YAMAHA Motor India,

Dear Sir/Madame

1. Service not done properly
2. Bike washing is terrible
3. Front break shoe is changed for 3327 kms.
4. Very poor customer support
5. I want my bike to be re-serviced

On September 28th, at 8.30a.m., I dropped off my bike for SECOND FREE SERVICE [3327KMS]. Around 11.30a.m., I received a call that the brake shoe needed to be replaced, and around 12.30 a.m., I received a call saying my bike was ready for delivery. I arrived to the Bangalore Wheels YAMAHA service station at 2.15pm, located at # 1030, 4th Block, DRK Road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore 560010. I went ahead and paid Rs. 1, 902/- and marked the remark GOOD. But when I arrived to pick up my bike, I saw that they had not cleaned it, only sprayed and wiped it using oil.

I questioned the person in charge, and he took the bike, sprayed it with oily water, dried it with a blow dryer, and brought it back. However, when I discovered that there was still some dirt in the vehicle, I asked them to wash the bike again because he hadn't properly washed it; instead, he had simply sprayed water on a specific area before returning. I told him, "You haven't washed my bike; contact your manager; I need to discuss." When the manager arrived, he said just that, "Sir, it's washed, only this much can be done, "

I instructed him to touch the bike and feel for filth. When he did, the manager directed him to wash it and deliver it. The third time, he grabbed the bike and just washed that portion.
I questioned them as to why, despite three washings, dirt was still present here and there. They replied and displayed additional vehicles that had also been well cleaned; the only difference was that we couldn't get inside without risking injury. Finally, I took the bike and made a complaint on my job card.

My issue is that for such a well-known international brand, the service is atrocious.
A small number of employees don't work as honestly as they should; they are only there for the money.

They debated with me for thirty minutes.

I'm quite angry with the service not being completed correctly and the trickery in the spares.

I only ride my bike at 40 to 60 kmph, so how come the break shoe would last 3327 kilometres, when I changed the break shoe on my previous bike after roughly 27000 kilometres?

I am extremely disappointed with cheating done in my second “FREE SERVICE”.
I wouldn’t hesitate reaching out to the consumer court, if immediate action isn’t taken.

        Suspension issue.

        I purchase Yamaha aerox 155 jan22. From the starting from I facing the front and back suspension is not working. I suffer from heavy back pain and shoulder pain.         Most respectfully, I, Akash Bar, S/O-Bhim Charan Bar, At + P.O-Balighai, P.S-Egra, Dist-Purba Medinipur, West Bengal, Pin-721422 would like to draw your kind attention that with a great expectation like some other successful purchaser of Yamaha R15 Byke, I went to the ADI MOTORS, authorized sub dealer of Yamaha India Pvt. Ltd., At- Madhakali, Dist-Purba Medinipur to purchase the Byke. But the owner of the Adi Motors tell me that no such stock of selected byke at that time at his show room. He requested to me to give him some money in advance for booking the said Byke. He assure me that after available he inform me to finally purchase that motor byke.

        As per his assurance firstly on the dated 28.04.2022 I give him an amount of Rs. 10, 000/-, on 09.05.2022 Rs. 50, 000/- and lastly on 31.05.2022 Rs. 40, 000/- totaling to Rs. 1, 00, 000/- all the vouchers I have.

        After awaiting some days I contact with him the latest news of the said byke and aksing him when I can get my new byke. At that time the owner namely Braja Gopal Shaw replied me that if any emergency he arrange the byke from another nearest show room namely Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles and finally on 01.07.2022 he purchase R15 V4.0 in my name from Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles.

        Actually the fact is that I paid him Rs. 100000/- in advance before purchase the byke and on 01.07.2022 at the time of purchase I give him Rs. 50000.00 as cach and by transfer through phone pay Rs. 60000/- to his account.

        But surprisingly, I became astonished when the dealer Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles give me the money receipt. I noticed on the said receipt that an amount of Rs. 85724/- paid against the said motor byke and the card purchase in my name through Finance. At that time I ask to the owner of Adi Motors as I paid in full Rs. 2, 10, 000/- so why he purchase the byke through finance.

        Mr. Braja Gopal Shaw, owner of the Adi Motors, sadly inform me that as per his own purpose he expenses the money and he assure me that the rest amount of the byke i.e Rs. 125000/- he pay to the owner or directly to Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles within three days.

        Further for your kind information that as a security or guarantee of the said payment he give me his Byke (Model-Enfield, No- WB32AH2566) on 01.07.2022 beside the Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles. After a few days on 07.07.2022 the OC Bhupatinagar Police Station contact with me and inform me that Braja Gopal Shaw lodged a GD on 06.07.2022 at his police station in respect of the said fact and the OC give me a copy of the said GD. After receiving the GD I noticed that Mr. Braja Gopal Shaw committed and mentioned on his application that he pay the amount of Rs. 125000/- within 15 days from the date of application. But till the date he from the date 06.07.2022 he did not contact with me and not to paid the amount neither me nor the Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles. It is noted here that his car now fully safe to me. I don't understand that what to do with that car now.
        But regretfully inform to you that meanwhile the installment kist already started in my name and I have already paid the 1st installment kist of Rs. 5607.00 to Bhagwanpur Yamaha Automobiles. I understand that I became cheated by him and a question arise that as a cheated person how can get the sub dealership from the World No 1 byke company.

        So, I request to you kindly take necessary steps from your end to stop such type of fraudulent activities, save the high profiles of Yamaha Motors and a request to take necessary action against the dealer take a disciplinary action so that no one can showing any interest to such type of fraudulent activities with some one in future and I can get back my rest amount i.e Rs. 125000/- and so that the problem is solve from your end.

            Hi Team,

            I visited your service center (Vasudha automobiles #39-182, vayupuri, near sainikpuri x roads secundrabad-500094) on 24th August 2022 for an insurance claim . I submitted all the docs and left my bike at the service station. till now (24th sep 2022) the service was not done and the only reason they were telling is they didn't have one part for which they ordered. they were telling the same thing from last 4 weeks. I am not able to understand how much it will take. I am facing lot trouble without having my bike for more than a month. I already registered a complaint by calling their customer care number (complaint number is IC-53228) which is also not resolved till now. I am attaching the details of parts which were damaged here

              I purchased a Yamaha FZ25 motorcycle on 30th Dec 2021 from Bangalore wheels, Rajajinagar, Bangalore. The vehicle was running smoothly until a problem with the battery occurred in end-August.
              The bike did not start only. When the bike was taken to the Yamaha Showroom Hubli branch, they claimed that the battery was manufactured in 2018 and its warranty expired in 2020 only, 1 year before my purchase of the vehicle. They are saying Exide batteries are not claiming my warranty.
              They are delaying the process and my bike is in the showroom for over 10 days. they are claiming a lot of time, even though new batteries are available at the showroom.
              I have all valid documents to prove the same.
              Please help me with the same.

                I own Yamaha Aerox which i bought from Yamaha Motoworld - Bommanahalli, getting the vehicle itself from this dealer was a huge pain, with a lot of false promises.

                After getting the vehicle and post 2nd free service, vehicle started vibrating. When got it checked by the mechanic, he mentioned it will go away in sometime. 3rd service the issue just became much bigger. 3rd service they assured to fix it and changed rollers in clutch and what not charging a lot for so called "free service".

                now again the issue has come up and these guys from Yamaha Motoworld - Bomannahalli are just making me run around, asking me to come tomorrow for 2 consecutive days. Called Yamaha customer care and they apparently cant even give me a complaint number.

                  I am an owner of an FZS v3 BS6 2020 model, originally registered at TS-13 (Hyderabad, Telangana). I applied for re-registration at KA-01 (Bangalore Central RTO) and obtained a new registration number. As directed by the RTO, I contacted Yamaha dealers to help with HSRP registration, but I could not yet find a dealer to help me.

                  For reference,

                  I visited Moto World Yamaha Showroom ( at H-7, Hosur Rd, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068) where they could not start the process.

                  I contacted the bike purchase showroom in Hyderabad (Pearl Yamaha Gachibowli, opp. : Radisson, Gachibowli, Hyderabad, Telangana 500032) too who could not help with this case.

                  I have contacted Yamaha India customer care and they haven't provided any solution in the last 17 days, even after promising a resolution in 2 days every time I call. There have been 4 follow-ups from my side.

                  I dropped emails too at [protected]@yamaha-motor-india.co, with my concerns but no reply except the automated emails.

                  Where and how can I get HSRP initiated to complete my bike registration and get my RC?

                  Did you even read the complaint registered? I have already emailed my concerns, and questions, and called up customer care multiple times before raising a complaint here. Yet, it isn't resolved.
                  This is so unprofessional! I can't get a textbook reply or suggestion on the laws set by the govt, to be followed by Yamaha, or any guidance on the steps to be followed.

                      I have a yamaha fzs V3 bs 6 . I purchased from roshan yamaha jaipur on 6 July 2021 since March 2022 after fifth free service on 8400 km engine noise sound come i visited roshan yamaha but they ignored me after one month they accept sound and change cylinder piston kit .they take over one month time to change this piston kit .but sound was as it is .they gave me bike and told me it's ok ride . I visited akar yamaha jaipur for same problem they change my cam shaft and rocker but problem not resolved . Again I visited shree ganesham yamaha Bharatpur Rajasthan at this place yamaha engineer suggest mechanic to replace engine head they orders after one month on 21 August it's change but engine sound is still coming and increasing day by day . My bike engine opened 4 times but no resolution
                      . I will never recommend to anyone for yamaha bike and it's services . I am mentally and physically disturbed totally . Also my money and time is wasted. please do something needful. Since last month I am visiting yamaha workshop . Shame on yamaha .yamaha engineers also want to close the complaint .

                        Complaint against Yamaha dealership - Shelar Yamaha, Pune, Maharashtra.

                        Got delivery of Yamaha Aerox 155 scooter in July 2022 with all documents.

                        Got letter from the bank in August that the insurance on the vehicle is terminated because the dealership failed to make the payment. Contacted the dealer, they were clueless. Multiple calls, messages and emails sent yet no solution.

                        Its been 3 weeks my vehicle is not insured, they said they forgot to make the payment and will take another week.

                        Calls not answered, mails not replied from the company or the dealership.
                        No accountability or assistance provided by anyone.

                        Worst part is the dealership head never answers the call, disconnects and replies "plz msg"

                        I have already sent the email with all the details, yet your auto reply email asked me to call you. I did you call you and your support executive asked me to contact the dealer.
                        Its been over a month now and no resolution yet.

                        Called customer support multiple times, this is the ticket created - REQ-14578
                        Closed without any confirmation or resolution.
                        When called back on your customer care- got the same response - wait for another 2 working days.

                          I bought a Yamaha fz sfi model 5 days ago from Showroom x which is 200km far from my hometown. While receiving the bike i tried to connect the Bluetooth but that was not working, then the service man said may be due to software update issue and it will work after 2 days.

                          So i came back to my hometown and tried after few days and it is still not working. So i went to nearer showroom to resolve the issue.

                          Now the new show room service persons are telling we will not resolve the issue, go and check with the showroom from where you bought.

                          I am really disheartened to hear this and they are not even replacing the device as i have warranty for the New Bike.

                            A month ago, I purchased a Yamaha Fascino. The car won't start this morning, September 15, all of a sudden. I went to a nearby Yamaha showroom and requested something, but they weren't very responsive. Worst conduct in the showroom

                              Battery issue with Yamaha FZ-X

                              Hi Team,

                              This is Rehman from Tadepalligudem, Andhra Pradesh.

                              I have bought Yamaha FZ-X in August 2021 and suddenly the battery stopped working from April 2022.

                              On going to the service center and replacing the battery, it worked for a day, and then the problem started again.

                              Due to the issue, I was unable to travel on my own and faced severe difficulties while traveling to work.br...
