I have applied for Bajaj Finance EMI Card on October 25, 2016, and made a payment of Rs 399 against it. After verifying my pan details the company has issued me the card. I got a message that card was dispatched by Express Bee Logistics and my AWB number is:[protected]. Since October 31, 2016 I have followed with Express Bee Logistics on their customer care number[protected] till November 4, 2016. Everyday customer care people will say that product will be delivered by the evening. Even I got a message that product is out for a delivery. On November 4, 2016, I got a message that product has been sent back due to failed delivery. However, I have kept aside my commitments for a few days just awaiting this placement. I was at home most of the time, but no one has turned up . Later, when I checked my shipment status on the http://www.trackcourier.in/track-xpressbees.php?cno=[protected] I saw that it is written consignee refused to accept. I have also intimated Bajaj Finance regarding the same, however they are not responding to my pleas too. Kindly invervene. I would expect my product or my refund at the earliest.
