I have ordered 2 products, 1 via amazon and other via Green Been both the orders were having xpressbees as their delivery partner, Package of amazon is being delayed by 1 week from then and green been package delayed by 3 days as if now . While enquiring with tracking id, its showing that it has been already reached the destination hub at the estimated time but dont know why they are not delivering to the address .Such a pathetic experiance with the courier services, no call backs provided, no response for the emails .I have ordered live plants from green been and if these people are delaying the order then how can it be done .Such an irresponsible behaviour from the courier services .For amazon package they even dont know what happened at the seller side .
