Product not received but shows delivered. No call received from courier only message received as your product is delivered. I talked to [protected]. He is pretending we will come tomorrow. What a joke done by xpressbees. Horrible service provided. Please check and notify me.

    The Product i ordered from paytm mall was already delayed by 4 days. And today was the delivery time. The delivery boy is calling me and telling me that i have come to east and your address is in west, so i wont come today, will come tomorrow. After that i m getting the message that your product is delivered. The person signed himself and cheated..

    My order is supposed to be delivered by 21st of July 2018 but it isnt delivered yet and there is no update regarding the order status in their so called order tracking website . hope I get my order delivered

        I ordered product from paytm its a prepaid product and xpressbees is the delivery service for my product my delivery order was given in 29/7/18 and the xpress is saying that address is incomplete/incorrect i ordered many product and they delieved properly i dnt knw what is the problem with xpress so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possibel or i vl complaint to higher authority

              And it's wirtten in my order box that is vivo 25000 mah power bank buy one get one free but it is like that. So i want to return my order

                I didn't ordered tat type of sarees which was i received tat is totally different i want to return the sarees. Else i'll go to consumer court from the morning onwards i tried to talk to customer care but no response. So reply n tell the procedure to return it without fail.
                The product is worthy when compared to the cost. I'm totally unsatisfied u sent some other materials n design instead of i ordered

                  I have ordered couple of things from paytmall. And some order were shipped through xpressbees and other theough other courier like delhivery. Delhivery orders ard getting delivered. But xpresbess are cancelling item after it reaches my nearest delivery point. When i try to contact them they asking to contact paytm.. And paytm says xpressbess returned it (Which i do belive since other courier are delivering)

                  This is the worst and lazy courier i ever found, you may see google maps rating of them its just 1 star out of 5 which is lowest.

                  They dont even try to deliver package, they just cancel it, instead of delivering so that they can get their salary and sit freely at office.

                  I am fed up with them.. I have 2 more package through xpressbees on the way

                  Hi my self Haribharath, my AWB No:[protected]. My RBL card reached 23 july but your employee didn't deliver my RBl card. This same issue 2weeks before happened check my previous AWB:[protected].
                  If your not taken action for this i will rise compliant to RBL Bank.

                  Send my card ASAP.

                      Hei i m kavitha. I ordered my suit. It was cash on delivery.. Courier person didnt contact me to deliver my courier.. N he updated my status as i refused to take my courier.. How can he update this status without my permission. I want my courier back[protected]. This is my shipment number.. Pls help. Me to get my courier back.. I hope positive result... How can u guys do like this..

                          My awb number is[protected], from paytm. Early in the morning i got a message with the number of agent, i called him up and he said that he is nearby and will come soon at around 1 pm. I called him back again and he said that it may not be possible as his phone is about to get off, his voice was shaking a bit like a drunk person. He said that he was in ip colony which is just less then a km from my home and till 6:30 he said the same, at 7 when i called him. And said i am coming to you, he was drunk and said ok, his phone was on till that time, as soon i reached ip colony, he turned off his phone. This too poor service from you and guys like this will ruin your service, i will submit a formal complaint against this to paytm. As well as outside as today was the last promised date.

                            Delivery date was 21st july in bengaluru (Ordered via paytm). Today is 23rd. The item was in bengaluru on 21st morning. Xpressbees has been updating tracker as "shipping misroute" for last 3 days. Moving within city. These are fake updates and item is yet to go out for delivery. No customer service and just automated machine response.

                              There are two product which was ordered from clunfactory.com suppose to be delivered me asap as I have got the message at early morning but they courier people didnt delivered the product to me on time. When I called the customer care they misbeheaved with me and when I asked for the courier person contact number they said that it was not available. I am not happy at all for this pathetic delivery service.

                                  I had ordered a laptop from paytm on 13th of july which was hand over to YOUR COURIER SERVICE on 14 th of july and should be delivered by 16th but nobody and i received a message stating that i have rejected to receive my parcel but you didn't even call me.
                                  So they told me that i will receive my parcel by 18th and again they had postponed the delivery date to 20th.
                                  PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER PARCEL ON TIME, WHY YOU OPENED THIS COURIER SERVICE????
                                  For troubling customers.
                                  ONE OR TWO DAYS CAN BE UNDERSTOOD BUT YOU DIDN'T EVEN SPECIFYING A SINGLE DATE.

                                  I NEVER BEEN SO TROUBLED BY A COURIER SERVICE.

                                      I'm keep on doing follow up and had contact customer care for the change of my pin code number for which my courier as reached to wrong distinction.

                                      While ordering I had made an typography error, and requested them for the same.

                                        Dear Team,

                                        I was expected an article via shipment no[protected]. Today it was expected to deliver it at my official address. But unfortunately i got a message from Xpress Bees that they are unable to deliver as i refused to accept the order. I wonder how can i get a msg like this. I even didn’t get a call to receive the courier or any msg to do so. Without my consent how can they flash the msg that i m refusing to accept my order, whereas i was eagerly waiting for this shipment.
