I’m supposed to receive my RBL credit card and Xpressbees are supposed to deliver it. Xpressbees is the worst courier service I have encountered in my life. They are liars and con artists, their website tracking states that delivery was attempted on 10march2018 but couldn’t deliver because the residence was closed, this is a total lie, I was at home waiting for the shipment, I even called Xpressbees customercare several times that day...

Worst courier services i have ever seen, don’t deliver on time. Very unprofessional behaviour!
I missed a call from wasim (Delivery boy
Osmanpura) at 5:58 then i called the local office got his mobile no at 6:00 i called him he say you, ll get package tomorrow! Or else come 3kms to our office!!

Finally i spoke to mr. Sandeep head office pune
He has assured me that i’ll for the percel by 7:30 or 7:45pm! Appreciate! Sandeep

My item n. O awb[protected], has been delayed. It has not been deliverd to me. Please check and help me. Why are you delaying it for no reasons? Solve this issue as soon as possible.
The delivery man has contacted me today and said that the item will be delivered by today itself. But i haven't received the item yet. Why are you guys fooling around? Resolve this problem immediately

They should shut their company and start selling tea may be they can run that business better. This is the worst courier service. They dont share their office address in bhiwadi. I called customer care to get the address details of the courier office but they were also failed to give any phone number or address. I had ordered two products but they show fake remarks that cosignee is not available and it happened for 3 times.
Fed up of this courier service.

I order a hair eternity oil week before till nw i didnt get a delivery... I am from mangalore one o[censored]r staff or i dont knw whom called me and told me tat my area is out of delivery area so tat is not a issue for me just tell me ur location in mangalore so tat i can go and collect from ur office or from logistics... Where do u make. Shippment in mangalore give me location or phone number

The customer care executives are highly irresponsible. The delivery was delayed due to incorrect pin code. Then later i was asked to collect the parcel from the kolkata hub by one of the female xpressbees customer care executives at kolkata.
But at the hub they outright refused to give it, saying there is no system to give the parcels at the hub.
It was very stupid of the executive to ask me to collect it from the hub when clearly there is no such system. Seems like they themselves don’t know what to do.
Horrible service. Highly dissatisfied.
Absolutely unreliable.

Hello sir, my name is a. Vishal my registered mobile no is [protected] my problem is credit card has been apporved and dispatched on 28th feb through xpressbess courier my dispatched awd is[protected] and my card has reached to mumbai hub on 1st march itself but xpressbees courier not devilering my card until today they not even care to call me up, but instead of doing their job they are simply updating the stupid status like, my house is closed so cant deliver the courier. What kind of stupid courier service is xpressbees is???. Since i made myself available to recieve the card but nobody came from courier even. Kindly resolve this issue. I need the card to be delivered asap. Thanks.

My self arun kheraliya i ordered an item wedding lehenga and while i got 2 sarees so please refund my order (Mene triviyaa se ek lehenga order kiya tha parantu muje 2 sarees mili please mera complain register karane aur sahi prakriya dvara mera paisa vapas karane ka kast kare) i ordered for a wedding lehenga not a sarees so please refund my order

This is in reference with my order from first cry having shipment no awb number:[protected] which is shipped on 27th of feb and as per mail expected date is 7th of march but got message on 1st of march that we tried to contact you on residence but missed u.. Whereas no body has visited my premises. Also earlier the courier boy call us if the door is not open post bell is ring but this time no body has contact us on phone. I am surprised that on calling to customer care today at [protected] one person picked my phone and just says hello - hello repeatedly and not reverted to me and drop my call.

My concerns is my order should be delivered and my concerns should be addressed properly.

I ordered 5 slimfit shirt cost of rs 1099 with size of my but now am receiving all other sizes soo i want to replace the order can u collect it back. I didn't like these sizes am not able to wear these shirts i don't want these shirts collect it back and refund my money as soon as possible. My name is sunil, i had booked an order (Tracking number[protected] from shopclue.com and they sent my order through xpressbee.com. The delivery boy from xpressbee.com, hassan branch has been not yet delivered my order, regarding this i had informed to the xpressbee courier company but the company haven't taken any action against the delivery boys.

I would request please tell them to give my order at my delivery address as i mentioned.

I purchased stylish kurti from xpressbess logictic. But when i opend my product so i saw kurti's quality very bad. I'm not satisfying this type of products last time when i purchased my jeans so u send me very good quality but this time not good.
So i decided reverse product. After that i want some another product purchase from your site.

I have applied RBL credit card but still I have not received my credit card and also I have talk with your XPRESSBEES customer care and my AWB No[protected], already I have talk with customer care on 9 times for courier delivery and came before call me but still the courier boy status is incomplete address I just stuck PNB METLIFE is Corporate Company and how deficult to find a Corporate company for local courier boy,

The above consignment has been dispatched by bajaj finance service ltd pune. Received an sms stating out for delivery and subsequently another sms saying consignee not available. The concerned person has not even attempted the delivery nor it is correct. Even last month also there was a consignment from the same company and till date it was not delivered.

Hope you will take necessary action to deliver the mail at the earliest.

I supposed to get Firstcry product delivered on 10th Feb which was not delivered but received an SMS that we rejected the product, i contacted XpressBees customer care and requested to raise a complaint which was not happened. Requested FirstCry to resend the product, but same was repeated, received SMS again " customer rejected" where as delivery boy never called or visited my house. today 3rd time repeated the same. when i called customer care i received an irresponsible response that, they can't take any complaint. Please consider this as my complaint and expecting a positive response, failing which i'm taking this as an evidence and approach consumer court for wasting my time and money.
