Updated by sachin772 Hello, my name is sachin M.D, despite of too mANY COMPLAINTs and mails to the xpressbees also this is the second complaint here, and the shopping websites that to please do not send anything to pincode 413501 through this courier service ever again, i had worst experiences from them each and every time, and this time from for the order or firstcry.com order no. 6157545rxw3054092, and the xpressbees shipment awb number:[protected].
It was supposed to be delivered on 24th august, and on 25th i received an sms saying out of delivery, but nobody showed up as expected, and their given number was switched off, and today morning i.e on 26th to my surprise i received an sms that the consignee was out of station hence the order wasn't delivered, now thats Beyond the limit nasty behavior. 26th passed 27th passed, today on 28th i called up xpressbees CUSTOMER CARE, they said it will be delivered and gave me the number [protected], on which the delivery person was not keen to hear me, but i asked about my parcel, he didn't know what is going on, he said i shall deliver it today and kept the phone. its evening now, and no sign of anything, i'm totally annoyed to the core that despite or requesting to websites to not send anything with this courier service anymore to me, i'm facing this ###.
Just like previous incidents in which these negligent delivery guys never delivered the order and took days and days as per their convenience to deliver it, i had also forwarded the complaints each and every time to xpressbees website, but their action was nothing, but just apologies. But this time i'm done with this.
