    I ordered 3 dresses from Biba and Biba had sent it as two different parcels. One dress in one and other two dresses in another parcel. I received one parcel with one dress in it and the other one is not yet delivered. The status shows as out for delivery on 2 nd July and today is 19th July. I tried to call the customer care but it doesn't connect. I raised a complaint on thier website, but no response. Spoke with Biba customer care also and yet no response.

                We have ordered an boat smart watch on 8th july.till now we didn't receive the product, the order status is showing that it is in the xpress bees logistics only and I went their and enquired abou this, they are saying that the product is missing..and also they are saying that they are not responsible.please take action on this ASAP

                  I have booked some article which were to be delivered by xpressbees. After several intimation and complain through customer care till these articles are not deliver to me. I have complain twice through customer care they assured me these articles are deliver within 24 hours but after 60 hours these articles are not reached to me.                     Some articles are booked by me which were to be deliver by xpressbees but after several intimation and complain there has not any action to deliver my articles.AWB[protected], AWBproduct, AWB:[protected]. I have already contacted to customer care they assured me deliver these articles within 24 hours but afer 60 hours there has no sollution. If such types of services provided by your organization one day this organization will lost the faith of customer.
