I placed an order from club factory on 31 march 2018. On 04th of april i got one message from club factory item was dispatch.

Still its pending... Many times i contact with club factory customer cater and xpressbees customer care. But no reaction from their side. They are trying too fool us. I was tacking my order jst now also. It showing my order was already reached at pune on 19th of april. Still anyone contact us. Many times i called rhem which they giving numbers no one will take my call also. Its a fraud company. Even though they have my numbers also no one will contact u. Here am seeing many peoples are complaint againts their services.

Even though they are not willing to reslove my problems. They are trying yo fool us.

    I ordered a chuki gold plated AD neckless from paytm mall on 18 and I applied the promo code and according to that I got the cashbook soon after 24 hours of shipment and on 19 I got the message of my order is being shipped from xpress news and it will be reached on 21april, and the expected delivery is 21 and today is 23 i still not get my order I try to contact to xpressbess customer care but I couldn't able to contact and I not able to track my oder and oder status also . When will my oder delivered ?

      My order (Order no. So[protected] has been processed and shipped by xpressbees with tracking number is[protected] on 14th april, 2018.

      But i am not able to track my order and when i call to customer care it says my tracking id is invalid.
      I have tried lots of times calling customer care but when ever i type my tracking id it says invalid.

      I am a poor guy, i have done my payment 500/-, please help me

        I have ordered earrings from club factory on 15/04/2018 the order no. Is so17845106. I have received a mail on 17/04/2018 that my order has been shipped by xpressbee and tracking details will be updated within 3 days. The tracking id is[protected].
        But it's been more than 3 days now and still unable to track my order and it's really irritating. Whenever i tried to track the order via the link given in mail it shows pending and states that they are still waiting for tracking info from the carrier...
        So would you guys please help me to track my order? And also, when i'm gonna get it?

          I got the xpreebees ref no[protected] and in this reference i received the call by the agent (Vinay) and he asked me on which address you want to receive your consignment. I told him delivered me on my office address or my residence where you feel convince. And after some hour i contacted him again on mobile number-[protected] then he relied will deliver the consignment soon. But after some time i received the sms for delivery faliure. And its a fake report given by your agent that consignee not available at office address, because i was available in my office from morning to evening 6.30 pm.
          Kindly look into the matter and deliver my consignment at the earliest.
          My office address is - 20, 1st floor, arif chamber-3, sector-h, purnia, aliganj, lucknow-226024. And my residence address is ms-25, sector-d, aliganj, lucknow-22624.

            The product is handed to the courier on 17-apr-2018 in delhi, today it is 21-apr-2018 still the product is in delhi hub, there is literally no transit from delhi till date. Worst service i ever seen. When i called their customer care, they are responding like they are not aware of the transistion and they dont know where the product is arriving. They dont have any more information of my transistion state for my product. If you cannot deliver on time then do not promise us for on time delivery. Please deliver my product soon.

                The product was ordered from firstcry on 12th and was supposed to be delivered on 14th. The order was out for delivery from xpressbees yesterday (16th april) however till now it's not been reached.

                Call xpressbees call center is no success since they always are busy and cannot pick the call due to long wait.

                Even firstcry is not bothered whether the courier partner is delivering the package on the estimated delivery date or not. They still need 72hrs (I. E. 3 days) to investigate the delay and get the same process.

                Isn't that frustrating of choosing such a worst courier partner just to save 20-30rs. Rather ask customer to pay and we will do so since we are ordering products for 3k+ and we can pay 200rs for delivery.

                  But yet not rcvd. And moreover wrong info is being mentioned on tracking details that customer is out of station.
                  What kind of service you are providing.i was committed by customer care executive that parcel will be delivered by today evening on 16/04/18.
                  Calling them now, they are saying it cant be delivered today.
                  Plz resolve the issue at the earliest or else we have to boycott ur service.

                    They are trying to deliver me the courier from past 10 days in bangalore can you even believe it my postcode for the primary address is 560016 and 560024 for the secondary address.

                    This courier company should stop doing business, i am really frustrated as no one deserve unprofessional service.

                    The companies using xpressbees shame on you just to save 10-20 rs you can go so down, believe me for customer service you should pay extra and they are the worst so don't choose them.

                      I purchased product from paytm site paytm shipped my product by xpressbees courier service awb
                      No :[protected],[protected]
                      Its shows out for delivery 11. Am morning sunday by krishan delivery executive. I make call on 8.00 pm for status of delivery but he says 1 hour more or next day delivery. I say package is urget so please deliver today he says 150 package their he say dont wait for packkage don't use politely and formal language. Please resolve my issue and my views use as feedback further assistance.

                        From this no i received a call today and he asked my proper address details for delivery my prepaid parcel from firstcry.com, even he told me to show my id proof at the time of delivery. He supposed to come within 1 hr after i received the call. But he didn't deliver my package and one massage received from ur side that consignee was out of station. How it is possible that i m here at my delivery address with my id proof and massage comes like out of station. This type of service i never expected from ur side.

                          I am not able to receive my order of a mobile cover from your company (Order number:- [protected]). I constantly get message from your company that i have opted for future shipment but i have taken no such steps. It has been a week more than the expected delivery period but still i have not received my product. I kindly request you to take corrective measures and stop further inconvenience. But as it's been 11 April today I have not got any call, text or mail from paytm or xpressbees about the delay nor any information about the product. When I call them they don't even response me properly both of them as I have already paid the amount through my credit card 55000 rs I request you guys never never never trust xpressbees...

                              Your courierer Arun saini and his mobile no.[protected] was not contact me for order paytm Mall AWB:[protected] dated 09/04/2018 and his mobile was switched off whole day, and i recieved a message "(We couldn't deliver your Paytm Mall, AWB:[protected], as you were not available. For any concerns click here fb.xbees.in/C/u/MTMyNzExODYwNTU3MA--)"but I am waiting whole day for my product delivery. Please maintain your courier service.

                              Courier people do not work professionally.First of all they did not attemp to deliver the product on the cincerned date and posted as failed delivery. The next dag he called me up and I was waiting the whole day but noone came and in the evening he inform3d that since it got late so i did not come.Now I have received the product but its damaged becaise of mishandling.It is very pathetic and unacceptable.

                                I had given order on 21 of april and it was shipped by xpressbees on 27 april but still there is no update on that however i tried to contact csr but not able to do so thru email also really pathetic service from them even the contact number of customer service is not responsive there is not a single option when i tried to mail to customer they are replied that kindly the shipment details and mobile number after tht there was no response from there end its more than 4 days

                                  AWB NO:[protected]. i ordered a item on paytm mall on april 3rd of 2018 and it started to ship from karnataka on 4th of april after a long slow process it came to MAA/HUB on 6th april at 10.30 am and after about 4 hours it came to MAA/ALD at 2.30pm so i lost the item to be delivered on that day because of their laziness. i contacted customer care and they said the product will be delievered to you after 24hours really i am saying this courier is deadslow and the processes get too long. As customer care person said on 7th of april i will get the product but i am afraid whether i will get because there are more complaint about this courier services

                                    I ordered articles from shopclues and they send the articles through xpressbees courier. It reaches my city (Aizawl) on 29.3.18 but the delivery boy didn't deliver the articles till today. My article tracking no is[protected]. Please check whether the article is in good condition and when they are going to delivered the article. Our house is 10 to 20 minutes far by foot from xpressbees office, aizawl.
