The order was placed on 24th April by my dealer and it's June 9th today still haven't received my order yet the location shows it has reached destination but they not delivered it
The don't have a office or a no.
Some how I found a Xpressbee delivery boy in the market I went to him to ask about my order there address and he said they don't a phone in his office and he don't have my parcel
He ran off didn't answer anything else

Damage product

The shipment track says, already delivered, but not received the cousrier.
I call the agent, he says he has it, but doesnt deliver it even after 24 hrs, updating the status as delivered.

I received a parcel today from Xpressbees. But I never ordered anything like that. The delivery guy called to ask me to transfer the COD amount to his number. The weirdest thing is, no detail on the label exists in reality. Company name is fake. There is no bill or tag inside. It seems like a fraud and spam case. Please look into it.

The product has been shipped before a month now still they haven’t delivered the product.
Getting message that product is out for delivery but still they are not delivering product or not picking up call.
Very bad service and worst courier service

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet to me since 4 days . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent

I have ordered the product for the customer as I am doing in online business. It has completed 13 days to reach rajanagaram but still not reached customer house. I called the respected delivery executive regarding the delivery delay, he behaved rudely and abused on me. But still delivery not done. May be he think that take revenge on me. His behavior was unprofessional, don't know how to speak with customer. Please take action on him. I[censored] required i will provide his number.

Delivery executive is unprofessional. He shouted and abused us. Gave bad word

I ordered shoes from ajio but got wrong shipping address on the order.Shoes got shipped, sent an email to expressbees customer care to either cancel the shipment or deliver to another address.Got stupid reponse from cx care
representative that we will try to deliver it asap.He did not ever bother to read the email carefully. on 25th may got the message the order is out for delivery so immediately called the delivery person and told him to return the shipment as address is wrong and already ordered same shoes on right address but after sometime got message order can't be delivered as you requested open delivery and still getting those messages...the worst part is since 25th they attemped delivery more than 4 times despite of calling expressbees twice and asking them to send the order back and telling the same to the delivery boys as well ...really the worst customer service ever got...really frustrated now.

I have applied the product on 28th May 2021 and product is not received till now today is 6th June 2021.
Product was delivered on 3rd June 2021.
I have come a call on 3rd June 2021 He said that product will received on 3rd June but today is 6th June and no response from that side.
I have called many times but not picking over phone.
Service is very poor, very bad service.

I ordered 3shirt combo pack but i received 2 shirt .
These shirts are not the same that i ordered and these are already wreard and very ugly in looking
Please refund me
I want to return them
Please don't fraud with us

I have ordered a product from ajio on 23rd of may after just two days it reached vijayawada which is near to guntur, the product could have been delivered on the next day but they are not delivering, it is june 6th today. The purpose of the product has gone away, i have faced loss. I called xpressbees 3 times aana ajio 2 times but nothing has been done to resolve the issue..i want the order as soon as possible otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.

I have order my product on 15 may 2021 through first cry, every now and them i m receiving fake message ( customer is not present, customer want evening delivery etc ) i have rang up to xpressbees customer care number still product has not reached, it seems their careless attitude toward customer,

I have order my product on 15 may 2021, product is not yet deliver 5 jun2021, i m receiving fake reason for not delivery on time, its very disappointing,

One will never come across such an unprofessional, arrogant courier service. They work exactly opposite of their name. LAZYBEES is a name more opt for them. They will kill your live plants, they will take 30 days for a courier from hyderabad to himachal pradesh that was even before covid. So, if this is the last courier company left in the world - WALK.

My courier not delivered with tracking id [protected] even after 5 days of folloup with customer care.
Delivery boy saying I will not come to deliver at door step. He forcing for pick up. What a fraud company is this. Customer care team is only for giving 24 hour wait time but do nothing

Delivery date of my order from healthkart was 2/06/2020 but till 5/06/2020 it was not delivered. Then i got a message saying that "you have opted for late delivery thats why we are unable to deliver your order."
But i have not opted for any late delivery. Then i myself went to the xpressbees dispatch center. There i found that my order was their but it was opened. This type of service should be banned.

I did not receive any updates or any phone call from ur courier..but the status always shows that RTO..
but I didn't kept any Return.. without intimating me your courier service intimated Rto ...is this the way u deliver item to your customers..
