I am forced to write this for your kind information that Please provide me complaint number as well as mailing address because your service center people making fool of your customers and degrading yamaha's brand name. I have submitted my av receiver twice but both time they said moisture is reason. Second time it was so far from my ac still I agree on that point. But when they said that it's not producing sound, I was totally shocked coz I submitted av receiver not for that reason. My only issue was quality of sound, rest was fine. How it's possible that a working avr lost its sound in service center due to rusting on crystal followed by moisture issue and charged me 12 thousands for repairing. This service center is located in gurgaon named M S SERVICES. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

    Today I was give my bike to Whitefield Yamaha showroom Bangalore.
    Without checking they they changed the battery. They said battery issue.after chage new battery also bike was not started.again they said one complaint.
    Then they changed battery without bike checking before.and i asked same thing about they done fight with me.
    I am regular customer to Yamaha.
    I will expect form Yamaha form this type of behaviour.

    Today i decided to tell my friends, colleagues and my family members don't by Yamaha bike the staff is not good behaviour they badly behaviour with you.

    Please respond and take action and resolve my issue as much as soon possible.

    Otherwise i will go for legally as consumer court.

      I'm Rahul Chand, Mobile No. [protected], I'm the existing customer of Yamaha.I have purchased a Scooter Facsino, it had been above 1 Years from now. it had always a problem it's engine vibrated. I did my Scooter services many times but not resolve the vibrationg problem. I think the agency give me defective scooter, I pay many times on it Clutch plate system. it's very painfull we purchased new scooter but at the time of driving it's give feeling like we are driving very old scooter while we have paid full amount. what can i do now could you replace my scooter. You always claimed that your technology, your design are the best but i don't thinhk so. it was very bad experience with the yamaha i will never suggest to anyone to purchase yamaha scooter.Services of Yamaha is not good, technician at yamaha service centre never got training from Yamaha, They all are Unskilled doing work without knowledge.

        Hi team,
        I am JESURAJA D from TUTICORIN . I have purchased
        Yamaha FZ V3 in 2020. For last three months I am facing brake failure issue . When i checked with my dealer, they said ABS motor failed . While asking them the root cause, they said it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue Since most of the users of fz V3 facing this issue - can it be ignored ? Also they are saying it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect why i need to pay it for replacement? Brake failure is a serious issue and it occurred randomly which is a threat for consumers. Please look into this and replace my ABS motor ASAP for free since it was not our fault.

          With reference to the above I regret to inform you that I have not received any proper response and solution from your goodself to solve my grievance though several complaints have been lodged. I have purchased brand new LCX 125 model Blue Colour FASINO model year 2020 on 27.2.2020 in my wife’s name RAJAB NISHA nearly Rs.1, 00, 000/- on ready cash from yourself Hameedha Autos, Authorised Dealer YAMAHA, No.1499/1A, 1B, Near Parvathi Theatre Joint Bye Pass Road, Tirunelveli Town – 627 006, Tamil Nadu. (Fascino Reg. No. TN72BQ/6786)
          Regular and periodical service has been done by yourself (above dealer) in time. Now the above Fasino was kept in your show room since 28.2.2023 to 18.3.2023 due to heavy sound raised in the Engine. Last time Service has also been made by yourself on 18.2.2023 and paid Rs.1400/-. The Service Engineers and Managers of your show room informed that the rear alloy wheel and the Crank Shaft has been damaged so sound raised etc. It will be replaced and estimate cost about 15, 000/- will be paid etc. including labour charges. After separation of the Engine the amount may be increased etc. I terribly shocked to hear this. The Fascino running Kms is just 16, 000 only. I informed them and the GM that the Crank Shaft is the main one in the two wheeler and rear alloy wheel will not surely be damaged within 16, 000 Kms etc. The GM informed that he did not know about this and told me to contact Yamaha Customer Care No and Email ID. G.M told that the defect is Yamaha Company. I felt with mental stress.

          I have already visited the same authorised showroom many times to solve the issue and contacted the GM. My wife also have visited the authorized show room many times. You are not in a position to hear and safisfy the customer’s demand. You simply told irresponsible reply that you will contact Yamaha Company and inform the defect etc. I am not satisfied with your response and disturbed with stress and mental agony by your irresponsible response.
          I am fully and totally upset mentally as well as physically with mental agony and stress.
          I demand for replacement of my two wheeler or refund of the paid money as soon as possible. You have not accepted and told me to do anything which you are ready to face. The damages are made only by your childhood and inexperienced service side engineers and mechanics. No knowledgeable and experienced service workers are not working in your show room since 2017 when the show room opened. It means no permanent workers. The childish workers are learning two wheeler mechanism from customers two wheelers which are coming to your show room for service like me. The workers under your service side are shifting and moving minimum 2 to maximum 6 months to another company. It proved that the workers neither covered under EPF Act nor covered under Professional Tax. Then only your workers wrongly guided me and replaced the rear alloy wheel and crank shaft around 16000 kms etc. My wife have paid for the above replacement charges Rs.14000/- including labour charges Rs.2300/- and taken the two wheeler from your show room on 18.3.2023, while taking delivery of the two wheeler, I again and again requested the GM in person that the above fault is completely in your side and Kindly do the needful sir etc. But the GM told me to contact Yamaha Company Customer Care etc. It is Yamaha Company Fault etc. The GM not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. The GM told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc.

          I never did not expect such an irresponsible answer from the
          GM like you in this situation. I am suffered and suffering a lot with mental agony and stress for the past 16 days. You should inform the above defects to Yamaha Company and find a solution to my grievance. You have totally failed to do so.

          My complaint is CRANK SHAFT and REAR ALLOY WHEEL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEVER DAMAGED within 16000 kms ONLY IF IT IS Show Room FAULT. How can it be possible regarding the crank shaft and rear alloy wheel damaged within 16000 kms. It is duplicate parts which are sold by you. You should enquire and report it to Yamaha Company. The damages will never be taken place in any Company two wheeler in any where around 16000 Kms. You should report all these things to the Yamaha Company Executives, Service Managers and Representatives. You are negligent and not informed these things to your Yamaha Company. You have failed to satisfy the customers grievance. All are shocked to hear about the nuisance and nonsense taken place in my two wheeler which is purchased in your show room.

          I have already many times visited and contacted the GM in person and explained my grievance. The GM simply and derelictionly told that he did not know about anything. It is Yamaha Company Fault.

          I already informed to the GM in person many times that the above fault is completely in your side. You have not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. You told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc. I did not expect such an irresponsible answer in this situation. I am suffered and suffering a lot with mental agony and stress. I again and again reiterate that You should inform the above defects to Yamaha Company and find a solution to my grievance. You have totally failed to do so.

          You (Hameedha Autos, Tirunelveli) are not only cheating the customers with improper inexperienced and temporary labourers and mechanical workers who are working in your show room but also cheating the Government without remitting Employees Provident Fund under Labours Act as well as the Corporation without remitting the Professional Tax and running the Show room without these things for the past 6 years since 2017 onwards. No proper response though several complaints have been lodged in this regard. HAMEEDHA AUTOS, (Yamaha Show Room) are cheating the YAMAHA COMPANY ALSO. The Show room did not deduct EPF from employees salary and did not remit Employers contribution also.

          If however the issue is not satisfactorily resolved from you within a couple of days I will consider taking further action against you for which a consumer complaint will be filed with the appropriate consumer agencies through Consumer court. You will be held responsible for the consequences thereof whatsoever.

          The above Show room did not deduct EPF from employees salary and did not remit Employers contribution also. It revealed that the Yamaha Show Room that is Hameedha Autos, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu have violated the rules and regulations which is mentioned in the terms of conditions of the Yamaha Company two wheeler Dealership Agreement Deed. So customers like me are suffered and suffering continuously. Kindly take immediate and favourable action sir.

            I went to pinacle service center Karanthur, calicut yesterday for servicing and gave my bike and one of the staff there told me that I will get it that on next day. I followed it and gave the bike there and came back. . next day they didn't call for the parts. They told me one more day they need to fix that parts for my bike...
            They are saying that they can't wash the bike because polished this bike before came to service center.When I went to pick up the bike.they didn't Wash my bike.. What kind of people is this i don't know, that staff was very careless of customer, like this staff is there no one can came to buy vehicle, When I asked for the bike censored paper, they didn't know that no one should take the bike here anymore, it's better to go somewhere else...

            They don't know how to deal with a customer and the staff there are careless... I have never seen a showroom like this. Worst Experience ever i had 👎👎👎👎👎

              I have a well maintained (always at service center) Yamaha R15 V2 bike with just 7000 kms. Recently bike suddenly stopped working and I understood now that the fuel pump assembly has to be replaced and would take 14000 rs to replace. Its a very sorry state that one part costs so much that too with a turnaround time of 15-20 days. The bike value would be around 50K with depreciation and this huge service cost is detrimental to owning Yamaha bikes.
              Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
              Even called customer support and they are not able to help and also denied logging a ticket for tracking.

              A new bike costs 1.5 lacs and a plastic part costs 10% i.e 14K. This is definitely malpractice and high handedness by Yamaha.

                Addressing a complaint about warranty claim due to service center system entry date wrongly done by yamaha service...

                Hi team,
                I have purchased Yamaha MT 15 V2 on 11 December 2022. My bike completed around 3029 kms. Recently I found that my front shock absorber/ fork leaking, I complained to yamaha dealer in pimpale gurav Pune. They are not ready to replace it even if it is under warranty and making excuses of changing only Oil seal and I have to bear that cost about 3500 Rs(Because oil seal doesn't come under warranty as per their claim).So whenever in next month if it leaks then again they will change oil seal, also i have to bear that charges. My question is why they are not changing shock absorber which is under warranty.If shocker is having dent or high roughness or anything which again cut oil seal then i have to pay charges again and again even if this is under warranty.Why quality is low and customer handling is bad. Also they are asking for more cost that actual with labour charges including ( my bike come under free servicing) .Kindly help me to solve my problem ([protected]).

                  I am writing to file a complaint regarding the Yamaha Scooty that I purchased from J.M. Motors Pvt. Ltd. B-146, sec-10, Noida, dist- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Noida, Uttar Pradesh-201301 [protected] [protected], Unfortunately, I have been experiencing a vibration issue with the scooter since the day I bought it.

                  Despite making repeated visits to the service center, the problem has not been resolved. On the contrary, after the most recent visit, the issue seems to have worsened. The entire handle, including the mid-portion, vibrates to the point my hands feel numb also it seems that scooty is being dragged by someone from behind whenever i accelerate, making it difficult to ride the scooter also the person who evaluates issues seems to be EXTRA knowledgeable yet the issue is still there also only AFTER 1400km engine head was opened to fix piston which should not have happened as i only drive to my office not use it long travels also milage has dropped significantly to mere 23kmpl from 50kmpl.

                  I am deeply disappointed with the quality of service provided by J.M. Motors Pvt. Ltd. and the lack of attention given to resolving this problem. As a customer, I have spent a significant amount of money on this purchase and expect to receive a product that is in good condition.

                  I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify the issue and provide a solution that is satisfactory. I am open to any suggestions and would appreciate your prompt response. or else i seek serious legal action against the seller

                    I gave my bike service to the Yamaha service center which is located in bommanahalli banglore (motoworld) I had told them to change the chain sprocket kid which it will be approx 1800 included with labour charges but they do informed me around 2600 and informed to do some other services like oil change oil filter change and break pads license light and other things which we usually happens the service incharge gave me a estimation of rs 5500 and next when a went to receive the bike the pricing for the total service is exactly 5481.. but he haven't done anything except a oil change and chain sprocket kid change with water wash which will be around 3000... He didn't done anything other than this and he charged around 2500 for chain sprocket without labour and 590 for paid service, consumable charges 224, other charges 306 and chain sprocket replacement charges 513 and some cleaning charges 365 and lastly the oil charges 530 INR

                    Where I got a total of around 5481
                    I questioned the service incharge he is not listening and asked us to pay...
                    These things are happening to everyone in India... Yamaha is becoming a worst ever service provider please do find out and take action for the proper service and authorised pricing..

                      Hi team,

                      Myself Jyothirgosh, I own Yamaha FZ on 11 May 2023 from (shop name and place) and ridden for around 10000km.

                      Now it have been 10 months, but battery got damaged and it need to be replaced. So I had contact the service center on 30th March 2023.

                      The battery has one year warranty but it is so strange that how this is happened to a new bike within 10 months of purchase from a reputed company.

                      From service centre I came to know that, when I replace the inbuilt battery, the new one has no warranty. So if it again happened, i need to replace it own my cost, which is around Rs.1500.

                      Also one thing that I noticed is normally the inbuilt battery is from Amaron or Exide, but here it is Tata's battery.

                      Totally disappointing experience from Yamaha.

                      I need to exchange a new battery with 1 year warranty.
                      Hereby Iam enclosed all the records concerning this.

                      It is 5th day that I need to book a taxi to my work place and back to home. So kindly resolve this as soon as possible.

                      I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 5th April 2023 before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance.Else Iam force to file a complaint regarding this in consumer court.

                        With reference to the above I regret to inform you that I have not received any proper response and solution from your goodself to solve my grievance though several complaints have been lodged. I have purchased brand new LCX 125 model Blue Colour FASINO model year 2020 on 27.2.2020 in my wife’s name RAJAB NISHA nearly Rs.1, 00, 000/- on ready cash from yourself Hameedha Autos, Authorised Dealer YAMAHA, No.1499/1A, 1B, Near Parvathi Theatre Joint Bye Pass Road, Tirunelveli Town – 627 006, Tamil Nadu. (Fascino Reg. No. TN72BQ/6786)

                        Regular and periodical service has been done by yourself (above dealer) in time. Now the above Fasino was kept in your show room since 28.2.2023 to 18.3.2023 due to heavy sound raised in the Engine. Last time Service has also been made by yourself on 18.2.2023 and paid Rs.1400/-. The Service Engineers and Managers of your show room informed that the rear alloy wheel and the Crank Shaft has been damaged so sound raised etc. It will be replaced and estimate cost about 15, 000/- will be paid etc. including labour charges. After separation of the Engine the amount may be increased etc. I terribly shocked to hear this. The Fascino running Kms is just 16, 000 only. I informed them and the GM that the Crank Shaft is the main one in the two wheeler and rear alloy wheel will not surely be damaged within 16, 000 Kms etc. The above officials (Company) is giving silly reasons like due to apply brake while riding etc. The GM informed that he did not know about this and told me to contact Yamaha Customer Care No and Email ID. I felt with mental stress.

                        I have already visited the same authorised showroom many times to solve the issue and contacted the GM. My wife also have visited the authorized show room many times. You are not in a position to hear and safisfy the customer’s demand. You simply told irresponsible reply that you will contact Yamaha Company and inform the defect etc. I am not satisfied with your response and disturbed with stress and mental agony by your irresponsible response.

                        I am fully and totally upset mentally as well as physically with mental agony and stress.
                        I demand for replacement of my two wheeler or refund of the paid money as soon as possible. You have not accepted and told me to do anything which you are ready to face. The damages are made only by your childhood and inexperienced service side engineers and mechanics. No knowledgeable and experienced service workers are not working in your show room since 2017 when the show room opened. It means no permanent workers. The childish workers are learning two wheeler mechanism from customers two wheelers which are coming to your show room for service like me. The workers under your service side are shifting and moving minimum 2 to maximum 6 months to another company. It proved that the workers neither covered under EPF Act nor covered under Professional Tax. Then only your workers wrongly guided me and replaced the rear alloy wheel and crank shaft around 16000 kms etc. My wife have paid for the above replacement charges Rs.14000/- including labour charges Rs.2300/- and taken the two wheeler from your show room on 18.3.2023, while taking delivery of the two wheeler, I again and again requested the GM in person that the above fault is completely in your side and Kindly do the needful sir etc. But the GM told me to contact Yamaha Company Customer Care etc. The GM not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. The GM told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc.

                        I never did not expect such an irresponsible answer from the
                        GM like you in this situation. I am suffered and suffering a lot with mental agony and stress for the past 16 days. You should inform the above defects to Yamaha Company and find a solution to my grievance. You have totally failed to do so.

                        I would appreciate it if you could organise the same without any further delay. I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved from you within 7 days I will consider taking further action and will file complaint with the appropriate consumer agencies through Consumer court. You are held responsible for the consequences thereof whatsoever. CRANK SHAFT and REAR ALLOY WHEEL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED within 16000 kms ONLY IT IS IN YOUR LABOURERS FAULT. I never and ever heard about such damages taken place in any company vehicle in any where. An early action in this regard which will highly be appreciated and solicited.

                        With reference to the above cited Email reply I request to inform you that you should carefully go through the contents of my complaint then only you should reply. You simply replied in the name of given reply like lame stories. My complaint is CRANK SHAFT and REAR ALLOY WHEEL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEVER DAMAGED within 16000 kms ONLY IF IT IS IN YOUR SIDE FAULT or YAMAHA COMPANY FAULT. You have informed that your labourers did not damage my parts of the vehicle. How can it be possible regarding the crank shaft and rear alloy wheel damaged within 16000 kms. It may be duplicate parts which is sold by you. You should enquire and report it to Yamaha Company. The damages will never be taken place in any Company two wheeler in any where around 16000 Kms. You should report all these things to the Yamaha Company Executives, Service Managers and Representatives. You are negligent and not informed these things to your Yamaha Company. You have failed to satisfy the customers grievance. All are shocked to hear about the nuisance and nonsense taken place in my two wheeler which is purchased in your show room.
                        In the above cited Email you have replied that If I need any clarifications, Kindly visit your showroom You will assist me. It is ridiculous. I have already many times visited and contacted the GM in person and explained my grievance. The GM simply and derelictionly told that he did not know about anything.
                        I already informed to the GM in person many times that the above fault is completely in your side. You have not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. You told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc. I did not expect such an irresponsible answer in this situation. I am suffered and suffering a lot with mental agony and stress. I again and again reiterate that You should inform the above defects to Yamaha Company and find a solution to my grievance. You have totally failed to do so.
                        I demanded for replacement of my two wheeler or refund of the paid money as soon as possible. You have failed to do so and you are not only cheating the customers with improper inexperienced and temporary labourers and mechanical workers who are working in your show room but also cheating the Government without remitting Employees Provident Fund under Labours Act as well as the Corporation without remitting the Professional Tax and running the Show room without these things for the past 6 years since 2017 onwards. No proper response though several complaints have been lodged in this regard. It proved that you have nothing to say and accepted the fault in your side sir.

                        If however the issue is not satisfactorily resolved from you within a couple of days I will consider taking further action against you for which a consumer complaint will be filed with the appropriate consumer agencies through Consumer court. You will be held responsible for the consequences thereof whatsoever.

                          I already informed to the GM in person many times that the above fault is completely in your side. You have not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. You told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc. I did not expect such an irresponsible answer in this situation. I am suffered and suffering a lot with mental agony and stress. I again and again reiterate that You should inform the above defects to Yamaha Company and find a solution to my grievance. You have totally failed to do so.
                          I demanded for replacement of my two wheeler or refund of the paid money as soon as possible. You have failed to do so and you are not only cheating the customers with improper inexperienced and temporary labourers and mechanical workers who are working in your show room but also cheating the Government without remitting Employees Provident Fund under Labours Act as well as the Corporation without remitting the Professional Tax and running the Show room without these things for the past 6 years since 2017 onwards. No proper response though several complaints have been lodged in this regard. It proved that you have nothing to say and accepted the fault in your side sir.

                          If however the issue is not satisfactorily resolved from you within a couple of days I will consider taking further action against you for which a consumer complaint will be filed with the appropriate consumer agencies through Consumer court. You will be held responsible for the consequences thereof whatsoever.

                            I have visited Arjun Yamaha Service center in Kompally Hyderabad. They are charging more than actual bill amount in the name of Swiping fee. You have to pay the charges else give me cash amount. We will charge extra for card payment.

                              The service was done by untrained staff. They have replaced the clutch and accelerator wire and within a week that jammed while driving and bike only ran for 45km and as I complained to resolve service manager said "If you own a bike then you have to come again and again for these kind of issues. They are common."

                              Does is Okey that within 7-10 days of service customer needs to visit again and again.

                              One more concern is they charged extra labor charge for change in spare parts and the service quality is third class.

                                I had booked a Yamaha Fzsfi V4 from Petal Motors, Indore with a booking amount of Rs 1000 on 24th February.But due to unforseen reason I couldn't been able to purchase the bikee.But I was made sure that booking amount would be refund and as per Yamaha policy booking amount should be refunded after deduction of cancellation charges.It's been about 20-25 days they are not picking up my call and also not refunding my money.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I am Vijay R from Hyderabad . I have purchased Yamaha FZS V3 in 2019. For last four months I am facing brake failure issue visited service Center multiple time and they were unable to solve issue and there is no proper response about what is root cause how it can be solved When i checked in online forums I came to know that’s its ABS motor failure and it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue .Since most of the users of FZS facing this issue - can it be ignored ? it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect why i need to pay it for replacement? Brake failure is a serious issue and it occurred randomly which is a threat for consumers. Please look into this and replace my ABS motor ASAP for free since it was not our fault.
