My shipment no is[protected] which was supposed to be delivered to me 12th may 2018 which was the estimated date but till today ( 14th May) I didn't received yet and when I called their customer service she said they have not received the package in Mumbai yet. Even the customer service executives are very rude to their customers. How can we trust these people though the parcel is pre paid.

    I have been getting sms every day for the above orders which was suppose to be delivered on 28th may 2018. Its almost 2 weeks that i havent heard from the courier guys to call me to confirm address/location like they do usually. I have called many time on the toll free number-[protected] which went to deaf ears again and no solutions to my problem.
    This is ridiculous that you have been fooling your customers giving a toll free nbr which doesnt even respond 99% of times when i try calling it always asks to call back. I am also a customer why am i been asked to wait when i call back. Not once twice and thrice but every time i call i have been asked to call back later coz the lines are busy
    Thats not my freaking problem.
    My courier is undelivered because no initiatives have been taken for the same to reach me.
    Why the hell have the courier guys not called me if at all the address for the same is incorrect.
    One call can save lives, why the hell dont you people understand the sentiments of the products we order.

              This is sourav banerjee ordered a product with tracking id awb[protected] and the product is handed over to xpressbees on 05.05.2018 and suppose to be delivered to me by 08.05.208 and yet today is 09.05.2018 not delivered and the customer care is telling another 48 hours may be required for the delivery. So may i know whose faults is this? Being a government servant my election duty knocking and it's on 14.05.2018, so i can't understand when i'll get the product and i have to move out for duty on 12.05.2018. Resolve this soon.                 My debit card was couriered by ICICI bank and it was supposed to be delivered by Xpressbees. I never got any call and it was mentioned as delivered by Delivery person. I called customer care 3 times. No positive response. Finally I got delivery person number. Ram babu, the delivery person, told he was busy and cut the call. I tried calling customer care and unit manager Narayan, no response. I don't know how careless is this team even for a debit card delivery. Need action here.

                    I had recieved a msg on 7th may about my order out for delivery and for me to be ready to receive it but i niegther got any call from the delivery person nor have i received my order whereas in the tracking website my order status is showing delivered. Xpressbees customer care number is not connecting to the customer executive... They are not even responding to the email. Very disappointed

                        I have ordered 7 items order no-5233059rrk900d320 with shipment awb no[protected] via xpressbees from firstcry.com out of which 4 items are shown as delivered on 4/5/18 and 2 more items are shown as out for delivery on 5/5/18. But till today, time 9:30pm i have not recieved any items out of 6. Kindly look into the matter n inform me regarding delivery of the items.

                        No response from delivery man, status showing out for delivery since two days but on day end i received some stupid msg out for delivery, next day (I. E., today), consignee not available... Some false reasoning.. Why this mental torture given to me this time? Is it because last time my delivery address is my office address so the delivery was done and this time it is home address. Is it because of this reason? Now i am finding xpressbees as the worst delivery service given in North Lakhimpur.

                          The delivery status showed order in transit for last 24 hour but order not reached destination city so you check my current location

                            I have been waiting with much anticipation for the delivery of my new phone in which i have invested a little bit too much. However, the delivery company xpressbees have been the worst delivery service ever. The people are rude, curt, cut your calls, neither do they pick up their 'customer-care' calls, nor revert back through emails. The man (I have this intense urge to display his number and name, so here goes ghanshaym singh) has been exceptionally audacious to ask me to come to a specific location to pick up my order because my package has been 'given to him by mistake' by his company managers. His area of delivery is only delhi university and kashmere gate is 'too far' for him to travel! On top of that he said 'mei thodi na pura delhi ko delivery kar saku'. 'mera kam nahi hai' and etc. Nonsensical dialogues. I think he is forgetting that he is being paid for the job he is doing. While he acknowledges the fact that he has my phone, he has directly stated that he is lazy, lazy and lazy to deliver. I have been wasting my time and money trying to contact xpressbess with just an automated voice talking to me for two days. 'delivering happiness' is the least of their concerns and i find it difficult to understand why companies like paytm and such hire them as delivery agents. I propose they should either shut down their company or 'attempt' at making amends or work at 'improving customer interaction'! The delivery man has switched off his phone and has cut my calls and has now (After repeated begging) stated he'll contact me 2-3 maybe 4 hours later to 'let me know'.

                              I am an ordering a product from xpress courier. The ordered is received in nearly courier office. And one delievery person calling to delievery. But that day i am in out of station. So i will told delievery to next day.. Since 3 days or going no one is calling for next day delivery. This is 2nd time i am affecting this problem. I will check an nearly customer care in google but no number is registered.. Xpress courier is worst service in india.

I was called by your imphal office which is 40 kms from the given address to collect the consignment which is not acceptable. You should not entertain shipment which you are not able to deliver to the given address. I therefore request you to deliver to the given address, or return to sender.

                                  Sirs... I've ordered through trivia a a designer gown for a delivery amount of rs.747/- and the got the parcel by 25th april 2018. After the despatch person left with the amount, when i opened the parcel, i'm shocked to see the iproduct which is not at all of my order. I got a saree like cloth, which i've not opened fully yet. I request you to get it in return while delivering the correct product which i ordered. Hard earned money... Pls arrange to send the correct piece. My order no 116067 designer gown for women's -49.                                     I have ordered 2 dress's from Firstcry.
                                    Received msg out for delivery. XpressBees(B v Nagar office) took for delivery out and updated status as address not found and phone not reachable. This continued for 5 day's. Everytime I received call from customer service and explained the situation to them, the very next day will receive the msg out for delivery and by evening 6pm they update the status as address not found and phone not reachable. I spoke to XpressBees in-charge Mr.Avinash and he refused to deliver it to my address. I complained this to Customer service and they clearly says they have to deliver this to my address. This issues continued for days and I constantly chase chase for day's got frustrated.
                                    This XpressBees service is very unprofessional and poor service.
                                    (I haven't surprised to see these many bad reviews on XpressBees service provider)

                                        Today i have received my product (Order no: 0id409/tracking no:[protected]. I have provided my same office address (501-a iris tech park sohna road, sector 47) as other online shopping site.

                                        Complains are :
                                        1. He did not call me.
                                        2. After getting msz from xpressbess when i called him and told to come to my office (5th floor) he denied to come and told address is wrong.
                                        3. Talking so rudely.
                                        4. When i talked with him, not for a single time he informed me to bring any photo proof and asked me to come ground floor so rudely.
                                        5. He asked me to give any photo proof which not belongs to me, that time he snatched packet from my hand and told delivery not possible.
