I had placed an order for a product on flipkart on July 30, which was shipped on 31st. The estimated date was August 13, but I haven't received the product yet. From tracking, I can see the product reached the nearest center on August 11 itself, not they have made no effort of delivery so far. The product was out for delivery yesterday and I was eagerly waiting, but no one contacted me over phone and changed the status at night to "Customer not available" when they didn't even try to deliver the product. I tried calling their customer care, but none of the calls go through. The call ends after 35 seconds waiting every time (after the automated robot reply).
