R/sir, i had placed order for power bank 32000 for rs. 959/- under awb:[protected] which was delivered to me on 11/11/2018 against cod through the courier boy. On receipt of the delivery i opened the parcel. While opening it astonished me that there was nothing except an empty white case of sony (Made in china). I contacted the courier boy but he categorically refused to furnish your details nor taking the item back.

As such, you are requested to send me the original item as per the order placed or refund me the amount of rs. 959/- at the earliest please. Hope the company will not dismay me. Regards

      This xpressbee courier service is the worst company i come across .
      i had ordered medicine from netmed which was supposed to reach early but got delayed but then also they did not deliver.
      the delivery boy came after office hour without calling me.
      and next day i was surprised when i tracked the courier it was RTO(returned).
      i called customer care of xpressbee she said your netmed said to return the courier when i called netmed customer care they said we did not say anything to courier company. xpress bee executive was not ready to share the details of nearby branch and were very rude.
      my medicines were very important and life-saving drugs and it is not available in my area

        order not pick up

        For long time my order not return pickup its really bad experience.

        Several time try to contact Xpressbees customer care but they are not taken setp about it my order not pick up 12 days over so take action. My contact number is [protected].this order done throw shop101 order number [protected] this order return approved but Xpressbees not pickup my product so look at this matter...

        My courier was arrived at the nearest location on 10/11/2018 but since it is 12/11/2018 i have not received my delivery and the nearest location where the courier has been reached is about 10 or 15 min to my delivery location.
        why my delivery is so late, either i have to cancel my order with compensation of delayed for the order. after reaching the nearest location they are saying you have self collect. Why i should collect the courier from them and they does not gave any notification regarding these.

          My name is arunima de paul. An order no [protected] arrived at durgapur on 9.11.18 on office address dpl administrative building, dgp 01. As per state holiday, office was closed on 9th and public holiday on 11.11.18.in between courier boy called me on 10.11.18 when i was not on time on office. So i requested to give on 14th as office will be closed on chat puja, state holiday. Without any notification they have attempted it on sunday which is a public holiday in state govt.

          Now after three attempts and no without any information they have initiated rto n they are not delivering my product

              They say that the client was not available for recieving the product ordered. They are saying false things and are not returning the whole money. They are returning only rupees 27 instead of rupees 117.
              Its a fraud ordering site and they are eating our money. Please take actions on such sites till now i have not got my product delivered and they are saying they had come for delivering but i was unavailable.

              My shipment not delivered it has reached to nearest courier office on November 3 still i didn't get any call from the courier agent.when i try to call the local courier agent mobile it is always switch off.               I have not received courier yet I have a message courier is out for delivery.. Person called Me on 30.10.2018. But still they have not delivered.

                My parcel from shein was about to deliver on 7th november they didn't deliver saying the customer was not available which is completely fake they never contact me n update a fake information and till today 10november, even i called them 6times once they received my call and said that today they will deliver but they didn't deliver and not receiving my calls very disappointed 3th class curiour service.

                  I dont want to strech the mail so yeah my awb no is [protected], the stupid delivery boy called m subash ([protected]) has failed to delivere my product twice disclosing that my company was closed, when he nt even tried to contact me once and when i tried calling ur service boy the number is not in use.. I ordered my product on paytm on 3rd and its been a week but yet to receive my product.. Wt service are you providing to the customers... It is so so ridiculous..!! Just terminate that dog from your company.

                    delay in delivery of product, and false statement of delivery attempt

                    I bought two accessories from paytm mall app. They choose xpressbees as delivery partner. Worst courier company you have. The delivery guy is not friendly at all. They make false statement of delivery attempted. Awb number[protected]. You keep on stuck the item at a place without update since 4-5 days. Then the delivery boy is a 3rd class fellow. Worst experience. Not the first time facing this with your courier services....

                    I have not got my delivery of paytm but the app show that the order is delivered & the delivery boy's phone is not reachable named as ravindra mohan. Phone no.- [protected]. This occurred 2nd time with me. The 1st time when this incident occurred i always called the delivery agent after which he delivered my order after 6 hours at night & when i called him he said that it occurred by mistake. The delivery agents are stealing the orders of customer which has less amount c. O. D. & they think that nobody is going to ask them. Is this how you guarantee the customer product delivery will be safe?. Please improve your delivery strategy & i suggest to online buyers that donot order any products which ahe delivered by xpress bees. The delivery agents are like theifs. I am very disappointed with thier service.

                      I haven't made any future delivery request but my awb no[protected] is showing that i have requested. This is totally false and negligence of courier boy. I had been waiting all day long for the gift for my daughter but your company spoiled our diwali..
                      Poor show.. Will never order via your courier company..
                      Today when i spoke to the delivery boy he said that he is holding my packet since last 3 days but he is very busy.. Really disgusting..

                            I have ordered fastrack party analog silver Dial Men's watch. But when i received my order i show a DK Quartz watch in it. Now i to return my order and my money would be refunded back.otherwise i will raise a complaint into consumer court

                              Tracking id[protected], it shows product delivered however product is yet to receive. No one delivery executive has called me reagard to the same. Then how come i received mag of product delivered to pradeep sathe. This is first time am seeing this kind of courier service. Kindly look into the matter on highest priority.

                                  The courier dont try to deliver my order. Instead of that i've receive that my order is out of delivery station. Actually we are in delivery area and many of my order also had been delivered. My order number is cf/awb:[protected] please revolve my problem and deliver my order as soon as possible. And take some action to the courier as their used cheating like this.

                                    I am supposed to receive the courier from smart pick through xpressbees logistics with tracking id: awb:[protected].
                                    Recipient name: vishnuvardhan reddy

                                    But i have not yet received it.

                                    The courier person called me on oct 30 2018, but since then even though we try to call him, he is not responding properly and he is not delivering the package.

                                    Courier person details: nagabhushan ([protected])

                                    He is not at all responding properly and it is totally unacceptable behavior, very careless attitude and in the status of shipment it is showing as delivered but it is not yet delivered.

                                    Kindly check on my concern and get my package delivered.
