Hi,

Express has not delivered my package yet. it was supposed to be delivered 5 days back and the shipment has not moved. I have constantly tried to email them and call them but no one has replied....

I ordered 1 item on ajio and they gave me an awb number while checking the shipment status in xpressbees site it shows 'no information found' for the product
How is that possible
Did they (Anil) actually shipped my product or is this an error from xpressbees i need an information as soon as possible and need to know the status of my order
Please do the needful...

The delivery boy didn't come to delivery he was lazy and invited me to get my percel from him. What type of service it is when the customer have to go to pick up the product himself from delivery boy, we don't need delivery boy like this when i called him back he blocked me...

It showing item is delivered but the item not delivered to me...

I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement using my one year warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 22nd July . On the 2nd august it showed as out for delivery and on the 3rd august it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product....

The delivery status of my prepaid order is being shown delivered without being delivered....

Why should delivery boy take a photo mine...

I placed order on 22 july and expected date of delivery was 29th july nd its been 3rd August i hadn't yet received any parcel! they are just sending parcel from gurgaon to ambala and vice versa; dnt know what the ### they are doing.. Fake logistics...

I booked a product on July 30th, I was suppose to receive a parcel by August 3rd. The Parcel was getting shipped from Haryana to Bhubaneswar, via Delhi. It's already the expected date, still the parcel hasn't reached from Haryana to Delhi, now if it reaches today, looking at their current speed & response, it might get shipped to Bhubaneswar in next 2-3 days, again they might need another 3-4 days to deliver it from Bhubaneswar Airport to...

I have received a message from Xpress bees and received package of rs 599 which I never ordered from any company or vendors....

I have made three orders in Firstcry and they are shipped through XPRESSBEES courier. Last couple of days I used to receive 'out for delivery' messages but in after sometime another message will come saying 'Customer wants an evening delivery'. But actually no one attempted or contacted me for the delivery.

After couple of times, I tried calling the delivery person(the mobile number given in the out for delivery message) but...

AWB No: [protected]. The parcel reached on Friday 30th July, 2021 but till today(Aug 2nd) the delivery is not done. The branch people are saying that due to wrong pincode they are not able to deliver the parcel.

Kindly inform them to deliver the parcel by today evening becos the parcel has to be dispatched to another party at the earliest.

If i don't get the parcel today i am going to file a case against Xpressbeesbr...

The size of product is not adjustable.. So i want to return my product either you can provide another size of same product.....

From 31st july 2021 I'm trying to track my order no.4893484 but i didn't get any kind of information.let me know abt my order status...

My product had reached the nearest shipment hub, i.e., Fakuli, on 26th July, 2021. But it hasn't been delivered yet. The courier boy said that he would deliver the item only if extra Rs. 50 is given to him. Is this the kind of service you provide and the kind of professionalism you claim. What should I do?
My last option would be to complain the online Shopping merchant to stop sending the items from XpressBees.

I have book an organza saree at meesho.. It comes through xrpessbees courier.. It has to be reached yesterday and we got a call regarding this that the item will be delivered and we have to share the code with them but without delivering they updated as delivered but we didn't receive the product yet.. Resolve it soon please...
