I left my Yamaha Fazer in Raj Yamaha Service Center for repair after I met with an accident. They said some parts are not in stock right now so it will take 15 days for repairing my bike. I called them after 15 days and they said repair is half done and some parts are yet to come and within a week they will finish. After a week I went directly to center to check my bike and I found that they haven't done anything and my bike was just like how I left. WORST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME OF YAMAHA.

    I am writing second to you people regarding all the in convenience caused to me right from the day I have bought Yamaha Ray Z from my Yamaha showroom Malad, it's not even 2 months I have been visiting the showroom almost 5-6 times with issues related to the horn, gaurd meter light, dipper and now again today the back right signal light isn't working...is this some kind of a joke??????? Is this the only work I have to every now n than visit the showroom and get the things done???? I am highly disappointed regarding the model given to me even after being a member of the Yamaha family for past 25 years...I request you to look into this asap, either get m a new model or else get a proper servicing done so that I don't have to face such difficulties every now n than...if this continues I will stop paying the emi from the coming month I.e April and discontinue using the vehicle... I hope to get a response soon...

        My Yamaha Fazer V2 which I purchased in July, 2015 came with a faulty fuel sensor and it started giving trouble after my first refueling. The fuel indicator shows on bar less eventhough the tank is topped up.

        Notified their service center engineers while getting the bike serviced and also on separate visits. They could not solve the issue and in November, 2015 the service center representative told me that the issue was escalated.

        Thereafter, I wasn't given any update for 3 months and I lodged a formal complaint with Yamaha Motors (Customer Service) who informed that no previous escalation was registered on my case as claimed by the service center person. I has been almost 2 months, I have been following up with Yamaha now and have submitted the vehicle thrice for an average 6 days per visit.

        I was supposed to get my vehicle back today with the problem rectified as communicated to me by the service center manager. Upon visiting them, they are saying that they have found the fault and it requires replacement of complete fuel tank on the bike, but they are unable to do it as I did not purchase the bike from their dealership.

        They are now asking me to take the bike to the dealership where I purchased it from and again drop the bike there for 4-5 days and get the correction done.

        Is Yamaha in 21st century or still in the 20th? Things are centralized with everything everywhere. Firstly they put me through all the trouble by extending the case for good 9 months and now they ask me to submit my bike to another representative of theirs who will again take directions from yamaha and extend the process further.

        So far I have two separate complaints registered for this case.

        Hi,

        As mentioned in the brief above, my escalation is already up with you on your customer helpdesk. Unfortunately, it has not resulted in anything yet. Two complaint details are as below:

        IC-22965-D7X7 dated 19th January
        IC-23432-V7B3 dated 8th February

        Moreover, now the service center which was working on the bike has returned the bike saying they have identified the problem and it is a faulty fuel tank system, but they will not replace it under warranty as I did not buy the product from them. I was given back the vehicle and have been asked to submit it at the dealership where i bought it from to avail the warranty and get the fuel tank replaced.

        Let me be very honest, I am not aware if it is your company policy or the dealership policy but I would suggest you to stop troubling your customers in this fashion.

          Hi, I purchased my Yamaha FZ FI on April-2015. I completed my 6000 Kms. I faced some issue with my engine (Abnormal Noise) and serviced my bike three times (5-Oct-2015, 24-Dec-2015, 29-Jan-2015) at Yamaha Authorized service center Raj Yamaha, Thoraipakkam, chennai. But still the issue is not resolved. Also they took more than 20 days for these three services. Again i gave my bike to same service center on 22-Feb-2016, but till today (04-Mar-2016) I didn't get even one notification from the service center. I am totally disappointed with this problem. Also I am not getting the response from the dealers after making the call more than 20 times.
          I am waiting for the proper solution for this problem also I hope, the problem with my bike will be rectified completely.

            I would like to bring to your notice regarding the upsetting service provided by my yamaha showroom gala no 1234, business classic building, new link road, malad (west), mumbai, maharashtra 400064 . We have been members of the yamaha family for the past 25 years. The irresponsible behaviour of the manager mr. Kuldeep contact no- [protected] itself towards the customer service. I had purchased yamaha ray z on the 1st of this year and had ordered for a different guard because the company guard had caused me an accident. Even after regular follow ups its 2 months now, they have not reverted back yet. After my first servicing( 9th feb), there were issues with the horn, dipper light which were taken care of on 1st march. Now after opening up the whole bike of mine today it shows issue of the meter which is not working...This is i mean ridiculous service... I will see it to that none of my acquaintance ever deal with you people nd specially my yamaha showroom in the coming future.

              My 10 month old yamaha R15 always shows complaints.i have done tha sirvices as per date or kms. And properly maintained. The first complaint was on the 3 month of purchase of the vehicle.the value of the vehicle need to be setted and tje next complaint is the coolent leak from the tank . When the vechicle gets a speed of about 70 km then the warning lights get blinks and coolent from the tank leaks. I have show this complaint in the showroom twice but no response from them.the problem still remains. Then the second time i had shown it the had removed the warning light and now it is not lightining when the ignition key is on but the other signal lights blinks. The new problem is my vehicle is not starting when the switch is pressed.so sort of sound is only there.now i am starting my vehicle by pushing and engine gear start.plese help me for this because i am fed up

                My fz version 2(black) side panel(silver)was broken on last week..day by day the crack was increasing...when I showed this at nearby showroom they replied that it was a common problem and suggest to complaint in Yamaha...now both side panels are broken.it was a sure problem by Yamaha and it have to be rectified.I am waiting for your reply.thank you

                  AS i am a Yahma Rayz owner, My RayZ only traveled 10500 KM, i got a very annoying, loud sound from the engine, bike did not get pick up So i have given it to my dealer from where i brought the bike its address ORION MOTORS NO 65/7, S M INDUSTRIAL ESTATE SARJAPUR ROAD BANGALORE-560102 Email : [protected]@gmail.com Ph :[protected], They told some major parts to be replaced from the engine . Ok i told if this is the damage done to engine after travelling 10000 km then do it . But my Ray Z is with them for last 8 days and each time i give them a call they saying parts not available, mechanic is not available. my bike is with them from 20th- feb-2016.

                      I have purchased the bike on[protected] bearing the registration no ts 07 ep 4566, chasis no-ME1RG0629F0001109, ENGINE NO-G3C7E0045957 from PEARL YAMAHA, D.No:5-5-34/2, "Y" Junction, NH 9, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072 Phone:[protected], i have been facing problem with the engine tapping noise, disk problem, recently i started facing problem with the fuse, the performance of the bike is bad there is no pickup, inspite of giving in the showroom serivce centre thrice there is no possitive response from the staff, after your suggestion to give the bike once again in the showroom I have given them and they kept the bike for 6 days and said clutch bell have to be repalced, instead of replacing it they repaired the same thing and i am complaing about the front breaking issue from the frst serivice but they responded now and said the break pads were wored out and billed me 1670rs, the staff is very rude to me and about my complaining they don't know how to deal with the customer kindly do the need full at the earlies if not further I will proceed legally.

                        Hi, I have booked for R15 V2 (GP Blue) on Jan 3rd week. But still they haven't delivered yet. They din't shown my bike either. They promised me to deliver after 10 of booking but now they are treating me like a ****. No proper response from dealers, and manager. Worst experience with Yamaha.
                        First of all, teach them the way to deal with customers
                        Try to deliver the product as promised. (Every day I keep on roaming from home to Showroom for asking my bike) they keep on postponding the dates, Each time they are telling tomorrow or day after tomorrow it will reach the showroom but I m still haven't found any solution. Please try to help me out.

                          Worsted service. My bike yamaha fazer was repaired. That bike one of the elactranic part magnet coil was repaired. So that part is not available in nalgonda & hyderabad.                                 I have purchased a yemaha alpha from Shree Sai Yamaha Mira Road in the month of Jan, 2016.
                                The sales executive has informed me that the cost of the vehicle is total Rs, 60000/- from that Rs. 10000/- I have paid down payment. He told me that he will arrange two wheeler loan for Rs. 50000/- . Application has forwarded, and loan has disbursed, there I found my loan amount is more. The document I received from bank it shows vehicle amount is Rs. 62000/- instead of Rs. 60000/- I immediately call the executive he informed me he that may be including processing changes, he also said he received only Rs. 50000/-. Then I call bank and check the details there I came to know Rs. 51412/- has credited to shree sai Yamaha account.
                                Again I call the executive, he agreed he received Rs, 51412/- but Rs. 1412/- is handling charges. I asked him what handling charges my bank has debited the processing charges and insurance charges from my account, what is other handling charges. He said they always charges the handling charges.
                                My question is if handling charges was there why they did not inform me earlier?
                                Why he said he received only Rs. 50000/-?
                                I had check the details with the bank that’s why I come to know about the cheating, how may people they must me cheating like this.
                                I never expected this from Yamaha show room.

                                  dont buy tiruppur ultimate show room... always waste service... money hunger...many hidden charges in ultimate show room

                                    I have gone for booking of Yamaha fascino but there is no demo and no catalogue on showroom of ratlam Mp and when I asked when the catalogue will be available they said after a month now I will never go to the Yamaha showroom...

                                    The worst product of the yamaha, i ever seen this kind of worst product and service of yamaha compared to other foreign branded motor cycle company.

                                    Actually in show room if executive tells the mileage of the vehicle we have to reduce it to 10kmpl from the executive part.But i brought a bike of YAMAHA SZ RR initially i got an mileage of 35 kmpl now it reduce it to 25 kmply even though i have not reached the 5000 km and run the vehicle not than the speed of 50km.

                                    Please dont buy Yamaha SZ RR bike by wasting your money by purchasing this bike please choose some other company product.

                                    Yamaha has worst customer satisfaction .

                                      I am Pushparaj,

                                      I have purchased Yamaha FZS Version-2 on 17/3/2015, its not even one year complied also i used my two-wheeler ride, very safely and only for residence purpose only but my vehicle tyre got bulged and literally gone now and i have replace for replacing the tyre i went to Sri ram Moters (Padi-Chennai) they told its manufacture default contact to YAHAMA show room .

                                      I am using Yamaha brand Vehicle for the past 10 years my earlier used vehicle was RX100, i din't expect this kind off fault and service level from Yamaha Brand .

                                      I will be awaiting for the reply of my Mail and Good Solution from Yamaha
