Had order some product from paytm dated 9th Jan 2017 having order no #[protected]. This order is shiped through your coriour having tracking no #[protected].

Their is no call received from your executive nor they reach address given in order. I am contacting to customer care through mail from last 1 week, but no response from them. Their is no phone call or other contact from executive & now no response from your side in mail
XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Vide above reference I ordered a material after prepaying for which I received a message that the your address is out of our service area. Now, please make it clear to me that while receiving the order and payment why you not rejected the order and payment when your service is not in my area. please do needfull and arrange to deliver my parcel.

    I have booked a product on snapdeal on 3 rd jan 2017 and on 7th jan status shows that the product is out for delivery but i didnt get any call, message or any courier. I call xpress bees many time but they didnt give me proper answer. On 10 jan i recieved a call from xpress bees that the product will be delievered in evening or in next day morning but i didnt get any courier and on 12 jan i got a message that the courier is out for delivery and after few time it shows that 'consignee refused to aceept' but i didn't get any call, message, courier then how can i refuse, this happened to me twice on 12.i didnt get my courier

    I order a court from snap deal but the product didn't delivered promise date is 16.1.2017 but it doesn't delivered today 17.1.17 now a time also the court is not delivered very worst courier service

      Without visiting to my home delivery boy return my bajaj emi card and mentioned as consignee was not available.

      I called number of times on xpressbee querie contact number.
      Whenever i'm calling they are confirming my correct address, after i spoke they confirmed due to some operation problem deliver boy didnt visit to my place.
      I remembered 3person's number akthar, ali and vikas.
      They are just tell tomorrow we will arrange your deliver sir please stay at given address but yet they didnt send. 3days are finished but yet now they didnt giving any response from them.

        As per the subject cited above, i have the honour to state you that, i ordered a shoe in snapdeal on COD heaving AWB NUMBER [protected] which is to be delivered by Express Bees courier. But when the product reached at my home branch of express bees, some one called me & asked to collect the product from the pickup center. Being located in the heart of the city they deny to deliver the product at my home.

          A courier person from your servicss came to my house to deliver an order which I had ordered from Jabong.com. The courier person was asking for Adhaf Card number while it was a cash on delivery order. He was forcibly trying to get in the house so I had to ask him to leave. Then also he talked so rudely.

            Courier name : XPRESSBEES_DS
            Kindly deliver the snapdeal prestige electric kettle courier by today. You are very late. I have been emailing you for days but still no delivery .

            Please expedite the delivery process. I need the courier urgently. Dont delay anymore.

            Why do you take ages to deliver? I placed the order on 22nd december but not delivered till now.

            Neither xpressbees or snapdeal is bothered about getting the order to the customer on time and as soon as possible

            I called snapdeal but no one answered the phone to talk to the customer. They charge a lot of money for customer calls and dont even talk to customers.

            I have sent many emails regarding fast delivery of my orders but still they are dispatched late and delivered very very late.

              Sir there was one courier which returned back today due to incomplete address. The address given in my id is incomplete, what the solution how can i get that back. Please provide me some solution for this asap. It was out for delievery today morning and it returned back in afternoon. Will the delivery be attempted tomorrow?                 I am Rajesh from Chennai. ICICI bank has couriered credit card to my address through xpressbee courier from Mumbai. This courier delivery boys in Chennai are completely fraud who cheats their company (xpressbee courier) and their customer by not delivering the goods to the coustomer. I am fed up following up with their customer care team. Even after giving my full address details. They have not delivered the courier to my address. Please resolve the issue immediately.                   My product is not yet delivered but status is showing as delivered. My doc no.:[protected]. My product was to be delivered at pin 123401. If it is delivered then let me know the name of person who has taken the delivery along with his I'd proof because I'd proof is must in case of delivery. Wrong delivery leads to financial loss to us. It is also not a pblm of small amount.

                      I have ordered a shipment from paytm and the awb is[protected]. The courier person called and asked about address. He said he doesn't know and hung up. I tried to call him more than 10 times it's either busy or not reachable. When I tracked it the reason was consignee unavailable but I was at home the whole day.

                      The customer care is the worst. Just ivrs. The person's number is [protected]

                      Such a worst delivery person I have ever dealt with.

                              In two times i ordered items in healthkart. But i did not get proper delivery like other company. They are talking very rude. It's not a customer service in udupi, karnataka. Worst service i never saw in my life. Worst and rude delivery.in udupi not getting delivery at proper time. They are telling come to office and collect the parcel. Except xpressbees shipping company others are good.

                                    Even rating is not required for this person who is managing this. if he doesnt know how to manage let leave the courier service. very worst experience, he never calls he never contact us, we will get message as out for delivery but we will not get delivery even for a week and and after a week our shipment was returned back with out our concern worst courier office i have ever experienced

                                        I placed an order(containing 3 products) from Paytm. Order #[protected] placed on 20 november 2016.They shipped order using xpressbees courier.I received a confirmation message of order delivered however I didn't received any product of the three products of my order.They didn't deliver.I called there customer care for three times but there is no proper reply. But still no sign of delivery...
