My above said docket no. awb[protected] delivery boy phone me on 16.10.2016 about my parcel, that day i was out of station and i asked him I collect my packetl from your office I had pay Rs 815/- cash and collect my packet personally from your Pathankot branch on 21.10.2016, when I opened packet then I was shocked because my packet tape was loose and item was not in the packet. I humble request you to please enquire your Pathankot courier office & delivery boy and obliged me.

    My icici bank debit card was to deliver with awb[protected] however i see they have updated the status as house closed and returned the debit card.
    Tried contacting their customer care but couldn't connect because of very bad process which is not allowing me to connect to any customer care representative.

    Had written an email as well but no response.

    Very pathetic service.

      I was placed order i kall k11 2 pcs online from shopcluse under order no[protected] & made online transaction 1096 rs after thar i got confirmation about dispatch through xpressbees curier under reference no: awb[protected] after tracking online they inform me via sms your order is out for dispatchon 18th oct at 13.03 & again i received sms at 16.10 that xpressbees couldn't fulfill your delivery of shopclues order awb[protected]. As consignee refused to accept order. But before this i have not received any call from courier boy for address confirmation.

I even spoke to one of the executives from xpressbees and she told me that it will be delivered by monday. I havent got the deliver yet. I'm trying to call on[protected] but it's saying please try and call later.

            My name is Ratna Nimmagadda. i have placed an order for a saree thru snapdeal on 28th august 2016 and it was handed over to xpressbees courier. my order was not delivered and it was cancelled by snapdeal on sept 21. again, i ordered a package of 4 herbal himalaya soaps thru snapdeal on 28th sept and again it was given to xpressbees. as usual, the order was not delivered and was cancelled on 6th october. now, i have ordered a saree thru jabong on 12th october and it was given to xpressbees(awb:[protected]. the order has already reached Hyderabad on 15th oct where i stay, but till now i have not recd the order. i recd an sms today at 1.12pm that the order is out for delivery, but nobody called me up or turned up to deliver the order. i am very sure that this time also my order is going to get cancelled

                A consignment has reached at your calicut office on 6/10/16 No.[protected]. I called your calicut office number [protected] to deliver the same on next day. But they have not delivered the same on 7th & 8th of this month. It is just around 2km to my office from your calicut office. Afterwards they called me on 10/10/16, but my office is on leave on 10th & 11th and informed them to deliver it on 12/10/16, but not done. When I enquired about the status today, they informed the consignment has returned. Very much disappointing approach from your side. I have receiving consignments from various online sights for the last 5 years, but it is the first time for booked in express bees & it made me a bitter experience. It is a fantasy of keeping express in your name.

                  I had my product delivered today, but the delivery person was so rude. It was a cash on delivery which costed 225/-. I gave him 250/- and he started saying he doesn't have change at all. When i said him to carry change with him for cod deliveries, he was using abusive language in kannada (Local language at karnataka, bengaluru!).

                  I request you to take an immediate action on him as he doesn't know to behave with customers. Be it your tie up with delivery vendors. (Xpressbees)

                  Also request your team to please educate the delivery persons to talk with customers and also carry change as not all customers keep the money ready in cash at home.

                    A package from FirstCry.com was supposed to be delivered today, and I get calls twice at 2.43PM, which I was not in a position to pick up due to work. I call back this number at exactly 3.00PM, and this guy says he is from the courier company. I made sure there is someone at home, and the address is pretty clear, as I have 100s of other courier guys delivering packages to my address.

                    He had the audacity to ask what I was doing, as I was supposed to be waiting for the package delivered. He could have simply said we will attempt again or will send back. He was rude from the word go, saying that no can't deliver, you should have picked up the call. I am sure he couldn't have been any farther than 2-3Kms in 17mins. I drive in Bengaluru and I know what the traffic is like in my city.

                    Dear XpressBees please not I am not waiting for any charity from you are your delivery boys, in fact your organization exist and will (may) continue to exist due to customers like us.

                    My life doesn't revolve around the schedule of your courier guys, hope some sense prevails you deal strictly with such unprofessional employees.

                    I had a similar experience and have realized that the courier guy was never planning on coming to deliver your product. The whole thing was an excuse to change your delivery schedule. Its a scam by the delivery boys who have found an easier alternative to delivering your product. I got an answer saying that my house is too far!
                    Xpressbees probably doesnt have a clue what is happening or its a cheap tactic being taught to the delivery boys to not work hard but still get paid.

                    I've cancelled my product today after 5 days of waiting. Hope things work better for you buddy!

                      I have spent rs 18000 on a phone i ordered from the snapdeal website on 8th of october, under the snapdeal gold benefits i received a message saying that the order will be shipped by 10th. But on the 9th of oct i got a message that the product has been picked by the courier and will be delivered on the 9th itself. I stayed home and waited but nobody came. Then when i looked up my shipment tracking it said that the delivery was rescheduled by me but no delivery personal called or came home. I was so upset by the crookedness of the person who had done this but again i had no way to call or complain to anybody as all your numbers have incoming blocked. Today is the 3rd day and there is still no word from the courier or your department. And everyday i have been asked to reschedule the delivery. I don't know what to do, i have no hope of receiving my product. I feel like i have been cheated by your company and if this email still doesn't prompt a response from your company i will pursue legal action.

                      Xpressbees stinks, and the delivery guy asks me what I was doing for not picking up his call and calling him back in 17 mins.

                      The address is very clear and we had people at home to receive the package.

                      I don't need to answer some random delivery boy, I have important things to do in life, hope some sense prevails and Xpressbees hire someone courteous, and responsible for such jobs, its a customer facing job, I pay for the product including shipment, I am not at the mercy of someone who is paid from my money.
                      I got the taxt messege yesterday that the parcel which i have orderd it will reach to you today please keep cash with you bt still i did not receive my parcel pls help to get my parcel

                        I have complain about my order which i I have still not received from xpressbees courier service. My AWB no.is[protected] since from 8th Oct, 2016 i am receiving a Msg that courier is dispatched but in the evening i am receiving another Msg that the consignee is not there. Again on 9th Oct, 2016 i am again receiving the same Msg of courier is out for order but in evening another Msg i receive that the home or office is closed. Again on 10th Oct, 2016 In morning I received the msg of courier is out for order but till now I have not at received any of courier. On above mentioned dates i was at my house it self but false Msg i am receiving that i am not at my place or home was closed both the situation are totally false. And note that my order is prepaid. It is not cash on delivery. I have also complain about this to Customer support too.

                          This is regarding my courier no.[protected]. I ordered an item from snapdeal on 4th october 2016 & it was dispatched on 7th october 2016 via xpressbees courier service. Since then am regularly seeing the status of the courier, it’s started from chennai and then it arrived to banglore & now it’s lying in pune since last 48 hurs. My question is can’t it came straight to delhi from chennai?

                          It’s now in pune & then it will go somewhere else. They are getting my parcel delayed unnecessarily. Request you to kindly loook into it. Am worried wheather they deliver my parcel or not. Thanks manish

                            Beware of Xpress bees Logistics !!! fraud in payments Terms !!!

                            Xpress bees is fraud delivery logistics in india they cheat delivery boys and vendor associates paying less amount of 17rs per shipment including line haul means four wheeler shipments need to deliver in bike only they don't care of human life. they catch innocent young ages to join as vendor has salves one month x press bees will the salary second month onward they talk about performance for 17rs and wantedly some last shipments amount will be dedcted from vendor side and suddenly after two months they will stop service and stop the pending payments putting some non sense issue on the vendor associates and if we argue the Mr.deepak and Karthik inchage of HBR layout office inform come after 60day your payment will be release than will abscond from every thing without paying any payments...
                            Vendor stop servicing/delivery with Xpress bess logistics no.1 fraud they cheat innocent youngster...

                              I placed order for a bluetooth speaker from shopclues which is yet to be delivered.
                              recieved message yesterday morning that the package is out for delivery so be available i was home whole day awaiting for the order but it didnt come, i was expecting it to be delivered today but the same scene continues (still not delivered) so when i tried to check the AWB[protected] on the site i find a message updated against it for yesterday saying mobile unanswered/not reachable which is untrue.
                              I experienced this issue with ECom delivery partners with another order from Snapdeal and i havent used snapdeal ever since due to these delivery issues.
                              So no matter what the offer if this is repeating then this will be my last order with Shopclues.com as well
                              and as far as Xpressbees is considered i would only suggest that you people learn some moral's before posting any comment for failed delivery...shame on you and your business practices.

                                Hi,

                                My shipment id[protected] was firstly very delayed. Even as i was tracking continuously and anxiously i saw "customer requested for future delivery" on the tracking page, with myself never even being contacted. Upon contacting xpressbees customer care i was assured of delivery on time, but after a couple of days the order itself got cancelled. I even offered to customer care agent to pickup the order myself but customer care guy did not tell me the location of (Area 51) xpressbees hub in goa
                                Xpressbees falsely communicated to etailer that customer is not ready to accept/ is delaying receiving the product. Order got cancelled for no fault of mine. The very nice deal i got from paytm also vanished as i had to reorder.
                                Mind you xpressbees are one hell of a lying and fraud company.

                                  I had a product ordered from snapdeal via gold scheme with tracking id[protected]. My product was scheduled to be received by 7th oct. I had my product delivered to bangalore courier office by 06th oct mrng 2.46 am and still i haven't got any information regarding it. We order products on one day delivery scheme only for the emergency purposes. We haven't got any update on whom we should contact. How can a courier service have a hub at bangalore with no contact details for the same? When will i get my product finally?

                                    I placed an order from jabong.com. order # [protected] placed on 02 october 2016. they shipped order using xpressbees courier via awb number:[protected]. shipment reached in ahmedabad on 06thoctober, at 08:30 am. it could have been delivered on same day by evening. but they didn't deliver. i got a message on my mobile that the address given is incomplete, so te package can't be deivered. i verified the address ad it is complete. jabong is using such a bad courier that doesn't have even a contact number. i want urgent delivery of my order by 8th october evening. what should i do?

                                      2 items dated[protected] to be received on[protected] and[protected] respectively.

                                      Delivery guy has collected money again for the 1st product from my family member who collected the product. But it which was already prepaid.
                                      And for the second product, delivery guy has not reached the destination at all just because i could not be available on phone. I called him back after 10 minutes and informed him to deliver the product and to call back if needed. I also sent an sms back. But he never came and he has updated the status as consignee refused to accept. How can i refuse when i called back and was available at home all the day waiting for the courier. Please take the necessary action to return my money of the 1st product and to deliver the 2nd product to me immediately.

                                      I am very much angry and disappointed by the courier services. Please solve both the issues as soon as possible.

                                      You are not doing anything for free. Then how can you be so irresponsible? Why do you have to keep these kind of irresponsible delivery guys? Tried searching for the bangalore office address. Nowhere the address is mentioned. Looks you are doing these purposely and so not mentioning the addresses.

                                      There are so many complaints on this company, even then problems are created repeatedly. Seems this company is shameless.

                                      Item 2 of the said order was delivered 2 days after the complaint was raised i.e on 8th October 2016 and the the money of the item 1 of the said order was refunded on 16th October 2016 which took around 10 to 11 days to resolve. I had also sent a mail to Voonik and Xpressbees. There were regular followups about the issue by Xpressbees.                                         Hi,

                                        I want to lodge a complaint regarding this order 99342372 with tracking number:[protected].
                                        This order was out for delivery today ie 3rd october 2016.

                                        The person who delivered did not deliver it to the address mentioned, instead he called from a different place and asked us to receive the delivery. The person refused to deliver to the mentioned address and asked us to cum to a different place.
                                        The way they handled the calls were very bad and both the courier person and the driver were not polite to us.

                                        Im unaware of the name but i can share the phone number :[protected].

                                        Please take necessary actions on these two.

                                        If they are new to the place its fine, but when are directing them to address they must listen they cant order us to cum to different place to collect the parcel. Anyway the product is delivered but the way they handled is very bad.
