I had ordered for my medicine consignment from Medlife on dated 29.09.2018 and my order id number is OR2002JU-001A. It has been shown that the consignment is shipped from your logistic company and I will receive the same on dated 30.09.2018 or 01.10.2018 till 9.00 pm. But the consignment was not delivered till date. I called your customer care number on dated 02.10.2018 and there it was showing that the person has visited my residence but no body was at home there after I had a talk with your customer care executive and told him that the delivery person is making the false remarks that he visited the house and "no one was present in the house" although I haven't gone anywhere . On 03.10.2018 I Again I called at your customer care number but again they repeated that the delivery person visited my residence and "nobody was at home" . Today i.e on 04.10.2018 I again called your customer care number number and heard the same that delivery person visited the home and "nobody was at home" This is all the delivery person's fictitious reporting.

You are requested to deliver my consignment at the earliest and take strict action against the delivery person for giving the wrong reporting. Today all my medicines have been finished and I have to buy it from market.

      After the warranty claim, boats sent me a replacement product, via xpressbees. But xpressbees updated the status as (Delivered), but it was never received by me or my family. No one ever came. I have cctc installed in my society. I have sent them 15 emails and lots of customer care calls, but they are still saying that the investigation is going on for last one week. I am really frustrated and tired of this bad bad service.

        My paytm order of a Biotique shampoo ( Awb[protected] is not being delivered to my address. It's showing tht the courier has received the product. I am showing this concern because last time, the same issue came, nobody came for delivery, and in the end, the order automatically got cancelled. I hope my product gets delivered soon.

          Dear Concern,

          I have ordered a product from Paytm mall. My xpressbees tracking number:[protected].

          It is been three days I am regularly looking at the status of my delivery. I am surprised that the tracking shows that for the past three days it is still roaming within Bangalore. I am confused whether you missed the address where to deliver the product or Is there any chances of getting it delivered by today? Or else will it take its extreme maximum time to get it delivered as mentioned in the tracking page?

            Dear Team,
            We are from offimart . our products are sold in paytm and order get dispatched through express bees.. how ever orders are not been picked on time.. orders are pending from Saturday 29/9/2018... one of your employee came today at 8pm with out scanning instrument and behavior was very rough.. we spoke to his manager venkat .. who also happen to be very rough .. he was not responsible to send another person with scanning machiene to pick the order... because of which we couldn't dispatch 50 orders ... due to which all orders in SLA Breach...

              I have ordered 3 items from Club factory and they were supposed to be delivered by xpressbess courier. I received a message that it will be delivered on 02 October but I did not received it. When I checked the status online it was marked as delivered. I was at home the whole day and no one came to deliver my order. This is the second time it's happening. They have the worst customer care executives and their number doesn't even work. I'm just too frustrated and mad at xpressbees. I'm ready to go beyond my capability to sue this company and have it closed for causing me this stress.                 My order with paytm awb no [protected] has not been delivered yet. It is showing delivered but not reached me yet. Courier boy requested me to deliver my product in the evening so i granted but he did not deliver it. When i made a call to him he told me to deliver next day. Again he did not deliver it. Now he is not receiving my call. The delivery is showing on 1st october but not delivered yet. I want a strict action on this carelessness. Who is responsible for such inconvenience.

                  Hello sir I have ordered product from paytm mall order I'd - [protected] ! and it shipped via Xpressbees but the courier boy refused me to give my product at home & after a talk he told me he will give me next day my parcel I said ok but the next day he start telling me excuses and on next day same everyday he told me he will give me next day and never delivered me and after 5-6 days he telling I returned product ! why did he returned because I didn't go his office to collect ! I am not courier boy he is ! pls sue him and do something xpressbees executive sir so same shouldn't happend again ! xpressbees courier in phusro now aspecially makoli it is worst now ! every courier come at my home delhivery, ecom, even post officer but he did not come my home to give my product ! delhivery is best courier always give me courier/parcel at home and talk nice ! I have again ordered product pls don't do this time same ! and pls sue him or talk to his executive ! my experience with xpressbess now is bad just because of delivery boy! pls make further action against him ! I hope you will resolve my problem because I trust xpressbees very much !

                      Hai reputated bank will send him some courier on sep 29th but still i didn't get that parcel very worst courier xpress bees there is no proper customer care number its very urgency but these guys are testing my patience why this kind of cheapest courier on using bank sides they all deliver in maximum 2-3 days... So compare your service... Where u stands... It’s only the quality of service that is going to improve your brand... I want the order delivery status by today itself... Otherwise i will make big problem against

                          This is my very pity condition about the product that i have ordered unfortunately from paytm mall.
                          I have ordered (Order id: [protected] tracking no[protected] god of war ps4 on 23.09.2018.
                          This a special as i want to gift somebody on sunday i. E. 30.09.2018 as a birthday gift.
                          As assured date given by paytm mall which shipment should deliver on 29.09.2018 till not received.
                          Its been 10 days i waiting for my product. I already paid the amount and the same was confirmed on the same day. I have already got message that my product was dispatched through express bee on the next day. I called so may times customer care of express bee confirm that the same was delayed and next deliver date will be on monday i. E. 01.10.2018.
                          On monday i. E. 01.10.2018 i got one message in xpressbees tracking that "your package out for deliver" and courier person name "naresh patil"
                          Mobile no [protected] which full day unreachable/not ringing.
                          On monday i. E. 01.10.2018 evening hrs i got another message that "shipment attempted"
                          Now i just wanted when that guy mr. Naresh patil come at my home to deliver the product as my whole family were in home for full day.
                          He should called me when he came to my house for telling me that i am coming and no response from inside.
                          This is the worst service in the world i have ever seen. I think we may reward it the most worst courier service in india. I request your kind authority to compensate me from the concerned for this worst service offered to me. I promise you i never let any of my friends and colleagues would opt for this service.
                          These guys didn't turn up to deliver it on my specified address rather wrongly updated on their website that "residence/office closed: can't deliver". I had already called up their customer care 7 to 8 times before 6 pm.
                          Now i don't no want to this product anymore as the main object to deliver before sunday i. E. 30.09.2018 which incomplete.
                          Hence i request paytm mall team to cancel my product order id [protected] tracking no[protected] and give refund immediately

                            They are only saying that we will deliver your courier tommorow from many days and hold my parcel's the highly disagree with your your delivery patner if they do this with all customers then the company will not move upwards but go downward only and only for your courier patners because if donot deliver the product then customer will make complaints against your service...

                                Fake corrier company not del my product since last 3 day, , I want call back from your side ... The customer service number is not working . Fake customer service number and the fake company . I[censored] don't wants to del don't take shipent from sender .And status is showing customer is not available, that is fake status ..I am available 24*7

                                  I ordered 1 kurti on xpressbees but when i opened it quality of product is just pathetic... Now i want to return it but non of d numbers r reachable n 1 no. Which is there on site somebody on that no. Says it is not xpressbees no. Now please suggest me how do i return the product as it was written at the time of ordering easy return policy but now no-one is there to resolve my problem

                                    Today i got a courier of my bajaj credit card through xpressbees courier service. And the behavior of that person was highly unsatisfied. He is talking without any respect through phone and delivering the courier like throwing to dustbin. And saying that he will return back the courier. Without coming to the delivery address he called me and asked to come to the landmark and wait for him to come, before 15min. And standing in the street and shouting like an #. And asking money for his bike petrol for coming to deliver my courier. I am working in a reputed company we are sending so many goods through different logistics but i have never met person like him. You should first train that guy how to handle the customer and how to speak through phone otherwise he will spoil your logistics name. My delivery ref no.[protected]

However instead he kept my order back in xpressbees office n updated ordered delieverd status to me though i have not received it frm xpressbees boyz. Vry careless behaviour.
                                    Yet i haven't get my courier that can i ordered from paytm mall i already mentioned my address on the paytm but still i don't get it. So i have to request you that do faster as possible.

                                      They hadn't delivered my product but the status shows that product was delivered one day delivery boy called me to deliver a product but he didn't deliver that order. After some days i call a delivery boy he saying that parcel was not there. I raised a complaint through customer care but there is no response. I think you may help me

                                        I have ordered something from clubfactory and that shipment is supposed to be delivered by xpressbess.but that is the worst service i have ever seen.they cant even track the right address.I have mentioned the address clearly but still they have gone to some wrong address and delivered.they called me and asked me about the address and i told him that he is at the wrong address.but still he delivered in that address only.i donno whether they are educated or not.and later how many times i call him they are saying the samething that it will be delivered tomorrow.10 tomorrows gone.donno how many left.A guy named PRATHAP from xpressbess is the one i contacted.i donno when he will deliver my product.
                                        This is the worst service i have ever seen and so pathetic.product is not important for me.but they should be responsible towards customers
