I have ordered a mobile phone through Mi.com which was being couriered through "Xpressbees "... the item has to be delivered to me on today's date 20/03/2017. I was available full time at home but suddenly I got message that cosignee not available I was shocked to see that... Even I didnot get a single call by the delivery Boy... Such a worst service by Xpressbees...
My shipping reference is AWB:[protected]
I request you to solve my problem as earliest other wise I will definetely take a legal action against Xpressbees

The charger of this handset is not working..I have tried too much to connecting the charger to the phone properly..but it does not able to charging the phone..and the space of the charging place is loose..it does not attached properly..I want to return the product or your company has given me the absolutely perfect product of my order.

      Xpress bees is fraud delivery logistics in india they cheat delivery boys and vendor associates paying less amount of 17rs per shipment including line haul means four wheeler shipments need to deliver in bike only they don't care of human life. they catch innocent young ages to join as vendor has salves one month x press bees will the salary second month onward they talk about performance for 17rs and wantedly some last shipments amount will be deducted from vendor side and suddenly after two months they will stop service and stop the pending payments putting some non sense issue on the vendor associates and if we argue the Mr.deepak and Karthik inch age of HBR layout office inform come after 60day your payment will be release than will abscond from every thing without paying any payments...

        HI All, We are from Rabbit logistics banglore newly set up small scale delivery company, we have one year tieup with Bangalore Xpress bees in kadugodi DC running with 4 to 5 delivery boys. they passed one bill of October & November bill of 57, 000k after two months and second bill of December month is still not process this deepak executive using slag words about bills, we still not pay any salary to our associates due to invoice hold status they putting some old shipments lost cases on us. that also we agree to pay. but bill is not yet created to us.
        please call us clarification we need justification on this.

          I have ordered slippers from paytm on 1st march and on 3rd march received msg stating your item is out for delivery from Xpressbees. I have contacted the customer care they said it will be delivered before 8pm. Suddenly received msg stating your item was delivered. Received by my name. Even I have checked with my neighbours also but no one received it. The customer care will work only till 7pm. There is no response.
          Team please do the needful.

            I ordered products from Lenskart and shopclues through expressbees after long waiting product delivered to expressbees office in kollam District and they informed me through sms that product is ready to deliver after a short while got another sms that shipping address provided is out of delivery area and they return the product to the seller. This is not fair for a corier service. Very bad service from expressbess

              I have two prepaid orders of cameras from snapdeal,

              They showing shipment out of delivery but not rwched me the whole day,
              I visited xpressbees office but very badly behaved by xpressbees executives.
              And also they make this rto wirhout my concern.
              - xpressbees customer service responded and saying that you again visit the office and can take the parcel but
              Again i visited and very badly behaved by them,
              Now i am filing an consumer legal case and mentally harrassment case against both snapdeal and xpressbees

                Courier service is very poor in akola-maharastra 444001. The delivery boy has misbehaved and was arrogent. He behave like an illiterate person and he dont know the way to talk with the costumer. They need to be councelled. Please appoint proper delivery boy that they have proper manner. Dont ignore this it could affect your service and brand please take serious action against him.

                I m not satisfied about complaint
                Can you tell me, on which mail i can tell you that pick up is not done yet. Order is going out of breach. Who will be the responsible if paytm will cancel order due to late. Ticket is closing by your side by saying please follow up the previous ticket.
                Its been 3rd day and still pick up awaited.

                      Due to non availability my FirstCry parcel was returned on 7 th Feb and I got a note on my msg... but now it says online that it is delivered on the same day.                         I was purchased a product through online and then handover to the XpressBees courier with tracking number: 3A[protected]. As per their commitment it was supposed to be delivering by 03-Feb-2016. But it was not delivered on time. So that i was contacted the customer service center and they told deliver within 24 hours. After two days, again i was contacted the customer service and they are asking another 24 hours.

                        If i asked to give branch details they are unable to provide the details.

                          Yesterday(2 feb) one person called me and asked me for deliver the parcel(ICICI BANK), but i was in office and told him to come tomorrow on 2:00 pm. And when today (3 feb) I called to that person, he is telling he'll deliver on his free time, and when I'm asked then why you have fixed timeline when you are not able to come?...then his answer is really disgusting.."Hang of[censored]r ph sir, I will go on my wish..do complaint to head office, don't talk to me!" And he hang off the ph...when again called him he is shouting in kanada language. Which is really disgusting.

                          I don't know his name but ph came from this number:+[protected]

                          NOW MY CONCERN IS IF YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO DO WORK PROPERLY THEN WHY YOU YOUR COMPANY TAKEN CUSTOMER ORDERS?

                          Please look into this, and please take action for that deliver boy.

                                AWB NO[protected]...dont irritate me. how long the produc is in delhi i am really forwading the snapshot od traking with AWB number on 20th to 24th the product is in same delhi.i am raing this compalin to DEPARMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIARS DCA and indian consumer complaint. and aslo i share your in facebook really there is a limit for every thing. your really wasting the time your not fit for courier u just close your company

                                  I am still waiting for my courier, even yesterday I did wait for 1.5 hr. but they were only saying will come in 10min .even my delivery point was Aundh which is very near by Baner, still they took so much time and when I called again n again they were repeatedly saying he will come within 10 min but didn't come after even 2 hour. I don't remember full name but initials was Sandeep. Worst service ever

                                    The courier service of XpressBees is worst of all and Banks should stop their services with these guys. Absolute Chaos and these guys simply work keeping their brains at home.

                                    Bank like ICICI is still having tie ups with such guys for delivery services is shocking!!! It is threat to Bank's reputation for their services!

                                    Their delivery marking is fake. To complete targets they simply mark as people not available at said address(to avoid their trips to the address) and simply return it back. I was available at my said primary address whole day but in-spite of that the status was wrongly stamped as "Not available". I get other courier items same day but not the one by XpressBees.

                                    Their job is to just do donkey work and not even think if the corporate address to which the delivery is attempted has holiday. They will attempt delivery even to corporate addresses even on weekends!(Saturdays!) and then they do not care or bother to even call the customer during multiple delivery attempts!

                                    When called to courier office, the manager does not talk on behalf of the company. He keeps defending himself saying that it is not my fault and does not even listen what customer is saying. They are just interested in blame games. Since last 15 days these courier guys are playing hide and seek and wasting time, money and energy of both customer and their own! BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE COMMON SESNSE OF CALLING CUSTOMER AND CONFIRMING before attempting delivery!

                                    SIMPLY HOPELESS SERVICE! They simply do not deserve to work in cities like Pune. They should set up their office in some village!

                                      Had order some product from paytm dated 9th Jan 2017 having order no #[protected]. This order is shiped through your coriour having tracking no #[protected].

                                      Their is no call received from your executive nor they reach address given in order. I am contacting to customer care through mail from last 1 week, but no response from them. Their is no phone call or other contact from executive & now no response from your side in mail
