They did not deliver my package but updated the tracking status as "delivered". i can't even ask for refund from the company i ordered the parcel from because of that. I tried to contact them but they won't respond to my emails or phone calls. AWB no.: [protected]

    Address: F-60 beta plaza, greater noida . Uttar pradesh 201308

    Reference no.- [protected]. My pickup was scheduled as on 01/07/21 but the executive is giving reasons such as package is big hence tempo is required and not coming for pickup. Also neither he called us nor given any piore information regarding it. With that also he stated we were not available. The executive is rescheduling pickup without informing and not giving proper answers and now also, he not picking Up the call. We have been waiting for them yet they didnt showed up. Today is 2nd day, no one has visited us yet they have stated that we want to delay the pickup.Kindly look into the matter and arrange for immediate pickup as highly inconvenience has been caused.

      I ordered kurthi on June 21 2021.The product got delivered on June 30 2021.The product is very much damaged and in a very bad condition..very much unsatisfied with this product.I want to return the product and get back my money.
      XpressBees Logistics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      Same thing happend with me too. One of costumer care member told me that they will return it, but no one is responding now

        One more product Ordered from Firstycry for my niece who is flying to abroad on 4th July.
        I never got a call from XpressBees Logistics team. But, order is returning with reason customer out of station. Is it joke or something.

        I request XpressBees team to take action on these delivery guys. Already i seen same complain multiple times in your complaint box.

        If you don't want to loose your reputation. Take necessary actions.

            My pickup was scheduled as on 29.6.21 but the executive is giving reasons such as package is big hence tempo is required and not coming for pickup.               Though I have been receiving messages that it is out for delivery but never reached me till date.And the delivery boy never called me.

              At least three attempt Is
              Being done but till date not called me.

                    I have placed an order from Bewakoof AWB Number :[protected]. The delivery man might have tried calling me but due to some network issues as it was raining he was not able to call me. When he reached my address he started shouting at me for updating the incorrect number .(Even I have called him from the same number 2 hours back on enquiring regarding the order whereabouts).
                    He was very rude and arrogant.

                      It is solved and I have received my order
                      i have ordered a product from Ajio on 1st july 2021, the app said that it was shipped on 5th july and that it will reach to me before 13th july. When i went to track my order it says no data found, it has been 5 days since it’s showing the same. i called expressbees helpline they said that order has been canceled and pickup has not been done. When i called Ajio they said it will be delivered. How is this possible?

                        I have ordered from booksify.com. My product has reached the delivery Hub on 27.6.20. Everyday it will show out for delivery but later it will show could not be delivered as customer wants future delivery.the delivery person has not contacted me even once. When I contacted the office and told the urgency, they told they will deliver today, but still not delivered . My AWB is [protected]. Pathetic service and utterly irresponsible behaviour .

                          It says product delivered, but not received it yet. When called they say would find package within 24 to 48 hours and when asked for assurance, ends the call from their side.No complaint number provided.No complaint status given.Expected delivery date was given today so we waited but was delivered don't know to whom 2 days ago .They say that it is your fault not raising issue with 2 days but not theirs when they handed to ver the prepaid package to the wrong address

                                I ordered 7 tshirts for 730/- what I got was a 3 feet teddy bear. I WAS ASKED BY THE DELIVERY BOY TO WAIT UNTIL HE LEFT, IT WAS A COD. The moment I opened the package it was a 3 feet teddy bear. The person sending me this has blocked me on social media as well as my calls. I have been try to reach them from numerous id's and mumbers but no response. This is my only hope now.

                                  Order not delivered and fake reason for no delivery

                                  I had placed an order from firstcry.com to be delivered in Bangalore pincode 560103, Bellandur and they used the xpressbees service and the order was to be delivered on 26th June'21 but has not been delivered till now..they just sent a message on 26th morning at 8.02 am that the order is out for delivery so I waited till 6 in the evening but no delivery done as assured by their customer service will be done before 8 pm..and after that when...

                                  !! FRAUD DONE BY YOUR STAFF !!

                                  Dear Team,

                                  I Madhuri Mishra booked 2 products from an online platform on dated 04-JUN-21 for which I got the tracking ID [protected] and [protected] and product gets delivered to me on 09-JUN-21 by your courier boy (hopefully his name is Prem Shankar).

                                  But due to some reason I didn't like that product and raised a request for a reversal for both of my orders. The same day one the person came from your company and asked for only 1 product and showed me the tracking id and said that he has received only 1 reversal request so I gave the same.

                                  The very next day again 1 person came and asked 2 of the products as a reversal, i said that the earlier one was already taken by one the courier boy from your company. He took the 2nd one.

                                  Now the matter is i got the reversal of only 1 product and the tracking id is [protected] and still the tracking id [protected] is in pending status.

                                  Now, when i speak with the local service provider on 15thJun21 Chandan Singh on xxxxxxxxxx who claims to be a supervisor, he took one of the courier boy on call for to verify my issue on which that person confirmed that he has received the reversal and also came to my house to to verify the same. Also he showed me on his mobile that he has tagged in his system that he took my product.

                                  For the past 1 week I've been calling that courier boy and Chadan but no one is responding.

                                  Still till today nothing has happened and still the refund is not initiated back to me.

                                  This is a FRAUD by your company which you have to take the ownership to rectify.

                                  An speedy resolution will be appreciable
