Pl refer to my above booking no from Naptol for 8 pcs bed sheet with pillow covers. I recd a Text msg on 28/09/2021 giving me these details but the msg was incomplete and the articles also have not reached me either. No body has even called me . I need to know what has happened to my consignment ....

As I got a message with delivery code from Xpbees that I am about receive a parcel from Rbl.. But I didn't received the parcel more over I got a message that, since I was not available that's why the parcel not delivered.
The next day I called the customer care and told what happened. Then I took the concerned person mobile number.
Then I tried calling him for next 3days, even I kept text messages but no response.

I waited for the product for the whole day as it was showing out for delivery AWB no [protected] but neither received a single message ar notification. Now at 11 pm it's showing in tracking the product is undelivered because the CUSTOMERs wants it later? How dangerous this company is.The delivery executives dont deliver products instead they have fun on duty hours and forward fake updates.Do they think we are ###, that we will order...

I have booked an order with No [protected] On 20 sep. I have received a waste dumped cloths with the courier on 28 sep. courier boy told that he is not having online payment machine and taken an amount of 716 and he also sent delivery message. When I opened immediately I was shocked n called courier boy but he told that he had already left I requested him but no response. On 30 sep again i received a message that the product will be reached...

I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 17september . On the 27th of September it showed as out for delivery and on the 7th it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product...

I am a seller on Meesho, I had an order shipped to Buyer by delivery partner Xpreesbees.The order arrived but the buyer was not there, so the order could not be completed. So your delivery boy talked to the buyer on the phone and asked him to cancel the order, and told him if you order again, you will get that order.After that he put that order in return. My order from boat headphones with AWB NO[protected] . It saying 27 sep was my estimated delivery and tracking saying it is at my location but since than 4 days gone but still no one is sending my package to home. The worst service I ever seen. Can someone send my package soon...

I received an order from xpressbees today morning. Also I paid 823 rs for that order. Which I never placed. When I connected to xpressbees customer service they are not helping to get information of that product. From which source they have shipped this product. I want my money back. This is a big scam....

Rudeness of delivery boy. Executive is calling repeatedly for address even after explaining the same. He is saying that he is not being able to find out the address. Then after three calls he is misbehaving saying that come this place to return your parcel. When I said is this the way you people deal with your customers? When the parcel was to be delivered it reached on the appropriate address while on returning you are sending such arrogant...

My parcel not came they are only lying. My first parcel also not came beacuse this my customer cancel my order all time the do like this...

Booked one courier vide AWB NO [protected] on 20.09.2021 but as assured that delivery is made by 21.09.2021 delivery is not made till date. On contacting customer care behavior of their representative is very rude and no proper response is made....

I ordered few clothing items from streetstylestore on 4th September.

I didn't receive any updates till yesterday.
Received a message saying order is out for delivery on 22nd September by xpressbees.
Within 1 hour I received one more message from both streetstylestore and xpressbees saying my order is delivered.
But I NEVER RECEIVED my order. The delivery executive didn't even contact me.

I did not received my order with awb no.[protected] but tracking shows that the order was delivered..I didn't even received a call neither I got any otp and my order was prepaid....
