Okay so i ordered an item from meesho, but its about to be 1 month and the product is not delivered yet.I don't know what is the actual reason behind this also it can't be cancelled and after tracking the product it shows customer wants open delievery but i didn't get any message regarding this.Just Please try to resolve this problem.

    I placed an order from Messo App on 10 Oct 21. Till to-date I'm trying to track my package. It reached at Panajim on 15-16 Oct 21. Neither anyone try to deliver nor they contacted me on telephone.
    After complaining too many courier company send me a message on 27 Oct 21 for delivering the product. The message contains a telephone number I tried too many rings but they didn't respond.
    In the evening again I received a message regarding incomplete address.
    The company didn't have good reviews.
    I request to you please Ben this courier company.

      The salesman received double payment due to network error from Google pay on his personal account. He received the second amount on the next day in same account. And now he is denying to return it.

            My courier was sent on 14th October, 2021 from Surat, Gujarat. The Order was received at Madurai hub on 18th October, 2021. But the order is still not delivered. Its in Transit for the past 8 days. And there is no update from their end. My Tracking Number is [protected]. And they are not even responding to any queries and not attending calls

              From last 3 days its showing order is out for delivery and it doesn't arrives and at the end of the day I get a message saying customer wants late delivery/customer wants evening delivery even though there is no contact with the delivery boy. Its getting more and more annoying as it was supposed to be urgent delivery and already it's been so late and every morning i get out for delivery messages and at the the end i dont get a delivery and customer service number is always busy. There's other delivery guys from other companies delivering products with proper acknowledgement and before time and date. With Xpressbees its becoming pathetic.

                Its over 13 days of ordering my product and over 4th day of due shipping parcel was supposed to be at my doorstep on 23 oct and its arriving 27th and still my order was at Xpressbees faculty office such a disgusting service of xpressbees earlier also i have one of my order with xpressbees and at that time also it arrived 28 days after ordering.
                1. Their customer care was also disgusting firstly they aren't picking up the calls and after that they promised me that it will be delivered 24hour after late delivery and still no clue of my product.
                2. Its my due pledge to amazon please don't ever handover to xpresdbees service i never experienced this bad before.
                3. there's no restriction nowadays of covid and still they xpressbees says due to covid restriction wtf they are
                4. I asked customer service that where is my product lying in this world that i can go and take it myself because you aren't supposed to deliver they said " the actual location of product was not shown there it will be there to you by 24 hours" and still no clue.
                Please take serious action to these types of fraud and worthless courrier services otherwise i will be publishing in consumer court this time.

                    Poor, Pathetic and latent attitude.My order booked on Home centre, Landmark group is still pending to deliver with a reason incomplete address however daily there is an automated message stating out for delivery may be to fool around during audit trials.Sick and tired how they operate. One small please stay away else you will be in soup for big time.

                      I have ordered old age necessities for my bedridden grandmother from seniority, it's been more than 20 days And I haven't received it yet.

                      The delivery person makes false update stating "customer wants later delivery". The company is filled with incompetent liars.

                            On 16th Oct. My boat earphone were picked by courier boy and on 21 Oct. It is showing WHHANDOVER from last 4 days no any update of my product and also showing the current status as delivered even though I haven't got it and there isn't any email or message of that . Also the current location of my product is showing BHIWANDI which differs from my original location . Please look into it ASAP .

                                    I have ordered a product of khadi essential and i got a message on 5th October saying 'your product is out for delivery'. But the product was going back by the delivery guys reasoning 'incomplete address ' even though i have provided the full address. Then i got a call from Xpressbess customer care and i gave them the complete address not once 4-5 times in a matter of week. Even though the product didn't reach me. Now 3 days back i got a message which says 'Your product is delivered ', I was shocked to see that. Nobody in my house recieved any courier and the delivery guy not even came near our home. It was a prepaid product. I wrote the review in their website and trying to reach their customer care number, but it's vain. It's worst case that i have encountered. It fetched my money and time so much. I hope this issue would be resolved asap. Thank you.

                                      The same has happened with me as well, xpressbees delivery boys are just fooling around with customers. Your delivery boy refused to deliver the parcel, he also asked me get it from his office which is 15 KM from my location. On asking why he has marked the product delivered, he replied it's been done and if I want my product I have to take it myself and he will not unmark it. Such a pathetic state of delivery.Now I see a waste of my delivery charges.

                                        My name is Nagendra. I have placed a order in Flipkart on[protected]. The order id is : OD[protected]. The parcel was takeover the logistic XPRESSBEES Logistics. The date of delivery given by Flipkart is[protected]. But on[protected], i have received a out for delivery message from XPRESSBEES. Waiting till[protected] till i can't get any status from the courier partner. At that time i have called the courier executive about my order, he said that my parcel was missed and searching for that item. You could wait next day i will call you, but he could not call me. Again i have called him on[protected] he told me that it was return. You could place another order again. I don't know why the item was return? He was agreed that he could not call me for delivery and he was send the status and return it that I'm not available. I have not received any call from him but he was return the parcel. Very irresponsible person he is. I have already contact the xpressbees service customer care but he could not take any action. The customer care service act like dolls. So i have giving you the delivery executive number who was mis behave with me and take own decisions with out contact the customer. Take an action never repeat again.
