My shipment was reached my nearest delivery center on 4th October. But today is 10 th October but the shipment is not delivered yet. No one from delivery center called me. I'm connecting Xpressbees customer care from 7th October. Everyday they said product will be delivered in 24 hours but product never delivered. Very pathetic courier service. Intentionally delaying essential products. On 7th October I got a message for delivery but after that no one called me neither any delivery boy attempted delivery to my doorstep but suddenly few hours later I got another message that couldn't deliver product. They are playing game with customers.Im complaining to customer care but no results yet.

      My awb. No [protected] shipment picked on 21 sept. Bt till 7th October it's not delivered or not return to me. On your tracking its saw hod on 29th September so where is my shipment.

              I received an order from xpressbees yesterday Also I paid 1287 rs for that order. Which I never placed. I want to know From which source they have shipped this product. I want my money back. This is a big scam.

                My package was In Transit For 12 days and Today The Status Changed To RTO..What Kind of Courier Service is this? Not Even Contacting Or Sending A message To Customer And Package is Now RTO Even Waited 12 days And Suddenly Package is Returning To Seller this Is Worst Experience Ever Occurred To me...                   Xpressbees had delivered the product but it was the wrong one delivered and now after sending the wrong product they are not taking any complaints for the refund of the product. The payment made was of Rs1141. Please help me get back the refund.

                    Worse service ever as d delivery man call for 1 time I hv miss d call as I was in duty n when I call after my duty he hve told me that he call for several times n yelled me dat I hv order my things n never attend a call when he come for delivery as I was in duty n I hv miss only 1 misscall if he don't want to deliver it then no need to lied about things n blame a customer with stupid things hope ur services improved here after n better to recruit properly while recruiting a delivery man n train them some basic rules n regulations to meet customer satisfaction

                      One parcel from ORIFLAME was scheduled to be delivered.I am ordering vfrom ORIFLAM via Xprees Beez since last 2-3 months.Never it took more that 2-3 day to deliver .But this time it is already 5 days still the shipment is't delivered.
                      It is showing "In transit from CCU/PC1, KOLKATA, WEST BENGAL" since 04.10.2021 8.30 A.M.

                        I ordered jogger pant from bewkoof.com they send me msg to contact Xpressbees's courier guy, so when shipment got cancelled, I called him and he shouted and abuse me badly (he is from Dhule) i link msg from which i received and if possible call recording

                          Showing RTO even the order is not returned

                          AWB no[protected] and I have one urgent order from byjus via xpressbees which is not delivered to me after showing 15 days out for delivery. And now it is showing RTO. This is urgent order . Even the delivery boy has not asked whether I want to return or not. I want that order and also it is prepaid .                           I have one order with was to be delivered via xpressbees via byjus and 10 days are over it was showing out for delivery and finally today it is showing RTO even I do not want to return the order. This is not a good way and it is quite important order. AWB no.[protected]

                            Xpressbees delivery boy named (Sandeep vats ) he take away my product on 29/09/2021, I didn't get any info about it on my sms or mail I just have a ### AWB number which they gave me to track my product

                            And I tried to track today so my product is out of delivery today ( 4 oct )
                            Now in evening I tried to track again the product is delivered, I just want to know where I don't get my product I want it back at any cost my money is not a waste

                                You've delayed my order for about 9 days and now you returned it. How am I supposed to do and I already prepaid it. And had the audacity to say that I change my address and pin code .I've been waited you all through the time and I didn't even go out for more than 2 weeks now expecting your delivery and now I get rto in transit. Such a lovely result( sarcasm).

                                      As I got a message with delivery code from Xpbees that I am about receive a parcel from Rbl.. But I didn't received the parcel more over I got a message that, since I was not available that's why the parcel not delivered.
                                      The next day I called the customer care and told what happened. Then I took the concerned person mobile number.
                                      Then I tried calling him for next 3days, even I kept text messages but no response.
                                      On the 4th day he answered and simply said that the parcel was sent back.
                                      I took the office address and went there.
                                      The manager told me a silly reason that the Rbl people haven't kept + symbol in front of 91 in the mobile no., that's why we're rejected the parcel. How petty..
