I am always at home and your executive never xame to my house but its showing that i dont want to recieve the consignment and 2 attempt showed that my door is locked which is totally lie.

I had ordered the product and i have received it on[protected]. The product i ordered were london looks branded cotton shirts slim fit pack of 5 for they took worth
Rupees 1099 from me is ridiculous. And shirts are not matching with the product which were shown in the image online.
I called the customer care over and over again but not reply. Besides i mailed the complain yet no been attended to the query and grievances.. So please return the product and refund the amount.

My awb[protected] this curier has not been dilivered since 4 days, also the dilivery person calls and says i was confussed with the adress so he will diliver tomorrow and next time i called him and he says call me tomorrow and give me a reminder call at 10 am, is this ur company works, on top i recieve sms 2 times that i am not available so the courier is returned. Which is not true... Plz send my courier asap

I had order an product from shopclues with xpressbees courier tracking[protected].. The order is not received to my home but in the tracking website as it is showing the order is delivered.

Even xprees customer support is very wrost... The customer contact number which was given by [protected] will never contact to xpressbees customer representative

Very pathetic, poor, unprofesional & shamefull service from xpress bees. As i was working for whole week in office still its mentioned that consignee not available at office address & scheduled for today.

Today am being told that it will be delivered till 7 pm, & when i called cc been told that we will contact courier person & share you update. I told cc executive that i will call at 7.15pm. But when i did call ivr said we work from 9.00am to 7.00 pm but he did not informed me same. Then why your website say 9.00 am to 8.00pm.
This is realy poor unprofessional service from xpressbees for first time customer & i will assure that this feedback will be shared all over internet. Shame on your seevice & management.
Its a banking courier and service realy insecure. Same will be informed to icici bank in written.
If i did nt receive my courier i willblock the card & will inform the icici bank about this.

I have drafted mail at 7.40pm & status updated on your website is "our home was lock". How bullish is this. If you dont want to work do not waste customers time. I was waiting for my vourier whole day, i did call twice at customer support of xpressbees. Still the fake & wrong status updated.

This is regarding my shipment ending with 2269. My bank decided to deliver my shipment of card through this courier service xpressbees. Only the name contains xpress and i am sure bees are not lazy like you people. They tried a delivery when i was out of office on 5th june. Since then i am trying to contact them. I contacted the customer care thrice to submit a delivery date. But there system is so insane that they schedule the delivery date as one date prior which had already passed. I called the courier guy and asked him when would the parcel get delivered. He asked me the address which was obviously mentioned on the courier. He then stated that the address is very far for him and stated that i would have to come at a common point to pick up the courier. This was the limits. Do you take money for such a horrible service? This is the first ever time that i might have heard of some courier guy asking to come and pick up a courier. What are you getting paid for then? Please do not ever use this courier nonsense service. They don't even have proper customer care wherein there would be some person to interact to. They only have an ivr. Worst service ever.

I ordered one memory card from amazon, which was cancelled yesterday by amazon as seller not able to ship product required,
then in today morning the product received at my office for delivery, after verifying product it come to know that product not from amazon and it was from some other company, so i asked courier agency about name and address of sender of product, because i was already cheated by some seller two days ago when i got online product and the box was empty...
so please provide me name and address of seller so can file FIR,
i meet the authorised person of your courier agency of vakola branch, they denied to provide name and address of seller, it looks courier agency them selves not taking address of seller and being part of this fraud

My consignment bearing AWB no:[protected], is not deliverd till date.
I have checked its status, but it is also not reflecting any activity or movement from bhiwandi since 23rd may. 2017.
Its really bad service from yoir end and pls take this complaint on fast track, because my consignment contains medicines which are intended for treatment of patient.

I had ordered a bag from jaypore... It was brought on saturday 22/5/17. As i was out of station i requested the boy to bring it on monday at 5pm.. He agreed.. Today the delivery boy called at 3.30pm when i was at work... I requested him to come at 5pm.. He was abusive and mannerless and threatening... I told him to cancel the order. He again called at 5.15pm and threatened me again talking insulting... I don't know if he had no intention of deliver ing... Then why is he calling... I will place a police complaint henceforth.. If any calls from him continues...

I have ordered 7 pre paid items from a online marketing company shyaway.com
After shipping these items have been arrived at dhanbad, but even after reaching at dhanbad, xpressbees person is not delivering the items and showing online status that your address is incomplete and your mobile phone number is unreachable while my institute is well renowned in all over india so obviously it will be well known to all dhanbadians and also my mobile number is 24 hours switch on.

I was expecting to get my debit card from icici bank. I have received several of the past communication from icici bank and others without any issues. My address is very easy to locate/find. However, while tracking mys shipment i find that xpressbees has marked the item as add incomplete/incorrect. I went to icici bank and the staff contacted the couries agency and was assured in my presence that the delivery would be done next day. Looks like these guys are unprofessional and unethical and do not even make attempt to deliver the item but simply update status as add incomplete/incorrect. I have not even changed my address for past decade or so.
It is high time icici bank wakes up and stops using xpressbees as their courier agency.
I would advise all individuals and organixzations to shun this agency till they make a commitment to set right things and apologize to people for the hardship caused.

I have talk to your agent vaibhav on 14 may 2017 at 4:31 min. I asked him when will my package will be shipped he said package is in transit and will be reach indore in the night of 14 may he gave me all information wrong and in the night of 14 may package was in pune and on 15 i again talk to vaibhav he is just shrinking away from the real issue and he was answering in bad tone and just saying "aap to complain daliye" he use this for two time in two conversations so please take this concern seriously and please do not let your client in wrong direction.

Got a call from[protected] @ 1:33 pm and asked for my location regarding awb[protected]. And in the evening got this message saying that i am not reachable, address incomplete. Pls send the packet to my office address.

This is to inform u that i received a message regarding that the item is not able to handed over as the consinee is accepted. Regarding the delivery nobody has contacted and even called. So i request u to deliver the item. Also request you to make a call once he is reached the delivery address. Otherwise how the customer understand that he is reached for delivery

Starting with wt* you are so irresponsible that you delivered my product to wrong addresses about 4 times, and the mobile number you are provided is for notification not as a showcase, expected to inform that the product is delivered or not and before delivery notifications. This all happening with me in Nanded Maharashtra. Take it as a complaint and update it services, Xpressbees the worst shipping company I experienced yet.

I haven't received my order so far. When i track my order it was shows that out for delivery from 5th may onwwards. Everyday it shows consignee not available. But we are in our house. We havn't receive calls from your team.
How they are telling consignee is not available without verifying our availability.
Moreover, how could we track our order.. To whom we contact in local to track our order...

Iam not received that order..
At that time im outof station and said to delivery to return the product..

But
I got a mail which shows product delivered successful..
The traking status also shows as delivered.

Hi this is sasi from chennai. I did not receive my credit card yet. but am getting a message like "XpressBees was unable to deliver your ICICI bank credit card, AWB:[protected] To update your address, please call ICICI bank customer care." However it is a correct address. How it could be unable to deliver. This is the second time am facing the same problem. Please resolve this issue soon../since today is saturday, i was not able to contact anyone from bank as well as from courior service.

It is bad for delivery. On 24th April i have received the message from xpressbee your shipment out for delivery but that day the shipment was not delivered. After waiting two days i have called the pune branch & talked to the customer executive she told me your shipment will be delivered today or at the most tommorow. Again waiting two i have called the pune office the same answer had been given to me & this another answer is your address is incomplete. From there courier boy did not call me but there pune office saying our boy has gone in panvel he did not find your address & also not getting phone also. Yesterday i have called the pune office then he contact his panvel office & told the shipment will be delivered your house today only. After some time the courier boy call me & told i am going to your home but when i call at home after half an hour the boy did not gone to my house when i have call he told me i i am not getting your address so i have reached my home tomorrow morning i will give your shipment please meet me panvel bus stand but the shipment received after 11 days. So strictly recommended to the people do give us any courier to xpress bee.
