwa nai rahe the complain kia roz mene ki plz send d courier now aisa bol raha hai wo courier boy (Bharat rathod [protected]) wid a msg not. Even picking my calls!
      Then i tried wid another num dat time usne uthaya aur address dia! Huh wat d hell!!!

          I got text yesterday saying order is out for delivery but it didn't come. I waited whole day for delivery boy's call but he didn't contact me. And to my surprise today i saw xpressbees showing me that order is delivered where i haven't received it yet. I was eagerly waiting for my parcel. It is already late and i thought yesterday finally i will get it but that ofcourse didn't happen. Please do something and get me my parcel

            Hi my name is merlin anthony.
            Want to complaint about xpressbees logistics every day they are sending me messages about my order but i havent received my order yet. And when ever i contact the customer care the agents are disconnecting my calls Every time agents put me on hold and disconnects my call nobody taking any action they send mr text that the house or office was closed but am at home all day...poor and hopeless courier servies...i want the order to be deliverd asap otherwise will cancel the order

              A guy picked up parcel on friday 16th. The same guy visited on saturday 17th for the same parcel which was given to him a day ago. I told him that it was the only parcel. I booked it from a site shiprocket.

              Asof now iam unable to track it with awb number. And i can not speak to customer care because after entering awb it says no shipment record found and IVR call gets disconnected.

                        I had placed two orders from two different sites, and unfortunately both used xpressbees as their courier service. Both my orders apparently reached my area on 15 november, 2018. Delivery has apparently been attempted but the orders never reach me.
                        One order, supposed to be delivered by mr. Prashant patil (No. - [protected]) on 16th was not delivered because he wasn't allowed inside guarded defence premises on account of not having any identification card from the company. The delivery hasn't been made since, although i was told it will be made the following day.
                        The other order said that it was out for delivery, however it never reached me and the order status changed to customer refused.
                        This problem better be fixed soon. I'm tired of these fraudulents.

                          I have been in words with paytm mall for the refund amount but they are not refunding me because they are asking for return slip of the product but this company didn't provide me any return slipand is not replying to my mails. Without return slip paytm is not refunding me. The return happened on 25-oct-2018. Please help me as nobody is looking into the case.

                            My document was supposed to be delivered yesterday but didnot receive it. Now after 4 days they might resend it as said by customer service..
                            Ridiculous service as they dont share the delivery person contact details neither they contact to check the address when there is a query... Pathetic customer care..
                            It takes ages to connect to customer care and once connected they dont have any proper information to give to customer...

                              I got the below message today. When i call the no, i was informed that courier was redirected to my office address because of wrong pincode.                                 It has been more than 5 days after estimated delivery. I didn't receive the product yet. The same tracking details is shown again and again. Shipment awb:[protected]. Also placed another order and it is also taking a long time. I have allso personally mailed many times. But still no reply. I have made a prepaid payment. So try to send both the products as soon as possible.

                                        Awb[protected] actually product delivery date is 8/11/2018 not delivered. It is extended to 11/11/2018 that time also not delivered. Today 14/11/2018 still now they didn't inform to me. Even one time also they didn't call me. But in tracking they put customer is not available. Really they didn't call me.
