Hello sir, my name is a. Narayana my registered mobile no is * my problem is credit card has been apporved and dispatched on[protected] through xpressbess courier my dispatched awd is * and my card has reached to chennai hub on[protected] itself but xpressbees courier not devilering my card until today they not even care to call me up, but instead of doing their job they are simply updating the stupid status like, my house is closed so cant deliver the courier. What kind of stupid courier service is xpressbees is???. Since i made myself available to recieve the card but nobody came from courier even no one as call to my mobile too. But updating the worng status like i said above, what kind of fun is this???. So now i am kindly requesting you to look into this matter and solve this issue very urgently. Thank you

still iam not receive any conformation for that i have all codes plz reverse the money, my order number AWB"[protected], am receive wrong product, ihave give to my account details plz reverse the money other wise my next step very give the complaint to police station for this issue

Sent a wrong product I have ordered for poly silk saree worth rs. 499 + shipping order 130 rupees, am order orange color saree but they have sent polyester saree not worthy at all, plz return this product, am not experting like this product, its customer trust will loose ure company, this is not good for customer plz return the product

    The above consignment has been dispatched by bajaj finance service ltd pune. Received an sms stating out for delivery and subsequently another sms saying consignee not available. The concerned person has not even attempted the delivery nor it is correct. Even last month also there was a consignment from the same company and till date it was not delivered.

    Hope you will take necessary action to deliver the mail at the earliest.

      I supposed to get Firstcry product delivered on 10th Feb which was not delivered but received an SMS that we rejected the product, i contacted XpressBees customer care and requested to raise a complaint which was not happened. Requested FirstCry to resend the product, but same was repeated, received SMS again " customer rejected" where as delivery boy never called or visited my house. today 3rd time repeated the same. when i called customer care i received an irresponsible response that, they can't take any complaint. Please consider this as my complaint and expecting a positive response, failing which i'm taking this as an evidence and approach consumer court for wasting my time and money.

        I had a shipment to be recieved from lenskart. It was to arrive on 12 th feb 2018. I couldn't collect the shipment on 12th feb 2018 due to some reasons so i called the customer care and rescheduled the delivery for 13th feb 2018. But today i didn't recieve any call from the delivery guy and i get a message saying "you refused to take the order". This is due to carelessness from ur side

          Product which i have seen its advertisement
          Actual product is quite different in quality n colour. So i want to return this product. Plz as soon as possible return my product n its money.

            My product was arrived at pat/hub on 10th feb 7:33pm. It should be deliver on 11th feb. Today is 13th feb. Product is showing in pat/hub. When i call to customers care they said we are writing your complain in next 24hr. It will be solved... No delivery in 24hr also.. My awb no.[protected]. Please resolved problem and deliver as soon as possible... Xperessbees is rubish and worst courier in india...

              I want to complaint your courier person in Aizawl..my order/awb number is[protected].. but from last week I got company message not replyable.courier never contact me.I call customer care and asked for Aizawl courier number.when I spoke to them they reply me badly..they told me that they could not search and I have to search.when my brother from Aizawl contact them they told him that he has to pick it up..but I thought that there is many delivery boys..In other state Xpressbees is best for me.but in mizoram it was very very bad..

                I have ordered a dinner set on shop cj and my order number is [protected]. It had to be deliver on[protected]. I got call from delivery boy and we were not at home so i asked him to come after one hour. After reaching home i called him and he said he would not come now. I told him that order would be cancelled if he would not deliver that. To my surprise he answered "hota hai toh ho jaye cancel, mai kya karu".
                Do you appoint illiterate people and don't they know how to talk to the customer?
                Today i got message from shop cj that delivery attempt cancelled.
                I want to know when do i get my courier?
                What step will you take against such delivery boy?

                  I have ordered an item from firstcry and xpressbees has to deliver it to me. It arrive at hyderabad on 4th feb 2018, but yet to receive my item. You keep on updating saying product is out for delivery in the morning and in the evening the status changes to not delivered due to time constraint. Horrible experience! Please contact your hyd department and do deliver my product

                      I have ordered prepaid for a item from shopclues. It's tracking no. Is[protected]. The item is supposed to be delivered on 31at jan.

                      But the courier delivered or contacted me for delivery inspite of it reaching destination office on 29th.

                      They have also made the entry in system as customer has re-sheduled for future delivery without my knowledge.

                      Kindly please expedite delivery at the earliest.

                      I inform you that your couriour boy is calling from other location.and i suggest right location and after couriour boy said that i am coming arround 1 hours. And i calling after 1 hour so couriour boy saying that i am coming tommorrow.

                      Please do needful action.and i am not happy with your service.

                        I ordered pop socket for mobile phones quantity 3 nos via shopclues.com on 8th of Jan 2018 Order Number[protected]
                        and made the payment via debit card on 13 afternoon received a message stating the parcel is delevered, Carrier Name: Xpressbees Courier

                        Tracking Number:[protected]

                        i called up shopclues customer care and registered a complaint and they sent a mail on 19th of Jan with an attachment of a signature which is not mine again i requested them but till date nothing has been done, in the meanwhile i called xpressBees and spoke to them number of times and they have confirmed that the parcel is lost and they will notify shopclues and they will refund the amount, then again i called shopclues and they are still saying the parcel is delivered and the courier company has done a house visit i notified them that the address is not a residential address it is a commercial shop.
                        I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful
                        and request a refund.

                        I have given them my correct address and mobile number but they sent me a message about wrong address and number. What's wrong with these guys. And even they called me in the morning that my order is about to come today then what the hell is this.
                        I had ordered a product however it was out for despatch but I had requested for RE attempt of delivery but still the product has not reached me the reference number is[protected] please look into the issue and oblige

                          I ordered a t-shirt from bewakoof.com and the delivery was expected to be by 29th january. The delivery person did not contact me and reflected wrong address in the status box, there being no such issue.
                          The very next day i see "consignee refused to accept", again no such issue.
                          I hope for some action and early delivery of my package.

                            We were waiting for the delivery of shipment number[protected]on 20/01/2018 and 18/01/2018.
                            But we did not get the item on both the days, also i did not get any call from the delivery boy regarding the status or their current position, but they have simply updated the status as consignee not available.
                            Can you let me know whether my product would be delevered or not?
                            I have even called your customer care number and told that we need the product today, but that didn't happen.

                            If you can't deliver atleast share your contacts or office details in chennai to get the status of the product.

                              My icici debit card has been sent through your courier. You were not able to deliver.
                              I think the courier guy could not find the address. The trackimg no is awb[protected].
                              Please try to call on [protected]. For getting or locating the place.
                              The address is correct as per the bank sent. Just because you cannot reach mobile you have updated as add incomplete. Try calling the above no or if asked someone courier giy can get address.

                                  The product is not delivered by XpressBees courier services and it blames it as my mistake. Date of delivery was on Monday 15-1-18.Still now it is not delivered. They haven't even tried to contact me.
                                  The pic attached describes what they says. And it is absolutely false.
                                  I want my product as soon as possible.
                                  Got hell with XpressBees courier services.
                                  When will I get my product??

                                    My shipment[protected], has not been delivered to me. I get a message saying the item is out for delivery and then, get another message that i was not available. I have already paid for my package.
                                    Also, i have not got any calls from the delivery person and i am always available at delivery address.

                                    This has been an issue with your courier person from a long time.

                                      A cheque book dispatched by icici bank to my home address, but courier didn't received till now after 10 days duration. Track status showed that first time miss attempted delivery due to my door was closed, but my door was not closed at any time on that day. Second time track status is that my address is incomplete. No any call received by delivery boy to confirm my address, no any name & phone no of delivery person provided to me. I had many times calls to xpressbees courier company customer care no but no response anytime. So i think that this courier company is totally fraud & customer service of this company is very very poor & company staff is totally unprofessional like street type of person.

                                        I have ordered three shirt from one online site and xpressbees logistics was intermediate medium to deliver my order.
                                        Yesterday when i got my order the packet was already opened and tthey have changed my order. Actually delivery boy is was in bit hurry that, s why he gave my order in hurry and taken money and went.
                                        Latter i saw packet was already open and what i ordered that was not there in packet. Instead of that one lower, one t shirt and one shirt was there.
                                        I called to the xpressbees logistic regarding that issue as i don't have contact of the company from where i ordered cloth they are telling that they are not responsible and can't take it back.
                                        Now what i can do in this case, they cheated me and they are telling only if the vendor company will tell them than only they will return my order but i don't have contact of the company from where i ordered because
                                        I want refund my money that is 1100
