I have ordered shirts from ajio...But there is no status updation with tracking ids... while tracking it is showing as no data found.. already the delivery is delayed.

      My client had cancelled the parcel and it's marked RTO also and it's reached to destination also kindly deliver the parcel today itself and AWB number of both the parcel is [protected],[protected]. Deliver it today itself because of that my new order is on hold. They don't delivering the parcel as it's reached to the Destination city from last 2 days.

            I received unordered dress from xpressbees and my mother received the product paying 300rs. Why has this happened? They have my home address and my mobile number. I want my 300rs back and take the product.

              My order is 5 days delayed and your staff are chilling out no one is taking action no one call me everyone is giving me 24 hours of time again and again and I'm also unable to pick my order from your office because that is not the final destination my online classes missed from last 10 days and they guys are doing nothing but Chilling and now I'm also unable to call them please anyone tell me what to do

                      I am a frequent buyer of various e-commerce.this complaint is regarding my order on purple.on7th march 2021 placed some order on purple bt my payment failed that's why I have to cancel some of the order but purple facing some technical issues at that time, that's why they shipped some order mistakenly then I called to the purple helpline number and they said that they made mistake and I should not accept when the delivery attempt. on 11th march 2021 two of my order was out for delivery then I reject the delivery as per purple bt your bongaon office manager named Varun chaudhury forced me to take the delivery he used bad slang language and harassed me on my home Infront of my family members and neighbors he also said that he send some people to my house for punished me.
                      Dear sir I never expected such behaviour from a well known delivery company stuff that is such shameful behaviour

                                    My parcel from Ajio with AWB [protected] had reached my hometown on 7th March. Without any intimation the courier returned the package on 9th March citing that my address was out of delivery area. This is completely false as they had delivered parcels from the same order as recently as Saturday 6th of March. I would like my parcel delivered to me as soon as possible.

                                      It's been 7 days since the menifest generated and label created for shipment. But no-one come to pickup. Our regular courier partner is xpressbee but ever since the field executive has changed courier giving no response or not getting any calls for pickup. This have further got me in 20000 of loss due to the blocked invantory. So pathetic Service.

                                        We had 5 shipments to be delivered last week which is still not delivered. Tried contacting them through mail to which no reply was there. Tried calling their customer service center which also was in vain. Every time we enquired and their response was that the shipment will get delivered within 48 hours. The worst part is that we are not kept informed about the delay. Reason for delay is not communicated to us.

                                        Delivery of the first shipment was scheduled on 2nd March 2021 and the last (5th) one being 7th March 2021.
