I have one 3.5 yrs old yamaha fz.. All the services done from ur authorised service centre within every 2000kms (You have data, you can verify any time) and paying lots of money every time... That is more than the bike price.. And the performance is zero... Same problem occurs after every services.. During the time of purchasing your behaviour very good.. But after that it's crossing beyond limit
This time i asked them to checkup pick-up...

Coal set problem

Disappointing service:
I have been using a yamaha fz version 2 vehicle for 1. years. The coal set not worked proper, i have walked into a nearest showroom problem not resolved. i have complain second service . The way showroom staff communicated is very disappointing and they were demanding money for procuring new part, the vehicle is under warranty. I was told that it would resolve it....

I have purchased new Yamaha R15s in Gurukirana motors Tumkur, I gave it for service and they are least bothered here they have skipped some nuts screws and bush and now the bike is making noises ... I tried calling to that showroom service center but no response, please look into this cos I'm fed with this kind of worst service ever.. Don't reject costumers complaint please I hope we will get better support from you please do not ignore...

Good, product but service is very bad

Service boys are handling bikes very badly,
they are spoiling the bikes parts and telling to customers that was happened already and removing that part it came off...
please tell the service centers to take care about bikes,
and boys not cleaning the bike properly,

Pathetic service

I gave my bike (Ap 28 bu 4326) for servicing on monday 18-apr-16 @pacer yamaha service center, kalyan nagar, banglore.
Problems before servicing:
1. Front wheel was giving some jerk(I think problem was with rim)

I took the bike next day (Tuesday 19-apr-16) and bill was 5000+.
Problems after servicing:
1. Default race position was very high.

Behavior of the staff and service

I was publicly harassed by the staff and most important of all the manager of the Orion Motors (Agara Post) Yamaha service station. He publicly called me a Liar, defamed me in-front of other customers and service staff. He was not at all helpful and polite was super rude. Yamaha fascino/ i am complaining about accessories

Your executive & your brochures said bike given 78 km
But my bike given only 44km only .
I am really disappointed with his bike on your words . Solve the issue.
Otherwise kindly change the bike.
Your dealer give a worst service I had completed in my first free service .
Milage not impressed so I go again your dealer...

Worst service

I gave my fz16 at chander yamaha yousaf sarai for servicing my byke after that it became chalan to run is as smooth as it was before. ... They use third party engine oil very third grade service I found ever in last three years of my byke...

Incomplete service - petrol missing...
