My product had reached the nearest shipment hub, i.e., Fakuli, on 26th July, 2021. But it hasn't been delivered yet. The courier boy said that he would deliver the item only if extra Rs. 50 is given to him. Is this the kind of service you provide and the kind of professionalism you claim. What should I do?
My last option would be to complain the online Shopping merchant to stop sending the items from XpressBees.

I have book an organza saree at meesho.. It comes through xrpessbees courier.. It has to be reached yesterday and we got a call regarding this that the item will be delivered and we have to share the code with them but without delivering they updated as delivered but we didn't receive the product yet.. Resolve it soon please

My order got delayed 10days. By contacting your team for address, they refused to provide me the Hyderabad LBN location. After contacting several times, they have provided me the address without contact number of that location. I have visited LBN LOGISTICS for almost 10times by travelling 15kms up and down. But still they can't find my product. Daily I will receive a message saying, out for delivery.

Your team is worst behaviour.
I am lodging a case against my lost product from XPRESSBEES worth 5999/-

My order with tracking id : [protected] is in pick up exception status. Its been 2 weeks since I ordered and the shipment is not yet done. They havent even collected it for shipment I believe. Worst service I ever had.

Yesterday I received a parcel on COD terms from XpressBees and trusting somebody from my place ordered for I paid Rs.599 (actually paid Rs.600) and collected the parcel. It contained 3 glass bowls which we do not need. (The Parcel came in the name of my business RUKMANI COURTS IMPEX).

I later found out that no one ordered this from my place. I sent several emails to XpressBess, but they would not respond. Nor am I able to contact them over telephone (Customer care number) as the line drops dead every time.

I expect XpressBees inform us as to who ordered the glass bowls so that I can recheck at my end. If not they should take back the bowls and refund me the amount.

I gave my boat airdopes for replacement by using warranty card and I think 14 days have passed but I didn't receive my product back in tack shipment when I see it shows whhandover . Hi tam.

As I already mentioned in my previous complaint here. How courier boys of Xpress bees update a fake statement that customer was not available or customer address not completed. They kept my parcel in their nowgam byepass Srinagar center. Only sent me messeges Parcel Arriving today in the morning but whole day no body comes & in the evening they update fake statements my awb#[protected]. Now today they are going to send me update that parcel is being returned.
Even complaining earlier they don't deliver my parcel.
Now I am going to file a consumer case against Xpress bees center nowgam along with it's in charge.

After receiving my parcel on time, i had no complaint whatsoever in my mind but some time later after getting the parcel, the delivery boy called me and literally yelled at me for not giving good feedback which i did. And even if I didn’t give feedback, who the hell is he to talk to me like that? Is that how all the staffs of XpressBess are? I regret giving good feedback so here I am writing this complaint about that delivery boy who had the nerve to call the customer again just to yell at her for not giving feedback. If he really wanted that feedback, he could’ve asked politely. I mean have some manners. At least with the customers!!! Very poor experience with the delivery boy. And I’m talking about the staff from XpressBees Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh (791111).
