XPRESSBEES: [protected]

On 26th April, 2021 the courier was picked up from Chandigarh by XPRESSBEES to be delivered at Surat. It has been 2 months and my courier hasn't been delivered. After putting up a complaint at Consumer Complaints on 28th May, 2021, they have delivered my courier to the wrong address.
I contacted the receiver just to find out that he hasn't received the courier.
He has been asking for POD (Proof of delivery) for more than a week now and the courier service isn't providing him any POD.
I have even tried to contact XPRESSBEES Surat branch manager Mr. Deepak Pail several times. Either he doesn't picks up the phone or simply hangs up.

Utter shame on this disgusting company. If my issue isn't resolved at the earliest, I will file a Compensation Case of the harassment, waste of time and the damage to the product (if any).

          I've many orders from firstcry in last three months. But xpressbees service is too worst, Extremely rubbish courier. It didn't deliver any of the product even I raised complaint so many times. In every order, delivery boy denied doorstep delivery. Too inefficient and non transparent service.             Dear Sir / Madam, ( Mail dated 12/06/2021)

            I have received one courier from Orion legal supplies vide AWB#:[protected] through Xpressbees, in which I was supposed to receive 5 (five) DSC tokens but when opened only received 1 (one) DSC token .

            Later when I checked the packet properly, I found that it was tempered from one corner and the cello tape from that region was missing. Even the delivery person did not hand me personally, rather he rang the doorbell and left the packet at the main door.

            I need my order anyhow because it's a very confidential token, and needs to be given to my client.

            Otherwise I will go for legal action and consumer forums

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            The packet was tempered. Even your delivery person did not handed me personally he rang the bell and left the parcel unattended.

            For loss of item and theft is from your end.

            So you need to consider the same and be responsible.

            The sender is telling loss and theft was from your end as he gave 5 items in a packet, but when received the parcel was tempered and item was missing.

            Even at time of pickup parcel weight was 200 gm but when received it was 40 gm, then how sender is responsible.

            It's from your end the mistake was conducted.

            I need a solution to my problem. Simply passing your fault to other is not a solution. Be responsible and make good the losses to me.

              I had ordered an item from Ms Healthmug which was given to Expressbes for delivery vide AWB[protected] . Today ( 12/06) at 2 PM I got a message from the guard of our housing society asking for permission to let courier from Expressbees for delivery which I gave . As no delivery was made I contacted the guard at 3 PM, who in turn contacted the delivery agent and was told that medicines are delivered in the evening . At 4 PM I got a message from Expressbees saying that as I had changed the delivery time the item could not be delivered . I contacted them on phone and was told that someone will get in touch with me in 30 minutes, this was at 4 PM. It is 7.45 PM and not only have I not got my delivery but neither has anyone contacted me . Why take permission for delivery if you are not delivering, and then lie that I had changed the delivery time !!!

                      I had sent shipment to a customer using xpressbees services.
                      Shipment AWB no: [protected]
                      This shipment has been marked as delivered on June 7th 2021, but the customer has not received the shipment till now. They also did not receive any call from xpressbees.

                      The signature shown in POD is also some random marking and not customer signature

                        The courier man knowingly didn't deliver my parcel and he was very rude to me, also on the detailed journey he written misinformation that customer wasn't reachable but I was waiting all for that delivery boy but he didn't show up and when I called him back he said I won't able to deliver the parcel cause he can't wait but I was on time and I saw no sign of him obviously he lied and now my medicine went back to warehouse now how I will get my parcel back also it was prepaid.

                            I get daily message that product is out for delivery during day time, and it has not yet been delivered. In night the message is being sent that I want late delivery. This is happening daily since 100+ hours

                            This is not a new thing with FirstCry & Xpressbees. They have unethical and careless attitude. No governance.

                            Order No. 1104800EVE55A1EF7 (AWB No.[protected].

                            Since 5th June 2021 you guys (FirstCry+Xpressbees) mentally torcherd me. Inspite of raising concern, you gave fake excuses. Your delivery partner never contacted and shown interest to deliver. Completely unethical service, behavior found with FirstCry and it's partner Xpressbees. Since 5th June 2021 to 12th June 2021 you can calculate the time and my attempted request to reaching you out before cancelling it. I am not interested in your (FirstCry+Xpressbees) false excuses.

                            Within that period I could have bought the product from AMAZON and got it delivered.
                            FirstCry feels happy by making refund of the product after making CutomerCry and doing mental torture.

                              Hello,
                              I have ordered (order no.[protected]_1) a combo pack of Kurtis (Order name-Stylish Crepe Women's Kurti Combo-78 XL) on 02/06/21. The order is delivered on 08/06/21. I received those kurtis, but these are not in my size.Now I want to return that product, but the authorized agent (Ms.Kuyasa Chakraborty, Cont. No.- [protected]) who has ordered the product is denying now to do return.She told me previously that the product is returnable in between 7 days, but now she is denying while the return period isn't over yet.

                                  My parcel should be delivered in 3 days and now it's already 7 days and not received my medicine. The remote area doesn't mean you take more than expected days and also don't give false hope to the customer.
