    I ordered a mobile phone. The delivery date is shown 13 aug. On 13 august i got a message from xprees bees that the product will be deliver today but my order not deliver when i call the delivery boy his mobile is switch off. I want urgent delivery of my product so please don't be delay.

        I have placed a oder at personalized gifts centre & the delivery boy told dat he has kept my parcel in his home which is nearer to my home delivery address so he will get it n closed my order as it's already delivered after so many calls & messages he tells dat he will get by this time within few minutes n till now it's not delivered

            I have ordered items that has been shipped via xpressbees. Every time they cancel the order saying that the customer is not available, without even contacting me. This has been happening twice. I have contacted the delivery persons on both times without any reply. This is very irresponsible behaviour as the same thing has happened not once but twice.

              I m aakash sir I'm working form xpressbees maya puri barach my complain is every senior level person ( miss . kriti Mr.guru & arslan ) is damn more heavy pickup collect him for biker like 80 to 90 packets of books & 40 to50 packet of nightys collect for each other in one time & sir I very uncomfortable my supervisor spacially ( miss kriti & mr gurcharan )

                I placed a prepaid order on boAt official site on. 7 August 2021.
                The expected delivery was showing 11. august on the tracking site, as it claims to have reached on the destination hub.
                But unfortunately, i have been getting no msg alert on when i will receive the order, nor is there any customer care number. Local expressbee hub has also not disclosed any contact. The tracking site hss been struck to the latter update only, please help me.

                        I have ordered a product on firstcry and it's tentative delivery date was 6th August but it was not delivered even after 4 days. When I tried submitting complaints after complaints the delivery came. But the delivery person was a grumpy one(I don't know what his problem is). He was talking in harsh words over the phone when he called for the delivery. It was supposed to be delivered home but he made me pick the product from the office saying that he is not responsible for every delivery to be done by him.

                                Hi

                                Today I received one parcel (same name and same amount I order from other services) so I thought my product, after open that it's just old cloth.no supplier details available. Courier person also not ready to return it. I called customer care they said Synflex is supplier. I contacted that Synflex, they said there are not dealing with courier. Can you please give me full sender details and please don't send them my money.

                                      1) [protected]- said its wrong number and said to book a complaint against the company for fraud.
                                      2) [protected]- he never contacted me till date but he updated the tracker that the customer wants evening delivery.
                                      Due to the above experience I raised 3 complaints till date kindly refer to the number below and remarks.

                                      1stComplaint number[protected] for wrong update that customer wants evening delivery – till date no call received from any of the delivery executive -

                                      2nd Complaint number[protected] for not delivery of the shipment and fraudulent update Spoken to Kamlesh who connected a conference call with offline Mumbai office person and they agreed that shipment was lost and refund to be processed. - till date no call received from any of the delivery executive -

                                      3rd Complaint number[protected] to check the status of the Refund spoken to Fiza she tried connecting with seniors thru conference call it did not happen so she committed to escalate issues with various authorities via Email so that all the complaints can be closed.

                                        My order was placed around 28 July 2021, tracking ID no. [protected] . From past 10 days it's out for delivery. In status they are writing as their wish like customer is unavailable, requested for evening delivery etc.. he not even called once since 10 days for my product delivery. I even contacted customer care through a call no use. Haha I can clear see now your ratings now 8% satisfaction from customer "what a shame".if they are not interested to delivery, my kind advice is to close ur expressbee. So that we can connect for some other good services.
