I have ordered medicine from PharmEasy my package was shipped through your courier service but the delivery agent never contacted me and gave wrong information that I wanted delayed delivery and that i dont wanted it

        I have returned a order which was from tata cliq since it was not properly working. The delivery agent took the item to be returned but the message was like it was not possible to return as the pickup was cancelled by xb. What can i do now

                        [protected]) updated it as delivered...he never came to deliver and now he is not even picking my phone... xpressbess is the worst courier service

                          My parcel which had to be delivered on 10th July, is not delivered till today's date:14th July.The Parcel has reached the final destination hub.But, not delivered till now.There is no way of communication with xpressbees customer care.

                          Also, Shipment Status is not up to date

                          14th June-Activity : Reached at Destination InScan ( Shipment Auto Bagout )
                          Location : Juhulane, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA

                                I am available at the given address for last 3 days. thier delivery person has not tried to pickup the parcel once. but for 3 days I have received sms saying I was not available so delivery couldn't happen. They just lie only.
                                His mobile number is [protected] and other one [protected]. these both person hasn't picking up the phone when called. and first one is showing busy 24 hrs. they just make false advertising.
                                Never trust this company for deliveries or anything.

                                  The delivery guy from Xpressbees came to my doorstep with a parcel. It was COD. I thought it was ordered by a family member so I paid and took it.

                                  It was never ordered by anyone and contained a small ladies Lycra.

                                  The amount I paid was Rs 519/- but the product is cheap and low quality... May be 100 Rs only.

                                  I need an immediate refund.

                                      Yesterday evening your courier guy whose number is [protected] called me at 20:09 to deliver my orders no:[protected] and AWB: [protected].
                                      I asked him where are you he said I am at KLM, then I told him that is not my location, please come to my location as mentioned in the delivery address. That guy started abusing me and closed the line. Several time I called him and he didn't answer my call. Are you keeping these type of staff who are abusing customers. I'm still not having my material as I ordered with Ajio on 7th July.
