Order:[protected] ... I was supposed to get my delivery by 20th October. It's 24 already . I didn't recieve my order . Ive been waiting since days. Sorry to say but this kind of irresponsible behaviour is not acceptable. Please look into the matter and get it resolved soon . Plus it shows it has been delivered. I've been trying to call the query number but it is switched off...

    I have ordered a product of khadi essential and i got a message on 5th October saying 'your product is out for delivery'. But the product was going back by the delivery guys reasoning 'incomplete address ' even though i have provided the full address. Then i got a call from Xpressbess customer care and i gave them the complete address not once 4-5 times in a matter of week. Even though the product didn't reach me. Now 3 days back i got a message which says 'Your product is delivered ', I was shocked to see that. Nobody in my house recieved any courier and the delivery guy not even came near our home. It was a prepaid product. I wrote the review in their website and trying to reach their customer care number, but it's vain. It's worst case that i have encountered. It fetched my money and time so much. I hope this issue would be resolved asap. Thank you.

      The same has happened with me as well, xpressbees delivery boys are just fooling around with customers. Your delivery boy refused to deliver the parcel, he also asked me get it from his office which is 15 KM from my location. On asking why he has marked the product delivered, he replied it's been done and if I want my product I have to take it myself and he will not unmark it. Such a pathetic state of delivery.Now I see a waste of my delivery charges.

        My name is Nagendra. I have placed a order in Flipkart on[protected]. The order id is : OD[protected]. The parcel was takeover the logistic XPRESSBEES Logistics. The date of delivery given by Flipkart is[protected]. But on[protected], i have received a out for delivery message from XPRESSBEES. Waiting till[protected] till i can't get any status from the courier partner. At that time i have called the courier executive about my order, he said that my parcel was missed and searching for that item. You could wait next day i will call you, but he could not call me. Again i have called him on[protected] he told me that it was return. You could place another order again. I don't know why the item was return? He was agreed that he could not call me for delivery and he was send the status and return it that I'm not available. I have not received any call from him but he was return the parcel. Very irresponsible person he is. I have already contact the xpressbees service customer care but he could not take any action. The customer care service act like dolls. So i have giving you the delivery executive number who was mis behave with me and take own decisions with out contact the customer. Take an action never repeat again.

            Our order was picked up by Xpressbees on 11/10/2021 however AFTER PICKUP the shipment was cancelled by them due to a manifest error. On 17/10/2021 they cancelled the shipment. So now we are unable to track it and the goods have not yet been returned to us. Where are the goods? How long do we have to wait? How do we contact the customer support if the generated AWB is cancelled?

              Not delivering courier or not giving any updates regarding my parcel

              I have send a courier through Xpressbees logistics to Mysore dated 14th October 2021. The AWB number is [protected], the parcel has been picked up on 14th October 2021 & in transit since then.
              According to tracking details available the parcel has reached Bangalore on 15th October but has not moved anywhere after that. Upon lots of calls to the customer care there is no updates provided to me regarding my parcel. I request you to...

              I have made 2 online orders in thousands with the same retailer and both the orders were shipped with xpressbees (awb [protected] and [protected]). Both the orders status was showing as ‘Delivered’ but I did not get it. I was home all the time and didn’t even get a call from the courier. After trying for a day I was finally able to talk to customer care, explained the problem but not very helpful. This is my kids dresses for Diwali and just ruined our spirit. Can you please help!!

                          Recently I ordered a shirt through AJIO and it's shipped through xpressbees tracking ID - [protected].
                          It's estimated delivery date was 13 Oct but till 19 Oct I didn't received it.
                          It's already 13 days as I ordered it on 6th Oct...
                          When I track it with the id provided it shows "no data found"
                          I already contacted xpressbees customer support and AJIO customer support.
                          But all I got is no reply from either company.

                            Didn’t deliver product and did’t call also. What type of service is this ? Can you please explain why has it happened?

                            Can you deliver by tomorrow, it is very urgent .

                            If you can’t deliver, why you take order ? I am totally irritate with your service . I can’t explain my anger .

                              The shipment arrived on the 11th at the nearest hub and didn't get delivered on the estimated date. On the 12th it was out for delivery and then showed couldn't deliver due to an incomplete address. Nobody called, the delivery agent didn't call to clarify the address. After calling and emailing multiple times. They picked up on 16th October and I clarified the address and asked them to call if there was any problem. Was told will be delivered within 24 hours but didn't get delivered. On the 18th it was out for delivery. But didn't get delivered again saying I want open delivery. I never asked for open delivery or said anything as such. The product is already paid for and didn't get delivered for the 2nd time.

                                I have bought 4 nos shirts on 27th September from Ms. Sumi Dey with phone no [protected] and paid Rs 1550/- to her sister's bank account on number [protected] by Phone Pe. But till date I have not yet received the product which suppose to be get via Xpressbees courier service with tracking no [protected] . Ms. Sumi Dey and Xpressbees courier service fail to carry their commintment.

                                  Yesterday was the date for delivering my parcel but it not delivered and got a msg that, not fulfill due to incomplete address .today morning I got a msg from xpressbees that, my order will reach today.. They didn't even called me or I didn't received any call from them . Now i suddenly I got a msg that, not fulfill as u want a open delivery... I don't even know what is this open delivery...                                     (AWB No:[protected] Boat had send me parcel on 6 of October ct and according to xpressbees, estimated day of delivery is 12th of October, on site it was showing that customer was not available which is completely false courier boy had never contacted me, only thing I get by the company is falsehood. Today is 17th of October I have contacted them many times out which they have only answered 5 times and that time they only take complaints but they are failed to solve any of complaints I don't know if they will deliver it or not. They are destroying my product's warranty period only

                                      #Xpressbees is a very good courier delivery company.
                                      These days an incident happened to me, what happened I would like to tell that, my parcel had reached their branch.. But they didn't give me any update for 3 days..and returned my parcel without giving me an update, And I didn't even get any call from KUMARGHAT #Xpressbees, nothing came, they did whatever they wanted and my Very important product has gone back. And I am sharing a photo below, of tracking will see in it there is no out of delivery status.. KUMARGHAT #Expressbis was the worst experience in my life... Very very bad experience

                                      After complaining in consumer complaint website today on 19th I checked my online status the courier was showing out for delivery so i am very happy...So I was waiting for out for delivery message will come on my phone number I waited for a long time but the message did not come.. But in the online update, the status was]

                                      After getting this message I checked online status then it was showing me in online status.

                                      🚨Customer wants future delivery 🚨

                                      After watching this status 👆👆 I understood that this guy is playing with me, my money is gone, time is gone and the one who sent the goods also ran away, all the money is gone.

                                      And I am also sharing the screenshot of the update which came online below.

                                      The service of ExpressBees was very good where I used to live earlier but where I am now, the guy who is sitting in the delivery here has very bad behavior and is spoiling the name of the company.

                                      And I don't know when I will get the goods after 1 year I will get it after two years I don't know...
