I had requested for icici bank cheque book and i received a message that my cheque book will be delivered on 3rd may 2017. I waited for my cheque book till 5.45 p. M in my office but i did not receive it. Later on i got a message on my mobile that they were unable to deliver my cheque book. I spoke to neha madam on 4th may and she said that the same will be provided on 4th may till 5.00 pm in the evening on the same day. But again it was not provided to me even after waiting till 6.00 p. M. Again the same message has come that unable to deliver inspite of confirming the full office address once again. Neha again promised me that it will be delivered to me on 5th itself by 4.00 pm. When i spoke to customer care it was told to me at 4.30 pm that the cheque is still not dispatched. I am extremely sorry to say that your service is very bad and only harassement is being done. If you can't give proper services then please close down.

Aur aaj bhi courier boy kishan ne muzhe call muzhe mere gar se fir kai bula raha tha maine usko gar kq adress ba taya firbi wo garpar nahi aur report send kiya k adress incomplete

I'm really sorry to say that your service is very bad, your delivery person contacted me 27/4/17, and said he will deliver my item that day itself and by the same day I got a text message, that the delivery is held according to my request. I didn't make such requests to your person. Still I didn't get the items delivered. Delivery I'd[protected] &[protected].
Hope you will take the necessary action, or I will be cancelling my order by next day

It's really pathetic to see what service you people are providing. I urgently needed my parcel and also got the message in the morning that parcel will be delivered today. A service man talked to us saying that it will b delivered tomorrow. And to my amazement i just got the message that on my request the product will be delivered tomorrow. How can firtcry use this courier service.

Hi.. I have got an message like the item 1 :[protected] and item 2 :[protected] are out of delivery on 21/04/2017. On that delivery date i was not in office. I have called the delivery boy and told that i will be available on monday. Again on monday i have called him and asked about the courier status. From him i did not get any response. Poor response from delivery boy. I am not sure about my courier status after that.

I was at home the whole day just because order was suppose to be delivered and i got message confirming the same. But till eve no sign of delivery so i called up the logistics and got to know that delivery boy updated the status that customer was not at home.
Ucha pathetic service. And even dare to update the customer the false statement. How can jabong tying with them for delivery. This logistics will only let down the company name.

I have order through paytm Philips trimmer with shipment ID:[protected] when I tracked it is out for delivery on 15april 10.21 am I have received msg today morning also at 9.30am but it is not received yet when I contacted ur delivery person he is speaking very rash saying that I can complaint xpressbees this is very unfortunate. If this is the kind of service you provide am sorry you are going loose the trust of your clients soon. It's time to take a decision

Well i should start from saying a worst company & its service.. its made to steal people things as per many review read on the complaint section...

Here is my Matter i have made an order Via Paytm which was sent through this disgust courier service XpressBees.., Paytm you have chosen a wrong company i thing it is just spoiling your companies image, No call communication available with it why ???

So bad service no call center number to talk & given number is not available, after sending a mail just got msg don't worry we are sorry will be delivered asap no estimated date given, today it reached to my place just get a msg out for delivery no contact information given to whom i should talk, day have been passed no call received from the delivery boy ?? no idea where & who is the agent or courier company locally here to contact where my parcel is laying ???

What the pathetic service Paytm plz stop this else people will stop buying things from you if this continues...

I had been ordered a watch from 'Paytm online shopping'.They sent me the product via your courier agency.
Although, the delivery of product was in time, the product was completely damaged in transit. I've contacted your customer care but I got no proper response.
Now, what should I do?? Is this your proper service to your customers..? Is it really satisfactory service????

I received Empty box instead of Lava Ivory Tablet (Price- 9299)
I called Customer Care (Snapdeal) number of times but no proper response from there.
I have already shared images of my packaging with them. Within 2-3 days, the only thing I get was the TAT of 48 hours.
After 4 days, I got the reply that your case has been closed as the investigation is completed.
When I asked on what behalf the investigation has been done then nobody provides a satisfactory answer.

Is this the right way to treat the customers?
Do you think that it is easy for customer to forget about 9299/- that he have paid to buy product from you.

I want 100% refund with complete resolution at the earliest. Resolve the issue asap.

I was supposed to get delivery of a power bank through xpress bees courier (POD No. :[protected]...the consignment has reached kochi on 02.04.2017 and i received a call from a person called Suresh [protected] on tuesday 04.04.2017 saying that it will be delivered in an hours time and to be ready with the money.. after waiting for almost 2 hrs, when i called back on the number he very rudely said 1hr doesn't exactly mean 1 hr...so I waited till evening and when I called the number, he very conveniently says he missed the delivery and has lost the packet. There has not been an attempt to deliver the product in the last two days (05.04.2017 and 06.04.2017)...One day 06.04.2017 can be exempted as it was a harthal in Kerala...but the person should atleast show the courtesy to pick my call today...

Im very furious with your employee arun kumar who was very rude and abusive in speaking to my friend. He didnt deliver and moreover when we traced his number n called he told us apke yahan helicopter lekar aayun kya. meri jaan ki koi guarantee le. Main torch lekar aoka order dundun. Is this type of behavior acceptable by your standards. Is this u teach him hw to talk to your customers. If this will continue then i dnt see any future o[censored]r courier company.

Address is very clear, but you return my courier w ritting incomplete address or incorrect address. if you provide me contact no of you, I would call to you. on Google I don't find any office of yours in ghaziabad. if you give me your office address I would come to you and collect my courier. don't return my courier writting incorrect address or incomplete address. if you do so, you actually don't visit my office- income tax office is very famous in every district and city but you write incomplete address. kindly hand over my letter or I will complain in ombudsmen.

I have orders a mobile phone from shopclues.com order received cash on delivery through XpressBees logistics and paid the amount Rs.3902 (14th March 2017.

3rd day (16th March 2017) I was return the product the courier persons due to manufacturing defect in the product. They said give your bank account number company will transfer your amount to your account. I have not received any amount so far.
