Yesterday I received a parcel on COD terms from XpressBees and trusting somebody from my place ordered for I paid Rs.599 (actually paid Rs.600) and collected the parcel. It contained 3 glass bowls which we do not need. (The Parcel came in the name of my business RUKMANI COURTS IMPEX).
I later found out that no one ordered this from my place. I sent several emails to XpressBess, but they would not respond. Nor am I able to contact them over telephone (Customer care number) as the line drops dead every time.
I expect XpressBees inform us as to who ordered the glass bowls so that I can recheck at my end. If not they should take back the bowls and refund me the amount.
