They are charging for undelivered product. They LL tell that customer is not accepting the order, but if I ask the customer they LL tell that none called them and she was waiting for the product. And returned my product after a month. I even lost my customers and even paid for undelivered product. I want refund

                      I have ordered some dresses from Ajio
                      Today morning the delivery boy called me to confirm the address and I have explained it very well.After some time he again called me just once but for some reason I could not received.He again called me and I received .I said hello and all of sudden he started scolding me in a loud voice by saying that" I am calling you why are you not receiving ".when I am replying him in a polite way he is misbehaving.Is this the correct way to talk with customers? Please teach your Courier agent how to deal with customers.

                                    I received a message from your company long back that the order is cancelled but today I again received a message saying that the parcel has been delivered. I have not received any parcel.
