This is to inform you that valuable items such as clothing ( 1dhakai jamdani saree worth rupees 4000 and a gujrati stitched dupatta worth Rupees 3500 ) has been missing from my parcel awb no [protected] which was booked via shiprocket and. There were two courier bags inside the clear bag, which was wrapped with cellotape and the booking label was attached with one courier packet, whereas on the other packet customer's name address and contact number was clearly mentioned with black marker pen. This courier partner is so audacious that they took out the bag on which the above was mentioned and delivered the other packet. For your information, now they are denying that my parcel were containing two bags.
Hence you are requested to take necessary action against these two fraudulent organisation.
