Xpressbees not delivery my package from rbl bank
From last 5 days its out for delivery but not getting it
Every morning getting msg out for delivery but in the evening getting massage that xpressbees unable to deliver or address incomplete. They are not coming to my address and even not calling me once. But i am getting every parcel on the same address. After calling there customer care everyday i got reply that your parcel will be delivered in 24 hr but after giving my office address also. They are not delivering my parcel.

    I have to receive a package from bewakoof which is traveling through xpressbees. The package is already in my city but your employee held my package unnecessarily. He is messaging me the package is out for delivery and the second moment messaging me that i requested him for future delivery which i didn’t. It already crossed my delivery date. My awb is[protected]. Please deliver my package as soon as possible.

    This is a serious issur... We being customer can't keep on seeking the tracking details and the complaining each time ..

        We are the seller of snapdeal.com but i have and issue with your pickup boy azhar and ashraf in mazgaon branch south mumbai.

        We have given some of pickup in the date of[protected] but some of pickup was not ready because of some issue but they are not cooperating and we tell him we will send by my own staff but they did not wait and not received the call also.

        I request to you please removed this guys because they not know as how to speak.

          I send a mail to xpressbees for some enquiry before 1 year. The reply was that based on your service our representative will contact you soon. But it has been a year no representative contacted me. I am thinkg whether there representative are dead/alive. And also i have send some enquiry from my another email id. But no representative contacted me. Worst customer service

          I ordered protein from health kart and i have not received it was shipped on 21st and i was receiving msg that it will be deliver today but its not and then i received msg that incomplete adress atleast somebody called me and confirmed the adress.. i will never order anything from this courier service

            This is regarding the the shipment/package i was expecting to be delivered today from 'xpressbees'.
            The status shows 'undelivered' and reason 'incomplete/incorrect address'

            The address is correct. Also i dint receive any call to locate. A single call from your courier person would have helped you to reach me in case if the address was not located. This shows the lack of interest 'xpressbees' to do its job.
            Please look into this.

            As today morning i received your product as soon as i checked the product it was found to be corrupted so i want my money back when can i get and how can i do it and how could you send a defective product so disappointed..

            Very bad n fraud cheaper n cheater kind of service n courier boy n so the XPRESSBEE is. How come they came into this service. Though they r lying n cheating. Always shows the status" incomplete adress n not reachable phone"".
            I think they r pretty sure about it. Most horrible n disguised courier service among WORLD.
            Mosi complained service. Service provider dont hesitates to lie, cheat n fraud. Dont give a second thought.
            I think all the major shopping sites like snapdeal, jabong, amazon, myntra should stop their service with otherwise xpressbee will spoil the name of them

                I ordered two earings from shopclues. It's not delivered to me yet. But a msg came by[protected] noon showing that the product was out for delivery and later on the same day night another one came showing that product was delivered successfully. The shipment id of the product from shopclues is[protected].
                Even the tracking number awb[protected] shows that the product was delivered to aylin dhanaswamy, the receiver around 10:30 pm.. I have not received the product.. How come someone ll deliver without contacting the receiver.. When will i get my product?? I have already paid for it
                I require an answer.

                  My credit card had dispatched to secundrebad branch, Hyderabad, India, on10 th Nov. I traced that it will be delivered on 11th November.But courier boy J.Santosh didn't came and he reported that we were shifted to other address.I went to courier office & took the boy number.I called to the boy, but he is demanding some amount.Please take action regarding this otherwise I will going to complaint this issue to your heighier authorities & RBL bank CC.

                    I ordered a product from volterman.. For a volterman smart wallet but i got woodland wallet, which is not a smart wallet.
                    The wallet they send is as normal as others.
                    I hope this problem will be resolved shortly.
                    If the company can get their product in short time period the it will be very compromising...

                      As per above details i have communicated with xpressbees courier regarding the shipment (Awb [protected]) for my cheque book and debit card on residential address. I am not happy with the response and careless behaviour from your service provider as they have not communicated and delivered the shipment on my registered address on given dates (On 7th nov and 9th nov) while i was available 24x7 at my residence and neither received any call from them. This is to inform you that i have been receiving all other shipments on the same address regularly without any issue and recently received debit card password envelope sent by you on 7th nov with ems speed post service.

                      When i contacted again with xpressbess customer care they replied “address incomplete” though the address is fully complete. I have given the address to xpressbees customer care again with the landmark also for clarification and still they are neither delivering the shipment nor calling me regarding the delivery.

                        Xpressbees has held delivery of your lenskart order awb:[protected], as consignee was not available. For queries contact:[protected].

                        We are available at home since morning non of the executive came or called and simply claimed that because of consignee was not available we are unable to deliver.

                        This is the worst technic using xpressbees and other ecommerce logistic company’s are using.

                        Really they don’t have guts to accept the own delays.

                        Even cc service is also very poor. They also not responding for resolution.

                          I have ordered a product in healthkart and got an sms from xpressbees my trackign id. As[protected] and it was expected to deliver by 08-nov-2017

                          Suddenly after a day it shows consignee not available and again a sms came with out for delivery

                          And again it turned to the status consignee not available. So please help on this immediately

                            Order out for delivery since last 18 hours and haven't received it yet. Means like does it take more 2-3 days to deliver a product when its already out for delivery and then i thought of tracking the order, to my amazement i found it to b missrouted without the agent taking any initiative of calling me up on the number provided in case he faced any issue with the given address. Highly dissatisfied with the services of the company. Kindly do have a look at the prblm and try to resolve it as soon as possible

                              Similar problem here... My order from jabong, through xpressbees still hasn't reached me and has been labelled as misrouted, despite calling them and clearing all kinds of doubts. One of the customer care person wasn't even able to speak properly, let alone address the problem. Is this how management is run in this place?..

                                I have ordered from khadi naturals and it's a prepaid order. Before one week i received the message from xpressbees that my order is out for delivery but one contacted me on that day. Next day, i got the message that since i was not present the delivery boy was not able to deliver the product which is a total lie. After that, i complained at least 7 times to their customer care and every time they are just replying that my product will be delivered by tomorrow. Yesterday the customer care gave me the delivery boy's mobile number and when i contacted him he said that he doesn't have my parcel and he didn't receive any such message also. Again today i talked with someone from the branch who said that by today 8 pm he will deliver the product but as usual when i called him again he said the delivery boy is absent today. I want to take legal action against them for wasting my time and money (By calling them and usually they take 30 mins to 1 hr to give a proper response) since last few days. Please resolve this issue.

                                  I have requested an icici cheque book, i requested bank to delivered it to my branch itself, they accepted and ordered one through xpressbees.
                                  Package reached chennai on 31st oct, tracking shows out for delivery on 1st nov, same day evng status shows that "residence/office closed : can't deliver", its okay so far.

                                  Next day also at the end of the day status was same "residence/office closed : can't deliver",

                                  They know bank will be closed at 4.30pm on first day itself, but why didn't they try to reach before 4.30 in second day also?? Completely irresponsible,

                                  I am eager to see what will be the status at the end of the 3rd day (Today).

                                  Either xpressbees guys are senseless or the status in stacking page is fake.

                                  I still cant understand why icici chosen this underrated courier service. (May be courier cost is low in my opinion)

                                  I have actually applied for loan, so i am desperate to get cheques in time. (Possible time)

                                  Xpressbess this is not good, kindly don't frustrate customers.

In that my product arrived on 3rd Nov 17. Till now my product not went for out of delivery.. I'm eagerly waiting my product reach me soon...

                                        I've been waiting for this order for a week. Ordered from fab alley on 23rd oct. Today it's showing out for delivery since morning and now showing delivered without me taking the order. They don't give contact numbers of deliver people.
