Dear sir,

Please find my complain and help me to raise this issue with consumer court.
I have taken a yamaha fasino vehicle ( 7 month before ) from one of below dealer ( sprint yamaha, site no p-1, dyasandra industrial estate, whitefield main road, mahadevpura – 560048)….They specially cheated us with old battery as well as at the time of service they changed a lot of parts and after complain many time they are ready to change with another old battery …i feel i got this vehicle in free of cost. Services side they changed many parts and services also very bad. So please help me to get compensation or help me to return my vehicle.

    Dear sir
    I buy yamaha fz fs fi last year
    And i have face problem like
    1) chain creating so much sound in every gear below 60kmph speed
    2.) all silver coated area catch rust.
    3.) pickup gone dump or slow

    Kindly do needful as ur reputed image bcoz yamaha is brand and this is not acceptable. So pls take action asap.

      Hello sir, I have purchased yamaha fascino in 22nd October and till now I have done 4 services and I have complained regarding mileage all the four times as it is giving 34 even after 4 services and I have taken extra 8 times for unsatisfaction of mileage. I have taken this vehicle near yamaha service center for almost 12 times and still it is giving just 34 mileage. I request you to take serious action regarding this. Hope u will convey my regards.

        Dear Yamaha India,
        I Amarpreet Dhillon want to share one of the worst experiences I have faced in terms of Sales Services provided by one of your Dealer Sakshi Motors, Nerul Navi Mumbai which should be regarded as a CRIME.
        I have booked a Yamaha R3 on 16th June 2016 with token amount of 10, 000/- as a booking amount. However, when in conversation I was communicated by Mr. Avatar Singh (Who claims to be an Owner of Sakshi Motors) told me to make the payment in full and only then they will be able to do the booking for the bike and delivery later on. As I was going to opt for Bike Loan from HDFC Bank Ltd for 1, 80, 000/- with an EMI option for 4 Years.

        Addition Amount taken Bike Loan from HDFC Bank Ltd of 1, 80, 000/-
        Total Amount received by Sakshi Motors is 3, 71, 000/-

        I was told by Mr. Avatar Singh that I would get my Yamaha R3 on or before 30th July 2016. However, when in between this period when I used to call him to know the status of the bike, he used to speak very rudely and used to never answer my calls properly also would get personal by involving and speaking of my professional status and how I should not be asking him again and again about the bike status. Thereafter, he also for some days stopped taking my phone calls.

        When I started enquiring again about my R3 in the last week of July, where I received this communication that it will come by 5th August 2016. Hence, I decided that I want to cancel the booking and do not intend to buy the bike anymore from Sakshi Motors. Then I was introduced to Mr. Naresh Sood (Who also claims to be the owner) and committed me that R3 will be delivered to me on 5th August 2016 and I left the showroom.

        On 5th August 2016 I got the delivery of my Yamaha R3 and was very happy with the same. However, my happiness turned into unhappiness by next day when I checked the chassis number and engine number of the bike and realised that they have given me a 2015 manufactured bike. Now I need Yamaha India to make me understand why should I get a bike of 2015 manufactured when we are alive in 2016 August and 8 months have already passed by for 2015.

        When I brought this in notice to Sakshi Motors they behaved as if they were unaware of the fact and making me feel that they are not selling bikes but are selling peanuts to me of 3, 71, 000/-. I called Mr. Naresh Sood and he assured me that even if it’s a 2015 manufactured bike I don’t have to worry as if any issues arrives to the bike he will take care. However I did not agree for the same as it is a clear act of FRAUD by Sakshi Motors. Later, Mr. Naresh Sood called back and assured me that this time he will give me a 2016 manufactured Yamaha R3 before 25th August 2016 and he told me to drop the bike at the showroom, which I did immediately and took a confirmation on mail from their official E mail Id for the same (Mail snapshot attached)

        Later on, again when I used to call Mr. Naresh Sood and Mr. Avatar Singh they always spoke to me very rudely and would never answer questions as per my satisfaction and disconnected calls. Today, 22nd August 2016 when I again asked them for the status of my bike and they had very stupid answers that they still don’t know the status of my R3 and said that they will call me back and never turned up and finally I only have to call them back for the status. Now, Mr. Naresh Sood is not receiving my calls.

        I just want to bring this to Yamaha India notice that this is a clear act of Fraud and Yamaha India should take necessary actions against such Fraudsters. It has been more than 2 months and Sakshi Motors have been sleeping and dreaming. My bank EMI has also been started but I do not have my Yamaha R3 to ride. I have also put a complaint via toll free number (Complaint Number: IC-25199-Z3X4) and I was told the action will be taken within 48 hours but nothing has happened and still I am left empty handed.

        I have ridden bikes from Brands like Bajaj, KTM, Honda and Suzuki but I never thought that I would suffer so much WHEN BUYING A YAMAHA BIKE. I just want Yamaha India to help either to get my bike before 25th August 2016 or please cancel my booking for Yamaha R3. I do not intend to deal with such a Fraud Dealer named as Sakshi Motors who are spoiling stake of Yamaha Bikes in India. I would never ever recommend any of my friends to buy Yamaha bikes in future and definitely never from Sakshi Motors.

        I would request you to kindly take necessary action against Sakshi Motors.

        I AM VERY STRESSED AND FRUSTRATED AS I HAVE INVESTED MY ENTIRE SAVINGS TO BUY YAMAHA R3.

        YAMAHA INDIA IF YOU ARE LISTENING TO ME, KINDLY HELP ME!!!

          I have purschased fz 16 v-2.0 on 16/10/2015 and as soon as i ride my bike 1st time its engine gets overheated but they told its normal, after one month i got problem in throttle, service centre guys have changed it. And consequtively after 3 times i got same problems of engine over heat and burning smell from engine. Since 3 days they have kept my bike with them and they cannot detect my problem only.. This is pathetic.. Plz do some action against it

            Have bought fasicno scooter, front pannel. And front guard got damaged, gave for repair. On 8/8/16. But till date. Nothing has been done due to non availability of parts. Every time i get a excuse that what we can do, its yamaha problem. My customer id for yamaha is 8500600faf16c31. Have also contacted customer care and online also on company website . noida plant is 50 km fron gurgaon.

            I hve been regularly visiting. SIDHARTH YAMAHA KHANDSA ROAD GURGAON, THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED.

            I have yamaha fz v2 gave my bike for service for milege problem but they dinnt solve that problem and they said this bike will come like this onley the service is tooo bad

                Hi,

                This is regarding the complaint of bill payment through debit card as they are charging 3% extra for no reason. And not even showing in the final bill. And not giving any reason for that. I need my money back! Or else ill file a complaint! This is not a professional attitude. When i had a talk with the manager even he is telling the same story and not giving me any proper explanantion and its not even shown anywhere that they will charge that from me! I need help please!

                Very bad servicing provided your uttam nager service centre...lots of time i m facing problems...he was not a service centre he is money centre...me and my brother borrow two fz...but today i realise in my life time i was borrow any Yamaha bike sooty any thing else...

                      I give my scooter yamaha ray (kl04ae 6946) for paid service at thiruvambadi, alappuzha, kerala on 03/08/2016 and retuned on 05/08/2016. after service vehicle make high vibration and noice from front part during driving. when inspected it is seen that there is no nuts and bolts, screws, etc for fit the body parts.
                      It is serious negligence from the authorised servive centre of yamaha.
                      It is. second time. this is physically seen by me
                      . how we can trust the service centre for
                      Other works like change engine oil, change spare parts etc.
                      So pl take necessary steps for currect my vehicle.

                        Since last 1 yr i m tryng to find my bike issue. No service center from yamaha near me is able to resolve this. Seriously tired with you guys. I have done everything what yamaha service center people said. Changed almost each and every part of bike. But no use. This guy's won't solve any issue except your normal service. I wasted almost 15+k on bike bt no solution. This guy's are hopless.

                          I purchased yamaha fascino on 02.08.2016. that time the dealer put complimentry fuel of full tank. now i drive 112 km only but the fuel indicator shows below red line. i goto show room and explain this issue to service coordinator he easily replied lot of bikes got some issues like this so he advised to comeback at next service date (after 1 month) what a reply? he advised to drive again 20 days with this complaint. how can i know my tank status??? very poor reply and responsibility.

                            I buy "yamaha cygnous zr matte green scooter" on 9th august 2016 (Yesterday) from prani bykes, anantapur. After delievery, i saw that "key shutter locking system" comes out. When we complaint regarding that, no one is taking response for that. They just told that it was a manufacture defect. They are not responsing in a good way. The issue occured within 3 hrs of duration after taking delievery. Kindly take action regarding that.

                              I had given my r15 for service to the service center at muthoot yamaha, ulloor, trivandrum on friday 5th august 2016. After service, my bike condition has worsened and meter console stopped working.

                              I had given for service in the morning.In the evening, when i went to receive my bike, the bike seemed to be untouched. When asked they said all service has been done except washing. They asked me to wait and there was a long delay as all technician was getting ready to leave by 5:30pm. Then the supervisor himself had come to take my bike for water service and wipe my bike after water service. When i took the bike home, on the way meter console stopped working and there was this issue with chain slipping, sound coming from the front brake plate and break pad being in contact and clutch to be at the extreme end, due to which engine rev was going high even when i had to change gears. When i went back to service center it was closed.

                              As i had to go to ernakulam for weekend, i left my bike at trivandrum and went to ernakulam. I took my bike back to service center on monday 8th august 2016 (Today) and when informed about the issues, the attitude in which they handled my concern changed and was at the worse. They are saying there is nothing they can do about the issues and the service has been done as per yamaha's instruction and since this is a paid service, they worked on only the issues which i had reported. I read in the service book or manual that there is a checklist of things which need to be done even if it is paid service or free service.

                              May i ask you, have you guys asked them to destroy the bike's which comes in for service. I think so yes as they have destroyed my bike. I have seen many complaints regarding meter console to stop working after improper water service. I want this issue to be considered as an issue with high priority and a negative customer service experience. If this is not taken care, i would be forced to move legally against yamaha india and muthoot yamaha for destroying my bike.

                                I. I. Drop my bike for ist service at Northern Yamaha n h 1 nit faridabad on 5/8/2016 at 2.30 pm. And they make me call on 6/8/16 that take your bike it has serviced and when I reached. The byke was not properly washed. I asked the manager and he asked I will complete it within 10 min but after a hour it was not completed and I am very surprised for your service and upset my byke is yamaha seluto

The service centre incharge whose name is Saurabh Mishra was drunk on duty and misbehaved with me and my friend when i was asking about the cost of the spare parts and serciving cost. I complained about his misbehavior to the manager of Ravi Yamaha but he didn't take any action against him. Do take this matter seriously because the reputation of your company is at stake here.

When i went to another yamaha outlet amrit yamaha garhdiwala for first service. One single coupon found in this. Now i went for next service to main head office yamaha service station at hoshiarpur.                                       I have booked a online test ride for yamaha r3 and waiting for the reply from the delear, the dealer called by last week tuesday and ask me to come down for test ride, i went there for test ride the manager says that the vehicle has not been registered, we cannot do anything and say to me that, our staffs never called you. then i have a phone conversation recording, i open up and show to the manager then he said, ok sir by next week wednesday the vehicle will get registered, once the vehicle has been registered you can come here or we bring to your place for test ride. i called the manager by yesterday 27th of july, he said to me that i will check and then call u back 10mins of time, until today no calls from the yamaha showroom manager. what kind of poor service provide by the yamaha showroom people, they want to keep up the reputation of yamaha or they want to spoil the reputation of the yamaha. very bad cutomer service by the yamaha showroom.

                                        I have applied for duplicate documents in sheela nagar extention of yamaha show room but they are not responding properly and firstly they are trying to bypass the issue but by saying go to main branch as i have purchased my scooter from sheela nagar why should i go to main branch.
                                        and when i insisted them to do say they have taken the money and not given receipt till now as i have paid money for both the documents on 14 jul 2016 but till now has not given me any documents or receipt. so please look into matter.
