I ordered shoes from ajio but got wrong shipping address on the order.Shoes got shipped, sent an email to expressbees customer care to either cancel the shipment or deliver to another address.Got stupid reponse from cx care
representative that we will try to deliver it asap.He did not ever bother to read the email carefully. on 25th may got the message the order is out for delivery so immediately called the delivery person and told him to return the shipment as address is wrong and already ordered same shoes on right address but after sometime got message order can't be delivered as you requested open delivery and still getting those messages...the worst part is since 25th they attemped delivery more than 4 times despite of calling expressbees twice and asking them to send the order back and telling the same to the delivery boys as well ...really the worst customer service ever got...really frustrated now.

      I have applied the product on 28th May 2021 and product is not received till now today is 6th June 2021.
      Product was delivered on 3rd June 2021.
      I have come a call on 3rd June 2021 He said that product will received on 3rd June but today is 6th June and no response from that side.
      I have called many times but not picking over phone.
      Service is very poor, very bad service.

          I have ordered a product from ajio on 23rd of may after just two days it reached vijayawada which is near to guntur, the product could have been delivered on the next day but they are not delivering, it is june 6th today. The purpose of the product has gone away, i have faced loss. I called xpressbees 3 times aana ajio 2 times but nothing has been done to resolve the issue..i want the order as soon as possible otherwise I will proceed with legal methods for the inconvenience caused to me.

                One will never come across such an unprofessional, arrogant courier service. They work exactly opposite of their name. LAZYBEES is a name more opt for them. They will kill your live plants, they will take 30 days for a courier from hyderabad to himachal pradesh that was even before covid. So, if this is the last courier company left in the world - WALK.

                  My courier not delivered with tracking id [protected] even after 5 days of folloup with customer care.
                  Delivery boy saying I will not come to deliver at door step. He forcing for pick up. What a fraud company is this. Customer care team is only for giving 24 hour wait time but do nothing

                    Delivery date of my order from healthkart was 2/06/2020 but till 5/06/2020 it was not delivered. Then i got a message saying that "you have opted for late delivery thats why we are unable to deliver your order."
                    But i have not opted for any late delivery. Then i myself went to the xpressbees dispatch center. There i found that my order was their but it was opened. This type of service should be banned.

                        AWB number - 14326421193392

                        I have booked the courier on 28th from Mumbai to Jarkhand and the EDD was 1st June. it is a perishable product. however the delivery got delayed and EDD changed to 3rd June. i could see on the website that the parcel reached to Orissa. today is 5th June, parcel is not yet reached. by now my product would have gone damaged as it was perishable. the product cost was 1500rs. i need a refund of my amount.

                        also i have logged a complaint...

                          They have the most unprofessional staff /delivery boys.
                          The appointed delivery boys tell you they don’t have the parcel and it shows they reattempted but they never do. They lie and the status manupilation is next level that it will always be the customer’s fault.
                          It’s been more than 15 days, it’s not even returned to the seller forget delivering to the customer.
                          They will leave you disappointed.
                          Filing a proper complaint against the company.

                            After all this you guys mark the order return to origin..what the hole [censored] you are doing... customer are waiting for their package and you guys return that.

                            Worst experience with this delivery service.
                            Where as I have shared my address along with alternate mobile and address but your office is invisible your delivery boy never try to call customer and mark the status mobile incorrect...🙄

                                I am facing the same problem as the above. I was supposed to receive AWB#[protected] and AWB#[protected], but after checking the status, both are showing as RTO. I too didn't receive a single call. It just reached my city and then is being sent back to origin. Kindly deliver the orders since I've been waiting for a long time.
