This is dr. Shubhi..
Pickups were scheduled on the same day for my orders from myntra and ajio.
The delivery person who also brought two orders from ajio, when asked for the pickup order(without mentioning myntra or ajio) was given ajio's order by me, in place of myntra's.
The guy also passed the quality check, and now the return has been shipped with the refund processed for the wrong product, before i could discover.
This would put me at loss for one order and the seller too..
I have tried contacting xpressbees because only they can resolve the issue, also tried mailing them but all went in vain.

Hello,

It is very unprofessional behaviour by expressbees delivery agent, he mark my package delivered but did not deliver to me. I have called my multiple time he did not pick the call, again I have tried to call him today after 6 time he picked my call and said "It is my wish to deliver the package on my desired date..I am not deliver agent, I am vendor I can do what it want...;;he also said, why you have raise complained...I want immediate action on him. I have not recieved my package as well..

Courier boy refused to give delivery last two days. Reason behind that Xpressbeez not give him money for deliver(as per communication with delivery boy).Called customer service about 15 times. They also provide fake promises. Worst courier services ever.

I placed an order from Meesho and yesterday i.e. on October 12, 2021 I received the Parcel which was COD worth 1424. I paid the amount and received the product and the product is absolutely wrong.

Now Meesho app isn't showing the aforementioned parcel delivered. And I want to place the return. How do I proceed?

Hello,

I've ordered an item from an Instagram store 'trendytreasures' on sep 20, 2021. They dispatched the item on 21 sep itself and also shared the tracking details.

However, I haven't received the package yet. They are showing the wrong delivery address as "customer wants a future delivery" again and again. In reality, I haven't even received a call from their side. And when I tried reaching out to them, it comes out to be a wrong number. Also, the number of delivery guy provided by the store owner is also wrong. He said, he doesn't work there any more and Xpressbees is a faulty company that frequently does the same with their customers.

Please, help me out as it was a prepaid order and the store owner is not refunding my amount, nor they are taking any action against their logistics.

XpressBees delivery agent do not attempt the delivery and mention that customer refused or customer not available this happens many times and different location due to which important parcel gets late.
Same thing happened today with AWB no. [protected] please check and attempt delivery.

When i track my percel shows that 10 th October delivery date, but today i have not received my percel yet, why are u so delayed, i need my percel immediate, as soon as possible please do deliver my percel tomorrow morning, as shown the delivery date is wrong, why are you show that ???? My shipment was reached my nearest delivery center on 4th October. But today is 10 th October but the shipment is not delivered yet. No one from delivery center called me. I'm connecting Xpressbees customer care from 7th October. Everyday they said product will be delivered in 24 hours but product never delivered. Very pathetic courier service. Intentionally delaying essential products. On 7th October I got a message for delivery but after that no one called me neither any delivery boy attempted delivery to my doorstep but suddenly few hours later I got another message that couldn't deliver product. They are playing game with customers.Im complaining to customer care but no results yet.
