I have Order Party Pink Churidar Order No.TY16650 on 20.05.2021 and paid the amount of Rs.924 thru online at the company name Trypich.com. I have send several mails till today.
But the company said, they have simply sent the Expreesbee corrier Track No.[protected] always and ask me to check.Finally they told that it has delivered.

As on date, I have not yet received the order, no one call me while delivery and not received any message regarding delivery. On what procedure, they are conformed the delivered.

Please do the needul and check and confirm to deliver the packet soon.

For the last 3 days, I am getting an SMS with a tracking number, and someone is coming to the building with the fake parcel and says it's a COD order.

SMS message is as below

Order:[protected]_1.. from of Naughty Nin.., AWB:[protected] of Rs.1686.00 will reach soon.For query call:[protected], Pay by Cash/UPI. Xpressbees

The thing is, we never ordered anything on any site, and it's a fraud. We don't even know what.Naughty Nin is

The tracking number showing in SMS is [protected].

Make sure again no one should come like this with a fake parcel to our society.

I ordered the product from Nyka and the courier was given by xpressbees .Due to some reason I could not pick up the call so he started using false language and questioned me why I didn't answer his call.After this He called again and started abusing and also threatened me and misbehaved with me and my brother by his abusive language.The number for courier boy is [protected].Take action against him and his actions.

The delivery agent refused to deliver the item at the designated address on First Floor. Instead asked the customer to come on road and pick up the order.
Since then several complaints have been made to the Xpressbees logistics via email as well as telephonically but no solution has been provided by the company till date.

My order is delayed for more than 30 days but it is not delivered yet. It reached the destination one month ago and now its showing RTO without the delivery person reaching me. They didn't even call me or not calling me back even after I'm calling him from last seven days straight.

I ordered a dress online, the delivery was supposed to happen before a week. Tracking system says I have received the item even before the date order. I suggest u deliver my product or else I'm going to complain about this cheating.

I ordered a dress a i receive a saree. I request that please take it back and give me my real parcel. Please i want to return this wrong parcel thank you.

Mr.Netranand Sahu a delivery person in orrisa his mobile number is [protected] he is the worst of all when called and asked to deliver the parcel he said ### OFF. i said brother just asking you to deliver it. He is dont call me who the hell are you i dont care. He made me feel scared as if i am talking to a goon. Being impolite is something else but being a goon and harrasing us. This what xpressbees gives us i am very sad and scared. I think his employee code is 118158. Please help or let me know if you cant help. So i can file an FIR against him

My parcel with AWB no [protected] is still in transit from 31 may 2021 to till date and i didn't receive my parcel

AWB[protected] FAKE/Dummy order that i never placed.
On 4th may 2021 your courier boy named Malook Baamad/Hariom([protected]) delivered some packet to me which neither me nor any of my family members ordered for COD/785.00 rupees. The order was definitely carrying my contact number [protected] and shipping address(the shop which i was using on rental 10 years ago). He delivered me the packet at my home address not at the shipping address.Only mistake i did i collected by paying amount presuming that some of my family members may have ordered. This looks like a fake delivery and I feel like I was cheated.
Today again same courier boy([protected]) by calling me and saying that there is a order of Rs 447 AWB-[protected] for me, this is again a fake or dummy order.
Please do something otherwise i will assume your people are involved in this fake delivery racket.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

I call the number that came in your message. The boy did not go to the office that day with the number that was in it. I called your customer care but could not say what is the name of my delivery boy and his contact number.The reason given for delivery is that the customer's mobile number and address are incorrect. How do you know that my contact number and address are wrong because I called your customer care yesterday? You do not know with whom the delivery boy is sending the goods, his contact number.

The courier partner deliberately not giving me the package even after calling him many times. He kept postponing my package. And he gave it to RTO. without my permission. He lied he said he did not have the parcel. His name Is BAPAN. phone number : [protected]
I want my product delivery ASAP.

The product is delivered wrong & the product quality is very cheap. Take the product return from us
As early as possible
Return our money.

The delivery date of product is 20 June nd I did not any product yet nd it's showing that product is out for delivery but the delivery boy, s no is switch off
He forwarded his all calls to a no which is not his no help me plz how, ll I get my product now

Dear concern myself avneet Singh from Haldwani, Uttarakhand. I have ordered some product for my Customer. Which have been dispatched from your company with AWB:[protected].
This package had reached to your haldwani office on 14th June. But was not delivered till 18th so we called the office many times to your employee Mr Gaurav and even told to your delivery boy Harish tha our package has not been delivered please deliver it. But after making so many calls no result will be done. Then on 21st I reached your office at kaladhungi road than mr gaurav is unable to find the package that their are lots of package so we can't find it and we will deliver it tomorrow. But today when I call them so they said it was rto as Customer not available. Now tell me where I am wrong. And please do the needful so that these type of persons will don't do such thing in future.
