My name is Gunjeet Singh
I gave my fz16 at chander yamaha yousaf sarai for servicing my byke after that it became chalan to run is as smooth as it was before. ... They use third party engine oil very third grade service I found ever in last three years of my byke...
Not dispointed with as such service centres but, with as I am with the management whom are behind to run the firm honestly ... that day is not so far when yamaha will closed. just because of not listing...The customers and not taking any hard steps upon...

    I have given my bike yamaha ybr 125 (Ap 09 ce 1704) for service on 9th april 2016 and asked them to rectify the following problems:

    1. Valves replacement
    2. Brakes, clutches to be tightened
    3. Oil change
    4. Front left indicator to be changed
    5. Meter reading cable to be changed

    Today (14th april 2016) morning at around 9:15 am i have collected my vehicle and they charged rs.2294 for the same.

    Mechanic mr.Yousuf attended my vehicle for the above repairs and he has done 1st, 2nd & 3rd points mentioned above.

    4th & 5th point they didnt take care which i have already insisted them to do. Also, my petrol tank has more than half tank of petrol when i handed over my vehicle. On 8th april 2016 i filled up petrol worth rs.500 which is not there when i take the vehicle today. Also see the attached images for your reference. There is so much gap for the dome on the left side near the battery placement area. When i asked them to set the dome, venu (Executive) is not in a position to do that and he simply said he cant do it at that moment.

    I want my petrol and also the dome repair to be set in a proper direction.

      I have a already used yamaha fz-16, but last few days vehicle stopped suddenly while riding at speed of 35 to 40 kmph., so i was visit to nearest service station on my vehicle, service station employees talk to me "carburetor" is spoil.
      Pls solve in my prblm as soon as possible...

        Few days before i have done first service for my bike in sri motors, valasaravakkam, chennai,
        But am not satisified with that service provided from them, because i clearly explained my problem to them and i paid the amount also for my issue, but they didn't solve my problem, if am asked na they said some simple answers and they didn't given a customer satisfaction.Please i[censored] have a power to take action to that company, please do that

          During delivery itself they gave vehicle with scratches and damages. Since auspicious day we took and they said they will replace the parts in next few days. But till date inspite of so many calls and taking the vehicle to service centre the complaints not rectified. Every service they are charging also. It responsible answers from service and show room executives. Chock wire was dummy during delivery. Scratches and paint came out in so many places in the vehicle. Is there any way i can get proper service of my vehicle

            My 1 and half year old yamaha fz-s bike had a complaint of hole in engine valve,
            I got warranty for the parts but they need the industrial labour charge for the work.
            And also have the complaint of oil leaking through the oil drainage valve.
            I just believed in yamaha before few months, but i think its just a misunderstanding. I really disappointed because my bike is just 1 and half year old, there is no value for my money.

              My bike had some electronic faults. On friday I went to yamha service center at 6 pm. The supervisor said it was too late to register a servive now. He asked me to come tomorrow at 9 am. I came at 12:30 and the supervisor made a job card. My number was 27. After waiting for 5 hours i asked him about the status he said your bike is under complaint and we will do it when the servicing is done for all the vechiles. I am still waiting to get my bile.on ramp. This is really disappointing. Why did he assigned a number when it is not supposed to be done there way. Customers came after me got there work done and left. I am.writing this while i am.still in waiting room

                My dream bike is yamaha Fz s rs 90000 I bought 2 months back, but the is rust in steel part and disk brake is not fixed properly, when you move disk back is stop the bike, .and fuel gage is also not display corectly, fuel efficiency company claim but it gives 45kmpl but it gives only 35kmpl, bike service also not good they charges high but issue not fix it, in service, customer treated worst it not good for Yamaha repute please fix my issue give solutions thank you

                  I am Yamaha Fazer bike user for past more than 7 years. It's been a happy journey so far.

                  I get my bike serviced regularly at a Yamaha Factory Shop, Wakdewadi, Pune. And the experience had been more or less satisfactory. But since last two times it's been very bad.

                  I had asked to replace with new brake pads and liners. But the bike delivered to me had no brakes working. Neither rear or front. And it had been a horrible and unsafe ride. I did go back to the service station to get it checked. I was told the brakes do not work until first 50 Kms. This is the first time I have heard such argument. Do you really mean to place the riders life in danger?

                  After the arguments they somehow fixed the front brake with 80% success. Because as I know brakes are to stop your bike when you apply them completely, mine just slows down the bike and might stop when I most probably hit something. Rear brakes are still unusable even after 100Kms of ride.

                  Now Yamaha being the brand known for superb bikes and safe riding how do we as a rider expect to get such unsafe bikes delivered. I don't really have time to keep riding back to the service station every now and then. I already had my bike at the station for almost a day.

                  There are so many things that still doesn't seems to be fixed, like gear switch is still very rough. My right rear view mirror was replaced with the left rear view mirror. Work done later but still it doesn't seem to be fixed properly right after sometime. Horrible. Just can't be more infuriated by this.

                  The most disgusting thing is about the service guys attitude towards customers. They just assumed we don't know anything about bikes and explain some random stuff. More or less the service guy had been more attentive to his friends bike and specifically asked to take care of that particular bike and charge less. Not sure what goes around with our bikes we can't really check if the parts have been really replaced or not. I really doubt now.

                  So whoever concerned, please look into this. Please don't let my hopes on Yamaha die. It's not a brand worth cheating and irresponsible service.

                          I left my Yamaha Fazer in Raj Yamaha Service Center for repair after I met with an accident. They said some parts are not in stock right now so it will take 15 days for repairing my bike. I called them after 15 days and they said repair is half done and some parts are yet to come and within a week they will finish. After a week I went directly to center to check my bike and I found that they haven't done anything and my bike was just like how I left. WORST SERVICE CENTER I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME OF YAMAHA.

                            I am writing second to you people regarding all the in convenience caused to me right from the day I have bought Yamaha Ray Z from my Yamaha showroom Malad, it's not even 2 months I have been visiting the showroom almost 5-6 times with issues related to the horn, gaurd meter light, dipper and now again today the back right signal light isn't working...is this some kind of a joke??????? Is this the only work I have to every now n than visit the showroom and get the things done???? I am highly disappointed regarding the model given to me even after being a member of the Yamaha family for past 25 years...I request you to look into this asap, either get m a new model or else get a proper servicing done so that I don't have to face such difficulties every now n than...if this continues I will stop paying the emi from the coming month I.e April and discontinue using the vehicle... I hope to get a response soon...

                                My Yamaha Fazer V2 which I purchased in July, 2015 came with a faulty fuel sensor and it started giving trouble after my first refueling. The fuel indicator shows on bar less eventhough the tank is topped up.

                                Notified their service center engineers while getting the bike serviced and also on separate visits. They could not solve the issue and in November, 2015 the service center representative told me that the issue was escalated.

                                Thereafter, I wasn't given any update for 3 months and I lodged a formal complaint with Yamaha Motors (Customer Service) who informed that no previous escalation was registered on my case as claimed by the service center person. I has been almost 2 months, I have been following up with Yamaha now and have submitted the vehicle thrice for an average 6 days per visit.

                                I was supposed to get my vehicle back today with the problem rectified as communicated to me by the service center manager. Upon visiting them, they are saying that they have found the fault and it requires replacement of complete fuel tank on the bike, but they are unable to do it as I did not purchase the bike from their dealership.

                                They are now asking me to take the bike to the dealership where I purchased it from and again drop the bike there for 4-5 days and get the correction done.

                                Is Yamaha in 21st century or still in the 20th? Things are centralized with everything everywhere. Firstly they put me through all the trouble by extending the case for good 9 months and now they ask me to submit my bike to another representative of theirs who will again take directions from yamaha and extend the process further.

                                So far I have two separate complaints registered for this case.

                                As mentioned in the brief above, my escalation is already up with you on your customer helpdesk. Unfortunately, it has not resulted in anything yet. Two complaint details are as below:

                                IC-22965-D7X7 dated 19th January
                                IC-23432-V7B3 dated 8th February

                                Moreover, now the service center which was working on the bike has returned the bike saying they have identified the problem and it is a faulty fuel tank system, but they will not replace it under warranty as I did not buy the product from them. I was given back the vehicle and have been asked to submit it at the dealership where i bought it from to avail the warranty and get the fuel tank replaced.

                                Let me be very honest, I am not aware if it is your company policy or the dealership policy but I would suggest you to stop troubling your customers in this fashion.

                                  Hi, I purchased my Yamaha FZ FI on April-2015. I completed my 6000 Kms. I faced some issue with my engine (Abnormal Noise) and serviced my bike three times (5-Oct-2015, 24-Dec-2015, 29-Jan-2015) at Yamaha Authorized service center Raj Yamaha, Thoraipakkam, chennai. But still the issue is not resolved. Also they took more than 20 days for these three services. Again i gave my bike to same service center on 22-Feb-2016, but till today (04-Mar-2016) I didn't get even one notification from the service center. I am totally disappointed with this problem. Also I am not getting the response from the dealers after making the call more than 20 times.
                                  I am waiting for the proper solution for this problem also I hope, the problem with my bike will be rectified completely.

                                    I would like to bring to your notice regarding the upsetting service provided by my yamaha showroom gala no 1234, business classic building, new link road, malad (west), mumbai, maharashtra 400064 . We have been members of the yamaha family for the past 25 years. The irresponsible behaviour of the manager mr. Kuldeep contact no- [protected] itself towards the customer service. I had purchased yamaha ray z on the 1st of this year and had ordered for a different guard because the company guard had caused me an accident. Even after regular follow ups its 2 months now, they have not reverted back yet. After my first servicing( 9th feb), there were issues with the horn, dipper light which were taken care of on 1st march. Now after opening up the whole bike of mine today it shows issue of the meter which is not working...This is i mean ridiculous service... I will see it to that none of my acquaintance ever deal with you people nd specially my yamaha showroom in the coming future.

                                      My 10 month old yamaha R15 always shows complaints.i have done tha sirvices as per date or kms. And properly maintained. The first complaint was on the 3 month of purchase of the vehicle.the value of the vehicle need to be setted and tje next complaint is the coolent leak from the tank . When the vechicle gets a speed of about 70 km then the warning lights get blinks and coolent from the tank leaks. I have show this complaint in the showroom twice but no response from them.the problem still remains. Then the second time i had shown it the had removed the warning light and now it is not lightining when the ignition key is on but the other signal lights blinks. The new problem is my vehicle is not starting when the switch is pressed.so sort of sound is only there.now i am starting my vehicle by pushing and engine gear start.plese help me for this because i am fed up

                                        My fz version 2(black) side panel(silver)was broken on last week..day by day the crack was increasing...when I showed this at nearby showroom they replied that it was a common problem and suggest to complaint in Yamaha...now both side panels are broken.it was a sure problem by Yamaha and it have to be rectified.I am waiting for your reply.thank you
