I have submitted my bike on 24th july 2022 in yamaha service centre name srfb motors pvt ltd, hussainpur, kolkata due to a little accident damage, my insurance claim and work permit was approved on 27th july but still my bike hasnt repaired by the service centre. As per insurance company my bike delivery expected date was 31st july. I have called the service centre many time but they didnt respond. I have visited the there and then they are telling me that they have oredered the parts which didnt arrive yet.
Please help me and fasten the process of repair.

      This is Saravana From COimbatore Ondipudur- 641106, I purchased Yamaha Zr street rally in a few months before, now the scooter is vibrating like anything and doesnt even getting started, i drove only 2000kms and done with first service, , when i call to the Adhitya Yamaha service to look on this issue there is no proper response... THis is really a febup thing. even afterb uying a new vechile there is no use im suffering lot need immediate attention

        Yamaha cheating peoples like selling old refurbushed vehicle in the name of new i have booked yamaha ray ZR at srijyoti motors yelahanka new town bangalore 560064 they received full payment but vehicle not delivered and when i visited for delivey they trying to deliver refurbushed old non functional vehicle and i refused to take and month over still they are not delivered the vehicles see how disgusting these YAMAHA becoming biggest frauds in the world[protected]

          I did my bike service at Keerthan motors for which they took 3 days, however i was not happy with the service provided.             Please help sir an abounded two wheeler bike is standing down of my house vehicle number DL4SP3984 (26years old) Dont know the owner the place where it was standing is front of shop is owner says this bike belongs to person very old, but again when i visit to tell move your bike he told i just parked there to hold space.

            As because of bike lot of garbage and mosquitoes come to my house upstairs which impact on health as well due to this abounded bike i am unable to repair the ground as well de to which rats come upstairs.

            So please help me in this matter and do the needful.

              Hello Team,
              I would like to highlight a few issues with the product of FZ-X & dealership poor response from Samuk motors, Medavakkam branch, Chennai.

              Product issue:-
              1. Steering lock struck while lock & un-lock
              2. Un-usewell Exhaust noise above 5000 RPM in ideal condition

              Dealer issue:-
              1. There is no customer care manager to take care of customer issues after service.
              2. They will not give focus on service. (No service reminder for regular service )

                  Plz solve my problem as soon as possible sir...this is my second complain, , i give my bike on=2nd August till now I didn't get my bike, they are saying we don't receive my bike spares til now but on 16tb aug they said we complete your bike repair and today they are saying we don't have any spare your bike till not complete from 16th to 19th August ther are changing their words, , Mr Pasha is not at all accountable towards customer...not at all talking properly with customers...and give false commitments

                    Myself Jayakumar, Krishnagiri, TN. I have given my Yamaha FZS version 2 - TN 24 7281 for assembly wire kit change due to employee suggestion, other then that i couldn't notify any problems on my vehicle. When i handover my vehicle in showroom i have clearly mentioned about the vehicle to check throughly(General Service) . Later, they told that battery is not good in condition and it to be replace and then starter motor is not well, while am using i couldn't find any starting issues, (for ex: if the bike as kept without using for an week, it will start in single click), but they told that some spares has to replace but i told them to check twice and the given clarification is not reasonable. While we keep cross questioning they called me and said that battery is in good condition, stator motor is in good condition. By the next day i have starting the bike in morning its not getting start also the engine switch is got strucked. Actually, i dont know what the hell the service has made by the showroom people. Its not been one time issues past two years i felt very bad on service by the showroom. i have paid of Rs.3144/- for my service, i feels that if i went outside mechanic that would be better and i save some money from that. It makes me to think why should i keep purchase Yamaha bike.. Kindly rectify the issues and make the re - service better..

                    Herewith i enclosed the bills for your persua l. kindly look into this matter immediately and rectify very soon.

                      I replaced a disc n pad which came out faulty, but the service engineer (Randhir Pawar) and G.M (Rakesh Verma) are not replying with proper resolution. They earlier said to me that, will clear it as soon as my old issue gets resolved. Now when i am asking them about the refund/replacement of spares, they are not replying me properly. Its almost a month gone and still the resolution is not solved. This is how the above said engineer and GM are treating me, making fool with fake promises and commitment. If this is the thing i will go ahead and take a legal action against as well. I have a ll call recordings, conversations, bills, etc. I want a resolution in a couple of days time.

                          I have purchased FZ-25 on 22nd May 2022. From the first week, indicator switch is not Working properly. I have visited service center multiple times, they acknowledged the manufacturing defect but not taking any action by mentioning the parts are not available for free warranty and raise the request for parts.

                          Also, they are saying for free warranty service and part replacement, you have to submit the bike for 2-7 days.

                          And they also mentioned that if I will purchase the same part and pay service charge, it will be done in 30 minute.

                            Visakhapatnam is a big city in Andhra Pradesh state with agglomeration of Gajuwaka and surrounding places with a population of more than 14 lakhs with a radius of 40 kms. Previously there were 3 service providers in Visakhapatnam. For the entire city only one YAMAHA service provider M/s. Platinum Motors, Dondaparthy is only available for the past 3 months which is not in accordance with the sale of Yamaha vehicles.

                            Presently owners of Yamaha vehicles are facing problems in getting spares and service at Visakhapatnam.

                            Advising customers to come for service at 8 am, now because of crowd they are noting vehicle number, name of owner and advising to bring vehicle on the given date and time. Even though came on that particular day some spare parts will not be available. People used to come from 20 to 25 kms each way for this only Yamaha service center. When the spares will come not known. After arrival of spares again need to follow the same process.

                            Getting small service/repair is remote.

                            Keeping in view of difficulties as explained, necessary steps may be initiated

                              I have purchased a scooter (rayzr 125), but they gave different than one i have asked (dlx instead gave std) At the time of purchase they said it has offer of 1000, and extra fittings 6000
                              I have paid for 1, 03, 715 (dlx ) but instead they reduced the scooter price and gave standard edition (102715), they said it was dlx at time of delivery and asked about Bluetooth and location, delayed by saying will explain after registration with RTO when asked after a week it was not working and now saying that model doesn't comes with that model (Bluetooth connectivity) . When after for replacement they denied not working, i believe they gave faulty product and i have enough proof, kindly resolve the issue

                                  I boughty be ke in March 2022, bike registration submitted in April, 2022.
                                  Till now the RC is not printed as per the RTO website and don't have a copy of the RC.

                                  I spoke to sales manager Kiran Kumar at phone numbers: [protected] and [protected]. He said he will check and call me back. He didn't tell me when he will call me back. Waiting for his response. If I don't hear back in 2 working days, will leave another ping here.

                                    Number plate not received and worst service by yamaha

                                    Address: B-137 shahbad dairy delhi-110042

                                    Yamaha service is very worst, no customer care numbers are available, and no dealerships respond properly. It has been more than a month since I bought the bike, still did not get the number plate and whenever I ask the manager of the dealership, he say it is the work of the rto, we cannot do anything.
                                    From whom should we take help, whom should we ask about our number plate. Not getting any response from Yamaha guys. i made a big mistake...
