I ordered for something from homeshop 18 which was to be delivered to me by xpressbees courier today.. The courier i'd is[protected]...
I haven't received the parcel yet and i hv got a text of it being delivered...
This is merely a case of baffling...
I need my order by tomorrow at any cost else i will surely hv to file a legal complaint

    I had not received my parcel with tracking id awb[protected]. Neither any body contact me nor reached my home but tomorrow i got message that shipment was returned. I come to know that you don't have office at bhubaneswar. You just deliver parcel through third party. So please make necessary steps in this regard.

        XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        They are fraud dont buy Pro Polish Ceramic coating from there. They are giving half filled bottle. My packing was completely sealed even then i got half filled bottle and for that they charged 480 which not more than 100 rs cost so dont buy. My order no was[protected] from Xpressbees. There no option to return on there website. www.Propolish.In
        These product is totally fake.They are given me half filled bottle.This product are not more than 100/-.product Quantity is not mentioned on product.I want my money back.

            I’m supposed to receive my RBL credit card and Xpressbees are supposed to deliver it. Xpressbees is the worst courier service I have encountered in my life. They are liars and con artists, their website tracking states that delivery was attempted on 10march2018 but couldn’t deliver because the residence was closed, this is a total lie, I was at home waiting for the shipment, I even called Xpressbees customercare several times that day and they assured me it will be delivered by 7pm but what I got by 7pm was a message that it cannot be delivered.
            The next day I called them again and I get the reply they can’t deliver it since it was a Sunday and on Monday it will be delivered. I waited on Monday till 5:30pm and called them again and they now say it will be delivered only on Tuesday coz the shipment is in transit.
            Transit ? Their website clearly states that the shipment is in Adyar since 10thmarch2018 and today is 12thmarch2018 and Adyar is my locality, my residence is in adyar, one end to the other end of adyar is only 10 minutes apart. They don’t have a office or contact number in the city if Chennai. Complete bogus company. Don’t understand why credit card companies use services of such unprofessional and unreliable couriers like Xpressbees.

              Worst courier services i have ever seen, don’t deliver on time. Very unprofessional behaviour!
              I missed a call from wasim (Delivery boy
              Osmanpura) at 5:58 then i called the local office got his mobile no at 6:00 i called him he say you, ll get package tomorrow! Or else come 3kms to our office!!
              Worst service ever
              Finally i spoke to mr. Sandeep head office pune
              He has assured me that i’ll for the percel by 7:30 or 7:45pm! Appreciate! Sandeep

                The delivery man has contacted me today and said that the item will be delivered by today itself. But i haven't received the item yet. Why are you guys fooling around? Resolve this problem immediately

                  They should shut their company and start selling tea may be they can run that business better. This is the worst courier service. They dont share their office address in bhiwadi. I called customer care to get the address details of the courier office but they were also failed to give any phone number or address. I had ordered two products but they show fake remarks that cosignee is not available and it happened for 3 times.
                  Fed up of this courier service.

                    I order a hair eternity oil week before till nw i didnt get a delivery... I am from mangalore one o[censored]r staff or i dont knw whom called me and told me tat my area is out of delivery area so tat is not a issue for me just tell me ur location in mangalore so tat i can go and collect from ur office or from logistics...                       The customer care executives are highly irresponsible. The delivery was delayed due to incorrect pin code. Then later i was asked to collect the parcel from the kolkata hub by one of the female xpressbees customer care executives at kolkata.
                      But at the hub they outright refused to give it, saying there is no system to give the parcels at the hub.
                      It was very stupid of the executive to ask me to collect it from the hub when clearly there is no such system. Seems like they themselves don’t know what to do.
                      Horrible service. Highly dissatisfied.
                      Absolutely unreliable.

                        Hello sir, my name is a. Vishal my registered mobile no is [protected] my problem is credit card has been apporved and dispatched on 28th feb through xpressbess courier my dispatched awd is[protected] and my card has reached to mumbai hub on 1st march itself but xpressbees courier not devilering my card until today they not even care to call me up, but instead of doing their job they are simply updating the stupid status like, my house is closed so cant deliver the courier. What kind of stupid courier service is xpressbees is???. Since i made myself available to recieve the card but nobody came from courier even. Kindly resolve this issue. I need the card to be delivered asap. Thanks.

                            This is in reference with my order from first cry having shipment no awb number:[protected] which is shipped on 27th of feb and as per mail expected date is 7th of march but got message on 1st of march that we tried to contact you on residence but missed u.. Whereas no body has visited my premises. Also earlier the courier boy call us if the door is not open post bell is ring but this time no body has contact us on phone. I am surprised that on calling to customer care today at [protected] one person picked my phone and just says hello - hello repeatedly and not reverted to me and drop my call.

                            My concerns is my order should be delivered and my concerns should be addressed properly.

The delivery boy from xpressbee.com, hassan branch has been not yet delivered my order, regarding this i had informed to the xpressbee courier company but the company haven't taken any action against the delivery boys.

                                        I have applied RBL credit card but still I have not received my credit card and also I have talk with your XPRESSBEES customer care and my AWB No[protected], already I have talk with customer care on 9 times for courier delivery and came before call me but still the courier boy status is incomplete address I just stuck PNB METLIFE is Corporate Company and how deficult to find a Corporate company for local courier boy,

                                        I want to my courier as on my home address because your doc boy is not come to my home address and say he was came, I am very shocked your office always says (when your doc boy come to he will call) but still have not received any further call and also I have talk with your floor supervisior Mr (Sandeep Patil) and still I am shocked your manager not take it seriously my problem kindly give me status of my courier detail and if your courier boy is visit on my office address and a
