We had 5 shipments to be delivered last week which is still not delivered. Tried contacting them through mail to which no reply was there. Tried calling their customer service center which also was in vain. Every time we enquired and their response was that the shipment will get delivered within 48 hours. The worst part is that we are not kept informed about the delay. Reason for delay is not communicated to us.

Delivery of the first shipment was scheduled on 2nd March 2021 and the last (5th) one being 7th March 2021.

      I have ordered 2 products, 1 via amazon and other via Green Been both the orders were having xpressbees as their delivery partner, Package of amazon is being delayed by 1 week from then and green been package delayed by 3 days as if now . While enquiring with tracking id, its showing that it has been already reached the destination hub at the estimated time but dont know why they are not delivering to the address .Such a pathetic experiance with the courier services, no call backs provided, no response for the emails .I have ordered live plants from green been and if these people are delaying the order then how can it be done .Such an irresponsible behaviour from the courier services .For amazon package they even dont know what happened at the seller side .

        The items which were scheduled for delivery is still in transit. There is no proper update as well. When tried to contact them on phone we were simply put on hold for long and no response was received. Needless to say this is the worst courier service provider.

            This Xpress bees courier is a fraud courier they delivered a fake order parcel in my name as I ordered and delivered it to my old parents as I have ordered and collected 900 rupees the order they delivered does not have from address or invoice or gst no they are clearly involved in frauds and cheating activities as per gst law they can't deliver a cod order without gst invoice it's a preplanned gst tax evasion cum online fraud we are going to file complaint in gst authorities and going to file case on this courier .

                My shipment no[protected], indicated as delivered on 26th February 2021 around 09:50 on the Xpressbees tracking site. Has actually not been delivered to me.
                However, despite several calls to the representatives of the outlet in Gangtok (Sikkim) my query has still not been resolved and no information has been provided to me. And to add to that my call are no longer answered and have been rejected several times.

                        I have Provided full address and 2 mobile numbers. I have talked with them on phone. My courier is there from 7 days. they are not trying to deliver it and saying you dont accept our calls. I confirmed my number thrice and also asked for a screenshot of call history if you called me.

                        they dont come here and says to paytm that we denied to take parcel. they abuse us if we say that you are making excuses.

                        please do something. thanks.

                                        I have been sending our products through vamship site through them our products are sent from xpressbees courier service i want to file a case .i have sent a product weighing 300grams in the weight dispute they sent me saying that the product weught is 8.5kg
