As my Vehicle Aged only 2Years& 2 Months(13000KM) it’s unusual/shocking to Hear About ABS Motor Failure, Tough My Vehicle Warranty Period Is Over Kindly Consider This as Exceptional Case, Since Its Unfair When High Quality Yamaha Branded Vehicle ABS Motor Failed in 13, 000KM of Run Time

Also, I Have Tire Pressure Issue from Date of Buying Itself, None of the Service Centre Couldn’t be Able to Resolve Issue till the Date

I Gave Service on 27-Jul-2022, Still Date I could Take Out from Service Centre Due to This Issue, I was Walking About 5KM Per Day to My Office Due to Unavailability of My Vehicle, So Kindly Take Quick Action on This Case

      Respected Sir/Madam
      with due respect it is stated that i purchased a YAMAHA FZS V3 in June 2020 but in 2021 it engine starts consuming the engine oil. I report about it in yamaha authorized service centre but due to their non punching of service records online my bike goes out of warranty. After arguments they got ready to repair my bike. But after repair it start troubling like mileage drop and top speed is now limited to 102KMPH and mileage drop to 30-35KMPL but before repair it used to be 55KMPL. Every time when I report this to the service center they only check the spark plug of the bike and says the bike is ok. I am really fed up with all this. Kindly resolve my problem.

          Yamaha FZ V3 - ABS motor failure

          I am Mani Bharathi P from Chennai. I have purchased Yamaha FZ V3 in 2019. For last three months I am facing brake failure issue . When i checked with my dealer, they said ABS motor failed . While asking them the root cause, they said it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue .Since most of the users of fz V3 facing this issue - can it be ignored ?           I have bought the Yamaha R15-M on the 16th of june from Avian Yamaha. Even before the first service the ABS AND TCS lights were on which means there was a fault in it, in the first month itself with the bike hardly traveling 300 kms. As i gave the bike for service i was charged for the oil, coolant, .. which i think was completely unnecessary and just a way to get money because it was a free service. Being an authorised centre they dont even have the right machinery for the bikes. Because of the ABS issue the engine light was on for the whole time after the first service and i was told that the rear ABS sensor has spoilt. How is that even possible that within 2 and a half months the sensor stops working when the bike was always kept at a safe place and under cover. Is this the quality that the company provides for its parts ? On asking the service centre if the sensor was under warranty, without even checking they refused and said i had to replace it with a new one for ₹1250 and on top of that the new sensor also wont come with a warranty. I had asked the owner to send a mail regarding the same and he was very hesitant to do it. Then he started the usual drama that he'll have to check it with the company and will revert. It's been 3 days since he told me this but i haven't got a call back. The service they provide is horrible. The moment i start riding the bike, god knows for some reason within the next 10 mins the engine light appears again. All the buttons have become so tight that it has become very irritating. The ignition switch also gets stuck, like for a new bike which has travelled only 600 kms in the 2 and a half months and has started giving such issues. Kindly revert and solve this issue as soon as possible or else take the bike back and give me my refund. I dont have time to go to the service centre every 2nd day for a negligence from your company's end.

            Hi Team,

            I visited your service centre on 27th july 2022 for general service . I asked for the drop up and they told me that we will drop up within 5kms then I said ok .They have informed us that we don't have the manpower, so you have to return our staff to the service centre, I said ok. I paid the bill online and they had given me the invoice through whatsapp . After a couple of minutes, Guy came with my bike. I asked him to give the bike key to me but he refused to give the key . Advisor and manager told him that he didn't pay the money so don't handover the bike key to him . I showed him all the evidence to him after a lot of conversation and misbehaviour, he locked my vehicle at the same place . Then they were trying to threaten me after I said that I will go to the police. Finally they handover the bike to me. Regarding the same I've lodged a complaint in the national consumer helpline with all those incidents that happened to me and the dealer and for your reference docket no is :3728778. service centre name is : SS agencies tiruchengode . I request you to take severe action on the service centre people .If not then I will go for the legal.

            I wanted to bring to your attention that :
            1.They don't have the proper equipment to deal with the cus problem.
            2. No proper manpower and well trained technicians.

              The front disc brake of my FZ V3 FI was not working. I made a visit to this dealer situated at Mangaldoi, Ward No. 2, 784125. I had to wait for 6 hours from 11am to 5pm (approx). The impression I had was that they had no knowledge about how the front disc needs to be repaired. First, after a 2 hour long wait of inspection, they asked me to change the Major Kit and I agreed but unfortunately nothing was solved. Alsp, they filled DOT3 instead of DOT4 fluid in my braking system and when I asked them about this mistake, they tried to confuse me that this was done to clean the braking system. Later they did another inspection and told me that the ABS system is damaged and told me to order it which they told me was priced around Rs. 11, 600/-. I asked how that was possible since the ABS indicator was indicating according to Service Booklet. They had no answer to that and were instead manipulating me to believe the same. I resisted and didn't order and moved out of their service center after 6 hours of inefficient service and instead more problems with the brake. I do not have any invoice to prove the same as they didn't provide me one for the labour costs. Also, very cleverly they tried billing me even for the DOT3, unfortunately they failed. To my fortune later, a self employed mechanic outside of Yamaha helped me get the job done without changing the ABS controller within an hour. I am complaining about this late, because I wanted my bike to be repaired first and then get into this. Please do the needful at your end or employ some serious people. Most people around Mangaldoi do not go for Yamaha just because of this inefficient, painful servicing experience, has spread word of mouth. The mechanic was a nice guy though but two other guys were just involved in confusing and manipulating customers into ordering costly parts and consumables. They believe most o[censored]s are just fools around.

                Hello Yamaha,
                I'm Aakash Sharma from Agra, U.P. I purchased a bike Yamaha FZS V3 BS6 - Model 2020 in the year 2020.

                Recently, I'm facing some bike issues like the bike not starting, engine trouble light not disappearing. I have given my bike to the Yamaha service centre to the below-mentioned details -

                Service Center name - J.M Motors Pvt. Ltd. Address - Maharana Pratap Nagar, Bypass Road, Agra.

                I had given my bike to the service centre dated 2/8/22 and since then the bike is under servicing. The service centre person claims that the throttle body is the major fault within the bike and this part can only be replaced when the service centre will receive any other bike with the same model as mine i.e. Yamaha FZS V3 BS6 - Model 2020. It has been 12 days now and I'm suffering due to it till today.

                Earlier to this, the service person has changed the ECU but as per them, the throttle body is the major issue. The service centre is not even placing the order for the new part.

                Kindly address the concern here as it is hampering my professional work routine.

                  I have submitted my bike on 24th july 2022 in yamaha service centre name srfb motors pvt ltd, hussainpur, kolkata due to a little accident damage, my insurance claim and work permit was approved on 27th july but still my bike hasnt repaired by the service centre. As per insurance company my bike delivery expected date was 31st july. I have called the service centre many time but they didnt respond. I have visited the there and then they are telling me that they have oredered the parts which didnt arrive yet.

                            Please help sir an abounded two wheeler bike is standing down of my house vehicle number DL4SP3984 (26years old) Dont know the owner the place where it was standing is front of shop is owner says this bike belongs to person very old, but again when i visit to tell move your bike he told i just parked there to hold space.

                              Hello Team,
                              I would like to highlight a few issues with the product of FZ-X & dealership poor response from Samuk motors, Medavakkam branch, Chennai.

                              Product issue:-
                              1. Steering lock struck while lock & un-lock
                              2. Un-usewell Exhaust noise above 5000 RPM in ideal condition

                              Dealer issue:-
                              1. There is no customer care manager to take care of customer issues after service.

                                  As I went to near show room with staring problem they said we will complete and give but after day they said problem is resolved and collect your bike and again same problem is rasing .as I talked to service manager they using unpalmentry language towards customer..and we only work for money not for customer

                                  Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Plz solve my problem as soon as possible sir...this is my second complain, , i give my bike on=2nd August till now I didn't get my bike, they are saying we don't receive my bike spares til now but on 16tb aug they said we complete your bike repair and today they are saying we don't have any spare your bike till not complete from 16th to 19th August ther are changing their words, , Mr Pasha is not at all accountable towards customer...not at all talking properly with customers...and give false commitments

                                    Myself Jayakumar, Krishnagiri, TN. I have given my Yamaha FZS version 2 - TN 24 7281 for assembly wire kit change due to employee suggestion, other then that i couldn't notify any problems on my vehicle. When i handover my vehicle in showroom i have clearly mentioned about the vehicle to check throughly(General Service) . Later, they told that battery is not good in condition and it to be replace and then starter motor is not well, while am using i couldn't find any starting issues, (for ex: if the bike as kept without using for an week, it will start in single click), but they told that some spares has to replace but i told them to check twice and the given clarification is not reasonable. While we keep cross questioning they called me and said that battery is in good condition, stator motor is in good condition. By the next day i have starting the bike in morning its not getting start also the engine switch is got strucked. Actually, i dont know what the hell the service has made by the showroom people. Its not been one time issues past two years i felt very bad on service by the showroom. i have paid of Rs.3144/- for my service, i feels that if i went outside mechanic that would be better and i save some money from that. It makes me to think why should i keep purchase Yamaha bike.. Kindly rectify the issues and make the re - service better..

                                    Herewith i enclosed the bills for your persua l. kindly look into this matter immediately and rectify very soon.

                                    problem is not yet solved and i have not received any calls regarding this issues, since this message shows that the raised issues is solved... how its possible without giving any solutions... is the way to respond customer complaints
