Im placed order on 8 sep 2021 and my delivery time period is 12 Sept 2021
Now todays date is 18 Sept my order is not delivered...
Nowy order status shoing is "RTO in Transit" wtas the meaning that..?
Almost 3 days im going to expressbess office they told mi your order in RTO just wait i will chek, or today or tomorrow will delivery...
But real fact is they lost my order or fooling mi anyone is there from express Bess plz chek out
My parcel is prepaid and. I knw prepaid parcel hard to accept return

        Delay in First cry products

        I have ordered products in FirstCry on September 1 2021 and estimated given was September 2 2021. Today it is already 15th of September.
        Please deliver the product as soon as possible. Make it by 17th of September 2021 please....

            My boat Bluetooth headset, which have connectivity issues under warranty were picked up by xpressbees on September 6 2021. When I called boat customer care, they are nit picking the calls . When I tracked with the tracking ID in xpressbees during September 12 2021, it showed that the package is Delivered (WHHandover). But still the product is not delivered please check the product details and delivery the product as soon as possible

              My boat airdopes 441 got picked for replacement during 1 year warranty on 7.9.2021. Its estimated delivery was shown for 13.9.2021. Now on tracking my product it is showing delivered. But I haven't gotten my product. Why is it showing delivered when i haven't recieved the product?

                Delivery boy not visited in my place but in website it is updated customer not available .how can you people updated customer is not available. I have never ever seen fake and ridiculous service.

                  Ordered from meesho, delivery boy *gururaj [protected]* asked otp on phone bfr delivering the package when i refused he changed the status to RTO to product n asked me money for delivering package .it was prepaid amount. Dint recv the package nor my money .

                  Ordered from firstcry, same boy dint call me nor attempted the delivery and put the status delivered. If i try to call him he is blackmailing me for money. My 3k amount i lost
                  Stay safe people dnt use this courier company

                  Filed 3 times complaint against the delivery boy still he is doing same. ridiculous service provided by xpressbees. Rediculous

                      I had apply to my boat warranty claim on August 23 and my products has picked up on 24th August, and then I got message that it will get 4 days and I am still waiting over today and do not get any kind of message or mails regarding my claim so, I am requesting to you please solve my problem as soon as possible and let me know.

                        Dear Sir.

                        Due to fake updates & unprofessional behavior of xpress bees courier boys every day I have to face huge loss.
                        Because of them RTO graph increase. Most interesting part of their unprofessional behavior is that without calling customers they update status customers want open delivery when we cross check it with our esteemed Customers they start cursing my mother. My mother is not for curses. They start asking for proofs. Now today many clients cursed me and threaten me to drag in court.
                        If same thing happened. I will drag xpress bees in court also. Sir I am sharing some tracking I'ds where fake updates had been given that customers wasn't available but in reality no one visited nor called them.

                              Delay in delivery of the parcel

                              I have placed an order on Meesho on 2nd September, 2021. Xpressbees courier service site is showing estimated delivery date as : 8th September, 2021.

                              Today it is 10th September, and still the product has not yet delivered.
