My order has been cancelled by giving such a stupid reason that i refused to accept the order. I mean u could have given some other reason, if you guys are not able to deliever the order.
I got the same notification yesterday. Then again i requested for delivery. U guys did the same thing today.
Please check the same with your delivery boys and fix it asap.

    I have ordered one product and got the message that it will get deliver by xpress bee. My product reference is awb[protected]. I got the call from delivery boy on 13 jun but i have missed that call. But 14 jun when i got the call i have called back that number which is +[protected] but he disconnected the call. I called the customer care today morning and the delivery boy number which is same as above mentioned. I called him and he said he cannot come today and will deliver by tomorrow. But now again i am getting text we could not deliver as i am refused to accept. Very bad experience from xpress bee and from the delivery boy. If i have not picked the call he can call again and check right. Still i am i have call him yesterday and today also.

      I ordered a product that was about to get delivered by xpressbees. I got the order but the delivery man who gave my parcel was very rude and abusive in nature. For just asking that how much time it will take to get the item delivered he behaved rude to me which further increased in giving abuses to me. Kindly check details below

        Yesterday my product was due for delivery. The guy called me and asked if i had paid. I said it was prepaid.

        He said he will come by evening. I was at school with my grandson and i told him if he came before noon, he could leave the packet with the watchman.

        From 12 noon i was at home waiting for him. I called him thrice n he didn't answer.

        Today half an hour ago i called him n he said he didn't come as it was raining yesterday!

        What an excuse! Xpressbees don't deliver the parcels if it rains.

        I am going to file a complaint with the concerned company, seniority, to avoid using you as their logistics partner henceforth.

        I am still waiting for my parcel.

          My shipmet with awb no.[protected] was supposed to reach me on 8th june, and yet its 11th june now and the product still has not arrived. I have complained about it twice already but have received no response. This is a case of gross unprofessionalism and i need a fix asap. You need to underatand that people have work to do wrt the product they order. And that their time is valiable. To deprive someone of what they need and have paid for, at the time they need it, is the worst possible service a company can give. Shame on you for being such a terrible courier service.

          Are you kidding me? My problem is far from resolved. I still have not recieved my package. The delivery guy did not even come to my address and just said that he is returning because he cant find where I live. And without my permission, the status was updated that I asked for fufure delivery. The company is a joke. You only play with the valuable time of people. Have you no shame?

            I have an order of health viva with xpressbees tracking number[protected].. Last two days morning i got a sms that order is out for delivery & evening time a sms that consignee unavailable... But this is wrong... No courier person called me for last two days... The local courier person is lying & give wrong information... I am available all the time but the courier person never called me... I also contacted with xpressbees customer care.. They also said that tomorrow u will get your order but this is just a false claming... Till today i don't get my prepaid order... Plz help

                I received the message on 3rd of june, the order is out for delivery.

                On tracking the status it showed: future delivery requested by the consignee, which
                I haven't requested.
                On 5th of june delivery boy called and said couldn't deliver today as my bike broke down, next day he gave...

                Really disappointed with the service. Product is out for delivery since 4 days and still haven't received it. No one contacted me yet and in the tracking it shows your delivery has been re scheduled as per your request. I haven't requested anything. Worst courier service i have come across. Request all e commerce companies to blacklist this courier company as it is downgrading your image in market.

                  My name is sunil, last month i had purchase some items through online shopping and my orders came through xpressbee courier but the courier boys didn't call/contact me & they behaving as follows below

                  1) xpressbee courier boys not deliver order in time & not delivered to our shipping address
                  2) they are telling us to collect our order at xpressbee office.
                  3) updating/sending wrong information such as customer is out of delivery/ not picked call/ cancelled the order.

                  Because of them i have lost my orders, now also my orders from "shopclues", "paytmmall" are there with them please tell them to deliver my order as soon as possible to my shipping address (573213).

                    Delivery boy ask me come near a chowk named netaji chowk there i have to pay him amount 580 but i had 600 and so i told him to come to my delivery address home but he refuses telling i will come tomorrow i had told him tomorrow also you have to deliver the parcel at home address only but he told me that he would not come to home address. We provide the address so you can deliver the parcel at that address not to refusing to deliver at home.

                      I have placed an order on paytm.com which is to be delivered by xpressbees (Awb number is[protected] delivery boy "sunder kumar mobile [protected]" on 30.05.2018. But the delivery person without attempting the delivery, falsely mark delivery as"customer out of station". When the delivery boy was contacted about why he falsely mentioned it, the delivery boy behaved very rudely and openly said that he work in this manner only and company can't do anything against him.
                      What step will you take against such delivery boy?

                      I am not satisfied with the xpressbees courier service because they are not delivering on time and wasting time of me for the waiting for the parcel of my ordered product. I attached the screenshots.

                        Hello, my name is sachin, i had made an order on 13th may, order id: [protected], however it was supposed to be delivered on 22nd may, as i received the sms - out for delivery, and it says delivery reattempt rescheduled since then, but no any attempt was made nobody called up, this is quite negligent and annoying. My mail is [protected]@gmail.com

                        I made three complaints since 22nd may, i was been called on 24th they said it will be delivered on 26th, i made a complaint again on 27th they called and said it be delivered on 30th, its been 10 days i'm being given assurances, what kind of drama is this going on.

                        And the order was with xpressbees since 11 days but they didn't attempt the delivery ever, very disappointed with this delivery service and i hope i never get any or my orders sent through xpressbees ever again in future..!

                        Totally annoyed and frustrated with snapdeal, this was the end for my shopping on snapdeal.

                          I have ordered two items from firstcry which were delivered by XpressBees. The first package was thrown into my balcony without my permission by the delivery boy as I was not available at home. During the delivery of second parcel the address mentioned on the courier was correct with details like floor and landmark given. Still the delivery guy was yelling at me saying the address mentioned is not correct and so I am reach the correct destination.

                          With such rude and irresponsible behavior I am sorry I am not going to order anything from firstcry as well as they should also make sure the delivery service being used is reliable.

                          Dear Sir,
                          shipment no[protected] . The status shows that material is out for delivery on 29 May. Nobody even contacted me for delivery and on 30 May & 31 May it says that "Future Delivery : Requested by Consignee" . This is incorrect. Can you please let know what is matter.

                            I orderd in frstcry on 17may nd delvery was 22 may nd till today im not getting my product delivery yet bt frm xpressbee im gettng msgs lke i ignored to take diz bt im not gettng calls frm any delivry boy.. I live in hyd nd it reachd nearst hub at 21 itself bt hell wid ur service... Worst evrr..                               Xpressbees couldn't fulfill delivery of your CF.. Order AWB:[protected], As customer was Out of Station.For queries Contact:[protected].
                              It only says this for a long time.completely cheating both club factory and this Xpress bees courier service I am in station whenever the the delivery date is postponed...but I don't know on what basis it declares as so the customer is out of station.I need my order or else i will definitely sue you people.

                                I've placed an order through paytm mall and is being shipped by xpressbee, it was showing that i will get the product on 27th may that is yesterday. But i didn't get it and i wanted to know where it is now. I found [protected] number in paytm mall and made a call just before half an hour. Instead of giving information about the product he spoke ridiculously. I suggest you to have formal and good speaking employees in your company.

                                  I have booked online products through snapdeal and shop clues, and the sellers who has sent through xpress bees courier we are unable to get the products.They are giving or updating wrong information like wrong address or door is locked without even trying once also.Iam waiting from past 5 days and today again I have rescheduled but the same condition .Even shop clues gave me contact persons no. But he is telling that he left the job when I called in the evening, when I called in the morning I called he told he is delivering items near my place around KR Puram at Bangalore.please look into this matter and give immediate solution as it is difficult to wait for them a long time after paying and the product we are supposed to get are sent back giving wrong information

                                    Requested for a debit card reissue with icici bank. The bank dispatched the same within 2 working days. Can't fathom why they have to partner with this sham of a logistics company, though.
                                    On the first day of 'out for delivery' (3rd working day), receive text alert followed by a call from the courier asking if i'm at the office (Where it was addressed). Since i couldn't be in office i requested it to be delivered with the office security, as i receive many such consignments there in my absence. The agent says they need my id to deliver, so can't leave it with office security. So he asks for my home address, which i duly provide. No further update on the day, except in the evening via a text saying it couldn't be delivered. Day 2 awb trackng reveals 'consignment shifted to given address' and later out for delivery, confirmed via another text message, but no calls. Assuming that they'll now deliver to home address, i stay home expecting to take the delivery personally. At evening i notice awb tracking updated to say consignee not in office. Yes because of the # providing no clear sensible update where they'll deliver i'm home. Day 3, no further updates. When i call the bank they tell me one thing and xb doesn't know where it will go next! Day 4 (Today) awb tracking shows it's still moving about in bangalore, but the codes mean nothing to me.
                                    So all in all for the past 4 days these guys are moving the courier around the whole damned city except making any effort at delivering!

                                    I was asked future delivery for this shipment and now they're not delivering, whenever I call the delivery executive he keep on saying like will delivery evening. Really disappointed this service.
