Weight dispute

I have been sending our products through vamship site through them our products are sent from xpressbees courier service i want to file a case .i have sent a product weighing 300grams in the weight dispute they sent me saying that the product weught is 8.5kg
i dont even know how that is possible...

Delay in delivery and worst customer service

The items which were scheduled for delivery is still in transit. There is no proper update as well. When tried to contact them on phone we were simply put on hold for long and no response was received. Needless to say this is the worst courier service provider....

Giving false information and delaying delivery of my customer

I have booked an pickup from Dash101 and the pickup has been generated from Xpressbees courier and the courier boy didn't even delivered the product or not even gone to the customers address and false update has been made to the website that customer needed open delivery, I have tried to reach xpressbees customer care and they are telling within 24 hours it will be delivered from 27 February they are telling same things again and again kindly...

Perfume delivered in place of WD HDD

I ordered a WD harddisk from Amazon.in but was delivered a fog perfume from XPRESSBEES instead. The courier boy took 5000 cash on delivery from me. Now I am calling that person and he is not picking up.

Fraud by the seller ( wrong item sent)
