I have purchased the bikefrom pearl yamaha dealership D.No:5-5-34/2, "Y" Junction, NH 9, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072
Phone:[protected] on[protected] bearing the registration no ts 07 ep 4566, chasis no-ME1RG0629F0001109, ENGINE NO-G3C7E0045957, i have been facing problem with the engine tapping noise, disk problem, recently i started facing problem with the fuse, the performance of the bike is bad there is no pickup, inspite of giving in the showroom serivce centre twice there is no possitive response from the staff, kindly do the need full at the earliest.

      1. I was purchased Saluto model bike last July 2015.
      2. After 10 days in 2nd service I was noticed chock lever tucked-up (unable to operate the chock).
      3. At 3rd service on 17.12.2015, when handover below complaints mentioned.
      A. Chock not to operate,
      B. Poor Mileage consumption 58kmpl manufacturer recommended 78kmpl.
      4. After service the dealer return with incomplete work (chock lever disconnected condition) with clarification no response from the service department and mileage went below 50kmpl and fork noise noticed.
      5. I was register a complaint in Yamaha web portal about incomplete service.
      6. The dear and Yamaha service team contact for service fault correction.
      7. After 20 days again I handover to dealer for fault correction, they only replaced chock lever, but the three complaint remain not rectified a. chock till in trouble abnormal RPM raise. b. Fork noise till noticed. c. Mileage went below 50kmpl.

        Dear Sir,

        1) I had purchased Saluto Disc Bike on 19/08/2015 from the Seventy Motors, the authorized dealer of India Yamaha Motor Pvt Ltd i.e. in Dehradun vide cash memo receipt no1888 dt 19/08/2015 and invoice no YV-715 dt 19/08/2015
        2) The bike has two years comprehensive warranty besides the 36 months extended warranty for Engine including carburetor, air induction system, electrical including wiring Harness & FI system.
        3) Sir from the very beginning I had very bad experience of my Saluto bike. On the very first day Self start system stopped working. The bike from the very beginning is not giving smooth riding. I was thinking after the first service of the bike, the problem will automatically be resolved. But after the first service when I noticed the same discomfort during riding of bike i.e. bike is taking jurk while changing the gear and accelerating the speed from low to high. Then I brought this problem in the picture of the service centre i.e. Seventy motors. Every time when I went to the service centre, service staff made adjustment in the fuel & air mix and says that the bike will now run smoothly. I went to service centre more than five occasions with the similar problems. Every time they adjusted fuel & air mix setting and give me assurance that now your bike will be run smoothly. On 11/09/2015 when my bike service was due, I left the bike in Seventy motors, Dehradun .

        I also brought out the problem in the bike when I handed over the bike to service centre with the hope that now my problem will be solved. The service centre told me that Senior Service engineer is reaching Dehradun on 15/12/2015, you come and tell him in details the problems you are facing in the bike. I reached at the service station and met with the service engineer Mr Puneet . He patiently listened my problem and asked me to come tomorrow. When called by the service engineer at the service centre on 16/12/2015, I reached service centre and on his advice I took test drive of my bike on. During the trial run on 16/12/2015, I found the following problems in bike;
        a) Due to adjustment of air fuel mix the knocking sound in bike has been increased and in slow speed when clutch is applied the acceleration in the bike suddenly increases and I was narrow escaped due to suddenly increasing of acceleration in bike.
        b) The self start system of the bike on normal pushing of switch button is not starting the bike even on applying choke. The choke in the bike is ineffective. The bike is only starting when self alongwith accelerator is used.
        c) Pick up of the bike and average is also affected to some extent.
        d) On my request trial run was arranged by seventy motors on the new bike on 19/12/2015 . I feel great difference in riding the new bike as compared to my only 2500 km mileage run bike.
        e) Service engineer was forcing me to pick up the bike from the service centre after attending little bit adjustment in bike without completely resolving my problem. I left the bike in service centre on 11/12/2015 and picked up the bike on 19/12/2015 when I saw that the service centre is making no more efforts and paying no attention to resolve my grivenances for the bike.
        4) I have also registered my complaint in the company through customer care vide complaint number IC-22020-S8Q7. The complaint has not been resolved so far. Meanwhile I received an email from the company on dt 17/12/2015 your complain has been closed. The complain has been closed without consulting me and obtaining my feed back.

        5) In above compelling circumstances, I once again request you to kindly resolve my grievance within 15 days or replace my bike with the new one or refund my money otherwise I will be forced to take necessary action by initiating the complain against the company and service centre in media as well as in the cosumer forum under the consumer protection act of 1986 or at any other forum as deemed fit at your risk & cost. I will also seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to deficiency in services.

          I had purchase yamaha sz rr v2 on[protected] from citywide2wheelers, agent/sub dealer of sai auto craft.and i have legal invoice of Sai auto craft who is authorise dealer of yamaha. unfortunately citywide2wheelers is closed down, then i ask there for registration but didnt get any responce, then i did complain in yamaha customer care which Complain id - IC-21285-M8Y0, After three moth of generate my complain, no responce from yamaha customer care, when ever i contact them just got same answe we are fowrarding your compain.

            My name sk. saddam mobile no. is [protected] purchased a fz v2.0 black color bike on 9 november 2014 from aquad yamaha at time time of delivery i have told them that my chain spoket is not working properly and it was producing some sound, they told me that it will be ok after 1st servicing but after 1st servicing the problem not solved. i have mailed 100 times in yamaha motors and visite near about all workshops in kolkata but no 1 changed my chain spoket, some days ago a person call from [protected] and asking about my problem, after hearing my problem he told me that sell ur bike i[censored] cant manage the repairing cost and abuse me. there is no one from the yamaha company to help me. now im feeling bad that y i have choosen this bike. i had previously used bajaj pulsar 180 awsome after sale service but yamaha is pathetic... i request all the reader not to bye yamaha bikes...

                Today i gave my New Yamaha Fascino for 2-servicing. at YAMAHA PACER Service station at Hebbal, Bengalore

                First service they denied to do for just two days delay by the PACER service sation, Hebbal, Bangalore.

                During briefing of vehicle, One Mr Raju shouted and said many unwanted talks to me, misbehaved as if he is not educated during discussion on TEFLON coating issue with Mr Dilip who is service station personal, and he has no mannerism during dealing with customers.

                Finally one sales executive Ms Anitha intervened and apolised on behalf of him, even then this man arguing and started again shouting in front of many front executives and customers present at Front desk office .

                i hope necessary action will be taken by the Company owner.

                Also i expect a call from them regrading this

                  Hi, Purchased two Wheeler Yamaha Saluto 125cc in the month of Oct 16th, from Perfct Riders Bangalore. On 25th Dec Met in accident bike got damaged, placed vehicle at Eminent Empire Yamaha, Kolar for repair and paid advance amount for spares. Showroom people informed they will get spares in a week. I have waited for 10 days did receive response from Dealership So, lodged complaint to Yamaha customer care on 6th January. They informed that within 48 working hours they will come up with proper solution. I have waited for more than 7 days for the reply. There is no respose from customer care. I tried communicating with Customer care and Dealership regularly, have not received date or time when the spare will release. My question for yamaha CC is When the part will deliver? They do not have answer. Due to not having Vehicle am facing lot of issues at work place as am working as sales manager for company, a huge damage for my company because of Job, If it continues for another 1 week I will lose my job.                     I bought New Yamaha Saluto 125 CC Disk brake on 22nd Dec 2016 with rear wheel wobbling defect and complaint the same to you & Ganesh Enterprises (the dealer) immediately. Ganesh enterprises, Vikhroli, Mumbai did nothing but to re-direct it to Excellent Yamaha, Andheri. Both Ganesh enterprises, Vikhroli and Excellent Yamaha, Mumbai said this is the way Yamaha Saluto runs. I'm surprised. Annoyed. Ashamed to run the bike. I placed video of my bike to youtube. I had told him that my chain spoket is damage from the day of purchased. He told me that u sell your bike and why u using the yamaha bike... this is how the company treat with the customers Help karne ke bajaye mera insult kar raha hai company... please take neccesory action againts this company

                        Hi i'm sk. Saddam from kolkata. My contact number is [protected] i had purchased fz v2.0 bike from aquad yamaha on 9 novenber 2014 next day when i ride the bike then i feel some sound where occur from bike, i visited the shop they told me that everything will be fine after 1st service. I know that there is a problem in my chain spoket because i used many bikes, so i insisted to change my bike but they did not... After 1st servicing the same problem occuered but every time they do the same thing . I had complain them via mail and calls 20 times. Now 1 year crossed and i ride 17000 k.M now the chain spoket totally damage. And now they telling me to change the spoket with my cost ... This is not fare, they had given me the defected product it was a manufacturing defect. Plz help me ...

                          I booked R15s on 22 nov with full payment, with commitment of vehicle delivery on1st december, from then every week new excuses are been provided. like 1. chennai flood ( warehouse flooded) 2. fire in gurgaon factory, strikes 3 colour not available. request you to provide my vehicle asap. i am gonna post this to twitter and Facebook, and spread to world not to but any yamaha vehicle, its cheat fraud company.

                            Hi, My name is irfan Khan. Owner of yamaha fz 2.0. Vehicle # MH03BU8401 Since I bought this bike, I am getting following problems. 1.Fuel indicator never works. 2.Not smooth. 3.Chain always loose. 4.Bearing is out. 5.                               I have bought my Yamaha FZ V2.0 from Pearl Yamaha Showroom Hyderabad, so on 27th oct i have given my bike for 3rd servicing to Pearl Yamaha Service Center, they took the 3rd servicing coupon from me. Now i have moved to Bangalore, so when i gave my bike for 4th servicing to Panache Enterprises Bangalore, they told me it's already used and they took my 5th servicing coupon. Also they showed me the proof which clearly mentioned that Pearl Yamaha servicing workers entered 4th servicing coupon on internet instead of 3rd servicing coupon. So i want my refund of 3rd servicing coupon. Please help me with this issue.

                                  Hi, My vehicle was affected in Chennai flood. I left my vehicle in Yamaha service center (Sri motors) on 22/12/2015. It has been more than 2 weeks and my vehicle was not even started to determine the repair issues. My vehicle was insured and I am claiming the service through insurance. I talked to the Relaince general insurance and they told I can go ahead with the repair. But the service center is not responding properly. And I have called them many a times and no one is picking up the call and they are also not giving proper response. The service center guys are saying that they are waiting for insurance surveyor but it is not true. They are simply bluffing. Please resolve my issue.                                   When ever i go to pick my bike after the call from this service center, they are keeping me waiting for more than a hour and they are delivering. And also they have changed my pillion seat for the first service and they refused to tell the truth why they took mine fit some others seat in my bike. And also they are properly water washing if i have given for teflon coating, i Still find muds in my engine and Silencer after the service, then i have put some fight with service man to get rid of this issue. Every time i go there, i will make some fight becoz of some irresponsible workmens whom are not properly taking care of my bike. For the free sevices itself i have met many kind of issues in this service center. Now i going to change the service center

                                  I have purchased new Yamaha FZ at Sri motors in Chennai last September month..

                                  December month tyre damage ( I got cheat tyre in back tyre)

                                  Now Batary and led light not working.

                                  Dealers told me both not cover for warranty .

                                  But sales time getting 750 RS for extra warranty charges..

                                  Please take action to dealar Sri motors eekaduthangal brach .

                                  And please arrange my warranty claims,

                                  Hai,  I gave service for my bike Yamaha Fazer version 1 the vehicle number TN 10 AT 0045 on[protected] for engine noise job card num 36607 the supervisor completely checked my bike and taken for a service at the time self-start was worked and even my battery also new one but its take more time to get my vehicle delivery almost month end I got the vehicle without self start at the delivery he said your battery not working we are not responsible for that when I'm beginning shouting for this manager said will replace the battery in low cost and said to reduced some amount in the total bill of service cost at that time they have solved the problem and gave spare battery for my use they said once to get the new battery will call, almost month crossed again I got the same problem and provided service again for the same complaint this week job card num 39376 they said will change the battery. 08/07 /2022 today I came for took delivery but now Mr.NemanthKumar is telling me that we are not able to change and he is telling me that we didn't commit for that I have an audio proof for that and very worst customer service they are giving they are giving false commitment to solving the problem on that time and they are talking very harmful and using hurtful words bcoz I'm coming from kolathur to Sri Motors Ekkaduthangal for service having works and family not able to come many times for that he is telling that's not our problem. finally, I'm not going to take delivery they need to solve my issue and I need delivery to my home.

                                      I Have purchased YAMAHA FZS- FI bike on 15/10/2015. Initially bike was running good but within 15 days its self- ignition has stopped working. After some days even it stopped starting. I had to call show room owner to visit bike. This was only when bike ran only 74 KM. Mechanic from showroom visited my bike 3 times but unable to start. These 3 times they fully opened bike parts near to engine. They did all on bike which generally mechanics do to 10 year old bike. Fourth time he somehow managed to start it. I dont know how he did. He told me it was due to dust in oil tank. That time he also changed battery. May be he charged old one. After this i thought now my bike will work like normal one. But again from 02/01/2015, My bike is not starting again. I have already spoken with showroom owner but problem is not solved. FYI at this time bike only ran 184 KM. From the day i bought this bike, There is always problem in bike. Sometime it did not start, sometime battery not at all gives response. Resolution- Pls take this bike. Either refund my money or replace this with new one. I don't want this bike. Mechanics from showroom has already opened it many times which don't go okay with me at all. My bike no. is OD23C 7055.
