Sir/m'am,
1) i had purchased fascino on 08 apr 16 vide a/c code[protected], (Tax invoice 2016-17/vij/000011 dt 08 apr 16) and receipt no 000016 dt 08 apr 16. Till date i have not received my tax receipt from my dealer (Viiraj motors jitendra motors, kharadi, pune) and hence my rc book is also not delivered till date. My dealer is neither able to search at main office at wakdewadi, nor able to give me satisfactory reply. Please expedite the process/instruct the dealer staff to do the needful. Thanks

2) during my 1st two free servicing done on 08 may and 10 july, when the vehicle had a run of mere 118 km and 530km respectively (Bill attached with and other details as
{a} invoice p/000401 l/000334 job no. R 000382 dated 08 may 16 and
{b} invoice p/001181 l/001074 job no. R 001133 dated 10 jul 16 respectively), the workers changed the oil ie. 'yamalube sl mineral' without my consent and charged for it. At the same time, worker and supervisor accepted that the particular oil needn't be changed before a run of 1500 km, brazenly they accepted it was done by mistake out of their communication gap/handwriting problem on the job order. How can this happen twice. There were no senior executive/staff available there and supervisor just verbally ensured me that they won't charge it next time. But this is too much to believe on them. Please look into the matter. Such staff must be taught ethics and fair practice.

      I am maulik from ahmedabad.
      I have purchased the yamaha bike (Fz-s) 7 days back, after 1 day i found the cover above the rear tyre was misaligned for the same i consolidate with nearby service centre who asked me to give rs 100 for one screw which was not found in the bike, after that i am facing the tremendous burning smell from the engine, nor am i able to drive because of heating in the engine after 5 -6 km. For this i went to the global yamaha from where i purchased the bike, they told me that such burning effect is normal in new bike. I had digest this also. Now i am facing unwanted sound from front tyre and might be some particle accommodate in the rotation part, due to which the tyre is not rotating properly, global yamaha is not answering my queries properly.In 7 days of purchasing my bike, i have not ride the bike and facing problem in all sort of things. I really had a bad experience with yamaha. I was firm believer in yamaha but by this i will ask all my friends and relatives not to go ahead with yamaha. Not only this i want replacement of bike or my money back. Or else i will have to go legal way for the fraud you guys did.

        I bought a part for my scooty from the seventy motors, dehradun. They provide us wrong part even though they have seen the damage parts. Afterwards we called them and they said that, they will not exchange the purchased parts, even though they have commited a mistake to provide us wrong part.
        We are now helpless, but requesting you to please forward this complaint and take a appropriate action against them.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had given my bike for first service till that time bike was running in very good condition, after 3 4 day bike does not taking pickup. i immediately take bike to airen yamaha indore (m. p.). they called me at evening and told me engine has been seized and expense will about 60 to 70 thousand. i was already in tension and they shocked me. i again tell them please check the bike properly. they checked the bike and call me with problem. there was problem of wires. they told me it will be ok and we will do taping on it. and the bike will run again with its best performance. i accept all this things. i run bike to 2nd service it was okay but only fuel injector light on high rpm and oil pressure light on instant braking was blinking on meter. they write all this things on job card. and i took bike on second day. it was running in good condition but my problem was not solved. after i again visit to service station for the same problem. they take my bike. every day i called to them but not satisfaction answer was coming. and after 14 days bike being there they called me with problem. they told me ecu of your bike is damaged. i again asked how it is damaged. they said there was wiring problem in your bike and we checked it and it is damaged. i visit to airen yamaha that day and they showed me that ecu. dear sir/madam how it is damaged this costly part and bike was running with 2 cylinder and at very good condition by me. how now it comes on single cylinder with poor performance. they answered me when your wiring problem on first time we have done some temporary solution to it given electricity to circuit by joining two wires. how irresponsible they are. temporary solutions on authorized yamaha dealer. so bad how company give this well popular yamaha sports brand to this kind of dealer who don't have any technical mechanic. they doing such kind of job work in yamaha authorization. if this ecu problem occurs then why my bike is running good when i ride. and they blaming me for these reason. if any technical problem i face while riding on bike and have any accident who will be responsible for this. firstly please don't have this kind of mechanics in your company who does temporary solutions. please this is my humble request to you. i again tell them this is not my fault this is company's fault while checking that ecu they damaged that time and blaming me for this they were not listing a single word from me. i was not able to bear this kind of attitude of staff no one was with me. i can't keep my bike at airen yamaha. i had take decision to take my bike to my home without any serviced. and there was staff member amit garg airen yamaha indore (m. p.) who charged me for rs 300/- for opening and closing of body parts of bike. again i depressed there because they giving my bike more damaged caused by them and also charged for rs 300/-. he took my 3rd free service coupon after not giving money and then leave the bike. i asked them give my bike in that kind of running condition when i gave on service. they told me again we have to do temporary solution before we did to it and after that if any problem comes airen yamaha will not responsible. they done these solution before and took guarantee, now they are not taking guarantee because they know this problem occur by them only. they also want to write me on blank paper asked me for signature but i denied. is this comes in your company policy to want written by any costumer on blank paper. how sad i just have tears on my eyes leaving from there with more damaged bike by service station. they also not feel ashamed to give bad condition bike to costumer. i did ride my bike and placed at my home. now company also not coming to me with solution after giving mails and complaints.

          Please take harsh action on airen yamaha indore (m. p.) for this irresponsible work.

          And i request to company please change the damaged part with free of cost which is damaged by service station due to their fault.

          yes I aggree yamaha service is not good, they sale only bikes. please close such type of showroom who don't know about the bike servicing .

          I given my bike to Airen Yamaha indore and after service my bike having a smoke and engine noise problem. When you are Yamaha then how could you did the mistake .

            I have yamaha r3 bike and i gave this bike to service station airen yamaha indore (m. p.) on dated 29/06/2016 for checking of fuel injector light and oil pressure light. but today 13/07/2016 i get my bike without any service. and they create more problems to it. there was both engines were working while giving at service station but today i get only 1 cylinder working and ecu malfuctioning. after 14 days i get my bike without any problem solve and they charge me for rs 300/- for labour. how could they so careless about this matter and response was not satisfied. airen yamaha does not have any technical mechanic to service this bike. how could company give this dealership to them. who does not have value of costumer. when i have purchased this bike and my bike is first in indore (mp) everyone was good and behaving very nice. but after on this service no one responding to me with satisfaction answer. this is very costly vehicle and this kind of service i get from airen yamaha. when i put my bike at service station it was too good and moving without any problems only fuel injector light show at high rpm and on instant brake oil pressure light show on meter this is my only problem but they checked at service station they found ecu (electric control unit) is damaged how it is damaged while i gave bike in good condition with moving with both the cylinders, ecu is damaged at station and bike comes at single cylinder. it is not my fault this is company responsibility to give bike to costumers with good condition. i got my bike more damaged from there. no one is accepting this fault there. and also did not take any guarantee for bike. how irresponsible they are. this is my humble request to the company please take action on this matter specially on airen yamaha indore (m. p.). please kindly make sure to me that my bike will get repair or not. this is my request to india yamaha motor.
            Mycomplaint number is ic-24931-m1j1. regarding this a call from head office i received and they asked me all details about this complaint after discussion they assure me to call again. but no calls i recevied after that.

              I have given my fascino bike for 3 services to panache enterprises @marathalli bangalore.

              After 3rd service, there is problem in oil seal leakage in bumper and giving 15km/l milage after they changed some oil filters and others chaged.

              Now they are asking for charge again for that.

                I have purchased a yamaha ray in 22/08/2015 at tranz yamaha sales, service & spares. ambadimala, thiruvankulam. one day my motor vehicle is accident and some parts brocken ill contact the same agent (tranz yamaha...). and discuss with the accident. after they will estimate for the replacement parts and provide a claim also in 11/03/2016. (new india insurance). i will pay the claim amount tottal 12428 rs. till now i cannot receive the money. every day ill ask the dealers but they are not respond...

                  Sir/madam,
                  I had purchased sz rr version 2.0 in blue and white colour in april 2016 from yati yamaha patna, bihar. By delivering my bike the sales man drop my bike on inclined and get scratched on fuel tank, cylencer, saree guard, back side body. I ordered them to change the damaged part. They do so but their response was irritated. On first service this has untrained mechanics they rubbed my bike by sand paper. For removal of water stain on back body. That part has been faded. They do not give any response to it. And in second service on 8 july 2016 i told them that check my bike's chain case and chain either it is loose or not. The mechanic whose name is suraj tighten my chain hardly that i ride on my bike and my rear wheel get very hot.
                  Can i ask you why your company give job to untrained mechanics.
                  I think i have wasted my money on your company.
                  They have no manner to talk to customer. Not give response.
                  Money never grow on trees. My parents work very hard to earn money. And your company sibling doing these type of nonsense things.
                  I surely not suggest any of my relatives and friends to purchase yamaha bike. If i don't satisfied by company's service.
                  I request you to please contact this dealer to correct their behavior.
                  Next time i want all these things as good as possible.

                    During both my 1st and 2nd free servicing (1) invoice p/000401 l/000334 dt 08-05-16, job no.-r 000382 when meter reading was 118 km and 2) invoice p/001181 l/001074 dt 10-07-16, job no.-r 001133 meter reading was 530 km), yamalube sl mineral was changed without my consent and charged after admitting their fault of miscommunication among staff but they cut sorry figure to return my amount because bill was generated on both occasions. when the vehicle has not run much in terms of distance covered, there is no point in changing oil. i suspect, this is done knowingly to fleece customers. same mistake twice add to my suspicion. secondly, after purchasing vehicle on 07 apr 16, till date i have not received my tax receipt so that to claim my rc book which is also not received by me.

                      I purchased a "yamaha fz-fi (v.2)" in mid october 2015. it was functioning properly till january after which it started blowing white smoke from its lower part below the engine with a burning smell. i have got my bike serviced regularly on time from authorized service stations of yamaha. from last two months i have been taking round of the service centers for the above mentioned complaint but the problem still persists. the smoke can be apparently seen and the burning smell is so high that it makes impossible to stand on red lights while travelling. the service center people submits the bike and returns it the next day assuring that the problem has been solved. i have to travel everyday in this hardship and also manage time to regularly go to the service center where they do not even solve the problem. i didn't bought a brand new bike for such bad response in its first year. i have given up on your service stations and now either you may consider the complaint or i would have to lodge further concrete complaints in consumer forum.

                        Since i have purchased the bike i am getting many problems in it. problems like first was the manufacturing defect which was the bent in disc plate of front tyre.the problem was resolved by claiming insurance. On 7.7.2016 i had an major accident because of brake failure the bike wasnt stop and i fell. on 8.8.2016 i went to the showroom the was resolved but i am not satisfied with the bike as i am getting many problems since i purchased the bike with in 4 months. now i request to provide me a new bike.

                          Hi,

                          I am looking out to buy a new yamaha fascino, for which i went to this showroom. I was told about the road price + accessories price and in total i was told to pay rs. 68, 600. Even, after requesting many times, mr. Suresh reddy (One of your representative) was not even ready to reduce the price.

                          We still went ahead with the deal, gave him the required documents and then asked him to make payment. I requested him to take rs 18, 600 in cash and rest i wanted to pay through debit card.

                          For this, he asked me that if i pay by debit cart, i will be charged 2% extra.                           Hello..
                          Am a Yamaha fz bike user I gave my bike for service in a Yamaha authorised service here in my locality.. while giving for service I ensured all my bike parts was good but after service while receiving my bike .chaincase of my bike was found broken(plastic type)..I asked for a replace but they are giving explanations it is already broken if it's already broken they should informed me while writing job card but they didn't inform..but am sure it was not broken before..they are refusing for an replace...need ur support for replacement..

                            I had bought Yamaha Ray Z from Comfort Automobiles sector 30 Gandhinagar in March 2016. From the day one the front side the handle part is jumping and vibrating. Delar gave me delivery after 3 days instead of booking day, just beacuse they tried replacing tyre etc. I had been compalaing to dealer of rhe problem but till date there no full soltuion provided. I had complaint to corporate yamaha and rhey closed the case without my concern. Due to corporate complaint the dealer took the two wheeler and returned without fully resolving my problem. While I am writing this, problem is not resolved.

                              I have purchased cygnus rayzr scooty from ' DAIWIK MOTORS'(near town limit, Kadappakkada, kollam, kerala, india ) on 1st june 2016.Now it has been a month after the purchase and the extra fittings like mat, light guard, cover etc are not given .whenever i enquire about this they are repeating the reply that the accessories are still not provided y the company .
                              Please do check about this and ensure that the problem is solved because i genuinely need those parts as fast as possible, then only i can say good reviews about the scooter

                                I beg to draw kind towards that i bought a yamaha motor cycle no dl 9s ar 4516 reg. Dt 30/01/2014
                                From your zoom roadys showroom mahavir enclave, before 2 years ago zoom roadys has service centre also i always take servces for my bike after 2 -3 months clutch plate started create some problem. I have complained many times but they did not take any action, they were misbehaving and said that you don’t know how to ride a bike. Sir i am riding a bike from 25 years. How it is possible that i would not know how to ride a bike. Sir then they were saying there is no manufacturing defect.

                                I have told them many times there is manufacturing defect. They did not take any action against it.
                                Even though when, i went again to service centre. They started a showing my mistake like i was the one who destroyed every think. They are saying that clutch plate, cluch katora and pressure plate, cluch housing repair, all are defected. Cost of repair amount will be 2300/- but there is nothing like that whenever i went to the service station for change the cluch plate i always paid for that.
                                If i want repair my bike so i will have to pay for that they are not able to give service so why you spoiling

                                  I give my szrr bike to kalpakkakam yamaha at karunagappally, puthentheruvu, kollam, kerala for replacing the chain and socket today morning and i paid rupees 1111.00 but after reached my home i checked the chain and socket but they didn't replace the socket only change the chain of the bike.
                                  Iam very sad to such bad experience from yamaha. What will i do now. Please help me.

                                    I have bought this bike on 28 august 2015 (yamaha saluto) and from very next month only i m facing major problems like too much of heating of engine, it is also giving average of 30km per litre but when i buyed this bike i was promised that it will atleast give average of 60km per litre, from the next month of buying this bike i m facing daily a new problem, it also have a starting problem which disturbs a lot in traffic, one of the main problem i faced is that one day while driving this bike suddenly it catchedyes fire in all wires of the bike i somehow saved my life and with the help of water i saved my bike too this was a serious problem. the service center is not giving my bike since more than 2months they are delaying as if they dont even care

                                      I have bought my yamaha fz v2 bike an year back, i. E. April 2015. From that time of purchase am facing issues with bike doom/headlight. Its pretty shaky. Especially in bumps, my complete doom, along with speedometer as well, even i cant see the speedometer properly. During nights, because of shaky lights, the road is not visible.

                                      As per the service center, this problem exists with all yamaha fz v2 bikes, it cannot be fixed. During all my services i used to complain about this use, however they will just respond stating, they refixed the doom, however nothing happens. I know all the issue spare parts can be replaced within 2 yrs of bike purchase. Please look into this issue, as am not able to ride my bike, if the issue persists, i need to sell my bike no other go..

                                        When i enter the showroom where that sales peoples attitude was very bad. No response and not gave a single smile. Then i ask quotation that price was very high compare with coimbatore. And they gave more pressure for put the extra fittings finally took vehicle. After two days i met the managing director mr. Muthukumar and i asked why sir your peoples are doing like. Suddenly he got tension and scholed me in bad words. I never met a this type of man in my life.. I felt soo bad yamaha dealership
                                        Why you gave dealership for this type of third rate man.
