Dear M/s Yamaha Motor,

This is inform you that i brought Yamaha R15-V3 in Feb 2019 (Chennai-TamilNadu) region for the first 6-7 months its fine, then i went to my native (by bike)it is 450km far from chennai due to COVID lock down once i faced some issue in my bike that was automatic off while we moving our vehicle, the after few days i went to Yamaha showroom in Madurai-TamilNadu and i explain my problem clearly to your service people and they take full day for service then they charged around 2800/- but not cleared then i went to that same service again after 10 days they told that that was issue in fuel injector we need to replace that injector like that they told and they need 1 day for fuel injector replacement. same thing i did for them, but after service the same issue occurs.
Then I went to chennai and I gave it to 2-3 service centers in chennai region but this automatic engine issue is not clear yet.
So please give advice for this case, Now no one is using this bike since 20 days it's in my native Ramanathapuram District (Tamil Nadu). So check with your team and sort out this issue as soon as possible

      This is to inform you that My Yamaha Fascino Special Edition(MP04ZB9203) met with an accident on October 19th 2022, That’s why I gave it to the Pehal Yamaha Showroom Kohefiza Bhopal for repair. On that day The Scooter was handover to Mr.Mateen. The Company had said that by November 5th 2022 it will be repaired and hand it over to me. On November 4th All the parts were delivered to the showroom, But the scooter was not handover to me till date. On November 9th 2022 Mr.Vijay(who call himself G.M. Ph.+[protected] didn’t even knew that any accidental scooter was there in his showroom. Mr.Mateen sits less in the workshop but more in the showroom then how can repair work be finished? And he don’t even listen to Mr.Vijay. On November 12th 2022 along with Mr. Brijesh Pandey(Regional Head Ph.+[protected] I talked to him and he committed that the scooter will be handover to me on 15th November 2022 and today is 20th November yet I haven’t received it till now.as per Mr.Vijay the delivery will take more seven to ten days. I spoke to him four days back and he said that the scooter has been repaired but due to some technical reasons it will take more time. I asked for the owner’s email id so I could tell this whole scenario but he was not telling me. Mr.Brijesh had also said to him to provide me the email id but still he didn’t gave it to me.

      This Shows the Third Class Management of a Third Class showroom. I want you to take necessary action against them.

        One day I rec a call from Tamanna yamaha regarding amc
        3 service and 1 washing
        I visited showroom and done it on aug 22 today I visit thr for washing. Meet with service executive and I suggest for washing she replied me that today no one is available for washing my question is how can it possible???
        In showroom service are 00000
        One another person says that u go in market and thr u can washing why????
        When I paid for service why I go out side
        Vey very bad service not to be mannered to talk with clients

          I brought a FZ-S Fi on 16th Nov 2019. I was enjoying the experience with the bike and has been driven around 5000KM.
          Suddenly my front brake has become very soft and it's effecting my braking efficiency.
          Service engineer is saying that ABS pump has to be replaced, which I don't get it.
          In case it's ABS pump issue and this has led to the break failure then I have a bigger concern on the reliability of the Yamaha motorcycle.
          3 yrs that's the durability of the most important component of a motorcycle?
          Looking forward for a response and solution as my bike is not rideable at the moment. I am really upset over the reliability of bike and my future with Yamaha motorcycles

            1.30 hours than he told me sign a paper but i refuse to sign his paper
            i told that you open my scooty than he refuse to work my problem after that
            i return back my house with walking my un repair scooty 1.5 km so kindly
            look into this matter for my harrasment

              Greetings!

              This is to inform you that I have registered a claim (claim reference no - [protected]) on 31st Oct '22 for a parts replacement for my scooter (Ray ZR 125 CC) via CS. I got the surveyor details via text SMS whose name was "Shekhar having contact number: [protected]. I had contacted him on the same day and was promised to check/inspect the vehicle at the aforementioned showroom for further procedure. However he never came and again suggested that I could meet "Rohit- [protected]" who is taking care of such things at the showroom itself. I visited the showroom 1st Nov '22 and was asked to pay Rs 400.00 for some file charges from him (That was not mandatory fee in anyways). Since i already registered the claim via CS and have all the details handy such as claim number & Surveyor details hence i shared the same for further process. Later on I was informed by him that it will get repaired by 9th Nov '22 max. However, it is still pending after many follow ups.

              In the entire process there were a lot of false commitments made by both of them due to which I faced never imagined consequences. Therefore, I am being forced to write a grievance so that things could be sorted ASAP and avoided in the future. Additionally, the scooter service is approaching me as per the deadlined mentioned on the coupon. Hence, I would request you to look into the same and take appropriate action to avoid them going forward.

              This is in reference to the email dated 13th Nov '22, would like to let you know that no progress has been done as on 18th Nov '22 (EOD) by the concerned dealer even after several follow-ups. Such a delay & incompetence would probably cost them a lot for sure. I will ensure this matter will be dragged into court so that such issues will be avoided/minimized by Shiva Motors.

              Therefore, you are also requested to keep following up with them and let me know the final status as i am no longer interested in taking the follow-ups. However, i will ensure the aforementioned thing from my end.

                I purchased a Yamaha fzx motorcycle from vijayagiri auto aluva, Kerala. After nine months it's battery started draining regularly. I approached a dealer near my place kodungallur pace motors where all services of vehicle had done. They sent the battery for replacement under warranty in tata battery. They replace that battery. After one week same complaint started. Please do needful

                      Last the show room workers take our scooter to service of battery issue...after one day they get back, they said the bike is ok there is no issues, i m not at house my parents take the bike and covered with cover, after a day i remove the cover and i saw the damaged vehichle with scratches..they said they dont do any thing ...we dont know, the company is not responding with us..this is not a good thing for us ...make a justice for me..

                        Please raise complaint for West Delhi Rider showroom Nazafgarh. Person name : Ajay Yadav and. Damodar in customer service is not supporting. Very worst ever experienced regarding services provided this time. My scooty yamaha fascino 125cc had some problems last to last week I went to showroom & they said need to keep ur scooty here we will inform you issues after check but still no proper solution provided. Very disappointed
                        Please do something else I will escalate the matter to higher authorities.

                          i have purchased fasccino from shellar yamaha kasarwadi pune.

                          my name isxatul pitroda.

                          this is to reiterate that i have done consumer complaint thru national consumer forum to avail no response from you.

                          I have been sold a scooter which was depreciated. the mfg date was of aug 2021 where as i have purchased the same in jul 2022. i was not given any hint or indormation regarding what i am being sold.

                          also very poor after sales service has been found where documenration where provided with wrong details of sales, insuarance with wrong details, insuarance provider was changed agianst promise.

                          i have discussed this with dealer and they maintained saying the will not be doing anything on this.

                          i have requested either to give 2022 manufactured scooter or provided depreciation @15% of the cost.

                          if this is not redressed withing 15 days, i will push my case through consumer court of india where I will have to bring along mental agony and legal charges together with depreciated value.

                              I bought Yamaha Fascino Hybrid Model in April 2022at pearl yamaha Gachibowli Hyderabad. I drove only 1500kms. I regularly use it for my office which is within 6km & to gym at evening 3kms. I use it regularly. I took to service center with help of road assistance they replaced with new battery but again after a week it stopped working on the middle of the road. We didn't expect this bitter experience with yamaha with in usage of 6 months. There is no proper response from the service center and not able to predict the issue they sold me defective piece. I have recorded video where I was not able to upload here.

                                Fascino stopped working with in 6 months

                                I bought Yamaha Fascino Hybrid Model in April 2022, it stopped working now. My total ODO is 1500 km only. I took to service center they replaced with new battery but again within a week it stopped working. I think they sold us defective piece....

                                I bought R15 V3 bike on 12/01/2021. I have been servicing my bike regularly in Adithya Yamaha Autos, 21/22, Trichy road, Singanallur, Coimbatore- 641005.

                                On 11/01/2022, I gave my bike to ‘Adithya Yamaha Autos’ for fork bend complaint and general service maintenance.I informed the mechanic to change the full fork assemble. But the mechanic informed me that there is a small bend in the outer fork and the inner tube of the fork is in perfect condition. So he suggested me to just remove the bend in the outer fork instead of replacing the entire fork assemble. I agreed to his suggestion.

                                After receiving my bike from the service centre, I still faced the same issues and reached them the next day. The manager checked my bike informed me that the left side handlebar is damaged and it needs to be replaced. So I left the service centre as there is no damage in the fork. But on next service the mechanic informed me that the right side handlebar is damaged and left is in perfect condition. I just did my general service maintenance.

                                On 18/10/2022, I went to ‘Adithya Yamaha Autos’ for replacing ‘Fork oil seal’. I received a call from the service centre on the same day stating that the outer fork is damaged and needs to be replaced. I informed them that the service centre has already did the fork bend removal. The person on the call informed me that he’ll call me after checking the service bill history. I got a call again and this time the service centre informed me that the inner tube of the fork is damaged. I didn’t get proper response from the service centre on call. So I informed them that I’ll come to the service centre.

                                On 20/10/2021, I visited the service centre. The mechanic (Mr. Nithyanandham) informed me the same stating that the outer fork is not damaged but the inner tube is damaged. I asked his that how’ll the inner tube get damaged which was in perfect condition. He said that the fork bent removal (done on 11/01/2022) cannot be done on 100%, it can be done only on 80%. So there’ll be 20% damage still left in the fork and that caused the inner tube damage. So I asked his that why did he not inform me on 11/01/2022. If he could have inform me on 11/01/2022, I would changed the entire fork assemble instead of just removing the bent in the fork. For that he accepted that it is the service centre’s mistake for not informing me. So I asked for a compensation from the service centre’s side.

                                Mr.Nithyanandham said that he’ll discuss with the service centre’s manager Mr.Shafeeq.
                                Mr. Shafeeq informed me that no compensation can be given as I went hit the bike after getting my bike from the service centre on 11/01/2022. Lots of arguments went on as Mr.Shafeeq gave me irrelevant answers to my questions. Another mechanic (Mr. Anand) who doesn’t even know the problem came and started arguing irrelevantly which was very rude. I didn’t get proper reply from the manager Mr. Shafeeq. So I decided to leave the service centre.

                                I was waiting outside the service centre with my friend where Mr. Anand came. I want the higher authorities to check the CCTV footage and take recommended actions for rude and aggressive behaviour towards me and my friend done outside the service centre.
                                I didn’t even expect such a behaviour towards customers from Yamaha. I’m very much disappointed.

                                I definitely need a compensation from Yamaha for the mistake done by ‘Adithya Yamaha Autos’ on my bike’s fork issue. I would have simply changed the entire fork assembly on 11/01/2022. The service centre suggested me to just remove the fork bent and now the same service centre is informing me that the fork bent removal caused the damage for fork’s inner tube.

                                  About five months ago, I had a battery problem for the first time. My authorized service centre recharged my battery and returned it to me after I called. My battery began to drain once more after a month. I jump-started my bike before visiting the authorized Yamaha Udupi service. They charged my battery once again and assured me that they would replace it if the issue arose again, but after 15 to 20 days, I experienced the same issue. This time, they explained that the problem was with Bluetooth. After they turned off my Bluetooth and charged my battery, it started to drain once after 20 days. I went back to the showroom after that. I was informed that your battery would be sent to Yamaha to be replaced with a new one.
                                  For the time being, we will give you a temporary battery. After 10 to 15 days, my temporary battery ran out of power. Now that even the temporary battery has been emptied, I assume the problem is not with the battery. The staff at the service center is unable to identify the precise problem and is also unable to reply. My bike has a manufacturing flaw, thus I need a new one. If not, I'm going to take this to consumer court.

                                  The temporary battery drained out day. I phoned the service center and requested that they come to my house to address the problem with my bike. I waited all day and they have still not arrived. I have called several times, but have received no response.

                                  @Yamaha Motor India Customer Care We have been waiting for an answer for a week now, but none has come.

                                  I returned to the service today to pick up my vehicle after they promised me that the battery had been fixed.
                                  They are not adequately delivering service since within 10 minutes my charge was depleted once more and I was in the middle of the road. If action is not taken within a week, I will be dragged to consumer court.

                                    They was not ready to fix the problem of my bike. They are not solving and they show a very worst behavior in front of the costumer I was not refer u “THE YAMAHA” such a bad behavior. And. Bad in customer reception

                                      They dont give the booking refund

                                      Sir I want to my offline booking cancelled and I want my 5 thousand rupees refund
                                      And they said to me they cannot give me refund because is company policy but it’s not true I want my refund please Sir
                                      They said to me they don’t give the refund of booking cancellation the option to me choosing another bike or scooter from Yamaha National Motor but I don’t want the bike I need my refund...
