I have yamaha fasinho and the engine oil is burning out and also have black smoke coming from silencer.addition to that it has starting promblem and sometimes it will stop while riding.when i went for free service they are taking cash bybthe dealer.

I have already given for engine complaint so far there was no reply from your side. I have already given the scotter to avaran bike house irinjalakuda.till now they havent solved the issue after taking the bike for 15 days not only they didnt solve the issue and also now there is engine indication is showing . Service is very bad from u r side and also no response from your end

    Bike Purchase Date:[protected] from the dealer Sri Motors Ashok Pillar, Chennai.
    Since my bike had a starting problem Bike was given for service on[protected] at Sri Motors Authorized dealer of Yamaha.
    First service engineer checked my bike and said that its a twoway switch issue and it can be solved within 2K and can be deliver in 2days.
    Within another 15minutes another service engineer interrupted the first onw and said that it could be assumed as an engine issue therefore he need to recheck my bike and will inform the cost for the same in 2 days. After 2 days since there was no information from them i made a call to the second service engineer (Vinoth) and asked him about my bikes condition.
    After my call on 20-Mar he said that he is still checking my bike, due to year end it may take little more time since service engineers are not available in March Month.
    On 23-Mar i received a call from the dealer office number and was told that there is an engine issue so that i need to pay 10K as advance inorder to check and find out the issue itself.
    Again i was calling many times to check if they had found out the issue in my bike?
    After that i met another service man Mani he gave his personal number and asked me to follow up within further on. Then i again followed up many times with Mani on his number [protected] inorder to check the status of my bike. He said that my engine parts are having problem there he need to replace 2 parts which will be coming from Delhi Head Office and it will cost me 30-35k at that i requested them to get me discount since it is a very huge amount for a new bike of 2yrs old. He then reduced the amount to 30K through AMC. so i asked him to start the job. I waited for 1 week and there was no response from them.
    Finally he called on 3 May and said the bike ready but the amount is 51K. it was a shock of my life there no information from then inbetween about the increase of price and changing my engine case itself and many other parts which i was not informed in prior and did on his own choice.
    i was upset about the way a customer was handled and its put me under great pressure and agnoy. Not having received my bike till today. Without using my bike for 2months i am paying my bike emi's
    I went directly on 04-May and asked him details. there was no proper answers and the job card was empty. no pre service check list was filled. I was totally doomed. Therefore now i feel that since there was no calls from the service station regarding the change of parts and the job card was not filled. I think my bike doesn't have any issues it was all cooked up stories to cheat and rob money from me. I strongly believed in yamaha service and i have owned 3 bikes previously R15-V1 FZ-V1 FZ-s and i am a yamaha bike lover. now due to this issue i need to rethink suggesting the brand to any of my friends or family. Looking for an amicable reply from Yamaha India.

    I called yamaha customer support they are saying to contact the dealer and disconnected my call with full of negligence. No proper reply. Now my registered complain number has been blocked and i am unable to contact any one from customer service.

      I purchased Yamaha fzs V3 deluxe bike
      Season motors, sungam, coimbatore. 3 months ago From then till now
      Very very bad experience and disappointment
      In the showroom they fitted unfit bumper for my bike and I addressed the issue to them at first they refused it and then they accepted the error and they promised that they will replace the bumper But they said it's out of stock. 2 months I followed the authorised service dealer, never got proper response at sometimes they never picked up the phone and if they pick also they ask many excuses like bumper out of stock and they cut the call.
      After 2 months I brought into notice to Yamaha customer service India they said they will sort out this issue, 2 times I reached Yamaha customer service India, no proper response or quick action from them, even last week I went to Authorized service dealer and there is stock but without fitting they said it doesn't suits this bike it may break your bike parts something blah blah... so again the rhymes "Out of Stock"
      Even I contacted mohan Raj the showroom manager and selvi the sales person, whatever we ask they say bumper out of stock.
      Mostly they never picks the phone.
      No response from authorised dealer and Yamaha motor India
      The bumper contact with front mudguard and gets deep scars, if this follows sure the mudguard would broke

      It's been 3 months for this issue
      Totally fed up and tired in following up these activities
      My doubt is there months they said bumper out of stock then what they will do for new customers who buys bike
      Will they never fit an bumper and they deliver?
      Very very very utter worst customer service from Yamaha customer service India.
      I don't know further my complaint would be sorted out or not
      3 months waiting for this bumper issue.

          My Two wheeler Yamaha MT15 Version 2 given Second service and Ignition key struck and Display blank out as on 25.04.2023.

          Still there is no response from Service team whenever i was called to them very poor response and very rugged.

              This is not a Fake complaint, Please take serious action against them, Bikes are feeling for us, we take care so much of our bikes.

              I am AMC member and today i went for bike wash, after card entry, when i parked my bike, i saw they are using fena detergent powder to wash bike, i complaint to staff they said wait 5 min they will again something, after checking they are using 1 rupee clinic plus shampoo to wash my bike,

              after again complaint they said our chemical is finish so thats why they are using this,

              They said they inform our seniors but no-one arrange they bike cleanning chemical,

              i am really disappointed, i complained two times before,

              first time they said our bike polish is finished, so cleaned my bike outside and they were not using any chain oil, because my bike chain was loose and dry,

              and last time my bike was suddenly off when slow on gear or race after my services, after some days testing i go to service center they said some issue in RPM. i said this issue comes after service, they refused this, so they charge to fix this,

              i am not really no happy, Please help us, they are doing same thing for other customers also,

                I am an customer of yamaha i have buy yamaha aerox 155 on 26 October. On 22 march my scooter got off and it show red engine light so i ho to rajori garden for repair first they that vehicle have technical issue they said that come tomorrow when i come next day they said that vehicle have ecu problem they said it repair in 15 days. Days have been passed but no action had been taken till now when i try to contact dealer they did not attend call not replying messages and said it takes more time and when i complaint in yamaha customer care they did not give satisfactory reply they said we can’t do this they are trying avoid me and did take action regarding my complaint and they also rejected my request for giving another vehicle for use or replace my vehicle please help me court is now only my last hope to provide me justice

                      To whomsoever it may concern,

                      I'm writing about this problem for the third time. The first two emails I sent, received ZERO response.

                      I contacted Yamaha Moto World, Bommanahalli repeatedly throughout the month of October 2022, and kept getting rerouted. Once I eventually did find the point of contact and he connected, I conveyed my grievance of being unable to drive the vehicle to the showroom for repair as the battery was discharged for a bike that was barely an year old.

                      On finally sending a mechanic they took it to the showroom on "pick & drop" service. I contacted the concerned showroom & mechanic regarding the service status & they replied that the bike will take time to be serviced and won't be able to be serviced the same day. I waited and the next day when I contacted them, they said they needed to replace the battery and I had to go there for the same. On questioning why that is, their reply was that company policy was that the customer had to go and replace the battery for the service centre to make repairs on any Amaron and other batteries.

                      The irony is that the battery was Exide and they had a spare battery available there. This meant that they had taken in the bike and had not even opened it up to check and the dealership kept arguing that they did all other servicing and the battery was my headache. I had to take up the issue to the showroom floor for someone to get on the repair. On taking the issue up with the floor manager, something resembling close to a servicing actually take place. They charged me full price for a new battery and due to their lack of responsibility to come help get the vehicle running. I also paid in full for the "pick & drop" service and when I raised the matter they just shrugged it off and kept asking me to pay for it. Eventually I had to pay and leave as I had other matters to attend to and the conversation was not frutiful.

                      I had mentioned the same issue on a feedback call from Yamaha and there was no resolution after the call.

                      After not even 3 months, the battery had died again. And add to it, the vehicle was showing "engine trouble" warning light. I got a nearby mechanic to open the bike and take the battery for charging, this lasted for maybe 2 more months.

                      The problem resurfaced and I tried charging the battery again. It died within 3 hours. This time, I personally took the battery to an authorised Exide battery showroom for replacement on 24th April, 2023. They replaced the battery and I received it on 26th April, 2023. And today as of 27th April, 2023 the bike refuses to start.

                      I have tried contacting the yamaha official email ID multiple times with no reply or a template reply.

                          I am forced to write this for your kind information that Please provide me complaint number as well as mailing address because your service center people making fool of your customers and degrading yamaha's brand name. I have submitted my av receiver twice but both time they said moisture is reason. Second time it was so far from my ac still I agree on that point. But when they said that it's not producing sound, I was totally shocked coz I submitted av receiver not for that reason. My only issue was quality of sound, rest was fine. How it's possible that a working avr lost its sound in service center due to rusting on crystal followed by moisture issue and charged me 12 thousands for repairing. This service center is located in gurgaon named M S SERVICES. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                            Today I was give my bike to Whitefield Yamaha showroom Bangalore.
                            Without checking they they changed the battery. They said battery issue.after chage new battery also bike was not started.again they said one complaint.
                            Then they changed battery without bike checking before.and i asked same thing about they done fight with me.
                            I am regular customer to Yamaha.
                            I will expect form Yamaha form this type of behaviour.

                            Today i decided to tell my friends, colleagues and my family members don't by Yamaha bike the staff is not good behaviour they badly behaviour with you.

                            Please respond and take action and resolve my issue as much as soon possible.

                            Otherwise i will go for legally as consumer court.

                              I'm Rahul Chand, Mobile No. [protected], I'm the existing customer of Yamaha.I have purchased a Scooter Facsino, it had been above 1 Years from now. it had always a problem it's engine vibrated. I did my Scooter services many times but not resolve the vibrationg problem. I think the agency give me defective scooter, I pay many times on it Clutch plate system. it's very painfull we purchased new scooter but at the time of driving it's give feeling like we are driving very old scooter while we have paid full amount. what can i do now could you replace my scooter. You always claimed that your technology, your design are the best but i don't thinhk so. it was very bad experience with the yamaha i will never suggest to anyone to purchase yamaha scooter.Services of Yamaha is not good, technician at yamaha service centre never got training from Yamaha, They all are Unskilled doing work without knowledge.

                                I am JESURAJA D from TUTICORIN . I have purchased
                                Yamaha FZ V3 in 2020. For last three months I am facing brake failure issue . When i checked with my dealer, they said ABS motor failed . While asking them the root cause, they said it is a manufacturer defect of the vehicle and also most of the fz v3 users are facing this issue Since most of the users of fz V3 facing this issue - can it be ignored ? Also they are saying it will cost 14 k for replacement. When it is a manufacturer defect why i need to pay it for replacement? Brake failure is a serious issue and it occurred randomly which is a threat for consumers. Please look into this and replace my ABS motor ASAP for free since it was not our fault.

Now the above Fasino was kept in your show room since 28.2.2023 to 18.3.2023 due to heavy sound raised in the Engine. Last time Service has also been made by yourself on 18.2.2023 and paid Rs.1400/-. The Service Engineers and Managers of your show room informed that the rear alloy wheel and the Crank Shaft has been damaged so sound raised etc. It will be replaced and estimate cost about 15, 000/- will be paid etc. including labour charges. After separation of the Engine the amount may be increased etc. I terribly shocked to hear this. The Fascino running Kms is just 16, 000 only. I informed them and the GM that the Crank Shaft is the main one in the two wheeler and rear alloy wheel will not surely be damaged within 16, 000 Kms etc. The GM informed that he did not know about this and told me to contact Yamaha Customer Care No and Email ID. G.M told that the defect is Yamaha Company. I felt with mental stress.

                                  I have already visited the same authorised showroom many times to solve the issue and contacted the GM. My wife also have visited the authorized show room many times. You are not in a position to hear and safisfy the customer’s demand. You simply told irresponsible reply that you will contact Yamaha Company and inform the defect etc. I am not satisfied with your response and disturbed with stress and mental agony by your irresponsible response.
                                  I am fully and totally upset mentally as well as physically with mental agony and stress.
                                  I demand for replacement of my two wheeler or refund of the paid money as soon as possible. You have not accepted and told me to do anything which you are ready to face. The damages are made only by your childhood and inexperienced service side engineers and mechanics. No knowledgeable and experienced service workers are not working in your show room since 2017 when the show room opened. It means no permanent workers. The childish workers are learning two wheeler mechanism from customers two wheelers which are coming to your show room for service like me. The workers under your service side are shifting and moving minimum 2 to maximum 6 months to another company. It proved that the workers neither covered under EPF Act nor covered under Professional Tax. Then only your workers wrongly guided me and replaced the rear alloy wheel and crank shaft around 16000 kms etc. My wife have paid for the above replacement charges Rs.14000/- including labour charges Rs.2300/- and taken the two wheeler from your show room on 18.3.2023, while taking delivery of the two wheeler, I again and again requested the GM in person that the above fault is completely in your side and Kindly do the needful sir etc. But the GM told me to contact Yamaha Company Customer Care etc. It is Yamaha Company Fault etc. The GM not reported the defects to Yamaha Company also. The GM told that I myself should contact Yamaha customer care service etc.

                                  My complaint is CRANK SHAFT and REAR ALLOY WHEEL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN NEVER DAMAGED within 16000 kms ONLY IF IT IS Show Room FAULT. How can it be possible regarding the crank shaft and rear alloy wheel damaged within 16000 kms. It is duplicate parts which are sold by you. You should enquire and report it to Yamaha Company. The damages will never be taken place in any Company two wheeler in any where around 16000 Kms. You should report all these things to the Yamaha Company Executives, Service Managers and Representatives. You are negligent and not informed these things to your Yamaha Company. You have failed to satisfy the customers grievance. All are shocked to hear about the nuisance and nonsense taken place in my two wheeler which is purchased in your show room.

No proper response though several complaints have been lodged in this regard. HAMEEDHA AUTOS, (Yamaha Show Room) are cheating the YAMAHA COMPANY ALSO. The Show room did not deduct EPF from employees salary and did not remit Employers contribution also.

                                  If however the issue is not satisfactorily resolved from you within a couple of days I will consider taking further action against you for which a consumer complaint will be filed with the appropriate consumer agencies through Consumer court. You will be held responsible for the consequences thereof whatsoever.

                                    I went to pinacle service center Karanthur, calicut yesterday for servicing and gave my bike and one of the staff there told me that I will get it that on next day. I followed it and gave the bike there and came back. . next day they didn't call for the parts. They told me one more day they need to fix that parts for my bike...
                                    They are saying that they can't wash the bike because polished this bike before came to service center.When I went to pick up the bike.they didn't Wash my bike.. What kind of people is this i don't know, that staff was very careless of customer, like this staff is there no one can came to buy vehicle, When I asked for the bike censored paper, they didn't know that no one should take the bike here anymore, it's better to go somewhere else...

                                    They don't know how to deal with a customer and the staff there are careless... I have never seen a showroom like this. Worst Experience ever i had 👎👎👎👎👎

                                      I have a well maintained (always at service center) Yamaha R15 V2 bike with just 7000 kms. Recently bike suddenly stopped working and I understood now that the fuel pump assembly has to be replaced and would take 14000 rs to replace. Its a very sorry state that one part costs so much that too with a turnaround time of 15-20 days. The bike value would be around 50K with depreciation and this huge service cost is detrimental to owning Yamaha bikes.
                                      Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Even called customer support and they are not able to help and also denied logging a ticket for tracking.

                                      A new bike costs 1.5 lacs and a plastic part costs 10% i.e 14K. This is definitely malpractice and high handedness by Yamaha.
