I am ramesh my awb[protected]
They hadn't delivered my product but the status shows that product was delivered one day delivery boy called me to deliver a product but he didn't deliver that order. After some days i call a delivery boy he saying that parcel was not there. I raised a complaint through customer care but there is no response. I think you may help me

My delivery was supposed to be on 20th September and its 22nd September, still I didn't receive it. While talking to customer care, I was told that I can drop a complaint instead of them resolving the issue.
I need the product today itself. I have already waited for 2 more days, Is this the service this company provides ?

I received my product on Aug 6, 2018 it is not as shown in the add it's a cheap road side product and it is not working as it was shown in the advertisement so I want my cash back of

    I have ordered something from clubfactory and that shipment is supposed to be delivered by xpressbess.but that is the worst service i have ever seen.they cant even track the right address.I have mentioned the address clearly but still they have gone to some wrong address and delivered.they called me and asked me about the address and i told him that he is at the wrong address.but still he delivered in that address only.i donno whether they are educated or not.and later how many times i call him they are saying the samething that it will be delivered tomorrow.10 tomorrows gone.donno how many left.A guy named PRATHAP from xpressbess is the one i contacted.i donno when he will deliver my product.
    This is the worst service i have ever seen and so pathetic.product is not important for me.but they should be responsible towards customers

      I was to get my order on 25sept but the company itself posponed the delivery of my parcel. Today again i called the customer care today they gave ne contact of some perminder singh [protected] but this guy is not at all receiving the call and disconnecting the call. I feel ur customercare are also befooling the customers. I am really sorry to deal with your company. I want you to take action against the people who are theirsel[censored]odating delay delivery status widout customer consent. Let me know if yiu peoole can do something or i shall approach consumer court and pmo. I have deducted my onr day salary to take one off yesterday. I cannot daily wait to receive my parcel at home. You have to pay my loss too.

        Waiting for my particular order since 14 September. Getting a message almost everyday that my order will be delivered today. But at the end of the day there is an error message saying address incomplete and mobile number not reachable. When i happened to contact the delivery boy he was so rude and arrogant saying i will not be delivering it today and it will be delivered by another person in the next week. He even went on saying that you can complain about me to the headoffice. How unprofessional. How can u hire such people who dont know how to deliver good service. Highly disappointed. Need immediate attention .

          Delivered the insect repellent machine of local company in stead of the item we ordered of a good company. The item we ordered was different from the item which have been delivered to us. The shipment id is[protected]. The unreliable and unrealistic item has been supplied. Very bad. We will never recommend others about you. The item supplied is available in our locality for rs. 100/- only of suraksha company, but we did not purchase it because we wanted a good item which we have ordered.

            I have ordered 4 nos items and received 3 items from XPRESSBEE courier service, remain 1 item is not received so far, its shipment no is AWB [protected] and ordered no is SO43895007.the courier service simply sending messages as your address is not traced, or you are not available, it is wrong, i tried so many times to contact tru customer care no, but they are no responding .kindly delivery my item as early as possible .thank you.

              Hi,

              We have booked a product in paytm mall and its reached the xpressbees hyd/hub hyderabad. When i am tracking the awb number they are showing the product is in still hyd main hub,

              Still i haven't received the parcel. When i ask to customer care why r u delay the delivery parcel more than 10 days (They told we had an issue on hyd main hub, please wait 24 to 48hrs it will deliver soon. But the shipment was stoped at[protected]:57. Now the date was[protected].

              Pleas send the parcel as soon as possible. The problem is in hyd that's not my problem i have paid money also..

                Your agent suraj gupta-70914 picked my product 1 week back and now i have no update from your end nor i have received any message or an email confirming that my product has been received by boat nirvana company.                   My product with waybill number[protected] in expressbee is not delivered. When i track the status it's showing that it is out for delivery since 14th september 2018 but delivery location or deliver person contact number is not provided.
                  Even customer care service i worst as there is no option to talk with executive person. and the option which were present are also not working.

                    I order my nutrition powder and expressbee was supposed to deliver the product in my address as i have paid for home delivery but the courier guy asked me to come and pick it up from their office and when i complained about it to the customer care person that guy called me and use so many slang in local language while the customer care was in line in my another phone and all of sudden the customer care person stated saying she cant hear anything from my side so she hung up my call and again another product i bought from snapdeal was not good so i wanted to return it and the expressbee was supposed to pick up it from my address but they write in review to snapdeal that the pickup was not completed because i wanted to keep the product. so funny when i wanted to keep my product why i will waste my time doing cancelling. so unsatisfied with the service. really just a waste of money and time . in further any purchases that i will do from any online shopping sites if i find that the courier if from expressbee i rather will cancel my order the same day.

                      I was waiting for the particular item which i have ordered. Shipment number:

                        No respect with the customer and talking without any respect by phone annoying service ### bad service and cancelling order. just terminate the present ### delivery guys and appoint someone who know how to deal with customers or else just close your ### firm.. i am complaining about your firm to higher officials.. without customer satisfaction no firms will run.

                            With reference to the captioned awb no[protected], which was booked on 7th sep'18 and the same is expected to be delivered by 12th or 13th sep'18. The same has not been delivered inspire of the regular follow ups and the commitment by first cry.

                            This is the worst ever service by any courier, we have been patiently waiting for the same but ur company is taking customer for granted and doing what ever they want.

                            I don't you to provide the delivery executive number which is of no use. If you have any service standard i want the same delivered before 1 pm today i. E. 16-09-18 irrespective of sunday.

                              Product was scheduled to be delivered yesterday. Waited for whole day and didn't leave the house even for a second from 14 sep. Morning till now. I even talked to the delivery boy chandra pratap at 4.15 pm and he said he is in vatika city opposite our society and will be here soon. Never came.
                              Now i am being told that i was not available. I repeat i did not leave house even for a second the whole day. Society records can confirm that he never came.
                              This is my first experience with on line shopping with paytm and couldn't be worse.

                                I have ordered some articles on 12th august on club factory and still there is no delivery of articles by xpressbees. I have called on xpressbees customer care no. Several times but there is no respond from them and also no calls from them about items delivery. It's been one month already i've ordered the items.                                   On tracking no.[protected], it shows that item delivered to me on 11/08/2018 at 7-45 pm but he is a lier, I, was there all along did not receive the item.but wonderfully I, got a message from your end that it would be delivered on 12/08 /2018.How is it ? Please make sure that I, get my item, otherwise I, would complain to the consumer court..Order no.[protected] purchased by Rs 198 with shipment charge through paytm app installed in my mobile to be delivered to my address by expressbees couriers on 10/09/18 but I did not receive the item up till now instead of my complaint to both paytm and expressbees.Tracking showing delivered to me .

                                    .I purchased a item to paytm mal...Item was Delivering Through Xpressbees courier company AWB/Tracking number is [protected]...so the delivery date is last 8 sept but for any technical issue new date of delivery is 11th september...Paytm send me a message today your product is delivering by J upadhayay [protected] ...I called courier man 9 PM and i am saying Where is my courier but his behaviour is very poor he was saying to me ...Courier is not delivering now and future days and You will call company and complaint against me ...I have a call recording proof against a courier boy

                                        Ordered from club factory. Xpressbees marked status of shipment as deliver when i wasn't even called even once. I complained with xpressbees customer care. They called me to suggest that club factory has assigned a wrong delivery address and phone number for my shipment number. However i received the delivery updates on my phone number which proved they were lying.

                                        Now today evening a delivery boy called me to deliver the shipment. When i confonted him about the issue, he was rude enough to lie on my face that i asked him to keep the shipment with himself when i never had a talk with him before. And he adamantly went ahead to mark it delivered and received by me!

                                        The delivery person was rude and behaved unprofessionally and shouted on the road.

                                        It is ridiculous how they set up the blame on someone else when it is their fault.

                                        I want legal actions to be taken to prevent the cosumers from further harrassmeny by this fraud courier company. It defames the reputable websites like club factory and snapdeal and others that use this courier facility.

                                        I have attached the contact information of the delivery boy i think he should be penalised for insulting me.
