    I received a courier on 20th July 2021, which i had not ordered and it was on COD.
    I had to pay Rs.896/-

      It's been 3 weeks that i have not received my order. Since last 5 days it is stuck at the same place... This is not the first time that your services are Harrasing. The actual delivery date was July 12 and now you have updated it to July 27.
      Should I cancel my product or you will be delivering the same on time

        I had a order from tata cliq that was to be returned. On 16th july 2021 the item got delivered and was not in a well working condition so i returned it to one of your agents in my area. Postal code is 575018. But the message showed like pickup was not possible because of some issue. Is there anything that you will be responsible for?

          I Mr sukhdeo yadav received message frm xpressbees regarding the delivery of order tday on 20th July .I did call and talk to one o[censored]r employee whose number was mention in the message, he assured me of delivery .
          But to my shock I received another message tht you will not receive the order tday as I said to deliver late which I never did .I am sorry to say but your employees are not working as per the company reputation.Hope you take action against such people and fire them

                I have not receive this order by me, my tracking id- [protected], but its showing it is delivered, at the same delivery date sms came to my phone, your order delivered but this order not received by me. when i called t to the delivery delivery boy he did not receive my call till yet. i want to know who receive this order . i was prepaid order, i want to return back my cash. other wise my order. i want to saying expreesbees not give proper service to customer.. i am very sad in this case.. i request u please return back my oreder to me..

                        I ordered 3 dresses from Biba and Biba had sent it as two different parcels. One dress in one and other two dresses in another parcel. I received one parcel with one dress in it and the other one is not yet delivered. The status shows as out for delivery on 2 nd July and today is 19th July. I tried to call the customer care but it doesn't connect. I raised a complaint on thier website, but no response. Spoke with Biba customer care also and yet no response.

                                    We have ordered an boat smart watch on 8th july.till now we didn't receive the product, the order status is showing that it is in the xpress bees logistics only and I went their and enquired abou this, they are saying that the product is missing..and also they are saying that they are not responsible.please take action on this ASAP

After several intimation and complain through customer care till these articles are not deliver to me. I have complain twice through customer care they assured me these articles are deliver within 24 hours but after 60 hours these articles are not reached to me.                                         Some articles are booked by me which were to be deliver by xpressbees but after several intimation and complain there has not any action to deliver my articles.AWB[protected], AWBproduct, AWB:[protected]. I have already contacted to customer care they assured me deliver these articles within 24 hours but afer 60 hours there has no sollution. If such types of services provided by your organization one day this organization will lost the faith of customer.
