    My order from boat headphones with AWB NO[protected] . It saying 27 sep was my estimated delivery and tracking saying it is at my location but since than 4 days gone but still no one is sending my package to home. The worst service I ever seen. Can someone send my package soon

        I received an order from xpressbees today morning. Also I paid 823 rs for that order. Which I never placed. When I connected to xpressbees customer service they are not helping to get information of that product. From which source they have shipped this product. I want my money back. This is a big scam.

                  Rudeness of delivery boy. Executive is calling repeatedly for address even after explaining the same. He is saying that he is not being able to find out the address. Then after three calls he is misbehaving saying that come this place to return your parcel. When I said is this the way you people deal with your customers? When the parcel was to be delivered it reached on the appropriate address while on returning you are sending such arrogant people with incomplete addresses. Such poor service received. I will raise an issue to Pantaloons also regarding the harassment we are facing due to unprofessional service

                      Booked one courier vide AWB NO [protected] on 20.09.2021 but as assured that delivery is made by 21.09.2021 delivery is not made till date. On contacting customer care behavior of their representative is very rude and no proper response is made.

                        I sent two Products with Xpressbees but both products are changed I sent my customers to Nutrishake and Omega 3 but my customers received Speaker inside my Nutrishake box and omega 3 is not there in box Please find the pictures and videos of product in the attachment

                          I ordered few clothing items from streetstylestore on 4th September.

                          I didn't receive any updates till yesterday.
                          Received a message saying order is out for delivery on 22nd September by xpressbees.
                          Within 1 hour I received one more message from both streetstylestore and xpressbees saying my order is delivered.
                          But I NEVER RECEIVED my order. The delivery executive didn't even contact me.
                          The package is nowhere. I am trying to reach xpressbees for more than 12 hours, no response from their customer service portal. No response from their customer support call.

                          I have still not received my order. It is a pre paid order.
                          Where the hell is my order???

                                      My pickup of boat airdopes was firstly picked up late by the agent and later I didn't recieve any response from xpressbee when I try to track the courier it just shows cancelled then where is my product did your delivery agent steal it? I need an answer and for god sake I can't even register a complaint in the portal.
