I sent two Products with Xpressbees but both products are changed I sent my customers to Nutrishake and Omega 3 but my customers received Speaker inside my Nutrishake box and omega 3 is not there in box

Regarding the AWB No - [protected]

Even if I provided correct address details, delivery executive marked the incorrect status as "Customer refused to Accept" without connect me over phone.

I have followed with customer service, seems have no use.

Updated by Susil Manohar Sahoo Again today the delivery executive didn't call and marked refuse to accept. Seems un-professional delivery executive.

Hii, I have ordered meesho product ..from 16 sept I have contacted them about product...no one contacted me..with out any information they returned the product.i contacts delivery boys n even contacts Bhimavaram incharge Praveen also he took tracking id but not responding the calls ...even I asked I will collect the product at ur ofc but they said so many products are their plz don't cme will find out they are saying...not at all happy for ur service..I never saw this much of worst services

. We booked and created an order on 8th September, and till now the package has NOT been delivered. Escalating the matter since then, called customer care to which i have been assured to keep patience and they will get the packet delivered has not been done yet. The customer is very much at his home. No calls from the delivery / courier boy, despite two contact numbers have been provided. This is sheer disappointment and You feel cheated

This is the reg AWB#[protected] which this company was expected to deliver a few days ago. Have raised multiple concerns and there has been no action taken. They are mentioning fake delivery failure messages like Customer not available and Customer out of Station and its been a big pain - this is the 2nd instance. Zero customer satisfaction and zero responsibility.

Request to look into such fraud customer service companies

Im placed order on 8 sep 2021 and my delivery time period is 12 Sept 2021
Now todays date is 18 Sept my order is not delivered...
Nowy order status shoing is "RTO in Transit" wtas the meaning that..?
Almost 3 days im going to expressbess office they told mi your order in RTO just wait i will chek, or today or tomorrow will delivery...
But real fact is they lost my order or fooling mi anyone is there from express Bess plz chek out
My parcel is prepaid and. I knw prepaid parcel hard to accept return

My boat Bluetooth headset, which have connectivity issues under warranty were picked up by xpressbees on September 6 2021. When I called boat customer care, they are nit picking the calls . When I tracked with the tracking ID in xpressbees during September 12 2021, it showed that the package is Delivered (WHHandover). But still the product is not delivered please check the product details and delivery the product as soon as possible

My boat airdopes 441 got picked for replacement during 1 year warranty on 7.9.2021. Its estimated delivery was shown for 13.9.2021. Now on tracking my product it is showing delivered. But I haven't gotten my product. Why is it showing delivered when i haven't recieved the product?

Ordered from meesho, delivery boy *gururaj [protected]* asked otp on phone bfr delivering the package when i refused he changed the status to RTO to product n asked me money for delivering package .it was prepaid amount. Dint recv the package nor my money .

Ordered from firstcry, same boy dint call me nor attempted the delivery and put the status delivered. If i try to call him he is blackmailing me for money. My 3k amount i lost
Stay safe people dnt use this courier company

Filed 3 times complaint against the delivery boy still he is doing same. ridiculous service provided by xpressbees. Rediculous
