I placed an order on firstcry on 23rd july.
The order was supposed to be delievered on 31st but its 7th august and i did not recieve the product and it is showing in transit .
The shipment is rotating between gurgaon and ambala from last 10 days . Kindly deliver it as soon as possible

    I had sent a product to the customer but it did not get delivered and hence i had to refund the full amount to the customer. Now the package is showing RTO Undelivered from many days. Called up the Delivery guy who's name was shown on the status but he says that the parcel has been misplaced. I lost 1k due to this with no idea what should be done further. I guess the Xpressbees executive are too lazy to look for the parcel.

        I shipped a parcel on 11th july and it still hasn't reached my customer. Customer is so angry and asking for money back. Please do something

          I tracked the shipment it says out for delivery. I need to travel immediately so i want to contract the local xpressbees guy to know the details regarding by what time they will deliver..so that i can plan my thing. When i try to reach them by phone its say temporarily out of service and shipment is out for delivery around 7 now it's 11:30 still i dint get any msg cal regarding the shipment neither the product is delivered.

          Why you provide non reachable no.s on the internet. Why dont you guys intimate who n when the courier will be deliverd

            I'm so angry on xpressbees because the order came to Hyderabad a lot of time before we ordered the teddy bear from meesho daily he is changing the delivery dates they said they would deliver it on July 25th but it is sug 6th but still, there is no sign of the arrival of the order we even tried calling customer care but they dint lift the call and meesho also doesn't know the 3rd man contact information please try to get my order soon

            My order of xpressbees with awb number[protected] was picked up on 16/08/2021 but till now the site is not updating. when I talked to the courier boy who picked my product he tell that they have moved the product to another location but I am not getting updates on the site of xpressbees. please highlight the issue and update the site.
            I'm also facing same issue as it is showing as customer want open delivery... It didn't ask anything

              Here in our locality (Karmala, Dist-Solapur Maharashtra- 413203), xpressbess never deliver. Receive message of Delivered but item is not received. Delivery boy donot received calls. Very Bad service by xpeessbees. Mostly we are told to pickup from their office by ourselves. And when we go to get our items and if it is COD and if we pay using UPI we are again asked to pay extra as they said they need to go to ATM and withdraw it. Is this really happening?? Or are we being scammed?

                My shipment with tracking number [protected] is not picked for shipment after 2 weeks. I am not getting my product because of xpreaabees. Better you guys change from logistic company to a robbery company and loot us officially. Such a fraud guys you are. I have lost my 1150 rs on this. You guys quit your office and start some other thing.

                  I ordered 2 items on myntra and they gave me 2 awb number, while checking the shipment status in xpressbees site it shows 'no information found' for 1 product.
                  How is that possible
                  Did they (Ajio) actually shipped my product or is this an error from xpressbees i need an information as soon as possible and need to know the status of my order

                    I ha e ordered a product from the house of rare and it has been 1month since I have ordered but it didn't arrive yet..So, I have tracked it and I have called the delivery boy as it already reached my town but is not delivered yet...And when I have called him he was so rude and he's telling me to come to a place to collect it...Please check up on your delivery boys...Teach them how to behave with the customers.                             Order confirmed delivery date was 31/07/21. Shipment status shows its reached nearest hub of me. Nobody contact me and I couldn't find a expressbee hub in mentioned area. Customer executive also don't know the contact number of the hub.!!!

                                  The delivery boy didn't come to delivery he was lazy and invited me to get my percel from him. What type of service it is when the customer have to go to pick up the product himself from delivery boy, we don't need delivery boy like this when i called him back he blocked me

                                      I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 22nd July . On the 2nd august it showed as out for delivery and on the 3rd august it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.
