The worst servicing provided by yamaha showroom

After 2nd servicing there is problem i have found in my yamaha fascino scooty . I have told that problem to the yamaha showroom but they didn't work on that issue, they give me the dates . I was reach them so many time but still they are not helping me...i have found the problem of my scooty on AUGUST till now that problem has not resolve

(Meter has not start ... there is lot of vibration in scooty when i drive... )...

Warranty of caliper

I bought my bike fz fi on 6/5/2022 and after 2nd service i noticed that rear wheel is jam due to friction of rotor and discpad so run in to N j automobile udhana surat gujarat workshop they told me they have to open calipar and clean it and it will be chargeable since brakes are not covered in warranty how is this possible that under 5 months issue occurred in brake and it is not covered in warranty..still i paid 350 for brake calipar over...

Hi, Myself Gowtham I have bought New Yamaha FZ X from SUN MOTORS CHENNAI @ Mogappair branch. Where I took the vehicle post registration on 21st Sep'22 till now i have not received my Warranty card and Manual book etc., Post registration still have not received my number plate. Once i reach out with dealer no proper response from there end sales person was very rude on his words.

Almost 13days have crossed but no update and...

Im Akash From coimbatore. I serviced my vehicle RayZR In Sulur Authorized Yamaha Showroom. They were billed front fork oil and labour charges and I paid. But wheel even doesn't remove in service station. Dust also not cleaned. Even front tyre air pressure doesn't checked. And l pay as service charge 2495 rupees in UPI Payment method....

Suspension issue.

I purchase Yamaha aerox 155 jan22. From the starting from I facing the front and back suspension is not working. I suffer from heavy back pain and shoulder pain. Worst servicing experience in Yamaha

Hi Team,

I visited your service center (Vasudha automobiles #39-182, vayupuri, near sainikpuri x roads secundrabad-500094) on 24th August 2022 for an insurance claim . I submitted all the docs and left my bike at the service station. till now (24th sep 2022) the service was not done and the only reason they were telling is they didn't have one part for which they ordered. they were telling the same thing from last 4 weeks....

I purchased a Yamaha FZ25 motorcycle on 30th Dec 2021 from Bangalore wheels, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The vehicle was running smoothly until a problem with the battery occurred in end-August.
The bike did not start only. When the bike was taken to the Yamaha Showroom Hubli branch, they claimed that the battery was manufactured in 2018 and its warranty expired in 2020 only, 1 year before my purchase of the vehicle. They are saying Exide...

Aerox Vibrating Issue not Resolved after 3 attempts

I own Yamaha Aerox which i bought from Yamaha Motoworld - Bommanahalli, getting the vehicle itself from this dealer was a huge pain, with a lot of false promises.

Recently I bought R15 version 4,I got Radiator problem and Experiencing engine heating issues.

At first the radiator fan worked well but later it's gone.I am not the only person to got this problem.Almost in every version 4 and R15M variants are having this problem.we are spending more than 2 lakh on this bike as because yamaha is a brand and yamaha engines are reliable.Seems like the brand value of yamaha is going to be low.

HSRP initiation on reregistration

I am an owner of an FZS v3 BS6 2020 model, originally registered at TS-13 (Hyderabad, Telangana). I applied for re-registration at KA-01 (Bangalore Central RTO) and obtained a new registration number. As directed by the RTO, I contacted Yamaha dealers to help with HSRP registration, but I could not yet find a dealer to help me.
