Track ID:[protected] from: 08:39 AM 21/01/2017 the product kept in Delhi Hub without any further transit, I hereby protests your service delay and negligence. It is very well to implement any pack opening and remove the original accessories.
So immediately direct the product to delivery address Chennai. Else the product would be cancelled due to your worst service for delayed shipment and undelivered product....

AWB NO[protected]...dont irritate me. how long the produc is in delhi i am really forwading the snapshot od traking with AWB number on 20th to 24th the product is in same delhi.i am raing this compalin to DEPARMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIARS DCA and indian consumer complaint. and aslo i share your in facebook really there is a limit for every thing. your really wasting the time your not fit for courier u just close your company...

I am still waiting for my courier, even yesterday I did wait for 1.5 hr. but they were only saying will come in 10min .even my delivery point was Aundh which is very near by Baner, still they took so much time and when I called again n again they were repeatedly saying he will come within 10 min but didn't come after even 2 hour. I don't remember full name but initials was Sandeep. Worst service ever...

The courier service of XpressBees is worst of all and Banks should stop their services with these guys. Absolute Chaos and these guys simply work keeping their brains at home.

Bank like ICICI is still having tie ups with such guys for delivery services is shocking!!! It is threat to Bank's reputation for their services!

Their delivery marking is fake. To complete targets they simply mark as people not available...

Had order some product from paytm dated 9th Jan 2017 having order no #[protected]. This order is shiped through your coriour having tracking no #[protected].

Their is no call received from your executive nor they reach address given in order. I am contacting to customer care through mail from last 1 week, but no response from them. Their is no phone call or other contact from executive & now no response from your side in...

I have booked a product on snapdeal on 3 rd jan 2017 and on 7th jan status shows that the product is out for delivery but i didnt get any call, message or any courier. I call xpress bees many time but they didnt give me proper answer. On 10 jan i recieved a call from xpress bees that the product will be delievered in evening or in next day morning but i didnt get any courier and on 12 jan i got a message that the courier is out for delivery...

Without visiting to my home delivery boy return my bajaj emi card and mentioned as consignee was not available.

Whenever i'm calling they are confirming my correct address, after i spoke they confirmed due to some operation problem deliver boy didnt visit to my place.

As per the subject cited above, i have the honour to state you that, i ordered a shoe in snapdeal on COD heaving AWB NUMBER [protected] which is to be delivered by Express Bees courier. But when the product reached at my home branch of express bees, some one called me & asked to collect the product from the pickup center. Being located in the heart of the city they deny to deliver the product at my home....

A courier person from your servicss came to my house to deliver an order which I had ordered from Jabong.com. The courier person was asking for Adhaf Card number while it was a cash on delivery order. He was forcibly trying to get in the house so I had to ask him to leave. Then also he talked so rudely.
I reside in chandigarh and ask you to take strict action

I am Rajesh from Chennai. ICICI bank has couriered credit card to my address through xpressbee courier from Mumbai. This courier delivery boys in Chennai are completely fraud who cheats their company (xpressbee courier) and their customer by not delivering the goods to the coustomer. I am fed up following up with their customer care team. Even after giving my full address details. They have not delivered the courier to my address. Please...

My product is not yet delivered but status is showing as delivered. My doc no.:[protected]. My product was to be delivered at pin 123401. If it is delivered then let me know the name of person who has taken the delivery along with his I'd proof because I'd proof is must in case of delivery. Wrong delivery leads to financial loss to us. It is also not a pblm of small amount....

My AWB No.[protected], my shipment was not delivered till date. today I received a message in my mobile, my shipment was returned due to door closed. I m available 24*7 in my house. but your delivery people keep telling this kind of reason.. even before.

I have ordered a shipment from paytm and the awb is[protected]. The courier person called and asked about address. He said he doesn't know and hung up. I tried to call him more than 10 times it's either busy or not reachable. When I tracked it the reason was consignee unavailable but I was at home the whole day.

The customer care is the worst. Just ivrs. The person's number is [protected]

chutiya type service is provided by the expressbess courier, nk any call came from the courier boy nd status shows not conctactable,
i could nt know y should government not taking legal action regarding such kind of issue. these issues are always faced by the mostly courier service providers and also take action on e-commerce website, snpdeal and paytm...

I am Sreekanth and i made order on Shopclues and my order no.[protected] from ShopClues was sent to me vide AWB no.[protected] thru xpressbees.A SMS is received by me at 08:30 pm that item was delivered at 07.42 pm.But, actually the item is NOT delivered till now. In two times i ordered items in healthkart. But i did not get proper delivery like other company. They are talking very rude. It's not a customer service in udupi, karnataka. Worst service i never saw in my life. Worst and rude delivery.in udupi not getting delivery at proper time. They are telling come to office and collect the parcel. Except xpressbees shipping company others are good.
