Item 2 of the said order was delivered 2 days after the complaint was raised i.e on 8th October 2016 and the the money of the item 1 of the said order was refunded on 16th October 2016 which took around 10 to 11 days to resolve. I had also sent a mail to Voonik and Xpressbees.
There were regular followups about the issue by Xpressbees.
