AWB NO [protected]
My parcel is lying at the delivery centre for last 5 days. 2 days back, they showed the status as out for delivery for 2 days and every day it is not delivered saying I refused for delivery which is not true. They never called me and no number were given to me to contact them. I mailed them 2 days back but I haven't gotten any response. Please help me

    I had hand over my product(Boat airdopes) to xpressbees on 16/aug/2021 but when I had a check with track Id which was shared by them, it is showing that WHHandover. But I have not received my product so far.
    It's taking long time to reach me, actually estimated delivery is about 22/aug/2021.
    Please help me to get my product ASAP.

            I've not been contacted from deliveryman, this is happening from days.
            I called him from my side and he refused to come to my area, this is so annoying I've never experienced such inconvenience while shopping online . I'll make sure to not buy from a site that jas xpressbees as it courier service.

              I ordered phone case and it has been 12 days and delivery man doesn't wants to come to my place instead asks me to pick up the order 10kms away from my house.

                The delivery guy isn't delivering my parcel I have been calling 20-30 times I nee to complaint he is just telling the adress is not proper but it is all correct.

                  Address: House 1140, Sector 79 near Suhana Police station

                  The delivery reschedule without any reason and this time for 11th time, I have complaint to the delivery services and continuously writing to SSS store, even I am trying to call customer services but not able to connect. I am not understanding what is the issue, I have shared my multiple contacts with delivery partner, still not getting a single call from delivery person and the delivery is getting rescheduling every day, without any reason and I have no information regarding it.
                  Every day I am writing to SSS store and delivery partner but no body is providing any support, this is so frustrating.

                    I ordered on Ajio and it was to be delivered by Xpressbees. Within 2 days of placing the order, I had to change the delivery address. So I tried calling the Xpressbees CUSTOMER care and mailed them for more than 1 week but no one responed. And now when I asked the delivery man to give it to a new address which is just 10 mins away, he speaks rudely and cuts the call. This wouldn't have happened if the CUSTOMER care wasn't so ### and you had a number in which people attend and you reply to emails more quickly. Now I don't think I'll be getting my order!!

                      I received a message from you that my order from Biba[protected]
                      your AWB [protected] is coming with mobile No [protected]
                      but when connect with the number, agreed that my order to be delivered but he is not having it with him, it is in your office, and when I have his number from your side then speak to the office only and check the status.
                      Your customs service no was hard to get, and the lady keep telling “hello hello hello, I am unable to hear you and disconnected “
                      You are keeping too rude people to serve your customers.
                      Your service prompt me to stop ordering from Biba.

                      Without any attempt of delivery and I didn’t receive any call from your side, today morning I received the message ( screen shot attached). You really keep ineffective and disloyal crew to serve your customers. Please check from your Kolkata office. When I tried to submit my response, it said already submitted, if you consider that response earlier then you already know that I was not contacted by your people.

                      But nothing happened so far, and today morning I received a message that, you are unable to fulfill the Biba request as I am unavailable. My question is, who is telling you all this lie? Please check, No body from Xpressbee has contacted me.

                        Product did not reach the destination(Missing Product)

                        On July 14, I sent my personal shipment from xpressBees Logistics.It was supposed to deliver with in a week but my product didn't delivered to the destination due to their unnecessary reasons.Instead of contacting to the customer they just cancel the delivery daily.Their delivery person didnot even contact to the customer once.
                        After that, i have got the message their delivery is failed and the product will returned back to me within...

                        I had placed an order for a product on flipkart on July 30, which was shipped on 31st. The estimated date was August 13, but I haven't received the product yet. From tracking, I can see the product reached the nearest center on August 11 itself, not they have made no effort of delivery so far. The product was out for delivery yesterday and I was eagerly waiting, but no one contacted me over phone and changed the status at night to "Customer not available" when they didn't even try to deliver the product. I tried calling their customer care, but none of the calls go through. The call ends after 35 seconds waiting every time (after the automated robot reply).

                              मेरा यह कंप्लेंट है कि, मैं जो भी प्रोडक्ट order करता हूं जब एक्सप्रेसबीस बालों के यहां जाता है, तब कोई भी प्रोडक्ट डिलीवर नहीं होता। और प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न भेज देते हैं कस्टमर ने रिसीव नहीं किया, पेमेंट नहीं किया बोलकर । और जो भी प्रोडक्ट आता है पहले 1 दिन मैसेज भेज देगा डिलीवरी boy ने कुछ call नहीं करता कुछ जानकारी नहीं देता है और उसको कोरियर ऑफिस जाकर कस्टमर लेने के लिए इंकार कर दिया बोलकर रिटर्न कर देते हैं । जो मैसेज भेजता है प्रोडक्ट के लिए तब कोई कॉल नहीं आता है उसकी तरफ से तो मैं कॉल करता हूं तो वह बोलता है मैं काम छोड़ दिया हूं बोलता है पर काम छोड़ा है तो मेरे पास प्रोडक्ट डिलीवर करने के लिए उसका नंबर क्यों आया और देने के लिए डिलीवर का मैसेज क्यों आया ।और एक्सप्रेसबीस वाले को call करने पर कोई हेल्प नहीं कर रहे हैं और call डिस्कनेक्ट कर रहे हैं l और इस बात से मैं बहुत परेशान हूं मेरा बहुत सारे प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न जा रहे हैं कृपया मेरा हेल्प कर दीजिएl

On 13 august i got a message from xprees bees that the product will be deliver today but my order not deliver when i call the delivery boy his mobile is switch off. I want urgent delivery of my product so please don't be delay.

                                      I have placed a oder at personalized gifts centre & the delivery boy told dat he has kept my parcel in his home which is nearer to my home delivery address so he will get it n closed my order as it's already delivered after so many calls & messages he tells dat he will get by this time within few minutes n till now it's not delivered
