Tracking id[protected], i ordered this from jockey website as according to the website order was about to get delivered till 12 december 2017, as i didnt recieved it on the given date i contacted the courier service they told me it will be delivered to u till 13 december, and again it didnt arrived, today is 15 december after calling them numerous time, all they say is order will be delivered today or their server is down....

My complain is not clear till now since 10 day over... Caller said that i will receive call.. But no one has call me.. My complain was about fake material on delivery... I order micromax power bank. But in parcel i received lenovo power bank.. That also not working.. And on front delivery sheet it is written micromax power bank.. Please help me in order to get my money back.. Expressbees not delivery my package from rbl bank from last five days it is out for delivery but not getting it. Every morning getting msg out for delivery but in evening getting msg expressbees r unable to deliver or address incomplete. They r not coming to my address n even not calling me onces. The service provide by u is 3rd class i[censored] cant run bussiness smoothly pls shut down....

Ordered product from bewakoof.com. It was prepaid. So they didn’t bother to deliver it and kept it with themselves. They also updated the status as delivered.
Have contacted customer support but still response is awaited.
There motto is deliverying happiness but they are failing to deliver product so it should be deliverying pain.
Awaiting early and positive response....

I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on nov 20, 2017. They are dispatched through xpressbees with tracking id[protected] on 21-11-17. While tracking the shipment, it shows the product reached my place (Hospet) on 25-11-17. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same.

There is no xpressbees courier office in hospet. I have called xpressbees customer care...

The xpressbees agent false fully confirm my order and give me damage liquidated product which leaks at is not refundable.

Kindly take a strict action on that agent for his fraudulent behaviour.
He is very arrogant person after fraudulent delivery he is switched off his phone.

That give me a headache to how to return it. Kindly take a strict action on him so that no one can do like such fraudulent delivery....

I have to receive a package from bewakoof which is traveling through xpressbees. The package is already in my city but your employee held my package unnecessarily. He is messaging me the package is out for delivery and the second moment messaging me that i requested him for future delivery which i didn’t. It already crossed my delivery date. We are the seller of snapdeal.com but i have and issue with your pickup boy azhar and ashraf in mazgaon branch south mumbai.

I send a mail to xpressbees for some enquiry before 1 year. The reply was that based on your service our representative will contact you soon. But it has been a year no representative contacted me. I am thinkg whether there representative are dead/alive. And also i have send some enquiry from my another email id. But no representative contacted me. Worst customer service...

This is regarding the the shipment/package i was expecting to be delivered today from 'xpressbees'.
The status shows 'undelivered' and reason 'incomplete/incorrect address'

The address is correct. Also i dint receive any call to locate. A single call from your courier person would have helped you to reach me in case if the address was not located. This shows the lack of interest 'xpressbees' to do its job.

Since i was in home from 2p. M hasn't got call from your courier service man but by 5.58p. M i have got mesage that consignee has refused to accept the product... I have called courier service man mobile number but its coming switch off till now... Kindly issue my product as soon as possible... Thanking you... And courier service. I ordered two earings from shopclues. It's not delivered to me yet. But a msg came by[protected] noon showing that the product was out for delivery and later on the same day night another one came showing that product was delivered successfully. The shipment id of the product from shopclues is[protected].
Even the tracking number awb[protected] shows that the product was delivered to aylin dhanaswamy, the receiver around 10:30 pm.....

My credit card had dispatched to secundrebad branch, Hyderabad, India, on10 th Nov. I ordered a product from volterman.. For a volterman smart wallet but i got woodland wallet, which is not a smart wallet.
The wallet they send is as normal as others.
I hope this problem will be resolved shortly.
If the company can get their product in short time period the it will be very compromising...

I am not happy with the response and careless behaviour from your service provider as they have not communicated and delivered the shipment on my registered address on given dates (On 7th nov and 9th nov) while i was available 24x7 at my...

We are available at home since morning non of the executive came or called and simply claimed that because of consignee was not available we are unable to deliver.

This is the worst technic using xpressbees and other ecommerce logistic company’s are using.

I have ordered a product in healthkart and got an sms from xpressbees my trackign id. As[protected] and it was expected to deliver by 08-nov-2017

Suddenly after a day it shows consignee not available and again a sms came with out for delivery

And again it turned to the status consignee not available. So please help on this immediately...

Order out for delivery since last 18 hours and haven't received it yet. Means like does it take more 2-3 days to deliver a product when its already out for delivery and then i thought of tracking the order, to my amazement i found it to b missrouted without the agent taking any initiative of calling me up on the number provided in case he faced any issue with the given address.
