    Helloooo xpressbess why dont you stop your service if you can't deliver items to customers why to waste time of others??
    Im really very disappointed with your service my 6 orders are cancelled by you at the last moment of my location and there is no notifications or mail or anything regarding this.. This is such a worst done by you people and there is no response from your side to mails and calls .. And ya for calls you people are so busy to attend them your customer service executives are just Buttifying the policy and they are giving fake assurances.. Stop this service kindly spare people for humanity 😤😤

        I bought a facewash from purplle. For sensitive and allergic issue I place a return request. Awb no[protected]. Morning time message "your return pickup today " and evening time message "not done for item missmatch" it's happened 1 week. but any courier boy don't call my number. I send a screenshot.

          I vikas Tanwar Today got a Message regarding Delivery of my product from your end but when Delivery boy called me to make devliery he said i cannot come to your address so i had to go myself for pick up as i reached there he asked that there will be message from ExpressBess as showed him he quickly tapped on feedback on( Happy) which was not fair at all.. I am not Happy with your Service at all same I will send to (Noise) too so that in future i dont face such kind of Situation.. i am giving your his Name and Cantact Number both Monu Singroha [protected]. I hope you will seriously heed on my Complaint.

              I've placed my order of khadi body care kit on 13 june but yet I haven't recived my order. Your Delivery agent only came on time and asked for delivery code which I unable to give it to him because I was at office. He told me, he'll come tomorrow but from that day i just recived nyka notification your delivery is unsuccessful. Can you please kindly take note of my query and will deliverd my order on time? Or else please cancel This order and refund Me

              When will you notify? Your website must be a big fraud. Your customer care executive is not even reciving the calls and giving false numbers of delivery boy. Please have some manners if you are connected with good website's you are also ruining their image

                This complaint is regarding something which I had purchase from online and it was delivered by your company on 12th of June the person came and delivered me and I paid him through Google p the transaction was completed that the reason why the the delivery guy give me my thing in the thing right but after 4 days the guy forcefully cause me again just to give him hard cash is like so Adam got the money the company didn't receive any money so henceforth we need the money in hard cash but in my bank transaction there was no debit of any money given by the company to me henceforth I want the customer care to either talk to me on a call or I am going to sue the company

                    Having dealt with many international and domestic courier companies and thier services, I must say your company and people are the most inefficient and perhaps illiterate people in kerela. They sent Sms stating customer not available without making an effort to deliver or make contact. I come to a conclusion that they are not educated to read address or location as the main problem. It is a pathetic service esp in COVID time as I never experienced it with other courier companies. You may be better off doing some other less challenging business in my openion.

                      As I booked the parcel from xpressbees worth ₹1500. As it was about to deliver on 14th june 2021. But still now I didn't received the product. As I didn't receive any calls from your delivery boy without received any call they updated as incomplete address.. This not the right way to deal with the customer. How could they do this to me without calling me they can't update. I need my product or it's ur delivery boy responsibile to return back my money.

                        This is with related with AWB no.[protected], [protected] and [protected] was returned June 4 and June 14. We are continously calling couriers boys they are delaying each day and now they stop picking phone and when i tried calling from another no. so they picked and told lie that we had already delivered it. Please rectify and deliver the returned parcels which was pending from long and why these guys are not picking call and rejecting it please clear that. Is that kind of service you guys are providing to your customers? I want my parcels to be delivered today any how as i already booked it from another courier company.

                                  On 26th April, 2021 the courier was picked up from Chandigarh by XPRESSBEES to be delivered at Surat. It has been 2 months and my courier hasn't been delivered. After putting up a complaint at Consumer Complaints on 28th May, 2021, they have delivered my courier to the wrong address.
                                  I contacted the receiver just to find out that he hasn't received the courier.
                                  He has been asking for POD (Proof of delivery) for more than a week now and the courier service isn't providing him any POD.
                                  I have even tried to contact XPRESSBEES Surat branch manager Mr. Deepak Pail several times. Either he doesn't picks up the phone or simply hangs up.

                                  Utter shame on this disgusting company. If my issue isn't resolved at the earliest, I will file a Compensation Case of the harassment, waste of time and the damage to the product (if any).
