I have been waiting for my parcel from ages. I think they have hired illiterate people. My address say chikhali and they have sent my parcel to chakan. Bow the parcel is back to pune and no one is bothered to deliver it to me. I have emailed them but i think they are least concerned about it. Anyways what can i do other than waiting. They have no escalation contacts on website. I am surprised how this company is even surviving.

    I was expecting to receive my credit card through xpress bee courier service (Awb :[protected]. The first attempt to deliver the card was made on 28/12/2017 but as i was out of station so when the delivery agent called me i requested to reattempt delivery the next day. Following day i. E 29/12/2017, i again received a message that my credit card is out for delivery. I waited for the call of delivery agent from 12 pm to 6 pm but didn't receive any call. Late in the evening when i tried to track my parcel, the status was updated as "residence/office closed :can't deliver" although the delivery address which i provided was my office address which remains open 24*7. On 01/01/2018 i again received a message that courier is out for delivery but as it was an official holiday and i was not present there so i contacted the helpline number and requested not to attempt delivery that particular day. Today, i. E, 02/01/2018 it they didn't contact me and directly sent my credit card back to the initiating bank. This is really an unprofessional and careless attitude which leads to nothing but customer harassment. Please make sure that this kind of behavior is not repeated again and as a feedback i would like to add that if possible try to provide the number of delivery agent so that recipient can directly contact him as contacting helpline number is useless in this regard.

      I have 3 elanic pickups pending since ten days and no one is coming to pick it up from xpressbees... I called xpressbees supervisor karnakar to solve this matter but he is ignoring the call..

      I am so helpless this way... I want the roducts to be picked up today itself please... I wont be in city for next 6 days...

      Please get them picked today itself as i have to go for holiday for 6 days from tomorrow.

          My shipment through xpressbees awb[protected] was not delivered today... Reason mentioned in their website: residence locked.
          I'm at home today with my family as today is sunday... Holiday.
          How can the door be locked. Also i have 4 cctvs installed at my home... From gate to door. I'll prove that your person did not come at all. Either deliver the package today or cancel the subscription.

            I received an sms today morning that my package is out for delivery then i received another sms stating that the package is delivered to me. I did not receive any package. The status on the xpressbee site also says it is delivered at 12pm to me. We have cameras and security in our society and every delivery guy has to make record before entering so i do have record that no person has visited from xpressbee for me. Package tracking id is[protected]

              The worst courier service company i have ever come across. They should shut down than making a nuisance of themselves n their service. Their main service is xpressbee delivery but they r not even doing a timely delivery. I spent about 400 rupees calling them out of station but of still no use. Just promise and virtual created messages stating future delivery request. Even after 2 days of follow up, i didn’t get the parcel. N i’m leaving the city without it.... Sincere suggestion. Close the company

              Pathetic service
              They donot deliver on time. As compared to amazon they take about 10 or 15 more days to deliver your parcel, even a bullcart can reach to delhi in four days from my place. The courier service is so frustrating.They donot even value the customer's preservance and donot pick up phone calls and also the representatives provide the false information regarding your parcel.
              And i think xpressbees is a run by a bunch of idiots

                My product is out for delivery on 27/12/17 and today is 30/12/17. This is the worst courier service. Called cc twice, emailed, tweeted. None responded. They say am not available so product not delivered. I was waiting for the parcel whole day. Some one look into this or else i will make sure you loose enough customers from now.

                  I do not liked that saree infact the product is also different from which i ordered so please take it back as soon as possible so i want to return that product so plz take i back the quality of that saree is totally bad n the color which i ordered is not the exact color which i want it is totally different not happy with the product so returning it

                    I ordered a product from jabong.com. The delivery of the product is to be done by xpressbees. They made the first attempt on 21.12.2017. I was unable to receive it due to some problem. The xpressbees delivery executive assured that he will deliver it on 22.12.2017. But since then no attempt was made by xpressbees. Where as twice i got a text message from their end saying 'consignee refused to accept the order'. To resolve the matter i called their customers care executive ([protected]) twice since last week. They assured they will schedule delivery of my product but nothing has been done till now. This is merely deceiving customers i would say. From a brand like xpressbees this is totally not expected. I would request to kindly make the delivery of my product as soon as possible.

                    My FirstCry shipment with AWB No:[protected] is not yet received but status shows delivered on 16-12-17 at 10:19 PM. This is wrong. I have not received product.I placed the order on 7-12-17. It reached Trivandrum on 13-12-17. It was out for delivery on 16-12-17. But without delivering they have updated status as delivered.

                        I am sure that this is the worst courier company in the world. Every time customer care executive told me that you received call back from our side but no buddy call me. I am waiting for my order since last one week but still not received the shipment is out from rbl bank on 12-12-17 & today 23-12-17. I am calling the customer care number more than 5 time and talked in escalation team to mahesh, akshay, mayor & viru pardesi, all my calls are put on hold for more that 40 minutes and they assured me that i got a callback from there side but no one bother about it. Anybody not providing there email id or complain number to. I don't know how this company run and what is the service they provide. It takes not more that 2 days to deliver. I am frustrated and i don't know why rbl bank chosen this poor courier company as patner.

                          I have placed an order for tops mango pickle to paytm vide order number [protected] and the courier partner xpressbees was not available to contact. The awb no. Of courier xpressbees is[protected]. Though the item was not delivered today it was shown as delivered at 6.53 pm. I enquired my family members, neighbors and watchman also. None of them received the item. Please take up with xpressbees for resolution of my grievance.

                              Tracking id[protected], i ordered this from jockey website as according to the website order was about to get delivered till 12 december 2017, as i didnt recieved it on the given date i contacted the courier service they told me it will be delivered to u till 13 december, and again it didnt arrived, today is 15 december after calling them numerous time, all they say is order will be delivered today or their server is down.

Every morning getting msg out for delivery but in evening getting msg expressbees r unable to deliver or address incomplete. They r not coming to my address n even not calling me onces.                                   It's been 13 days since I placed two orders, 1 from ellipstore and the other from Alamode.
                                  Yet to receive both. Since a week I hear that the present day is estimated delivery date.

                                  Customer care just hangs up.

                                  E mails have automated reply with no follow up action.

                                  Pathetic service.

                                    Ordered product from bewakoof.com. It was prepaid. So they didn’t bother to deliver it and kept it with themselves. They also updated the status as delivered.
                                    Have contacted customer support but still response is awaited.
                                    There motto is deliverying happiness but they are failing to deliver product so it should be deliverying pain.

                                      I have ordered two items on purplle.com with orderid [protected] on nov 20, 2017. They are dispatched through xpressbees with tracking id[protected] on 21-11-17. While tracking the shipment, it shows the product reached my place (Hospet) on 25-11-17. But, till today i have not received any phone call/information regarding the same.

                                      There is no xpressbees courier office in hospet. I have called xpressbees customer care through phone thrice regarding this. They are saying we will deliver it by today/tomorrow every time but failed to do so. They have given a mobile number to contact. When i call him, he says i am not in that courier right now.

                                      This is not at all acceptable. Its been two weeks and i have not seen this much irresponsible courier service till now.

                                        The xpressbees agent false fully confirm my order and give me damage liquidated product which leaks at is not refundable.

                                        Kindly take a strict action on that agent for his fraudulent behaviour.
                                        He is very arrogant person after fraudulent delivery he is switched off his phone.

                                        That give me a headache to how to return it. Kindly take a strict action on him so that no one can do like such fraudulent delivery.
