I have booked a online test ride for yamaha r3 and waiting for the reply from the delear, the dealer called by last week tuesday and ask me to come down for test ride, i went there for test ride the manager says that the vehicle has not been registered, we cannot do anything and say to me that, our staffs never called you. then i have a phone conversation recording, i open up and show to the manager then he said, ok sir by next week wednesday the vehicle will get registered, once the vehicle has been registered you can come here or we bring to your place for test ride. i called the manager by yesterday 27th of july, he said to me that i will check and then call u back 10mins of time, until today no calls from the yamaha showroom manager. what kind of poor service provide by the yamaha showroom people, they want to keep up the reputation of yamaha or they want to spoil the reputation of the yamaha. very bad cutomer service by the yamaha showroom.
Yamaha Motor India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
