    The order number[protected] is showing as delivered. The agent called and said he has delivered to the security of the apartment, but when I went to collect it, the security guard informed that no such parcel was received. Please find out where the order gas been delivered.

        My order was delivered on time but payment was made twice 1 want one amount payment refund, I am trying to reach out the customer care but no response from Xpressbees side

          My AWB No. is[protected].
          I had applied for a door-to-door warranty service from boar for a product. They replaced the product and sent that via xpressbees. The product has reached the nearest hub on 8th july, 2021. But the delivery has not been done. The delivery boy never contacted me. Instead they changed the delivery status to different status like I was not available etc. They have now changed the status to RTO. They never contacted me. Never. I also contacted Xpressbees customer service but they did nothing . Why Xpressbees harasses customers? This is very bad .

            I am a seller. My return order scheduled to deliver on 31st may. But till now i didn't receive my RTO. Awb is [protected]. Visited courier office at kokar ranchi so many time between 1st june to till date. But every time they give assurance that we are searching your order if found then we will call you. Till today nothing happened.

              Here in our locality, xpressbess never deliver. Even when they deliver they charge us extra. Mostly we are told to pickup from their office by ourselves. And when we go to get our items and if it is COD and if we pay using UPI we are again asked to pay extra as they said they need to go to ATM and withdraw it. Is this really happening?? Or are we being scammed?

                I have ordered a product from pentalloon and when it reached nearrest centre the head of centre outrightly rejected the parcel even without informing me about the product and this goes on for a week and when i called him he was so rude and it was not expected from your side
                So kindly take a strict action against them and ask them to deliver our product at home

                    Dear Expressbees Team.
                    I'm So Much Disappointed By The Behaviour Of Your Delivery team in My Area. They have Held my Order in MotherHub for Many Days and They Updated a Fake field update as No Cash. The Package Contained My important Medicines and i waited for Them eagerly. After missing My Important Doses of Medicine I Reached Out the Hub. But That Guy talked rudely and said that Do whatever You want & He Wasn't Going to Search My Package. I returned sad. Please Take Necessary Action Against Them. If You guys keep doing this to Me... I'll mail my Merchant to Blacklist This Courier and Never send my Package with Expressbees.

                      I've placed return which product purchased through flikplart.
                      Due to lockdown my return has been rescheduled by expressive in July 8th
                      But no one contacting me regarding this and gave feedback as I'm not available.
                      On next day also no one reaching me by gave negative feedback about the pickup.
                      Kindly look in to this and do the needful on urgent basis.

                      Your complaint has been successfully registered and your service ticket number is 2377785. You can use this ticket number to follow up on the status of your query.We are doing our best to provide the seamless customer experience for you and we will respond to your service ticket as soon as we can – usually within 48 hours (between Monday to Saturday).
                      The following are the next steps of the process:
                      • A response from our customer service executive after verifying the invoice and warranty claim will be sent to you.
                      • After approval, pickup with courier partner name and AWB number for your product unit will be initiated provided your registered pin-code must be serviceable.
                      • As soon as the product unit received at our service hub we will communicate to you and the we will check the issue of the product unit.
                      • After the checking is completed we will issue a replacement unit for your product unit
                      Once pickup of your product unit is initiated, please make sure of the following points are taken care of-
                      * Pack your product unit in any small box before handing it over to our courier partners to avoid physical damage during transit
                      * Do not hand-over Product box, product accessories, invoice to our courier partner

                      Since this is a door to door replacement service, it would take at least 18-20 days complete the entire replacement process.

                        On June 4 I got a fake parcel from I don't know where. I paid for it to the delivery person and as I open the parcel I knew that I didn't order this so I filed for return. Same deliveryman came to pickup that parcel and told me I'll get refund when it'll be returned. So I contacted the xpressbee for one whole month and everytime they made excuses that it's in process. There's some technical issues, they'll let me know when it'll be returned. Now I contacted them and they told me that I should asked the company for refund instead of asking them. I want my refund for the fake parcel for which I've already paid.

                                  Hi, I got a message from xpressBees that I want order to be delivered later but this is not true..I was waiting for the order to be delivered yesterday. But it was not delivered to me..I have tried contacting them multiple times but there is no reply from them.

                                    I ordered a product from meesho in sironj(m.p) Xpressbees is the courier partner. But my product does not delivered to me. They don't call me and just cancel my order. Even after i make calls to xpressbess office.they are very bad.everytime i face this problem. Xpressbees is the worst courier service.

                                      I ordered an item from firstcry. It came on 30th June. Your rep phoned. But attended one hour later due to my busy schedule.Both He and the Company the told it will come on 1st July. Till yesterday no call from your side. Only so many messages very often which you can verify at your end. The statement given for delivery is not true. I already lodged a complaint but no proper response. Finally I have cancelled the order. The same complaint was made to firstcry also. I feel it will not happen again.

                                        I have ordered a product on 1st july the app said that it will be delivered before 13th july and it was shipped on 5th julu. When i went to the xpressbees tracking it shows no data found it has been 5 days since it’s showing that. i called xpressbees they said that my order was canceled and that my pickup wasn’t done but the app didn’t show anything like that so i called ajio they said that it will be delivered. what is this? both of the companies are scamming me and i hate it.
