Hi my name is merlin anthony.
Want to complaint about xpressbees logistics every day they are sending me messages about my order but i havent received my order yet. And when ever i contact the customer care the agents are disconnecting my calls Every time agents put me on hold and disconnects my call nobody taking any action they send mr text that the house or office was closed but am at home all day...poor and hopeless courier servies...i want the order to be deliverd asap otherwise will cancel the order

    A guy picked up parcel on friday 16th. The same guy visited on saturday 17th for the same parcel which was given to him a day ago. I told him that it was the only parcel. I booked it from a site shiprocket.

    Asof now iam unable to track it with awb number. And i can not speak to customer care because after entering awb it says no shipment record found and IVR call gets disconnected.

      How could you hire such irresponsible candidate. Making yourself down because of this careless people. Atleast take proper interview of the candidate before recruitment. This is totally a freaking hoax. Get lost [censored]ing service provider.

          I had ordered 3 shirts from xpress bees. But unfortunatly i got differnt colour 3 tshirts. Please help me to refund or help me to get my actual product (Shirts). I saw shirts from face book and i was selecting that after that i got a watsapp number. And they were sending me different types of shirt's collections, one of them i liked and gave order. But now this is not what i expected. Please help me.

            I ordered for a laptop and got a scarpped damaged power bank and full payment was done.

            Very clear that this was intentional.

            I informed to the police and filed the case.

              I had placed two orders from two different sites, and unfortunately both used xpressbees as their courier service. Both my orders apparently reached my area on 15 november, 2018. Delivery has apparently been attempted but the orders never reach me.
              One order, supposed to be delivered by mr. Prashant patil (No. - [protected]) on 16th was not delivered because he wasn't allowed inside guarded defence premises on account of not having any identification card from the company. The delivery hasn't been made since, although i was told it will be made the following day.
              The other order said that it was out for delivery, however it never reached me and the order status changed to customer refused.
              This problem better be fixed soon. I'm tired of these fraudulents.

                I have been in words with paytm mall for the refund amount but they are not refunding me because they are asking for return slip of the product but this company didn't provide me any return slipand is not replying to my mails. Without return slip paytm is not refunding me. The return happened on 25-oct-2018. Please help me as nobody is looking into the case.

                  My document was supposed to be delivered yesterday but didnot receive it. Now after 4 days they might resend it as said by customer service..
                  Ridiculous service as they dont share the delivery person contact details neither they contact to check the address when there is a query... Pathetic customer care..
                  It takes ages to connect to customer care and once connected they dont have any proper information to give to customer...

                    I got the below message today. When i call the no, i was informed that courier was redirected to my office address because of wrong pincode. Please be informed that is right pin code and i get all my courier to home address. I didn't receive any call back from courier guy. Please arrange call back asap. I need it by today.                       It has been more than 5 days after estimated delivery. I didn't receive the product yet. The same tracking details is shown again and again. Shipment awb:[protected]. Also placed another order and it is also taking a long time. I have allso personally mailed many times. But still no reply. I have made a prepaid payment. So try to send both the products as soon as possible.

How it is possible... Every one of my house knows that a product will come from xprsbees then how the delivery boy gave status of consignee not avalable... If it dont come..                           They didn't try for deliver but always getting sms tried to deliver and missed
                          Not only a 1 courier multiple orders have same issue we can't get in a proper time

                              Awb[protected] actually product delivery date is 8/11/2018 not delivered. It is extended to 11/11/2018 that time also not delivered. Today 14/11/2018 still now they didn't inform to me. Even one time also they didn't call me. But in tracking they put customer is not available. Really they didn't call me. Courier boy cell number always switched off only. Delivery boy name is shaik saidulu ([protected]). Please solve my problem.

                                R/sir, i had placed order for power bank 32000 for rs. 959/- under awb:[protected] which was delivered to me on 11/11/2018 against cod through the courier boy. On receipt of the delivery i opened the parcel. While opening it astonished me that there was nothing except an empty white case of sony (Made in china). I contacted the courier boy but he categorically refused to furnish your details nor taking the item back.

                                As such, you are requested to send me the original item as per the order placed or refund me the amount of rs. 959/- at the earliest please. Hope the company will not dismay me. Regards

                                    This xpressbee courier service is the worst company i come across .
                                    i had ordered medicine from netmed which was supposed to reach early but got delayed but then also they did not deliver.
                                    the delivery boy came after office hour without calling me.
                                    and next day i was surprised when i tracked the courier it was RTO(returned).
                                    i called customer care of xpressbee she said your netmed said to return the courier when i called netmed customer care they said we did not say anything to courier company. xpress bee executive was not ready to share the details of nearby branch and were very rude.
                                    my medicines were very important and life-saving drugs and it is not available in my area

                                      Several time try to contact Xpressbees customer care but they are not taken setp about it my order not pick up 12 days over so take action.                                       My courier was arrived at the nearest location on 10/11/2018 but since it is 12/11/2018 i have not received my delivery and the nearest location where the courier has been reached is about 10 or 15 min to my delivery location.
                                      why my delivery is so late, either i have to cancel my order with compensation of delayed for the order. after reaching the nearest location they are saying you have self collect. Why i should collect the courier from them and they does not gave any notification regarding these.
